Eleanora was very accommodating and kind with our check in. The location felt very safe, was an easy 10 minute walk to the metro and had wonderful restaurant options very close by. The bathroom was a little small but adequate and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here after a cruise. Easy to get to on the train from Civitavecchia, 5 minute walk from Tuscolana Station. The train goes to the airport too. Get to all the sights using the Re di Roma metro, also a 5 minute walk. Leonora will give you directions and suggestions of where to eat. Simple DIY breakfast is provided and a great coffee machine! Supermarket and pizza shop next door. Highly recommended! Thank you for having us!

Damiani and Sister Guest House is an excellent location place and good value for the price. Close to excellent restaurants and stores. Very safe neighborhood. Eleonore has great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Will book there again when traveling to Rome!

The location was a bit quiet and a bit of a walk from Rome city centre but that didn’t bother us too much. We were also there around a public holiday so this would have affected the shops surrounding.

The owner was lovely. I liked the location but preferred being closer to sites on a return visit. There are about 25 steps up the front door which can be challenging with luggage. The rooms are in an apartment building. The walks are thin. We were able to hear the child in the next room. Breakfast is just packaged processed foods. The balcony was nice.

The only negative I could find was the size of the shower (being a tall guy, this was a challenge), but by no means did this take away from our vacation. There is a reason this place is so highly rated. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

There is a mini fridge with complimentary water and juice and coffee pods in the room.
The dining area is well equipped and you can use the crockery for lunch and dinner.
Fresh pastries are delivered each morning and there is yogurt, cereal, toast, pancakes, waffles, cheese and ham.
There is a table on a balcony too for Alfresco breakfast.
There is a supermarket within walking distance and a kebab/pizza shop Nextdoor.

The Trevi Fountain is 3 miles away but there is so much to see if you walk.
We walked 18 miles in one day but covered most of the sites including the Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and the Vatican.

The only negative things are that the area that this property is located at is a bit dirty with trash and smell of trash. Also, it is exhausting sometimes to walk to the main tourist spots because of this property’s location. Nonetheless, I had an excellent stay here.

Eleonora was erg vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen, advies of problemen. Er was zelfs een balkon, waar je lekker op kon zitten. Ook de rustige ligging, op loopafstand van de metro zijn een duidelijke plus.
Minder was de erg luide Airco, die je recht uit je bed blies en geen stille nachtstand had. Ook de aanwezige ijskast was handig, maar ook erg luid en hield me wakker. Verder was het verboden om op de kamer te eten of drinken!!??

Collazione abondante con tante cose aggiungibili, fette biscottate, burro, formaggio, due tipi di dolce nella cucina, latte, sugo d'arancia e mela, un microonde. toast, tutto quello che si puo pensare. Letto molto comodo, aria condizionata, hostes molto gentile. Molto raccomandato !
