The location is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, the only issue is the toilet fan is not strong enough but overall are good. The staffs in the reception are very helpful and welcoming . My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Definitely will book this hotel again in the future.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very clean and family-friendly, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Tokyo

Key selling points - clean and spacious rooms. Free chilled water machine. Washing machine n dryer. Staff assist with luggage forwarding so you don't have to DIY. Bed rails and cot available. Kitchenette was helpful. Staff on site til 10pm so u felt relatively safe

Areas for improvement - house keeping cleaned our room but didn't wash the dirty dishes we left in the sink. The wooden cot was too small so my 9mo baby often bumped his head on it which caused some concern. I really dislike hotel rooms that use carpet as you aren't sure if previous guests have worn shoes n contaminated the carpet. This was important to me as my baby is crawling. Not enough hooks in the bathroom and around living areas for bags n towels.

2 very silly things I must point out - the wooden furniture like sofa chairs, dining table had pointy corners which wasn't appropriate for my toddlers. I think rounded corners could be more kid friendly especially since that is Mimaru's target group. The bunk bed had ceiling-height wall shelf and there was a gap between it and the wall. My daughter thought it was a shelf and accidentally dropped her toy in the gap. Unable to retrieve toy

Location next to TCAT with a 7 min walk was the best - easy even with luggage.
The hotel has all amenities needed for a family including washer and dryer at a fee. There was a rooftop which was lovely. There was also a 24hr noodle shop one could visit if you are ever hungry, plus a Lawson’s just around the corner. The best was the service rendered by their staff, especially Sirhat, he helped us with a beautiful surprise in the room with balloons and banners for my daughter whom we celebrated her 15th birthday with. Great chain, will always stay at Mimaru when we visit Japan.

The hotel was great and very near the TCAT so it was super easy getting a bus to Haneda in 25 minutes. It isn’t that near the main Central Area of Tokyo but it’s not too bad getting there via the subway. The hotel room was clean and very large so super comfortable for a family of 4.

MIMARU suitengumae, wow what can we say? You set the standards high when it comes to family friendly, equipped accomodation, had everything we needed and also the option to borrow appliances. Kitchen had everything we needed, microwave and fridge just the right size for our stay. Plenty of bins and towels. Laundry downstairs is good and detergent provided already.
We were close to TCAT so can get to airports easily. Warm and welcoming lobby.
Last but not least, the staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful in spite of our lack of Japanese language.
We would most definitely come back for our future trips😁

Only con I have is the pillows could be better, felt hard after a few nights.

Location close to TCat, taxi can get us too many places on the east side without costing too much. Walking to the closest train station couldn't get us very far. The other 2 stations (9 mins walk) were much better but they were too much for our little kids who already had lots of walking during the day.
The room like any other miarmu was spacious and clean.

This is a very nice hotel and perfect for families. My two kids loved having their own bunk beds. The location is next to the TCAT bus terminal which is convenient for airport access. However, to get to other parts of the city, it’s not the most central location. That said, the closest subway station is only a 5-min walk away and others are within 10-15 minutes walking. Dining options are a little more limited unless you hop on the subway station. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff is super friendly. Above all, it was very clean. We stayed at Mimaru hotels for our whole trip in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. They were all impeccable.

Our only suggestion is that Mimaru should have more towel rails so we can hang towels to dry and thereby, we wouldn’t have to ask for more towels.

Excellent wifi in the rooms. Big rooms, plenty of space and all yours. If you don't like the typical small Japanese hotels that are usually old stinky and small, this place is great! It's not a five star hotel with people taking your bags to your room, it's more of an apartment style hotel, but if you don't care for that, this place is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't have early checkin, but they will hold your bags for you so you don't have to walk around with them.

Laundry is on the bottom floor, coin type laundry, but they have a change machine in the laundry room. The Metro is about a couple minutes walking with some small shopping areas and a couple restaurants. 7/11 and Family Mart is nearby as well.

If you have a car, there is a pay parking lot just across the street.

Our family of four stayed for 4 nights at this very convenient, very clean and affordable apartment hotel. T-CAT stop is just one block away, and other public transit routes are also plenty around the hotel. We walked to Tokyo Station twice even in very hot days, and cab ride from there was just $18 US. The unit can sleep four with a bunker bed which my kids loved. It has a full kitchen with appliances including stove, microwave and frig, although no dishwasher. We didn't cook there but I can see a family making full meals there. There are separate rooms for toilet and bathroom. The space is economic size, perfect for us, but may be small for average 6' guys. The building has very friendly staff, but little other amenities, although it does have a laundry and a small roof deck. Overall, very pleasant experience, better than we expected, especially the clean condition of the space.

It was great to have a property we could cook in and do our washing (at 700 yen per load including using the drier). The staff were very helpful and attentive. The only downside was the property was not vacummed daily (understand beds don't need to be made daily, but would have expected floor to be cleaned) and for westerners the mattresses were very hard (even with an additional futon topper).

Good choice if you need a break from the hustle, bustle of Tokyo. Quiet area about 30 minute walk from Tokyo Station but relatively close to the subway. Restaurants and shopping are a bit of a walk as well. Very quiet, clean, good size unit that worked well.

Amazing little hotel with very friendly staff! I was able to get assistance in restaurant bookings and getting useful recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel is spotless and roomy with great shower and toilet facilities. Location is very accessible. 30 min limousine bus from Haneda airport to TCAT and then just a short 3 minute walk to hotel. Near many metro stations making daily sightseeing very easy.
We booked 2 rooms for 7 people and everyone was happy! Highly recommend and would come back.

First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the second we arrived, we were greeted warmly and given all the information we could possibly need.
The rooms are ideal, with a well appointed kitchen area and living room.
I would say that what is a considered a \"5 person room\" is really a bit of a squeeze and that it's more suitable for 3 people. However, the room is still very big compared to standard tokyo sizes!
Hotel is very close to two different subway lines, meaning you can get almost anywhere you need to for central tokyo.
Trip phone that was offered was so handy and cheap, really easy way to have wifi access on the go.

After travelling around Japan with a lot of variety of accommodation we wanted something self contained for our last 6 night. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and found that accommodation was perfect for us. Most of the other places we stayed at included brekky but it always meant working around times and having to look presentable. We enjoyed having our cheap and relaxing brekky while planing our day before heading out. There are a few train stations close. Suitengumae Station is only a block away its one of only a few stations you can get the subway daily passes for tourist from.

The hotel was a very clean and quiet location very close to the subway. The staff were extremely friendly with help to questions & directions. They made our visit to Tokyo easy and wonderful! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower was very clean. Loved the shower! Thank you so much for providing a memorable and relaxing stay!!
