The room was clean and the lovely staffs were very friendly. I didn't get the breakfast so have no opinion about it. I think there something to improve: It would be helpful if they put an iron and the ironing board in the laundry room for guests to share. They provide the trouser presser, but this thing is not easy to use and take a lot of time. Plus, a microwave in some of the guest floor would be nice. Again, there's a microwave at the reception floor, but it makes me feel not comfortable when I need to reheat meals bought from depachika. And if I did, there were smell!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, walking distance to main transport hubs. Checking was a breeze. Breakfast was really good with lot of healthy options and proteins. I loved the salad bar - helped to get my greens for the day. I also like the fact that hotel allowed us to use the Breakfast vouchers for lunch. Helped during the day when we had to skip breakfast and leave early for Mt. Fuji. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Laundry machines onsite. Room service was really attentive. Washroom was always very clean and the shower was spotless. Room was a bit small but was not an issue since only used to sleep after long days. Would definitely stay again.

REMM Tokyo was ten minutes walk from Yaesu at Tokyo Station. The room was exceptionally clean, had all amenities we needed. The breakfast was excellent both in varieties and quality. Just one little thing was the lighting system. There was no foot light and we needed to keep the bathroom lights on otherwise the room was all dark. The staff was very kind and polite in excellent “omotenashi” spirit. We enjoyed our stay in REMM.

Coming from America. I forgot in Japan that rooms are small, simple but still have a modern luxurious touch. The amenities are great on the property. They have scales to weight your bags before you leave to the airport, currency exchange machine, you can have staff or do a non person contact check in or check out. My package with my room came eith breakfast buffet voucher and if you miss breakfast you can use it as a lunch voucher. The staff in the buffet area are very fast and clear tables quickly. Food quality is good from western breakfast to traditional breakfast as well. They have vending machine and smoke areas, and lots more that i havent truely explored. 10/10 will come back again

Hotel was in a great area. Walkable to Tokyo Station and Ginza area. It was also near a train station. Room was on the smaller side and it was hard opening our big luggages in the room. The massage chair was amazing, perfect after walking 25-30k steps a day in Tokyo.

The staff were so lovely and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable, definitely on the smaller side but it did the trick for our short stay. Felt very comfortable in the room as it was quiet, there was an effective air conditioner/fan, bathroom supplies, and fabric/air freshener spray. Very convenient entrance to the subway right outside the front door, a short walk to Nissan Crossing, and some nice shops/restaurants just across the road.

Hotel is strategically located in between Kyobashi and Ginza but also close to Tokyo Main Station. Kyobashi (Ginza Line) is just a doorstep distance from hotel itself and very convenient to catch a train. Room wise is clean and neat but the room is fully designed and utilised with the limited space although it looks small. Surprisingly the room comes with a massge chair. OMG! I will definately come back again to this hotel.

Come on... this is Japan.... of course the property was clean and the staff polite, professional and efficient! The remm had larger rooms from the other places I stayed during my trip and it also came with a massage chair, which was needed after all the journeys I traveled. Highly recommended. Only draw back is perhaps the surrounding night life but again, we are in Japan... just take a train!!!

This hotel is in a great location just a short walk to Ginza and a train station entry right out front. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was quite reasonable at 2000 yen with a wide variety of Japanese and western food on offer. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The overall setup of the hotel was fine, and the staffing was adequate at the front desk. However, since I booked through Expedia at a fairly aggressive low rate for Tokyo, it appeared that they put me in one of the few "inside" rooms, which was quite small (I would estimate about 150 square feet, about the size of a river cruise cabin, but not as thoughtfully laid out), and facing an interior ventilation shaft. Obviously there was no view, and limited fresh air available. As such, it dampened my enthusiasm for the hotel.

The room was adequate, but barely had enough room to turn around in. And no place to store luggage or my clothing, save for a few hangers and a couple of hooks to hang things on. The air conditioning worked fine, but wasn't totally necessary given the time of year when I was here (April 2026). There was a small desk and a stool-like chair. They did have a kettle to make hot water in (important to me, as I am a tea drinker) and breakfast, for what it's worth, was adequate but not remarkable.

It was conveniently located next to the Ginza line. The Ginza line was Legit right outside the entrance. My only complaint is that the 14 floor rooms smells like diesel. The first room we had smelled so strong I had to put on the purifier 24/7 on high. We asked for a room changed. Once we got the room changed, it had a hint of diesel smell. I still had the purifier on 24/7. The king sized room was small small small. I suggest getting the twin beds just to have a little more room.

Awesome hotel. Super convenient as it’s right next to Kyobashi Station (Exit 6) which is on the Ginza line that brings you to the popular areas ie, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. It is not as small as most hotels in Tokyo and room is clean! Highly recommend! Will come back to this hotel again when i’m back in Tokyo :)

It was odd because reception was on the 7th floor but I really liked being close to the palace and train station. It was easy to get to from the airport - one direct train! I had a really lovely stay at the hotel which is conveniently placed right next to Kyobashi subway station and only a few minutes walk away from Ginza. There's a 7-11 less than 1 minute away and some coffee shops nearby. Its also less than a 10-minute walk away from Tokyo station.
Staff were helpful, my room was good (smaller than other places in Asia as expected but with all the amenities and functional) and clean and housekeeping was good too
Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Tokyo

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the fabulous Ginza shopping district, JR station and a subway right in front that you can take to other areas of Tokyo. There are numerous placed to eat close by and the hotel offers a breakfast buffet.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but the amenities are top notch.

We had an unpleasant experience with the staff.
I borrowed a ruler from a male staff to measure the baggage size and return it to another staff (female) immediately , since the male staff was talking to customers. Around 11pm, the male staff knocked our room door very loudly, ask me to return the ruler. I explained to him that I returned the ruler to one of his colleagues, he said that nobody told him. Later he found the ruler. He apologized the next morning when we checked out. I felt the is gentleman is very unprofessional and rude to customers. I won’t book this Hotel again.

We appreciated the breakfast offered in the morning, if you don’t want breakfast you can opt for lunch instead on designated days but inquire to staff.
Very clean, bed was very comfortable, room not large but not extremely small either.
Very welcoming staff, and we liked that the lobby was on the 7th floor and not street level.
Will stay here again and will recommend to others as well.

All the employees, especially the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room spotless. The only negative thing was the smoking room in the lobby allows smoke to fill the laundry room. We used the laundry and our cloths smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better air purifier or ventilation system in the smoking room is needed.

The room could have had better storage and a massage chair is fine but 2 smaller chairs would be better for 2 people sharing the room. The bed was comfortable but a double bed pushed up against the wall on one side is a real inconvenience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi good. Sufficient amenities in the room for our stay. The safe makes a good sock draw. Hotel reception is on the 7 th floor of a building that does not actually seem like the hotel. The hotel is directly in front of a stairway to the underground Kyobashi station. There are plenty of restaurants close by and several 7/11 stores.

I chose the Kyobashi location because it was close to Tokyo Station and centrally accessible by train to many parts of city. The service and staff are helpful and professional.
