The location was great. The staff is helpful. Although the room was a little dated, it was clean, sufficient and did the job. Ajacent cafe opened at 7am. The laundry room came in handy. I would stay again, but would opt for a larger room.

I love the location. Very close to multiple rail lines, even a straight to Narita Airport from a few blocks away. Tsukiji outer market is a block away. It lacked airport shuttle and hotel to hotel baggage forwarding.

도쿄역, 긴자역, 츠키지시장, 에비스, 롯폰기 이동하는 동선이었는데 숙소 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 좋았지만 조식 서비스 포함이라고 안내받았는데 룸온리플랜이었다고 뒤늦게 말해주고..룸키도 갑자기 먹통이 된적있어서 조금 불편했던 거 빼고선 다 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 이용할 의향이 충분히 있습니다.

Right across the street from the Fish Market and close to all the great shopping and restaurants that Ginza has to offer. We only stayed for a night. Rooms were clean, but they're small. Typical for Tokyo Hotel rooms. It was perfect for our one night in Tokyo, very central.

Dirty floor and smelly toilet ..

The floor is dirty. You can see clearly that lots of dust accumulated around the corners and near the wall. Dark color carpet can’t even mask how dirty and how much hair u can find on the floor. Toilet bowl has a strong pee smell which is pretty disgusting.

Location is good though. Near metro stations. Front desk staff are nice and helpful.

Only stayed for one night for my last night in Tokyo before flying out the next day. Typical Tokyo hotel - the room is very small. But beautifully designed and laid out. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. It is also very close (approx. 10min walk) from a station which has a train line directly to Narita airport.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again and would recommend.

The staff was incredible and accommodating. Unfortunately, our first night was troublesome as our initial room was considerably filthy: unvaccuumed floors, sticky brown stains all around the head board, noticeable dust and debris in the halls. But what was the worst of it, was when we discovered a sizeable blood stain on our comforter and the bed liner was filthy and soiled. Thankfully the manager was incredible and moved us to a fantastic room. But walking into a room in that condition after hours of travel and at night when we just want to rest, did not leave a great impression for the facility's cleanliness.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. It is conveniently located near Ginza and 30 min walk from Tokyo station.

The room was spacious and most importantly, the ac was blowing cold keeping our room cool with 30c+ outside. I will be seriously considering this hotel on my next Tokyo trip.

It's very close to Ginza and the fish market. Additionally, the hotel facility was so clean and good. It's okay, but the room was a little small.

Although I didn't expect much in breakfast tickets, it was actually much better than I expected. If you didn't buy them in advance, you should buy one or two tickets in the reception. It may be a little bit difficult to find the Uogashi Shokudo food court.

Super close from Tsukiji station. Very convenient for walking around and for shopping. It only takes 5 mins walk to the Main Street of Ginza. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. Good to have a cafe on 1st floor.
If you want to go Haneda Airport just walk to Higashi Ginza station which only takes 3 mins walk. I will definitely go back again if the price is reasonable.

A great compact place with comfortable bed! The bed was just right for us, not to hard nor soft. The room was clean and not facing the busy street so it was quiet. The location is right across from the famous Tsukiji Fish Market and close to public transportation. The arriving gifts for women was a nice surprise! The front desk agents spoke some English and were helpful before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location. Staff are okay - i've experienced much better front desk staff from the other hotels we've stayed at in Japan - not sure what it is - maybe they smiled less and couldn't really speak English (not their fault). The sheet felt a little rough and dirty. I'm used to small rooms in Japan but this felt a little too small. We don't think we'll stay here again.

Great location- 10 minute walk to Ginza Station!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Front desk was very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage when before we checked in and after when we checked out. The room is big but where the bed is it's a bit tight (for American standards). For us we had enough space for our luggage's. We loved the bathroom! Sink is outside in the room and the toilet/shower have a separate door to separate them. All toilets in Japan are heated. Bed was comfortable. We don't get our room cleaned but we found 2 bags with fresh towels and robe set which was great and very thoughtful! The Tsukiji station is around the corner and the old Tsukiji fish market is a block and a half away. Restaurants are still open even though the market is no longer there. Room was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again!!

Great location for seeing Tsukiji market (although the fish market has moved, a lot of the shops/stalls were all still operating as usual when we visited in October 2018), Ginza and around Tokyo station. The hotel was clean and new, staff were friendly and spoke basic English to communicate, coffee machine in foyer free for guests and lots of other toiletries for guests to take from there too. The room was small, but just enough to open your suitcase without having to zip it up again to walk around. Would recommend staying here for the price

Good stay at KEIKYU EX INN Higashiginza

A very clean and well-equipped hotel. The area is also very good. Space was very well-used and the room did not feel too small. Staff was also very friendly. The one thing I wished for was English instructions for how to operate the dehumidifier in the room that I had trouble with. Overall, highly recommend for travel to Tokyo.

Although the rooms are very small (stayed in a single room), they were full of typically Japanese practicality. Slippers and pajamas provided as well as free toiletries in the foyer. Rooms were always cleaned well and the staff at the front desk were very pleasant.
Keikyu EX Inn is about 8 blocks walk from the main shopping drag in Ginza and there are plenty of shops to buy provisions and eat out at within a 2 block radius. The Tsukiji fish markets are literally across the road.
They allow late checkout past the 11am checkout time till no later than 2pm. For this you must pay 1,100 yen per hour.
Travelling from Haneda airport is a breeze. Catch the train from the airport and get off at Higashi Ginza station (no train changes required). Keikyu EX Inn is about 5 blocks walk towards the harbour - follow the street signage to Tsukiji Fish Markets.

Rummet var enligt förväntan, litet som de flesta hotellrum i Tokyo. Hade allt man behövde, och vsr rent i och fräscht!

Något smal säng för två personer, sov inte jättebra då de var ganska trångt. Så om man inte är ett par som reser, skulle jag inte boka detta rum då det blir för trångt att sova ihop med en vän t ex.

Alles, was man von einem Business-Hotel braucht. Ob Zahnbürste, Rasierer, Cremes, Shampoo, Waschlappen, Hausschuhe oder diverse Tees oder Kaffee - alles kostenlos vorhanden. Der Eingang ist ganz unscheinbar in einer Seitenstraße. Wenn man Frühstück mitbucht, kann man sich jeden Tag eine von 3 Lokalitäten aussuchen. Die eine ist im selben Gebäude im Erdgeschoss (Panini, Salat, Kaffee oder Tee), eine ist auf dem 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernten Toyosu Fischmarkt (Sashimi, Misosuppe, grüner Tee) und die dritte noch wo anders (habe ich nicht besucht). Den Aufzug kann man ab der Rezeption nur mit der Zimmerkarte benutzen, was zusätzliche Sicherheit bietet. Check-in kann man auch am Automaten machen (auch auf englisch möglich). Check-out braucht man gar nicht machen, nur die Zimmerkarte in eine extra Box einwerfen. Drumherum sind überall Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, ebenso wie Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn-Station. Wer als Paar hinfährt, sollte wissen, dass die Zimmer nicht sehr groß sind, aber das ist ja bei allen Business-Hotels so.

一人で利用

築地駅から歩いて行きましたが、宿泊者が利用出来るエレベーターでフロントまで行ける事を知らなかったので、表通りの階段で2階まで荷物を持ち上りました。
自動チェックインなのは良い、その後はスムーズに過ごすことができました。
何よりも築地市場が近いので、食べ歩きするのに最高です。すぐ隣にコンビニも有りますし、お隣の音など聞こえづらく爆睡出来ました。
が、水回り関係、お風呂の水ハケがとにかく悪い。全く流れていきません。トイレの水洗音もあまりよろしくない。
そこだけが残念でしたが、立地面は最高です。
一人で利用するのには丁度良い広さですが、二人だと少し狭いかもしれません。

築地場外、地下鉄駅、コンビニ、カフェに近く、ロケーションは良いです。部屋は狭いです。スーツケースを広げると、身動きしづらくなります。バスルームも男性にはコンパクト過ぎるかもしれません。
欲を言えば、部屋の準備が出来ているのであれば、早めにチェックインさせてもらいたかったです。

早朝に築地に行きたいならココ！

築地場外市場へのアクセスが抜群です。交差点ひとつで即築地です！朝7時にマグロのお寿司をテイクアウトしホテルの部屋でいただきました！最高！

バス停「築地三丁目」が目の前なので便利でした。（東京駅「丸の内南口バス停」まで約10分）東銀座駅や築地駅も徒歩圏内。銀座駅もまあまあ徒歩圏内。東銀座駅は地下で歌舞伎座に繋がってました！

ホテルの一階はカフェになってます。（ホテルは2階から上）隣のビルの一階にはローソンがあるのでそこも便利！

お部屋の広さに関しては、いわゆる普通の狭〜いビジネスホテルのお部屋よりは若干広く感じました。機内持ち込みサイズのスーツケースぐらいだったらギリギリ広げられるかも（未検証）。エアコンの温度やタイマーが自分で調節できるのは嬉しい。各部屋にあるアメニティは、ボディタオル・歯ブラシだった気がします。それ以外はフロントのある2階に用意してありました。

早朝は築地を、夜は銀座をぶらぶらしたい人には特におすすめです。
