A special mention to the excellent reception staff who helped us book a *very* early taxi to the train station when our original train was cancelled. And even gave us a coffee to fuel us for the 4.30am start! We look forward to our next visit.

There is no unloading area or staff available to assist on the small one way street. If you are driving a rental car to the area, plan for a quick \"bag dump\" or several trips around the block. Just a small unforeseen element.
The cafe below does have some noise if room is located on street side and trash trucks seem to come late in the evening which is a bit odd.

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The hotel and room itself were stylishly decorated and clean, with modern yet retro fixtures. The windows opened onto a central area so we were able to let the breeze in on warmer nights. It seemed to be a quieter area with a few shops and bistros around, so it didn't get too loud at night and was very walkable. We were close to a few tram stops, which made getting around the city very simple. The staff was very helpful, even when we accidentally booked our trip for one day less than we meant to - they held our room and let us add the extra day without issue.

We enjoyed our stay at Konti hotel. The staff are friendly and location is great. The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is, we tried it 2 days. The bed is comfortable and the towels are very soft but the curtains were falling down and never fixed even after we notified the front desk. There is no fridge and no water offer. Overall decent hotel experience.

This hotel has a great central location within a short walk of the bustling centre of Bordeaux. Our room was spacious for a French room, as was the bathroom. The room was nicely decorated and furnished, and included a safe, and tea making facilities. The bed was very comfortable and there was a rainfall shower over the bath. We were on the third floor at the rear of the hotel, and found that it was very quiet throughout our stay.
Our daughter stayed in a single room, and found that too was a good size, with the same sort of facilities.
We had to wait till the official check-in time, as our room wasn't available. We didn't have the breakfast option, as we preferred to find a local cafe, but the room looked very nice. There was complimentary water, tea & coffee available 24 hours in reception. The hotel were accommodating in looking after our cases after we checked out.

Close to city’s efficient tram service. Substantial and very pleasant self-service breakfast. Would happily stay there again and some kind front reception staff stood out for the warmth of their welcome.

Given the nightly rate, this is fine, but if you want a hotel with more refinement to the room decor this isn’t your place. But for one night in a clean room with helpful service, this is a great hotel and excellent location. One weird note: the toilets are mounted VERY HIGH. I’m a woman of average height and my feet didn’t touch the ground. What a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. It’s actually quite a bother. All hotels should be designed by women... then all the bathroom lighting and amenities would be good.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and in a good location for exploring the heart of Bordeaux. Lots of great eating, shopping and wandering within walking distance. Parking is an issue in Bordeaux, so drop the car if you can.

Overall the property was in a great location however the rooms are extremely small. To enter the bathroom, one has to walk sideways as the door opening is really limited. The shower was fine however the towels were of a poor quality and limited in size. We stayed a a Happy Culture property in Nice and the experience was dramatically different.
The room we had was on the third floor which was fine however we were unable to use the elevator as it was broken for most of our stay. Having to drag your suitcase down the stairs was not really the best way to finish our stay in Bordeaux.
On our next trip to the city, we would book elsewhere.

perfectly located hotel, right in the Golden Triangle of Bordeaux. It's clearly been recently done up and is very trendily furnished. even though it's right in the city centre, it was really quiet in my room- great breakfast too.
