Professional In-Room Amenities Marred by Unprofessional Service and Poor Layout**

I stayed here from March 5th to March 9th. While the hotel offers some unique conveniences, several service and design issues made for a frustrating experience.

**The Service Issue:**
The staff's handling of my visa certificate request was unprofessional. At check-in, the staff was unfamiliar with the document but eventually agreed to have it ready for my departure. At check-out, a different staff member was very impatient and tried to dismiss me by incorrectly claiming I had to get the certificate from my booking site. I had to be extremely persistent and demand to speak with a manager; only then did she find my document, which had already been prepared and was sitting in a pile of envelopes. This misinformation could have jeopardized my visa process.

**The Room & Facilities:**

Property is moderate for a city hotel. The fact that you have to go to reception and buy a ticket, only with cash, for breakfast seems antiquated and not at all customer friendly. Only have your room made up once a week isnt helpful either.

銀座エリアでの滞在先として、非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。三越まで約150mと近く、買い物や食事にも徒歩で行けて便利です。東銀座駅からもアクセスが良く、羽田・成田どちらの空港にも行きやすい立地で助かりました。近くにコンビニが2軒あるのも地味にありがたいポイントです。

そして何より、ホテルそのものの快適さが素晴らしかったです。お部屋はゆったり過ごせるサイズ感で、洗濯乾燥機と電子レンジが部屋に備わっています。室内も清潔感があり、気持ちよく滞在できました。東急ステイには他の施設も利用したことがありますが、東急ステイ銀座は特に印象が良かったです。

なによりReFaのシャンプー・トリートメント、シャワー、ドライヤーが備え付けられていたのが本当に本当に嬉しい！！滞在中も髪のツヤを保てました。普段はホテルだと髪がパサつきがちなのですが、明らかに違いました。

防音面でも安心感があります。ドアがしっかりしていて、廊下の清掃の音で起こされることもなく快適でした。枕も硬さの違うものが用意されていて、部屋で選べるのも細やかな配慮だと感じました。1階に用意されているコーヒーやTEARTHという紅茶も美味しく、新聞のサービスもありがたかったです。

一点だけ希望を挙げると、テレビの国際ニュースチャンネルがCNNのみだったので、もし可能ならBBCなど他のチャンネルも選べるようになるとさらに嬉しいです。

予約の急な変更にも迅速に対応してくださり、フロントの方々もとても親切でした。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。ぜひ今後もこのクオリティを継続していただけたら嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。

Stayed here multiple times now. Always a good choice if you’re staying for an extended time as there’s a washer/dryer combo in the room. Single units can get a little tight in space when you’re staying for longer and have more stuff (bigger luggage, more clothes to hang, etc), but you make due. Nicole at the front desk was there often over my 10 day stay and she was always friendly and nice.

Location is central and easily accessible by the subway. Appreciated the amenities available in the hotel lobby such as body sponges, combs, tea and coffee. Room was accessible by elevator which was usually quick to arrive. Size of the room was generous for a city. Room amenities were good including robe, slippers, kettle, fridge and microwave. The staff were helpful when some questions about the room were raised.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The service staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. They all spoke English, which made the check-in process a breeze. The rooms were clean and came with all the amenities that you will need (eg shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer). Additionally, each room has a Washing Machine & Microwave. Special mention to Takeda-san for assisting us in our check-in.

Loved the location most of all. Short train rides to all the neighborhoods we wanted to visit. Ginza is an ideal central location if you don't want to be in a party area but want to be close-in. We would stay again!

My stay at this hotel was overall okay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. The location is convenient, and the general atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant.

However, the biggest issue for me was the room cleanliness. While the space itself was comfortable, it didn’t feel as clean as it should be upon arrival. With a bit more attention to detail from housekeeping, the experience could have been much better.

Overall, it was a decent stay for the price especially in Ginza but improving room cleanliness would make a noticeable difference and elevate the quality of the stay. I might consider returning if these issues are addressed.

The room was fine, although not fully clean. Layout was nice. Like most Japanese hotels, the expectation is that you have a bag that can open from the front so you don't need a lot of space to look through luggage, so it's not the best regarding that, nor did it have a place to store clothes even though there was unused room under the bed. Seems meant mainly for business purposes, considering there's room taken for a pants press and other accommodations for that. Amenities like coffee are a bunch of packets and stuff on the first floor, which was annoying.

The in room washer/dryer is a fantastic option - it allows you to pack less and do more shopping. The room was very small for 2 people. The area has a lot of good food options and is walkable to the main shopping areas in GINZA. Would stay again, but would consider a bigger room.

This hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the train station, with a Family Mart nearby and great access to shopping. The room is well-equipped for short stays, offering a washer-dryer, microwave, small fridge and more (my favorite is the amazing hairdryer!). The highlight, however, is the front desk staff; professional, friendly, and proactive. When we had a small issue in the room, two staff members quickly resolved it. Their outstanding service made the stay especially remarkable.

Great location but poor ventilation

The hotel is in a great location and it is easy to hop onto the subway ans get to other places. The rooms have sealed windows so no air circulation and the AC was not effective. I went at the end of aummer in September and Japan is having a record heat wave year so it was 39c/95F and poor AC with no windows to open made it hell.

This place is truly a hidden gem. How it’s a 3 star hotel is remarkable compared to the quality we received.

For starters, the staff working were phenomenal. They ensured that everything we asked for was done swiftly and effectively. Not only this, but when something was unable to be completed it was told in a manner that was so polite.

The location of this place is also amazing. 2 minute walk from the main shopping area in ginza, as well as very close to convenience stores. Not only this, but the station is very close (2 min walk away), and the line connected is very convenient.

The food in the surrounding area is convenient and delicious. It is definitely worth trying places nearby the hotel.

Our room was very surprising when we entered. The bed was bigger than expected, the bathroom was clean and large aswell. For reference we stayed at the cheapest room in the hotel, paying 500 aud for 3 nights (around 50,000 yen). On top of this, everything was very clean and had no bad smell.

Conclusively, 5 stars is the perfect rating for this hotel. Quiet area, cheap, convenient, safe, easy to get to. Just amazing. Only downside would be that check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11 am, but that’s how hotels are so it’s not a knock to the hotel (and if you arrive early you can just safely pass along your bags). Not to mention that they have coupons!

If you’re looking for a cheap place that’s very reliable, great quality, and in a great area, I highly recommend staying here.

The good is that it was in a great location that made it easy to navigate a variety of Tokyo areas. The train station for bullet train was walkable, tons of shopping and dining options. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bad is that the room is a bit dirty. Especially the carpets. Didn’t ruin the overall stay but some of the stains around the room, very noticeable. Also, they have a weird inexplainable policy about not giving you a second key.

I didn't like that they only do cleaning in the room only after 6 nights stay, which we did. Washing machine in the room was working well until the 4th day when the laundry won't dry or when it did, it stank. I m unsure what is wrong with it, though I must say, it was the best thing in the room. We had a room with a tiny kitchenette. You got to make your own beds and honestly, what is a holiday when you gotta make your own bed in a hotel? Hotel staff were helpful and helped us when my child fell ill to look for a nearby English speaking clinic. They helped us booked a cab on our way back too. Area is very convenient and walkable to all the major shops and tsukji market.
