This hotel is located in a central area close to 2 different train entrances. It’s not directly on a busy road which makes it very quiet too. The staff was extremely friendly (and spoke English). They had free amenities on the second floor that go beyond most hotels such as bath salt, hair ties, tooth brushes & paste, and you could even borrow different types of hair tools. The room itself was standard of what you would find in Japan, relatively small. However, it was extremely clean and had a standing fan/dehumidifier already in the room (the best part!!). On the first floor, there is an attached restaurant that is very delicious and I would recommend trying for dinner. Overall, I had a great experience!

This was our first hotel on a 12-day trip to Japan. The room was clean and conveniently located to the subway. It was very small by American hotel standards, but the hotel website provides exact measurements of the room and the bed, and everything was as advertised. The breakfast was good; hotel guests had 4 options from which to choose, including western breakfast, Japanese breakfast, sushi, or salad.

This hotel location is great, it is situated in between 2 train lines which makes it really easy to travel around Tokyo. There are also two combines situated just about 3mins walk away from the hotel, which is really great. The room is very comfortable for a solo traveller but would be a bit tight for 2pax. There are washing machines and dryers at the reception level and they also provided a lot of toiletries, coffee and tea at the reception level. They even provided pyjamas! The staffs were friendly and helpful, overall a very enjoyable stay! 😌

We chose budget hotels for our two week trip, four different chains/brands. This one was close to Tokyo Station and very convenient for many local rail lines. It was easy to visit Senso-ji, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and more places around Tokyo.

Unfortunately our non-smoking room had an odor reminiscent of smoking. We tried to sleep there and weren't getting good sleep. The staff did move us to another (larger) room after we mentioned it. The double bed was smaller than three other hotels for the trip (a double isn't a double?). There was no underbed storage so just using our luggage was challenging in a normal small hotel room

The headboard was too thin to set phones on overnight for charging. The TV was mounted nearly at surface level of the desk (taking up a lot of space) so setting up all our electronics to charge became a challenge onto itself. No coffee available in the hotel so I resorted to instant with the in-room kettle which also required more desk-space juggling.

The restaurant's western options were unsatisfying (we tried twice). We did exchange our last day's breakfast tickets for granola packs. We wished we didn't opt to include breakfast with the room at all.

I hate to speak poorly of it as we found the staff to be helpful, but it was just a sub-optimal experience for our final nights in Japan. I waited until staying at all four chains before writing any reviews. I would not stay here again.

This hotel's staff is just wonderful and very responsive to our questions! We will definitely consider staying here again in Tokyo! It is located near Tokyo station and very walkable, and the Edogrand offers wonderful places to eat without having to venture too far out for weary traveler. You can pick up hotel amenities at the lobby if you need anything, and get daily clean towels if you desire. There's also currency exchange machine and laundry facilities on the 2nd floor lobby/front desk, so everything is very convenient and nice! We loved the staff and everything about this hotel! And, it was worth paying a little extra to get the superior twin bed room as it offered much for space for our 4 pieces of luggage and as sofa! I loved the fact that their bathroom is not a \"step up\" but level to the floor! There is also a refrigerator in the room and big enough closet space. Loved it!

The front office staff are so wonderful! We also like the space for the twin bed room with a spacious sitting area. The bathroom space too was larger than most! The rooms are clean and the daily towel exchanges (if you want it), are awesome. Close to the main dori by Tokyo Edogrand where we found delicious places to eat! Also, it is a 7 min walk to Tokyo Station which is a plus, but the Metro lines are just around the block!

The facility is clean, and the staff is always friendly. There is great transportation near the hotel. The Asakusa line to Narita Airport is a 4 minute walk, even with luggage. There is a food and coffee all around the area. The hotel has a sushi restaurant connected to it and the food was great. Tokyo station is about a 10 minute walk and there is so much food and places to shop.

Ok but wouldn't go back. Ac right above bed so was uncomfortable at night and the ac machine spluttered water over you periodically. Comedy ironing set which was totally useless - do not stay at this hotel if you are on a business trip.
Bathroom cramped, my head touched ceiling, smelled musty. Window didnt open even a crack so not able to air the room. Bed was comfortable though and didnt suffer any noise.

I found staff to be unfriendly at check-in and not willing to provide any additional information unless specifically asked. After a long flight and suffering jetlag... a little smile, and a warm 'hello' would have been greatly appreciated. Instead I had to stand and knock on the front desk to get attention and then told... come back at 3:00 when check-in scheduled. Which I completely understood about the check-in time but, even a little explanation of locking up luggage until check-in or a change room / place to freshen up was provided, more knowledge of what is available close to the airport. Otherwise the room was clean, small but clean and all we needed was a bed and shower for the night and that's what we got.

Going into my trip I knew rooms in Japan were going to be small, however the small double room is actually very small. I don’t mind the tight space just because we didn’t have much luggage but the bed was probably a full size bed. So if you are two average size people, it is a small fit.

Enjoyed all the amenities and kits they gave out for free, as well as being able to use a hair curler that they loan out. Super convenient!
