I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience fell short of expectations. While the property itself was fine, the staff did not seem very accommodating. I encountered several situations where assistance was needed, but the responses felt dismissive or unhelpful. I hope management can address these issues, as better customer service would make a big difference for future guest.

The room was immaculate. The staff was helpful and the cost was very reasonable. My only complaint was that the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. If you are staying more than one or two days I recommend purchasing a mattress topper. To be fair, my partner didn't find it to be an issue.

The hotel is close to GINZA shopping streets, close to Tokyo station for JR trains, and close to multiple metro lines and stations. The hotel is also very clean and quiet. The breakfast is also good with Japanese food and western food.

Very close to Ginza area but the rooms are super small. The air conditioning is all over the place always too cold. The bathroom had a safety handle loose so they changed our room. The room has signs of deterioration in the ceiling and water comes in from the roof next to the elevator. For 1 person is ok for a couple is too small

All around, I would recommend this hotel. And I would stay here again. The rooms were clean and pretty quiet and the beds were comfortable. However, the heating/cooling is centrally controlled, which was quite unfortunate. You can decide how hot you want it if the building heating is on, or how cool you want it if the building a/c is on, but you can’t decide whether you want heating or cooling for your room individually. Also, I would not recommend the breakfast for the price. Not worth it.

My APA stays before this have been fine. But the single rooms at this property push the limits of acceptability for western guests, with 11 sq-m rooms. I had to rearrange the room to be able to do pushups in the morning. The worst part is that APA shamelessly and cynically greenwashes all their cost-saving practices, declaring very often \"for earth, we (fill in cost-saving measure here)\". But if you replace \"for earth\" with \"for maximum profits,\" ALL their cuts to room services and amenities make so much more sense. Also, you can't have it both ways. You can't say \"for earth\" on everything, then distribute *individually wrapped q-tips* in your \"amenities bag\" that arrives every morning. It's insultingly transparent. The gist of it is that they do *all* the cost cutting things, *all* of which inconvenience you while saving the hotel chain money, and they will *always* find a way say it's for the environment.
On the other hand, I paid $135USD/nt for a hotel walking distance from Tokyo International Forum, which is a great deal. Would I do it again? I might stay at this particular APA again, but I would probably spend a little extra to get a double room, even for a single person.
So in short, the location is great, the staff is friendly, the price is good...but it's not a hotel you're going to want to *be* in - just a place to sleep. And not good for stays much longer than a week.

Great Staff, Excellent location near Ginza above the Takaracho Station on the Asakusa line. Direct access from Haneda. (Nariata too but it's a long ride). Ginza is just 5 min walk to all the shopping area and less than 10 min to Tokyo Station. Staff is very good here.

Compact but well situated for the price
A few days in Tokyo seeing the sights and visiting Tokyo Disney, hotel room was small and compact but enough for 2 staying just to get a nights sleep, staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was situated a short 10 minute walk from Tokyo station. I spent few weeks in Japan for for my vacation and stayed at different hotels in various cities. I know rooms of hotels in Japan are generally very small, but I don't expect it was so small and the layout is so terrible. Even worse, it doesn't provide any laundry service or self-service laundry machine. However, the location is very convenient, that's the best part of it.

This hotel was very convenient. You can take the keisei express arrive pretty much at the hotel front door. The staff were friendly during check in and whenever we left for the day. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side as expected in Tokyo, but if you pack a lot of luggage then it would be hard to move around freely in the room.
