APLEND CITY HOTEL PERUGIA is a newly-refurbished hotel located in the city centre of Bratislava, in Zelená street, which leads to the Main Square with the Roland Fountain. Please take note that the apartments are not cleaned daily, but every 7 days (included in the price).
The following services that are not included but can be booked at the hotel directly: Baby cot with bed linen: 15 EUR / stay Soft cleaning (floor, bathroom/WC, garbage): 7 EUR / day Towel change: 2 EUR / 1 pcs. Bed linen change: 3 EUR / bed APLEND CITY Hotel Perugia is a small hotel with only 14 rooms, small library on the 1st floor and restaurant Koliba Kamzík on the ground floor of the hotel.

We loved the lounge area in the center of the rooms where we could gather to visit and play cards with our other travelers. Great location- easy access to shops, restaurants and sights in Bratislava.

This was a really lovely hotel conveniently located in Bratislava’s old town. I’m not sure how I got the room I did, but it was enormous and very comfortable. This part of Bratislava is pedestrian only, and my taxi dropped me just a few blocks from the hotel. It has a good restaurant on site as well.

The photo of the hotel's façade is very misleading as it only shows the part of the hotel above the pub/restaurant. Had I knows it's located on top of a pub I wouldn't have booked this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the front desk personal friendly and professional. Regretfully, I can't say the same about the restaurant where bad attitude and arrogance of an employee ruined the entire experience and hard work of all the other people. When the issue was brought to the attention of management, and an apology was demanded, nothing was done. Customer service at this location is non existent, and managers are impossible to be reached as after two attempts to discuss the issues with them, they failed to respond or do anything. Ignoring customers is not the way hospitality works.

One very very important tip. If you are going to need a taxi back to the airport or to Vienna, you must reserve it the night before other wise they can’t accommodate you. We forgot to reserve and the next morning we couldn’t find a taxi anywhere so we had to download Uber app but that was more expensive than what the taxi would have been. We paid 94 euros from the hotel to Vienna using Uber. I think the taxi would have been 74 euros( I can’t remember the exact number)

Lovely little hotel in the heart of the Old Town. Beautiful room but a little dark. All amenities and very comfortable. Poor view but lovely terrace. Smell of food constantly throughout the hotel. Lovely decor in shared areas. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This hotel is in a perfect location to visit Bratislava. You are literally 30 seconds from the main square. Being a pedestrian zone means that you need to walk around 3 minutes from the taxi drop off but that was fine. The hotel organises a transfer from the centre when you leave, which was very handy. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, too. My only complaint would be the 10am checkout, which is a bit early compared to anywhere else in Europe. However, there was the possibility to leave the bags in reception until we were ready to leave the city. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel and room were really nice. It's right in the heart of Old Town so the location was perfect. The whole area is pedestrianised, so you should be aware that there's a fairly short walk across cobbled streets from the US Embassy where taxis drop off to the hotel. This might be a challenge for some with luggage.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay although I did find the man working in the attached restaurant (owned by same company) to be very rude when I simply asked for directions. All the rest of the staff were really nice though.
I also booked a limo back to the airport which never turned up. I'd not paid anything thankfully as the hotel desk simply arrange it and you pay the driver, but after waiting 25 minutes outside the US Embassy in -2C temperatures, I gave up and booked through the Bolt app This arrived in a couple of minutes and cost only 9 euros to BTS airport.

Nice modern hotel right in the centre of Bratislava old town. Modern throughout and with a good breakfast included. Attached restaurant is excellent and with 10% discount. One recurring issue, the lift door is manual and if it isn't closed properly by anyone on exiting, the lift will not operate!

Really nice hotel and great location, not the easiest to find mind you late at night as our taxi dropped us about 1/2 km from the hotel at 1.20am coming from the airport. Streets are for pedestrians only beside the hotel so not ideal for anyone lacking mobility. Rooms were very comfy and modern, especially liked the bathroom & shower. Did not get to have breakfast so can’t comment. Will stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 2-3 minute walk to the main square. Our accommodation was quite nice, and the daily breakfast was very tasty ... the adjoining restaurant serves excellent lunches and dinners … in fact, it was the best meal that we had in the city during our stay. The front desk staff was helpful, although we have had better English-speaking capability at the front desk at many other hotel locations throughout Eastern Europe … we ended up having to fix a fridge problem ourselves because of communications issues.
