We loved this hotel: so stylish and just a short walk from the train station and the old town. Our room rate did not include breakfast and we thought the charge of EUR20 per person for the full breakfast was a bit high so we opted for the small breakfast (coffee and pastries, essentially) in the bar instead, at cost of EUR7 pp I think. This was adequate for what we needed.
I also have to say that all of the female staff I encountered (reception and bar) were exceptionally helpful and friendly, but a couple of the male bar staff were a bit brusque.

Quick and helpful check in. Large room with everything needed for the stay. Large choice at breakfast. Bar and wine bar seemed to be more geared around food, only a minor thing but maybe set aside an area for drinks only. Overall great stay in great location in a beautiful city. Will be returning.

Loft was a lovely hotel, very central, has an excellent restaurant that is busy most hours and reservations are recommended. Rooms were beautiful and clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Despite the busy restaurant downstairs our room was very quiet even though it was located right above. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I ever get to come back to Bratislava.

A perfect hotel for a visit to this lovely city.
The rooms were perfect with good fittings, coffee machine and a mini bar filled daily!
The whole hotel is well run with a classy bar and restaurant that are homely and not typical of those attached to good quality hotels.
The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main train station and the old town.
All round a very good three night stay and would fully recommend.

Hotel is situated next to the Palace gardens (which are free to go in) and it is a short walk into the old town where all the bars, shops, restaurants are. It's a lovely place to wander round.
The reception staff at the hotel are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We really appreciated this.

Everything was great until the last day when they forgot to clean our room. It was because they had a lot of checkouts. But no excuse they should have done the rooms who were staying on first. So we had to wait downstairs after a long day out while they came back and did the clean.
Otherwise all was good but for a bit of banging of doors which were very heavy.

This was our favourite hotel out of the 2.5 weeks we spent in Central Europe. The decor is thoughtfully executed, everything is high quality such as furniture and bathroom fixtures. There are delicious freshly baked cookies outside the rooms everyday. The restaurants are very nice and serve great food. The location was perfect because it is away from the noise of the old city but still walking distance. Loved it!!!

A really quirky hotel with some great looking decor throughout. We had a couple of afternoon/evening meals there. The food was good although I had s very questionable potato salad that accompanied a schnitzel. I suggested to the waitress that a potato salad with peas and carrots in it was, to my mind, nearer a Russian salad. Yes - she said- we call it that as well!! The brewery served some really great ales, brewed on sight, and the free peanuts in their shells went down well!

Our check-in experience at LOFT was excellent - the staff on duty gave us lots of details and information about the hotel and the city to help us settle in. Our room was absolutely spotless (thank you, Dominika!) and in the modern part of LOFT, facing towards Freedom Square and it was very quiet during our three-night stay. Breakfast was nothing short of incredible! There is a huge spread with every option imaginable (from cooked breakfast to continental options...coffee, teas, juices, bread, pastries, fruit, cheeses, yoghurts, meats, porridge, eggs, bacon - even baked beans). There is a microbrewery on site in the bar as well as a separate coffee bar opposite, both serving a restaurant menu with a wide range of dishes which are served efficiently by excellent, attentive staff (one of whom seemed to find my attempt at greetings in Slovak slightly amusing!) I would definitely stay at LOFT if I am ever in Bratislava again and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a clean, modern, safe place to stay with excellent on-site dining. The hotel is located within 10mins' walk of the main bus and railway station and on the road going down to the centre of Bratislava, the old town, UFO bridge and all the major sights.

The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the old town but I felt safe walking home even in the dark. The hotel felt safe too with secure entry to the floors with rooms. The room was big with a really comfortable bed and a window that opened. It was really clean and had a free minibar replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a delicious raspberry granola and loads of choice for breads, cheeses, hams, etc. The restaurant was OK but very busy, you really need to pre book. The staff I dealt with were all very nice and helpful too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We loved the industrial style of this hotel. Everything was in excellent condition. I liked the fact that there was a window that actually opens! The staff were efficient and friendly. We had a great meal in the restaurant (book to make sure you get a table - it was rammed with locals) and breakfast was also good the next morning. One of the nicest stays we've had.

It's a really nice hotel, amazing industrial loft design with great attention to all the small interior details. Great use of upcycled pieces in decor and furniture. A truly artful piece.

Breakfast was good, enough of variety including healthy options.

Fairly centrally located, just a 15min walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions.

The only downside was an unpleasant interaction with a very unhelpful and unfriendly staff member.

I was given a free drink voucher on arrival as a welcome gift, which was nice.
I went to the Coffee & Wine Lounge, their onsite bar as suggested. As I don't drink, I've explained it to the bartender guy and asked if I could have coffee instead.
Only to receive a very cold and abrupt 'No'. Without even as much as an apology or an explanation.

Really?? Such pettiness at a 4star hotel is a bit insulting. Such a shame...

Our room had a free mini bar with lots of drinks provided and fancy cakes in hall and front area . As a family of 3 our room was on the top floor and we heard no noise, I would definitely return to this hotel if am ever back in Bratislava.

Free mini bar with soft drinks and beer as well as tea, coffee making and chocolate biscuits. Room was also equipped with robe and slippers and toiletries. Hotel provides complimentary sweet and savoury biscuits on each floor late afternoon. Everywhere very clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet breakfast, taken in their adjoining pub restaurant which was also great for dinner if you don't want to walk 10 mins in to the town centre. Great place to stay.

Arrived from Vienna around 9:00 - 9:30 in the morning and was able to check into my room early without extra charge as the room was already available at that time. The staff was a pleasure and the room was large and comfortable. Items in the mini bar were complimentary. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food and service was great.

The hotel has a contemporary industrial‑chic vibe with stylish décor, and check-in was effortless—I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member, given an early check-in, and even received a room upgrade as a VIP through Expedia. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. In addition to the minibar, the room had tea and coffee facilities, a small wardrobe, a safe, a desk, and a large-screen TV, making it very convenient for both relaxation and work. The minibar was a thoughtful touch, stocked with soft drinks, local beers, and water, all complimentary. I didn’t have breakfast, but I did enjoy a well-priced, delicious dinner at the hotel. The staff throughout were professional, friendly, and attentive, making the stay feel very welcoming. The hotel has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from the Old Town—or only a few euros by Uber. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return

An excellent hotel from start to finish. The room was excellent with a "rustic feel" (think plenty of wood panelling), and a coffee press, all-inclusive mini-bar and wine card to access the self-service wine machine in the corridor. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the local, just a short distance from the Historic Centre, was perfect. There's a good reason why LOFT Hotel is #1 on Bratislava, and it absolutely deserves to be!

We stayed here for a few nights between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is just outside the old town so ideal for a quieter base with easy travel into the main attractions of Bratislava. The hotel is clean and modern plus there’s a restaurant which has a good selection of food. There’s a great range of drinks available in the restaurant and the lobby bar, including beers made on site, many wines and spirits. Everyone we talked with, from reception, restaurant and bar was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and we had nice things like toiletries, coffee machine, free minibar, bath robes available. The only small issue was the heating in the room was set very high and could not be adjusted to a suitable temperature, although there was an opening window to let in some fresh air. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Extremely clean, modern, and stylish. I am very picky on these points and I would class this as one of the top hotels. I’ve stayed in during my many travels. The reasons are the rooms are so, so comfortable. Everything is spotless and up-to-date and spacious and good looking. Honestly, you won’t want to leave the room. And then on top of that, there is a very lively full service bar downstairs full of people at all hours. There are also restaurants. If I come to Bratislava again, I will absolutely stay here. The only non-ideal thing is it’s not in the dead middle of old town, but it really doesn’t matter. You can just walk there in five minutes.
