While the hotel itself and the breakfast were nice, some things were far from ideal.
Despite my efforts, I never received a response from the hotel confirming my stay, which made me worry until I arrived and checked in.
Although not a major issue, we booked a double room, but we were placed in a twin room, with separate beds.
The biggest problem was with the bathroom radiator, which we couldn't get to work. I mentioned it to reception, and I was told they would take a look, but no one followed up on the issue, and we checked out without being able to use it.
Might also be worth mentioning that we had dinner at the restaurant on our first night (there was a 10% discount voucher with the key cards, which we only noticed afterwards), and I'm not sure if it was because we went there \"late\" (around 8pm), but most of the dishes were no longer available.
