I had another amazing stay at the Sheraton Bratislava. Every time I travel to Bratislava, this is my preferred hotel, and it never disappoints. The rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home right away.
The hotel offers a great fitness center and a beautiful spa, which is perfect for relaxing or staying on routine while traveling. The breakfast is excellent with a wonderful selection, and the lobby bar is a hidden gem—the food there is absolutely incredible.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bratislava. Consistently outstanding service, comfort, and overall experience.

In two days my room was changed 3 times, the first time because I didn't like it. A dark room with a big wall opposite the window. The second time the air conditioner was broken. The third time I sat there and I was very upset because the shower space was very small and a normal-sized person couldn't take a shower normally. The bed cover was dirty and there were blood stains on it. In the end, I don't advise anyone to live there, unfortunately.

I really enjoyed staying here and loved soaking in the tub after a long cold day sightseeing. It’s in a great location and the staff were so helpful. I asked them to print my train ticket and they put it in a neat little page protector. Sometimes it’s the little things that make your day!

Brilliant service and comfortable stay. However, I chose this hotel because it had a pool, thinking we could use this in the evenings. On check in we were told we had to pay 15 euros per person to use it. Had I known, I would've stayed elsewhere as was weighing up a few options. I did feel mislead on this as had not factored 30 euros extra per day into the price.

Location was next to a shopping center. Great if you like to shop. However, the pool access was 15 euros extra per person. Breakfast 26 euros per person. Spa access also extra charge. A bit of a walk to get to the main area. Wall paper in the room was falling apart and the view was of a wall. I recommend for this cost going more into the city center.

I had prepaid the hotel room for me and my colleague however they asked him for a deposit of €250 for incidentals which was not returned to him at checkout. They pretended that he had only left €50! That’s dishonest and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Beautiful room with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower and desk to work. Heated indoor pool is not that big, but I was able to swim just fine alongside 2 other people swimming. Gym is decent with running machines and a selection of free weights, which is all I really cared about. The breakfast buffet is decent.

Firstly, the parking was so expensive. Stayed there for 3 nights and I have to pay €90 just for the parking. I didn’t even know that I have to pay my parking & if I could’ve known it I could then park my car nearby for a cheaper parking fee.
Secondly, being at the 1st floor where the Club Lounge located is we felt very unwelcome merely the way the staff put across in his action. I’ve noticed as well that some of the staff friends/colleagues were just in & out taking advantage of the drinks & food in the lounge so we ended up sometimes to wait to be refilled. And worst was at times it’s empty.
Thirdly, the housekeeping services are poor. The glasses next to the coffee machine are dusty & they even ignored our messages to clean it up & it made worst as we came back to the hotel of the same mess.
Fourthly, whilst at the breakfast we have asked for an egg benedict from the cooking & we ended up with nothing so we have to ask again & it didn’t happened again. So we don’t know if it’s a language barrier or just merely ignorance.
I must say it’s our first time here in this hotel & it might change in the future.

Staff at the Sheraton Bratislava is very pleasant and professional. Location is excellent, hotel is a part of Eurovea shopping centre , also right across from the new Slovak National theatre, walking distance to the old town, and beautiful walks by the river Danube. Breakfast has large variety to please everybody. As electricity in Europe is 220 W guests need to have an adaptor one with USB ports to charge electronics.

Hotel was very clean, finished to a good standard and staff pleasant.
Disappointed with the Spa area as pool was very small and had very limited seating - twice went
to use but no seating available. The time we did use similarly there was no seating available , pool was full ,5 children plus 1 adult so was only available to use the steam room which was very nice.
The breakfast was disappointing as the hot breakfast was barely warm on all 3 days , Sunday seemed better as appeared less busy. First morning they ran out of 3 of the 7 items and was told it would be 10 minutes for bacon to be cooked that after we had waited 5 plus minutes to be seated whilst a table could be cleared. Staff were working hard but just seemed a lack of organisation.

Excellent hotel as you would expect from this hotel chain. Comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, nice pool/ sauna etc and friendly helpful staff. Although adjacent to excellent facitities (shopping centre, restaurants) it is approx 15 min walk to the central old town area, but still highly recommended

You can't pick a better place to stay in Bratislava. Great staff, great rooms, only problem is if you mind walking, you'll find yourself a 20 minute walk from the center, but for me it wasn't a problem.

Astonishing. Location is brilliant right next to the Eurovea shopping mall, Danube riverside with lots of cafes and restaurants, very close to the city centre.
Staff was very friendly and very professional. Fantastic customer service, always keen to help, book taxis, river cruises etc.
Great facilities too with a lovely bar and bar staff (Hi Milan!), very nice swimming pool, sauna/steam room and massage on the 3rd floor.
A whole brilliant experience! Will definitely go back !!!
