Ginza is a great area to stay, but the room at this hotel was not clean; I found stains on the towels, sheets and pillow cases, which was very uncomfortable. The room itself was outdated as well and overall unclean. There was no space to open luggage and it was uncomfortable to stay in this room.

Love to stay at Intergate hotel, especially this one in Kyobashi as it’s very conveniently located with easy access to Tokyo station, metro lines as well as Ginza area. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful in many ways. Breakfasts are in buffet style with many items to choose from, though the menu rotates every other day only. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back to this one again if I’m in Tokyo!

Smallish but reasonably priced room Location is awesome if you take the metro (but still quite a walk from JR Tokyo station) because at Kyobashi station takes Azakusa line metro will get you directly to Haneda airport vice versa (just stay on the same train even it turns into a diff line according to Google which confused the hell out of me at first). You can even take A8 exit which has elevator for your luggage. Somehow they only have free coffee in the morning time but you can take free tea bags anytime (but no free coffee).

The location was very nice. Family Mart is in the building, different train stations were within 5 min walking distance, Tokyo station was less than 15 min. Hotel provided lots of snacks and drinks at various times, if you happen to be at the hotel during those times could give them a try. It was nice to have water bottles provided everyday for added convinence. The room was a decent size for Tokyo, making it easy to pack and have enough space to store luggage.

Room is clean and perfectly serviceable. Small, but that's okay. The room I got was pretty alarming in that the window was just about 12\" away from the building next door, and I had a great view of the wall texture of the next building. Lounge wasn't really what it seems, but hey, that's what the convenient store is for. For the same price, there was a better option, but it's what it is. Notably, they did have a very comfy bed and pillows, and they'll sell you the pillows.

Staff was worst . Haroda name Japanese guy almost gave me threat to leave hotel if I don’t like there heater which was not working as expected so I reported to them to fix it. But when he could not for a while he tried to get aggressive and middle of night suggesting to leave hotel and get money back . He was rude person . This hotel is overpriced and over rated not good staff at alll. I got sick in that room because of heater and I paid 550$ almost for 4 days it’s lot of money with that property condition and then this kind of bad staff

The staff whom we met at the check-in seemed to be in a great rush, but for no reason. The lady who “helped” my friend rushed to give her everything without realizing she was holding a bunch of things on her hands already. Mine “helped” me by clicking the temporary membership option on the screen, even though I repeatedly asked about its detail and indicated that I didn’t wanna join it.

Mr Lau of the front desk was properly the only person who could communicate with us, in English, effectively.

It was fine, but thing special. Location is really nice - 2 min from the Ginza line station, konbini in the basement and many stores around.
Room was small, but had everything what was required. It needs a strong renovation because it looked a bit dirty (espscially walls, furniture).
Staff was nice and helpful, choice of amentinies was ok.
To sum up it was ok, but I think a renovation is required, because around you may find places in more better condition for the similar price.

It was a good location where I was about a 10 minute walk from Tokyo station. This was use for catching a train onwards to other cities via JR.

I opted for solo (single) room. It was clean and had enough space for a few days. The shower was great and there were amenities you could take and were available. The hotel has a small entrance next to family mart and then you take the lift to 2nd floor for reception.

I managed to forward my luggage onwards to the next hotel via an online form but needed to pay cash upfront at the reception.

The front desk staff were helpful and very professional.

Nice transit hotel close to Tokyo Station and other shops. Room was cozy and functional. Downstairs lobby they had drinks and snacks in the evening available as part of hotel room fee so you should want for anything if your really on a budget (but your in Tokyo so go eat out and have fun) lol.

Did not have a chance to try morning goodies and drink as we left around 6 am.

We would stay again.

THOUGH : don't get there before 3:00 pm ! You need to check in a little earlier , it won't happen . Unless you are willing to pay for 1 or 2 hours of early check in . I think it won't hurt them if ( having the rooms available already ...) would be a little flexible with the check in time :( ...

But this aspect it happens at any hotel you would go , in Japan ...

It was quite a walk from Tokyo Station, and it wasn’t easy to carry all our luggage there. However, I chose this location for convenience when heading to the airport as Asakusa Station is right outside the hotel. Ginza Station is also just steps away if you don't want to walk all the way to Tokyo station. The front desk offers disposable slippers and foot patches upon request, which was a nice touch.

This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my trip (out of three), but unfortunately, it was my least favorite, probably due to the location. The Wi-Fi was very slow, averaging around 10 Mbps, while my eSIM had speeds closer to 100 Mbps, so I continued using my eSIM instead. Bathroom was a bit too dark.

The A/c is right over the bed which makes it a little uncomfortable. Breakfast price shown online does not match the actual charge which then came as a surprise. They are inconsistent about asking for breakfast payment before or after which is annoying. Rooms are cramped. Very nice location right next to Ginza and restaurants and trains. Polite staff.

The staff is beyond awesome!!! They go the extra million miles to ensure that the customers are well taken care of. Full delicious breakfast, tea time mid morning and afternoon, happy hour, and late night soup is offered everyday. Lau at the night reception is great! I loved my stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is excellent. 10 minute walk to Tokyo station to catch the bullet train. 20-25 minute walk to the Emperor’s palace and gardens. 15 minute walk to catch the Sky Hop Bus for sightseeing. This hotel is Wonderful.

The only complaint I have is the bathroom. They placed the toilet wayyyyy too close to the sink. Making it impossible to fully lift the toilet lid due to it hitting the sink. Meaning, you'd be doing your business with the toilet lid resting on your back. Otherwise, loved the location and property.

There are two subway stations within 4 mins of the hotel. There is a 711 located beneath the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent every morning. I was able to try new dishes each morning. Usually I don’t eat the breakfast but this time I couldn’t pass it up.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I’ll stay here again for my next trip to Tokyo.

Great property. Located and situated near two subway lines. I found myself using the Ginza line often. Unfortunately, when I got at the hotel around 2:15ish they had me wait until 3PM to check in. They directed me to the lobby and had me wait 45 minutes until I got to my room — after a long day of travel. It’s a fine hotel. Great location. I was hoping that they would at least have offered the room even with a small fee. I doubt that they needed the 45 minutes to clean the room.

Found the rooms very small with a window that looked out onto a wall about 1 metre away. Glad I had only booked the one night, Although no view from the window, there was plenty of traffic noise I could hear. As a group we booked 3 rooms and all looked out to a wall. The single bed took up most of the room. Found it all very drepressing.
