This hotel was nicely situated within 20 minutes walk of a lot of fun areas and a 4 minute walk to Hatchobori Station. The room was super spacious with great little kitchens and the hotel had a great laundry room! We really appreciated the friendly and very helpful staff as well. We will definitely be back and search it other Mimaru hotel when we visit Japan again.

At first, I was hesitant about being \"so far\" (1km) from Tokyo Station, but after staying here I learned there were so many metro/subway stations nearby that could take us to all parts of Tokyo. Three minute walk to two helpful transportation stations with four major lines. GREAT location in relatively quiet part of Tokyo. There is not a lot of hustle and bustle and noise like Shinjuku and Shibuya.

Staff was very helpful, easy to communicate with in English. Riri at the front desk was very helpful with storing and delivering our luggage to Narita after check out.

Laundry room available on 2nd floor, 300 yen for wash and 100 yen for 20 minutes of dryer (needs 2 cycles of 20min to fully dry clothes).

Three min walk to two Lawsons, two 7-Elevens, and one Family Mart. Good food nearby - favorites include Coco Ichibanya, Hanamaru Udon, and even Yoshinoya hit the spot.

Would definitely stay here again, it felt like home.

Overall it’s a nice apart style hotel. Walking distance to Tokyo Station. I like the layout of beds and the area with table and bench. Lots of space to hang your clothes. No laundry inside the room while the laundry facility on 2nd floor is chargeable. I stayed at other Mimaru before so this is different setup. They offer luggage forwarding services. I would say shipping within Tokyo is overpriced. While shopping outside of Tokyo is reasonable.

Mimaru hotels are my favorite hotels when travelling with kids! The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and clean. The hotel has laundry and strives to meet all the needs of the traveller including suitcase storage, restaurant recommendations and even inexpensive cell phone data plans. We were told not use turn the ac lower than 24 degrees which was fine if you turned the fan on the unit high. We were there during the summer months and heat wave. Just found the musky room odd and it was the only hotel

This is a great hotel. All of the front desk staff can speak English and they're all super helpful. One girl helped me break a 5000 yen bill with change from her own wallet because they had just shut down the front desk at 10 pm and their petty cash drawer was already closed but she happily helped me and I was thankful because I really needed to do laundry that night. Speaking of laundry, they have 5 or 6 washing machines and an equal number of dryers available 24 hours. Hotel conveniently located near subway entrances. One of the subway entrances is for the subway line that goes straight to Disney without having to switch trains (except onto the dedicated Disney park train which circles the two parks) which made it very easy to get to Disney. The area around the hotel also felt clean and safe. The rooms are very clean and good size with plenty of room for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There's a 7-Eleven and a Lawson's within eye shot and a couple of Family Marts also very near. There's also a pharmacy and a Denny's restaurant (which has a fancier menu than Denny's in the U.S.) across the street. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This place is a family friendly apartment hotel. Although for a Japanese standard this place fell short our expectations for the price we paid. There's limited house keeping and services offered e.g.: the beds aren't made everyday (I'm not referring to the changing linen here) and we had to collect other amenities at the front desk (after a long day walking), no filtered water or welcome drinks although noted that Japan water is drinkable. I understand that this is a digital era but we preffered a human service rather than being referred online to a qr code. On top of that, this property isn't as close to public transport. Worth mentioning that the front desk staff are friendly.

The property itself was not fancy, but adequate and for Tokyo, the room was spacious. We had bunk beds and two twins so everyone had their own bed, a nice sitting area with a table and kitchenette. Toilet was separate from sink/shower which was nice. Had 5 separate washing machines and 5 dryers so laundry never a problem. Short walk to 2 metro stops. About 15 minutes from Tokyo Station. Only downside was no spacious lobby and in business district so not a lot right around hotel, but on the other hand, it was a quite neighborhood with plenty of convince stores.

Mimaru stood out as the best accommodation during our time in Japan. We stayed in the apartment style room with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds, which was perfect for our family. The space was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was generously sized and the deep tub was a dream to soak in after long days exploring Tokyo. The kitchenette in the room was well equipped with a stove, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, and stocked cabinets with dishes, cups, and even pots and pans - ideal for anyone wanting to prepare a meal during their stay.

The location was equally convenient - less than a short 5-minute walk to two train stations, and directly across the street from 7-Eleven, FamilyMart and Lawson, which made grabbing snacks or quick meals (before and/or after our excursions) incredibly easy.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff, Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and patient, greeting us warmly each time we left or returned. Their kindness and professionalism made navigating Tokyo for the first time much less intimidating.

I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Getting around was a breeze as the hotel was conveniently located between two train stations. We booked a family room for 4 which was large and comfortable. Overall a pleasant area to stay as it is off the hustle and bustle and yet easily accessible. Definitely recommend to bigger groups of 4 or more.

The staff is so pleasant and friendly. They were extremely helpful and delightful to deal with every single day. This is the perfect location for families. The rooms are clean and wonderfully designed to accommodate our family of five. We are close to the Tokyo Metro so getting around is easy and we were no more than 30 mins from most places we visited unless we were leaving the city. Great places to eat around the facility as well. I look forward to staying not only here again but some others across the country.

This our second time staying with this chain (different location). The room was spacious enough for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen). The hotel and room is very clean. It is very convenient to have laundry machines, as we traveled in the summer. We arrived 3 hrs before check-in; and possibly because we arrived on a typhoon day, we were able to get our room early for no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well.

Its a great option if you have a large group or travelling with family. They can accommodate a family of 4 easily. Location is good, although a bit away from larger stations like tokyo or shinjuku station. You need to take another subway line (Tozai line) to get here from tokyo station. Theres a decent selection of reataurants nearby. Overall a decent option.
