The check-in was fast and friendly! There was a few attendance working, and even though there was quite a few people trying to check in it went smoothly and uneventful. The only thing that surprised me was there was a four euro per person tax something to do with travel or the like. But it wasn’t that big so I didn’t care. I just hadn’t realized that there was one. The rooms were clean and everything is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Free shuttle service to the airport and the large selection from the breakfast was amazing.!

The entire facility was fine however the cleaning products were over the top smelly in the rooms and hallway. The window had to stay open to help bear with the smell.
Otherwise, we were well received, looked after and enjoyed a wide variety of breakfast items.

The staff is friendly and you can’t beat the location if flying out early from Lisbon Airport. However the rooms are small and the bathroom is separated only by a curtain. The toilet and shower stalls are glass too. It’s fine if traveling alone, but not with others

We love this hotel. The convenience of its location is amazing. We just walked from the airport. The rooms are good, but they need more table. Space. The tiny tables next to the bed are so small. It would be great if they were bigger. Everything else about this hotel is wonderful, including the breakfast buffet and all the people that work. There are very nice.

We had booked a room which said it had an airport view, which it did, however, it was of the terminal building and you could not see the aircraft. As an aircraft enthusiast this was a great disappointment.
As for the room, this was without a doubt the strangest layout I have ever seen. The shower and WC were not in a seperate room, they were visible to all. The shower door and WC had frosted glass but it only came halfway up the door. There is a curtain that can be drawn so no one could see you, but we had to turn the TV on to block out any noise being made.
The proximity to the terminal and the Lisbon Metro was a huge advantage to us.

The hotel is a 5min walk from the airport = convenient for early flights, no need to book transportation but the hotel does have a shuttle service. Staff greet you with a smile- first impressions are key and this hotel exceeds in making you feel special. It’s clean and the rooms are spacious. And continental breakfast starts at 2am!! Another great feature - why don’t more hotels do this for those with early morning flights? I would stay here again and again!!

The room was small but very clean and well laid out. A really tall person might have some difficulty fitting onto the toilet but my 5'10\" frame had no real problems. The staff was very courteous and helpful despite a vicious storm raking Lisbon at the time. The food was buffet style and quite good. The evening meal, a buffet was a little expensive at 24€ per person but considering the alternative was to brave a powerful thunderstorm, we ate there. Other than that, the hotel was excellent an literally 8 minute walk from the airport.
