LG Steam Closet in the room is a life saver to sanitize jacket and clothes. It’s close to 2 main metro lines and walkable to Ginza shopping area. Tsukiji market is also super close. The snack and drinks provided during afternoon and evening are wonderful. Staff are very nice.

We rented 4 rooms for 8 people. We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Henna na Hotel Ginza. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to the subway stations. The staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying there.

Hotel was good. Rooms are fairly large compared to most in Tokyo. Bathroom was a little small but manageable. There was a steam closet in room, which was great for clothing freshen up. There are 2 stations within easy walking distance and plenty of restaurants, multiple convenience stores and a grocery store close by. The Lobby has multiple lockers for luggage, should you need to store prior to check in or check out. There is a lounge area that offers breakfast & beverages throughout the day, including a mix your own cocktail at night. There is a scooter hire located directly outside hotel too.

Oh man, the beds and the pillows did my back in. The bed was so hard, the pillows were lumpy. But - the hotel was clean, good location, the breakfast was basic but convenient and the cookies and cocktail hour were a bonus. As for the robots at reception - I saw them have a whole convo with some other people in Japanese but they hardly interacted with us - maybe they don't speak English? We tried the LG styler - not certain it actually did anything but the machine madesome noises while it was running... little supermarket next door was well stocked and handy. There are laundry facilities and vending machines on the first floor but we didn't use them. We were on the 8th floor - nice and quiet and good blockout blinds.

Our stay at this property was great. We chose this because it was very convenient location to visit the Disney Parks (15 min walk to Hatchobori Station)
The area itself is quiet but easy enough to reach anywhere in Tokyo. Room is small but comfortable. Got our towels changed daily which was great. Breakfast could be better but can’t complain. Really loved that there were snacks and drinks throughout the day.

ロボットが受付という新しい経験がどの様なものかという興味から今回の滞在を決めました。余りスタッフとの接触はありませんでしたが、オンラインショッピングの受け取りなどきちんとして頂いて好感度が上がりました。
「荷物を預かっております」などのメッセージが部屋のTV画面に表示されるともっと良かったです。

We loved it. The robots were sweet, they don't do much but i miss them now i have checked out.
The hotel is located next to Shintomicho station and just a few minutes walk to Tsukiji station, giving access to most of Tokyo including Disneyland in around 30 minutes.
It's a quiet neighbourhood.
They have coin laundry facilities. Think it was ¥500 to wash and drying ¥200 per 20 mins.

The property was near a couple major train stations I used for my stay. the shower is great and the tub could fill up and cover my knees which i am a Big american. The only thing that really annoyed me was they didnt tell me they had my bags in the back because I used a trnsport company and there is a spot to see bags so I thought my bags wwere lost had to go to the company for them to tell me they where given to staff.

First, the staff was lovely. They greeted me when I walked in even though it was at a time that was not during normal check-in times. Then the day I needed to check out logistically was a bit of a mess for me and they helped make it so much easier. It was a Sunday and the post office was not open. Long story short, a gentleman at the front desk (I lost the note I made myself with his name) was so kind to help. He was able to help me get stamps and then held them until the next day to send them out with the post.

Second, while the location may not seem ideal to most people, it was actually great. I walked all around the neighborhood easily.

Third, they have snacks out for different times of the day. It would be so nice to walk in or out of the hotel and be able to drink water or grab some tea, maybe even some biscuits if it was that time of the day.

Fourth, while the room may have been small, it was clean, well furnished and stocked, and oh so quiet!

Loved this little hotel. In japanese it means \"weird hotel\" apparently. But there is nothing wierd about it unless you include the robot check-out girls. These are strange.
Couldnt fault the hotel. Breakfast was a bit basic but adequate and we didnt know at the time of booking that it is basically all inclusive. Breakfast, tea coffee and biscuits all day, evening there was a huge display of liqueurs and whisky. Just help your self

This is definitely not a three star property. I would not have booked here if it was accurately rated. The halls were lined in dust. If you stay multiple days they only clean your room every three days. In the room it says laundry is 300 yen a load. When you go down to do the laundry with change in hand, you have to have 500 yen. I told the front desk of the error. They are aware but have not changed their forms in the guest room.
Breakfast is very small- yogurt, frozen thawed fruit and individually wrapped bread. Bread tastes not a good as the breads sold in 7 11 or Lawsons. I wish we did not stay here.
By the way the robot is totally a gimmick and does nothing.
I recommend finding another hotel.

Love the hassle-free check-in and check-out. Free breakfast and enjoyable cocktail time at night were so pleasantly welcome! Enjoy the size of the hotel room - could open luggages and still have space to move around and lounge with friend. TV was huge and able to do chrome cast so we could watch Netflix. Bathroom has bathtub so it was nice to have a relaxing soak after a tiring day of sightseeing. Towels and toiletries were of great quality. Love that the beds were not the too-soft kind. Enough charging points for both of us to charge our many phones and portable fans etc. Wonderful!

Its alway difficult to find accommodations with 3 beds, luckily Henn Na Ginza was available. Fairly small rooms by western standards, but more than enough for for those who just need a place to rest up before exploring Tokyo. Short walk to a local train station. Staff is very friendly, there is actucal people ther, not just robots, which is pretty neat to see.

Location is ideal in the walking distance of Tokyo station, Ginza and Tsukiji Outer Market, plenty of small eateries nearby. Room size is good for Tokyo. The free tea and cocktail hour is above bonus.

Gostamos de passar a noite, os staff são muito gentis, um deles parecia gostar de crianças, interagiu com minhas filhas. O hotel tem um ótima localização, tem estação de trem a 2 quadras, o café da manhã bem servido( tinha leite de soja também), limpo. Pontos fracos são que o quarto é pequeno para 4 pessoas, mesmo sendo 2 crianças) e a disposição das camas tivemos que adaptar para que minhas filhas dormissem e não caíssem da cama, só tem 2 vagas no estacionamento do hotel ( não reservam, se não tiver vaga eles indicam um estacionamento a algumas quadras do hotel). Apesar disso voltaríamos a nos hospedar!

Nice hotel with very small rooms. Extremely clean and has that typical Japanese functionality. Main attraction are the robots at the front but they don’t do much as everything is handled by humans. The humans are very helpful and lovely! Close to metro station, which have lifts.
