Pros:
• It’s a few feet from the Kyobashi Metro stop (Exit 6). And, it’s less than 10 minutes to walk to Tokyo Station.
• Quiet neighborhood near lots of luxury shops.
• Wifi speed was 92 Mbps download and 107 Mbps upload.
• It’s on top of a 7-11, so it made snacking easier.
• The room was small, but worked for us. The bathroom was great because the toilet (with heated seats and button for rushing water sounds) was separate from the shower room, so we weren’t on top of each other getting ready.
• There are 4 coin operated washer/dryers. It takes two hours for a load and you can watch the progress on the tv.

Cons:
• The massage chair was a nice idea, but we were both too tall to sit in it properly. Would have preferred another chair or small table to eat together.
• It also did not have drawers or a place to store suitcases. We could have used the closet, but both would not have fit.

Overall, due to its awesome location, this is my first choice of hotels the next time I’m in Tokyo.

Staff are exceptional and always there to help in any way. The service is better than many 5 star hotels and the staff really made this hotel a great place to stay. It has a great laundry and it was easy to use - you can monitor the progress of your laundry from your room! The location is lovely with lots of shops and restaurants, and it’s within walking distance to Tokyo Station. It is in a very safe area and perfect for solo travel. I will definitely stay there again.

As a solo-traveler on my first trip to Japan, this was the perfect place for me to stay! The location is incredibly convenient for the trains and it was only 30-40 minute taxi ride from the airport (Haneda). I know I could have taken the train for much cheaper than a taxi but as a solo traveler with two pieces of luggage, I felt more comfortable taking a car.

The staff was kind and helpful upon arrival and the room was small but had everything I needed. It wasn’t any smaller than what I was expecting. Oh and the massage chair was AMAZING for my calves and back each night after being on my feet all day!!

The bed was comfortable and the lighting options were great and easily within reach from the bed. The bathroom was plenty big enough for my things.

I did the breakfast option with my stay which was helpful, especially since I was on my own and had booked the trip just a few weeks before. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the food was good!

I felt very safe during my stay and never once heard people or noise from the hallway.

The little refrigerator in the room was perfect for me. Each night on my way back, I went to 7-Eleven or the nearby Lawson’s for food & snacks and anything I didn’t finish, I just saved for later in the little refrigerator.

It was a very short trip (4 nights) and I’m already wanting to plan another trip. I would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat! It felt perfect for a female solo-traveler!

Remm is my go to every time I’m in Tokyo! I love this hotel. Its location is great! Close to everything and if not there’s a train station easily accessible right outside the front door. The staff and friendly and helpful. They have all the amenities you can think of or even the ones you forget.

This is what seems to be typical very efficient (tiny) room common in Tokyo. It was OK for a night but most westerners are going to find this very tight quarters for a longer stay. I also didn't see much of a lounge/hang out spot anywhere else. Location of hotel is great though if you like a city/corporate vibe.

Convenient location right next to exit 6 of Kyobashi Station with two 7-11 stores and restuarants nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful. Spacious room by Japanese standard and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom came with a bathtub which was a bonus. Sliding door to the bathroom is shared with the wardrobe which is unusual as we found ourselves having to alert each other in case one of us stood in the way. Not a major issue though. Breakfast variety could be expanded. Overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a great option in the Tokyo CBD, just a 5minute walk away from Tokyo Station (including access to the express train to Narita Airport) and Kyobashi Station is even closer - providing easy access to the many sightseeing destinations across Tokyo.

I frequently use this hotel for business travel. While the rooms are a little small compared with the norms in other western countries, the rooms are still well equipped and comfortable.

The hotel offers a simple but good Western/Japanese breakfast buffet and there are also plenty of good value restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner options.

All in all, a great place to stay in Tokyo for a few days.

Everything about the properly is excellent. The location is excellent (quite yet nearby busy Ginza and Tokyo Station), all members of staff we interacted with were excellent, all the amenities were excellent. The AC worked perfectly, the massage chair seemed dumb at first but we soon loved it, everything about the bathroom was perfect.

The only "issue" was how small the rooms, but they designed them very thoughtfully so we never felt cramped while staying there and we had everything we needed.

I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay at Remm Hotel Ginza. The location is very convenient, with a metro station right across the street and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quality of the bedding and pillows, which helped us get a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing and shopping. The room was well maintained, and the hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we felt well rested during our time here. We would consider staying again on a future visit to Tokyo.

The in-room massage chair was a bonus as was the Japanese bathtub. Everything was very clean and sustainable. The wifi for connectivity for my laptops was excellent for the business traveler. The plastic cups could be upgraded to a different style and composite material as it was not appealing but doable. All else was very thoughtfully designed and provided.

The location was perfect for me. The train was super accessible, with the station entrance/exit right in front of the hotel. There were also three 7-Elevens within two blocks, which was really convenient. It was also close to Ginza, so getting around and walking to different spots was easy.

The room was small, but as a solo traveller, I didn’t mind at all. I also appreciated the option to place signs on the door if you wanted your room cleaned or just needed fresh towels.

The hotel also provided toiletries in the lobby like toothbrushes and combs, and some additional amenities were available upon request, which was a nice touch.

Would definitely stay here again!

We were booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 1 night because we arrived late in the evening. Very good location, close to Tokyo train station. The room is 18sq meter (est 194 sq ft). It is very small with barely any room to move around. The bathroom is also very small, stubbed my toes getting in & out of shower. No sink counter to put toiletry items. My husband is over 6ft & we could barely move around the room. We asked for refund of 3 nights & moved to another hotel a few blocks away. Hotel staff was gracious & understanding on cancellation. There was no size description when we booked so no way to know size of room. Going forward, our min size would be 30+ sq meter.

Hotel was perfect! The location was great, it’s about a 7 min walk to Tokyo Central Train Station and there’s a metro station entrance right in front of the hotel. The area is very quiet, there’s a 7 Eleven right next door and several coffee shops on the street to have a good inexpensive breakfast. The deluxe double room is very spacious with a large shower/tub and separate toilet. The massage chair is a total bonus. I would gladly stay at this hotel again!

I think there something to improve: It would be helpful if they put an iron and the ironing board in the laundry room for guests to share. They provide the trouser presser, but this thing is not easy to use and take a lot of time. Plus, a microwave in some of the guest floor would be nice. Again, there's a microwave at the reception floor, but it makes me feel not comfortable when I need to reheat meals bought from depachika. And if I did, there were smell!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, walking distance to main transport hubs. Checking was a breeze. Breakfast was really good with lot of healthy options and proteins. I loved the salad bar - helped to get my greens for the day. I also like the fact that hotel allowed us to use the Breakfast vouchers for lunch. Helped during the day when we had to skip breakfast and leave early for Mt. Fuji. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Laundry machines onsite. Room service was really attentive. Washroom was always very clean and the shower was spotless. Room was a bit small but was not an issue since only used to sleep after long days. Would definitely stay again.

REMM Tokyo was ten minutes walk from Yaesu at Tokyo Station. The room was exceptionally clean, had all amenities we needed. The breakfast was excellent both in varieties and quality. Just one little thing was the lighting system. There was no foot light and we needed to keep the bathroom lights on otherwise the room was all dark. The staff was very kind and polite in excellent “omotenashi” spirit. We enjoyed our stay in REMM.

Coming from America. I forgot in Japan that rooms are small, simple but still have a modern luxurious touch. The amenities are great on the property. They have scales to weight your bags before you leave to the airport, currency exchange machine, you can have staff or do a non person contact check in or check out. My package with my room came eith breakfast buffet voucher and if you miss breakfast you can use it as a lunch voucher. The staff in the buffet area are very fast and clear tables quickly. Food quality is good from western breakfast to traditional breakfast as well. They have vending machine and smoke areas, and lots more that i havent truely explored. 10/10 will come back again

Kyobashi (Ginza Line) is just a doorstep distance from hotel itself and very convenient to catch a train. The overall setup of the hotel was fine, and the staffing was adequate at the front desk. However, since I booked through Expedia at a fairly aggressive low rate for Tokyo, it appeared that they put me in one of the few "inside" rooms, which was quite small (I would estimate about 150 square feet, about the size of a river cruise cabin, but not as thoughtfully laid out), and facing an interior ventilation shaft. Obviously there was no view, and limited fresh air available. As such, it dampened my enthusiasm for the hotel.

The room was adequate, but barely had enough room to turn around in. And no place to store luggage or my clothing, save for a few hangers and a couple of hooks to hang things on. The air conditioning worked fine, but wasn't totally necessary given the time of year when I was here (April 2026). There was a small desk and a stool-like chair. They did have a kettle to make hot water in (important to me, as I am a tea drinker) and breakfast, for what it's worth, was adequate but not remarkable.

The first room we had smelled so strong I had to put on the purifier 24/7 on high. We asked for a room changed. Once we got the room changed, it had a hint of diesel smell. I still had the purifier on 24/7. The king sized room was small small small. I suggest getting the twin beds just to have a little more room.

I had a really lovely stay at the hotel which is conveniently placed right next to Kyobashi subway station and only a few minutes walk away from Ginza. There's a 7-11 less than 1 minute away and some coffee shops nearby. Its also less than a 10-minute walk away from Tokyo station.
Staff were helpful, my room was good (smaller than other places in Asia as expected but with all the amenities and functional) and clean and housekeeping was good too
Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Tokyo

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the fabulous Ginza shopping district, JR station and a subway right in front that you can take to other areas of Tokyo. There are numerous placed to eat close by and the hotel offers a breakfast buffet.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but the amenities are top notch.

We had an unpleasant experience with the staff.
I borrowed a ruler from a male staff to measure the baggage size and return it to another staff (female) immediately , since the male staff was talking to customers. Around 11pm, the male staff knocked our room door very loudly, ask me to return the ruler. I explained to him that I returned the ruler to one of his colleagues, he said that nobody told him. Later he found the ruler. He apologized the next morning when we checked out. I felt the is gentleman is very unprofessional and rude to customers. I won’t book this Hotel again.

The hotel location was excellent!! And the room itself wasn't bad – definitely a small room (as is the case with lots of places in Japan). The bathroom was tiny, and the towels were the worst quality! The front desk personnel weren't quite as helpful as we hoped, though friendly enough.

Central location. No discernable air circulation, so it felt a little stuffy. Room spelled like body odor, I kid you not. I walked past other rooms as they were being cleaned…yep…body odor.

Clean room, nice staff, near Ginza shopping stores within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Metro is in front of the hotel which easy to access to other places. Lots of variety good restaurants nearby within walking distance
