The rooms was clean and everything worked as it should. The staff from all departments are amazing. The bar staff is top notch. They are amazing at there jobs and great personalities. They are the heart beat of the hotel. The cooks are prefect, everything was delicious and fresh. My new home away from home in the Philippines

Great location. Room is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. Drawbacks: could not get a coffee anywhere. Walking through bar to get to room is odd. Front desk closes at night but security staff is helpful as they can be. Overall, would stay again.

On the 1st night, i was place in the wrong room. Thankfully corrected the next day, but without room cost adjustment.. I paid a higher cost for the rooms, and they gave a economy on the first night.. The staff didn't make me feel welcomed at the poolside restaurant.. No smiles, no menu as i sat at the table, i had to say hello just to be recognized.. After waiting for 10 minutes i got up and left the resort to eat.. After that experience, i chose to eat off site for the remaining 4 days..

I did not have breakfast but I had lunches. The food is very very good. The hotel is old and worn. It’s in a very noisy area all night long. The old noisy ac unit in the room helped drown out the noise from motorbikes and bars. It’s an ok place to stay if you don’t mind the occasional loss of water, electricity and very little hot water. The staff is wonderful. All are very helpful.

The place is older but the people make up for it. Jera in the restaurant is a lil beauty and is very friendly. The staff and security are top notch. It’s a good “cheap” place to stay in the middle of all the action.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience at Orchid Inn Hotel

My stay at Orchid Inn Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon checking in, I found the bed in my room to be in poor condition, with visible stains, and the bath towels were both stained and had an unpleasant odor. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff member simply responded, “Sorry sir, there is no refund,” without offering any meaningful assistance.

My intention was not to request a refund but to have the room changed. However, when I was moved to another room, it was equally unacceptable — the bedsheets had stains, and there were hairs on the bed. Due to the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service, I decided to leave the hotel and check into another property the following day.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness standards and guest service quality moving forward.

The room was clean and the staff was great. The pool and patio area was very nice and peaceful, and provided a great area outside your room to relax. My only problem with the resort was my shower pressure was terrible. The water was nice and hot but just a trickle. If I got up early or late at nice the pressure was just a little better.

They include a coffee pot but no coffee, cups or spoons. Soap and shampoo toothbrush not given daily. Staff very nice and the back building very quiet and has seperate private entrance but all plumbing leaks and old toilet chain kept coming off of flush lever. Towels and sheets were always clean and made up nice. Smart TV was very nice and very comfortable bedding.

This Hotel is the best I stayed at on my long trip!! The food is great and very low cost. They have everything you need the staff is the best and is at a great spot. For older people looking to have fun.

Its in the middle of the redlight district. We were originally above the bar which was right next to the street. After the first night we asked if we could move and were placed in much better rooms and quieter. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar kitchen produces delicious Phillipino food and Western food. We were moved to the Jasmine wing which was quieter.

Nice hotel, nice people.

Original room I was assigned was in 'old' part of hotel and opened up onto restaurant. For extra £15 or so a night was quickly upgraded to a very nice room overlooking pool. Spacious, modern furniture/decor. Good size pool, with popular bar next to it.
Convenience store right next door, and Indian restaurant accross street. Excellent Indian restaurant , Royal, on top floor nearby hotel. You are a short walk from Walking Street and the go go bars, but I was not hearing any noise in my room.
Service friendly and efficient.
Would be happy to stay there again, but definitely pay extra for room in new buildings would be my advice.

Orchid Inn Resort is a good place to stay; the staff is friendly, the owner amiable, and the room prices reasonable. The king-size room I had was more than ample with everything one could need. The pool is clean and not overly crowded, and there is live music regularly on weekends. The nightimte lights are also a lovely addition to the comfortable garden.

Overall the hotel was good. Only downside was when I went to the room, there was a cockroach on the wall and another in the bathroom. The staff was informed and they had it removed. The shower area was a little small for a guy my size, and hot water was inconsistent. However the room and the bed was comfy.

I chose the hotel by location as I couldn't get into the Central Park Tower across the road where I generally stay. I was shocked to be charged a 3 star price for a less than 1 star hotel. It is a dump and definitely not worth anywhere near the tariff that I paid.The first room they tried on me was cut in half by the stairwell and the second room stank of mold, I stayed one night under sufferance as it was late by then and checked out the following day. The water from the tap and shower stank and it took forever to resemble something close warm. I didn't ask for a refund there as the staff were being nice enough and I want to take it up with Expedia as their site recommended the property.

Most of the time I was at this hotel i had no Internet in my room, despite advising the front desk daily, on the last day Michael put a router in my room and i had servise for a short time before leaving. Also lots of mosquitoes in my room. The room had a safe in a wardrobe, the wardrobe was bolted to the wall, but the safe was not a fixed to the wardrobe. I was able to remove the safe from wardrobe and walk out the door withit if wanted. A safe for safe keeping and Internet are critical for me when staying at a hotel, so i will not stay here again.
