If you ever wondered what happens when a haunted house, a landfill, and a failed hotel management course collide—this place is the result.

Reception: Where Christmas Decorations Go to Die

You walk in and are immediately greeted by a Santa with demon eyes, surrounded by “festive décor” that looks like it was rescued from a skip. A ripped pillow stuffed with grey fluff pretending to be snow? Honestly, I’ve seen more convincing holiday spirit in a morgue.

Then comes the reception staff: a miserable man who slags off guests in Arabic, confidently assuming no white person understands him.
Bad luck mate — we understood every word.

Rooms: Biohazard Zones

The rooms should come with a health warning.
•Urine-stained bed linen — repeatedly.
•Floors that look like they’ve never met a broom.
•A bathtub decorated with cigarette ends and burn marks, as if someone had hosted a bonfire in it.
•A sewage smell from the bathroom strong enough to qualify as a chemical attack.

We were moved… straight into another disaster. Dust thick enough to write “clean me” — which stayed there for five days. Bed linen so revolting we slept on our own towels like refugees escaping the plague.

Their excuse?
“The cleaner doesn’t understand English.”
You don’t need English to understand soap, water, or basic hygiene.

I can’t even begin to get started on it. Worst holiday of my life. I’ve been to Egypt 5 times. 4 times to Hurghada and once to sharm at Parrotel aqua park. Let me tell you know it should not be a 4 star it’s dated to the point your going to get ill, it’s disgustingly dirty smells the rooms are big and yeh can look nice on your first day after 7,10 or 14 days you will look back at that room and feel like taking a one last goodbye p*** on the floor it’s that vile. The food is not even worth having the drinks are horrible and cheap ur best off getting an apartment or room in a 5 star amazing hotel just self catering or breakfast whatever you prefer and eating out every night. The taxis are cheap and the food is extremely cheap so your literally better off doing that and exploring the beautiful parts of the place (rare) don’t be put off Egypt as I’ve enjoyed every time in Hurghada just sharm el sheikh has had its time. How many people have been through there i don’t know but the place is TIREDD. Don’t bother honestly go to hurghada. Even friends who stayed at the Rixos adults only were underwhelmed the place is the problem but especially this hotel. I wish I could get a refund I wish we had the money to book a flight home early. Waste of ur time and money we had money and a pack of cigs robbed out the room by the cleaners. Yeh it’s only about 7.50 in total but still it’s the principle it’s just embarrassing and the managers won’t do anything. Just pretend whole place is a scam.

We chose Parrotel as we had stayed at its sister hotel lagoon last year and were more than satisfied. We live in Nabq and it is convenient for going back and feeding our cats. The Aqua park hotel made us welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my 70th birthday and the staff were fantastic even providing a cake. A special thanks to our waiter Gooma who was excellent. We have stayed in several hotel and can recommend this as great value for money. We will certainly book again soon

in fact, it was a wonderful vacation, the hotel was very nice and most of the staff were helpfully and funny,
the pools were clean and the aqua was wonderful. the food was good and tasty and variety, many thanks to Mr. Mohamed in the reception, the beach was amazing. the only bad point that the animation team don't have any activities

All inclusive £52 for 2 nights

Hotel was good for the price. Not luxurious but good for 2 nights. I don't think I could stay as long as 7 nights as the food was ok but not great (both in quality and selection).
The chips on the first night (15 mins before the restaurant closed) were stone cold and the fish was not hot either. However at breakfast the selection was better including pancakes but there was no cheese for the omelettes!!
As a positive, I have to say that the staff were very welcoming particularly as we're British and they miss British guests.
Mina at reception provided very good service. El Sayed was very helpful and friendly and chef Ahmed Radwan was very kind too. I happened to mention to him on the first morning that I like a particular Egyptian dessert and the same evening I found he had asked the pastry chef to make a portion each for my son and I.
In the restaurant Tamer was very polite and my son took a shine to him!
The aqua park was very quiet but clean and had the water been warmer my son would have spent longer in the pool. Pool towels weren't great though.
Two things I think could be improved: staff should not be allowed to use mobile phones during their shift. I spotted so many of them chatting away but I guess with so few customers they felt they could and should use their time in work to their advantage!
Secondly the pizzeria is a great addition to the all inclusive option but the pizza base was rather doughy and the tomato base tasted of anything other than tomato.

This must have been the poorest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room we got was dirty and moist, phone not working, very run down. we complained and received another room. phone was working but the room was still dirty and did not change over the 10 days we stayed, even though we were promised that the room attendant would clean up the room. we took a shower elsewhere.
The food in the restaurant was very poor, quality as well as choice. I have never experienced BBQ indoors! smoke everywhere! live pancake cooking good but 1/2 hour for 3 pancakes?
Waiter service non existing, too busy playing on the phones.
Restaurant cleanliness, non existing!
I would not stay again and do not recommend it either. I know times are bad in Sharm at the moment but that does not justify poor cleanliness and service.

Fantastic design but need hard work

In general the resort has a fantastic design and includes every thing you need, great views, big beautiful pools , relaxing SPA ,two dining rooms, in addition to big exciting water park. so the resort need hard work to be kept always in good shape , and we felt that the team that work in the resort are reduced, it needs more workers to keep the rooms clean ,and working hours to be full in the water park.
the rooms not very clean, need more maintenance , but has a good air condition,
the food is good, good snacks ,but the air condition is poor in the dining rooms ,
the team are friendly .the lobby is great but also need better air condition.
Wi-Fi only available in the lobby sometime near the pool in front of the lobby but unfortunately has poor service.

Overall the service was great. Everyone at the hotel was always trying to make our stay pleasant and were very pleasant. Check in was fast, the rooms we booked were larger than expected. The only downfall I found is my bathtub was not cleaned, I had to request it done, which housekeeping came right away to do. The food was ok, just ok, however we found something we liked everyday. The best thing about the hotel was the waterpark. It is private to only hotel quests so there was never any lineups. The slides were not all working as the hotel was not busy, however the staff were more the accommodating and did their best to rotate e slides at different hours, or upon request to make our group happy. I really appreciated the atmosphere and service the staff provided overall. I will be back.

you have to have alot of energy

The beach was across the street and you have to take a shuttle , the beach is not nice at all , we have 2 small kids that we couldn't go to the beach because it was such a long way in a very hot weather
The restaurant is so crowded all the time, especially the first 2 days of my stay
The plates for the food was running out all the time and you have to wait almot everytime
The glasses for the drinks have the same issue
Hotel staff were the best, actually they were the best thing except for one or 2 persons who were unfriendly

It was horrible. The hotel is very old. Most of the furniture was broken & dirty. There is no hygiene at all. Silver, Glass & Chinaware were absolutely filthy, smells & some were chipped. The swimming pools were dirty with rubbish floating around & smells like urine.

This is the third time I am writing this review and I am insisting on giving Park Inn by Radisson Sharm El Sheikh Resort 5 stars based on the great level of service including room cleanness, restaurants, pool, aqua-park, customer service, WI-FI, and the wonderful hospitality.. thanks so much to every staff member at Park Inn and I strongly recommend this hotel and will book it in my future stay in Sharm Elsheikh

Overall, very happy...

The resort is huge and generally run pretty well. The rooms could do with a facelift but are comfortable and quite large. The food was edible but nothing to get too excited about however there was the odd dish that would surprise you. The Aqua park is good for kids and keeps adults entertained too. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was being charged 50 Egyptian pounds because someone took one of our towels from the sun lounger so we ended up getting charged for it. We would probably come back again and would recommend it for the price as it was very good value for money and overall a good experience.

This Could have been my best ever holiday

My stay was amazing till the house keeper stole my phone in the room a day before my check out.he completely denied it and the police Mr Cherif said i have to say i lost it or accuse the house keeper but i dont have any prove to do so.
that spoled all my holiday i was crying and depress as i lost all the contact and memories photo.
Before that it was so nice everyone else was so nice and helpful from the receptionist Mr Muna, The nusery staff Ms Maha to Chef Walid and Mr Emad Ousman the waiter.I celebrated our anniversaity and my daughter birthday.
i would also like to thank Mr Mohamed the front line manager for his assistance when my phone was stolen.

Plenty of pools but reception staff not the best.

I recently stayed at Parkinn with my husband & our two children. Lots of pools for the kids, great selection of food and restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent.

However the hotel is not in the best condition. In particular I was not happy with the hotel reception staff. They were very abrupt, dismissive and rude. I was particularly annoyed that they lacked customer service. Refusing to try dialling my transfer companies number, saying they did not want any coins to pay my bill. But in particular they refused to offer me & my family a room to use on our last day as we had a 9 hour wait. I was travelling with a 3 year old & a 7 month old baby. I was told all the room were booked and was then offered the gym showers to bathe my children in or an office to feed my baby in. After asking a few times I was offered a unclean room for an hour.

My room was also not ready on time, the crib and my daughters bed were not in the room. I also had to ask for a kettle and water.

I would never stay there again.

So disappointing!

I was so disappointed with this hotel, rooms are not well attended especially the toilet, pools are so dirty thought the recreation team are nice esp. Mahmoud and ayman. Some staffs are so racist. Food was not good at all, we got sick from it. We wil never go back to this hotel ever again..,

Staying at the Radisson Park inn was great and a pleasant experience. Here are some of the positives we found during our stay: All inclusive food and drink available all day, Water park within the resort is free, food has lots of varieties, fresh fruits and vegetables - Beauty Spa prices are reasonable.- Rooms are kept clean and tidy with fresh towels provided every day. - Waiting staff in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly. - Animation team is entertaining and friendly. - Weather in early January - sunny around 25 degrees but some days with chilly wind.

For what I paid for 9 nights worked out to be an absolute bargain the booking was all inclusive although this didn't include ice cream so my son was a bit disappointed apart from that the buffet was fully stocked and I always managed to find something nice to eat -- apart from the beach hut food was awful but I wasn't expecting much from the beach hut tbh the beach was accessed through the sister hotel directly across the road the beach was lovely

Only down side and this isnt really down to the hotel is fly's they were constantly on you if I go to Egypt again I need a good repellant overall for what I paid I cannot grumble at all

There's plenty of choice on pools and loads of slides so my son was kept amused

One last minor point dont expect much as far as WIFI was just about quick enough to keep up a conversation on Whatsapp that's if you could get a connection that is

A nice hotel with great facilities.

Staying at the Radisson Park inn was a pleasant experience.
Here are some of the positives we found during our stay:
- Shuttle bus to the beach running all day long free of charge (across the road from he hotel)
- Beach within walking distance (5-8mins)
- All inclusive food and drink available all day.
- Sun beds at the beach are free.
- Airport is around 15min max. - Opt to take a taxi outside the hotel, cost should be around 100LE-120LE around £10. Beware using hotel taxi service etc as they will try to convince you to pay twice as much.
- Waterpark within the resort is free, food available between 12 and 4pm
- Beauty Spa prices are negotiable. Be prepared to haggle to get the best deals.
- Rooms are kept clean and tidy with fresh towels provided every day.
- Waiting staff in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly.
- Animation team is entertaining and friendly.
- Weather in mid December - sunny around 25 degrees but some days with chilly wind.

Negatives:
- On our arrival our first allocated room was dirty but we were moved on request after providing photographic evidence
- If you are used to 4-5 star room quality in the UK, this hotel should really be 3 star for room standard
- Everyone asks for tips for smallest of jobs and hassles for money. Our 1st porter wouldn't leave our room until he got his tip
- You will be hassled and harassed intensely by shop owners along the main st.

A few spa staff are quite annoying I.e they pester you whilst trying to relax by the pool even though you say no. Beach... well you have to cross a main road into another hotel in order to access the beach. Food is more catered for Russians which is a shame. Communication with some staff is bad... even simple requests they can't understand. They never have currency or change so you have to go to their sister hotel.

The hotel was fine and well maintained in external areas and staff were all helpful and friendly. Our stay was pleasant, however, tainted by the poor food available for AI customers. Firstly, snacks are advertised as available in certain bars, but upon searching I found this not to be the case. I was directed to a pizza bar which didn't open until 12pm. Ice cream was advertised as included, however, this was only in the sister hotel (entails getting a hotel provided lift down to the beach to their beach bar - a long way to go for ice cream).

An effort was made to provide different foods each night, such as a bbq area, however, the hot food available was very limited and repetitive. Some of it, such as rice and potatoes was fine, but some of the meat dishes looked awful. There were plenty of salads but I was put off these by the flies, the poor quality (looked dry) and the concern of getting ill from it.

I would say breakfast was the worst meal, unless you're happy to eat bucket loads of bread and cake. The hot food was not good and the only saving grace was the fresh omelettes available.

The 'hot' food was cold. A microwave was available, which I used to nuke every meal towards the end of the week after getting a dodgy tummy. Dodgy tummys were common from what I heard round the pool and one morning a little boy was sick outside the restaurant and clearly looked very unwell.

Sorry to say I will not be returning to this hotel.

Pleasant,but not spectacular

Stayed for 5 nights in a family room in Oct 2014. The hotel is very friendly,with the staff extremely willing to help. We ate mostly in the British restaurant upstairs,which was quiet and calm compared to the busier restaurants downstairs. We made the mistake of eating there for dinner once...

The room was serviced every day. The downside was that there were dirt marks on the en-suite bath that were never fully removed,as well as what looked liked nail varnish throughout the room. The upside was that the towels were changed everyday and the bed was large and comfy.

A few other things to note. The shuttle bus to Naama Bay is not free,which I think is poor considering there is very little to do in Nabq Bay. Taxis are available,but will charge tourist rates.
Spa treatments were awesome and really relaxing,yet parts of it were really tatty and could use a thorough clean and modernising. Exactly the same for the main pool in the resort.

Nice hotel close to shops & bars

We have stopped at this hotel 5 times as the kids love it as it has a water park , the staff are great, the rooms could do with a freshen up , the food is a very big disappointment , the alcohol is local stuff which they all taste the same .
This hotel could do with getting some mod cons as it's looking a bit dated
You only get wi-fi in the main reception where it is very busy so sometimes you can not get on the internet
This hotel is more a 3 star and not 4 star the write ups are overrated but if they spend a little money it could be a great hotel

Some good features but terrible restaurant!

Hotel has good facilities and generally all in good condition (a little tired in places) but let down by a truly terrible restaurant and poorly trained/unhelpful waiting staff. On an all inclusive, this really becomes a problem and meant we couldn't enjoy our family holiday.

the website dosen't explain very well that the beach resort is actually across the main road in another radisson complex but there is a shuttle bus to take you there

Overall its a great child freindly place, food good quality, service ok if you give some tips to the staff but they dont expect much

Warm weather, cold pools, and watered down booze

The hotel was ok. The food was less than ok, but not terrible. The drinks were all served in tiny cups and were all watered down. The pools were cold so most people just sat in the sun rather than getting in, but if you were active like in the wave pool or on the water slides it was ok ... just sad that no one ever got in the lazy river because it was too cold. The worst part was that the whole time you are lying by the pool you are being solicited by spa and tour people trying to get you to buy from them, CONSTANTLY. We gave in. I went on a dive tour which was terrible. My wife got a mani-pedi which was just a terrible pedicure that took like two hours and then she finally just left angry without the manicure AND AND AND they say there is WiFi, but what they mean is there is really slow WiFi in the lobby so everyone just congregates there on the couches to use the WiFi.

Overall we had a good time, but first impressions were that the hotel had seen better days, which whilst true (it certainly needs a refit/facelift) actually didn't stop us enjoying ourselves. The buffet food is adequate - just take your time to find a cup that isnt chipped (good luck!) The pools and water park are good, although the pools aren't heated which upset some people, but will get hotter as the year goes on. Plenty of sun beds available, drinks available at several bars and friendly staff are add up to good value for what you pay to stay there.

Worst Resort EVER

Although the Park Inn had a somewhat friendly staff the stay there was horrible. The food was disgusting. I only spent a week there and they were serving beef kafta 5 times out of those 7 days. Of course it was a buffet, but again same things every day. Our room was a bit dated, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was that we had dirty sheets that had been slept on, on our beds, dirty glasses, and there was food from the previous guest on the floor. The pizza bar was quite popular with my kids, but I wish they had more of a selection. The second day I was there I went to the spa and that was the worst massage I've ever had. After I checked in they took me to the locker room (which is shared by men and women), and then took me to a room with a window in it. I've gone to a masseuse on a regular basis and I never went into a room that had a window in it, and yes everyone can look in. Not very private or relaxing. The masseuse was not very good and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never return to this hotel, not worth it.

we had a horrible time. i couldn't wait to get back. went there for a 4 day break for my husbands birthday. The pools were nice, walking around the pools area and resort was nice.however in the four days we were there we never say any life guards there by the pool. justg sdaw a sign up saying no life guards at this time. Rooms were horrible. took ages for the water to warm up in the bath, water pressure was low. being in the rooms did not feel clean at any time, even after the room was cleared. food was the same nearly everyday. all inclusive was not worth it as non alcoholic drinkers got the option of fizzy drinks and diluted drinks. fresh orange juice was charged at 2 Egyptian pounds. charged to use sauna in a 5* all inclusive resort. spa was horrible, it did not feel clean at all. my husband & i had a massage & the worker started playing relaxing music from his iphone till my husband moaned & said your meant to be 5* resort & you want to play music from your iphone. i found a spider on my towel while i came out the shower in the spa. to get food during the day for all inclusive was really difficult. we had to go all the way to the other side of the resort to grab some snacks during the day. if anyone want to go nama bay best time to go is evening. day time it is really quite. RADDISON BLU RESORT IS MUCH BETTER. it is across the road opposite park inn by raddision.

Pools were cold but then again I am nesh, slides were great, the Rea Sea across the road was warmer.

A really good stay.

I`ve stayed at a number of hotels in Egypt this last few years, similar style, similar star rating, but would rate this the best. The 2 things that stood out were the cleanliness and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I spoke to someone who has stayed there for a number of years and reckons it`s at its best now. He says it`s the present manager who has really pulled it together. So you can really forget reviews dating back before this year (2013). Food is a bit monotonous but it`s difficult when they`re catering for so many of so many different nationalities. Overall, I was really pleased and would consider it very good for either a family (since it has its own water parks) or anyone else as there`s nice pools, very close to the sea, and, as said, a very cheery, friendly staff.

Rooms and WiFi very poor, Aquapark good!

Rooms desperately need updating, we booked standard rooms and were very dirty, old, and dark! So we had to pay extra to have our room upgraded which at most was still only 3 star standard. Aquapark was good with lots of pools and slides. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet was virtually non-existent as you could hardly ever connect if your lucky and that is only available at the lobby. Food was good although can become repetitive after a few days!

Had a fantastic week here and will definitely be coming back..Perfect for families with children and the staff couldn't have been more helpful..Great location for airport and other tourist hotspots..Food was very good with plenty of variety..Overall great value for money.

As soon as we checked in they were trying to scam money out of us. The man at check in claimed because our son was 16 we would have to pay for him as a adult. We refused to pay and showed them the conformation from them clearly showing that when they excepted the booking they knew his age.after about 20 minutes they gave up and we got our room key. The room was ok if a bit tatty but the bathroom stunk and never seemed to be cleaned to well. The grounds and pools were nice so was the beach. The food was nasty and the same most nights, which made us eat out every chance we had. The spa staff and excursion staff bug you all the time trying to sell you anything they can and some won't give up even when you get angry. The location was good and you can visit all the local sites by taxi which are very cheap. I would not use this hotel again but it was not so bad it ruined my vacation . Mark Mc

The hotel is very good for families with small children . it is good to go all inclusive. Very Good variety buffet. And tea coffee and drinks all day free with desserts. Excellent kids entertainment evenings but for adult
Park Inn must change animation team, they are so boring. Staff are very helpful. Apart from people working on poolside are very lazy. Beach towels are provided but are faded and sometimes wearing thin.

Not bad for a family getaway - no internet though

This is an all-inclusive resort which means there are 3 meals available and several pools and water activities available. It's not a 5-star resort by any stretch of the imagination but if you're budget-conscious you won't be paying for meals at this resort and there are a lot of activities to do. They are technically not Radisson but are affiliated w/ the Radisson across the street which means you have access to their private beach. While the Radisson was a nicer hotel, I don't know if their meals were extra. There's no internet so I would suggest you get a data package through Vodafone or some other carrier and tether your smartphone to your laptop for personal hotspot. The internet that was supposed to be in the lobby wasn't working or EXTREMELY slow so that it was effectively unusable.

Very good hotel

The hotel is a very large complex with a huge waterpark - which I must say is probably their best feature. There is enough pools/sildes etc for kids of ALL ages and adults alike. The bar service is also very good.
The hotel is a bit dated but nevertheless is very comfortable and has all you would need. The rooms are quite large and hot water all the time (if you ever need a hot shower there!).
This beach is across the road in the sister hotel Radisson Blu - guests at Park Inn can use the beach and a bar there. The beach has a jetty just where the coral reef drops deep and snorkelling off the jetty is pretty amazing
The food at the hotel is good - they have to cater for different tastes - there were a lot of Russians, English, Egyptians, Turkish people staying when we were there so the restaurant tries very hard to cater for everyone. They have barbecue food as well a lot of the days which is excellent.
What makes this hotel great is the hardworking staff, they try really hard to keep everyone happy - the restaurant staff don't get a tip but are always happy to do whatever to make you comfortable. The rooms were kept very clean the the housekeeping staff regardless of whether being given tip or not.
We didn't book any excursions through the hotel reps as I found them expensive. I used a local tour company for this.
Negatives - should get their staff to stop trying to sell customers trips etc all the time when guests are relaxing at the pools. Also add better quality alcohol

food dreadful as its the same food for lunch,dinner and breakfast. staff friendly. drinks basic but you get what you pay for.

warning do not pay for the internet option. i paid 7 pounds a night extra. turns out the hotel only has internet in the lobby and a very very weak signal by the pool. its free and everyone is given the passwords so save your cash its a scam if they charge you. hops by hotel are ridiculously expensive so go to naama bay. do go snorkeling through the hotel as was cheap and awesome

No Complaints..... A Great Family Getaway !!

We stayed in 7651 for 6 nights and found the room facilities to be slightly dated, but definitely excellent value for money. To be extremely picky, the housekeeping was mixed as we ended up tidying our own rooms at times, albeit housekeepers Tamer and El hossawy were extremely willing and friendly when approached. The beach was too stony for our liking, but the water was lovely and lots of fishes to try and catch see which was nice
.
The rest of our experience we could not fault. The Aqua park was brilliant and Hassan was a godsend in finding us sun beds as they filled up early and quickly over the Friday to Sunday - the all day poolside snacks were very good. The restaurant staff and food throughout was brilliant, no complaints, an excellent mix of different foods at all 3 meals and exceeded our expectations. The entertainment team were all brilliant with the kids and the variety of shows throughout the day. We paid for a massage and scrub treatment throughout our stay and Mohamed the masseur and the manager were great. The friendliness of all the staff throughout the Park Inn more than makes you feel comfortable and secure when staying here.

Good haggling skills are essential when dealing with taxis and venturing into old town & naema bay. Do go prepared with Mosquito repellent, we learnt the hard way!
With a 4yr old and a 20 month old in tow, I think a return visit is definitely on the cards. Thank you to all at the Park Inn for making our break a fantastic one !

Nice water park for kids

Just returned back to uk from this hotel. Hotel was pleasing. Read the reviews before i left and was a little worried before hand but once we arrived it wasnt too bad.
Hotel staff were quite friendly.The water park was brilliant, my two kids loved it, we struggled to get them out in the evening.The location was well however it was a 15 mins walk to the beach. The food was served in different varietys so you could always find a mixture that would suit.The rooms were a decent size and so was the bathroom.The hotel had a lot of activities to keep you occuppied and is located close to supermarkets and shops.The one down side was evening entertainment, it wasnt to my liking and there seemed to be little effort from the entertainment team. Overall a nice hotel to visit with children. We certainly enjoyed ourselves and would consider going back. Ps note that wi-fi is only available in reception area.

More suited for familes but works for couples

The hotel met our needs with helpful and friendly staff as well as a overall friendly atmosphere. With entertainment provided throughout the day it was not a boring \"lay by the pool\" holiday. In saying that, it could do a little more to entertain the adults in the evening. The food was of a decent standard and plenty of it. I would return again to use it as a base for a diving holiday

Great family hotel

We stayed four nights at the hotel, overall everything was excellent. It suited our needs especially the different pools as we had our 10 year old son with us. The food was good with lots of variety, the service staff all very polite and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were clean and nice although they did not have soaps, shampoos etc that most hotels offer. The soap was in a dispenser in the shower, I do prefer to use actual soap. A couple of times we had to ask for clean towels, the cleaning staff were very obliging and apologetic that they had not perhaps gotten to our room earlier enough.
The all inclusive is definately the way to go and was worth the money, we were literally able to eat and drink the whole time we were there. We would return to the hotel again.

Welcome to Butlins!

I moved my family after 1 night to the Radisson Blu. Don't make my mistake, stay somewhere else, the Radisson Blu is the same price, is on the beach, has better rooms, much better food, beautiful gardens, better bars, and is better in almost everyway - the only thing the Park Inn has is the waterpark but if you stay at the Blu you have access to that too:-)

value for money

the hotel overall is great value for money. there are 2 sides to the hotel; an adult side and the waterpark side for childen and families.

Some staff are genuine and friendly, others will try to sell entertainment tickets to you with a served dinner- dont go for this as the food is the same as the all inclusive with the exception of it is served to your table and all the entertainment you get pn that night the animation team do for free in the Beduin Tent.

There is not much entertainment for adults in the hotel at night, however by day the animation team work really hard and hold pool activites and dancing.

The alcohol is not that great if your a fussy drinker- the food wasnt too bad either.

Good value family hotel in need of an update

The hotel overall has good facilities, although it is in need of an update. The 2 room family room is clean but basic. Toiletries consist of a wall mounted soap/shampoo dispenser. The restaurants are in need of a thorough clean, crockery is chipped and occasionally dirty. Mealtimes are chaotic and noisy. There is a reasonable choice of food, but you need to get into the restaurant early in order to choose food that is fresh and not picked over. The gardens and pool areas are nicely maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive. Beach towels are provided but are faded and sometimes wearing thin. The Health Spa provides a good range of treatments, but the changing rooms and showering facilities are in need of updating. Wifi is free in the reception area, but smoking is allowed here, which is not ideal for non-smokers and children. Throughout the hotel the staff are very attentive and are keen to provide a good service.

cheap sunshine value for money

Much more suitable for family holiday with kids.Good waterpark.Rooms and grounds 4 star but restaurant very much the factory canteen though quality of food acceptable if variety limited.Nothing in the area except souvineer shops.Staff willing but poorly trained.Not for us but if you like rude Russians and large Asian family style entertainment this is the place for you.

Relaxing break in the sun.

The outside space is amazing, great pools and beach area. The inside of the hotel is a little tired however. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym and spa were a bit if a let down for a 4 star hotel. Very little equipment and quite dirty inside.

You do get a bit of hassle from sales people for excursions, dinner upgrades, evening entertainments. This became slightly tiresome as the week went on.

We have stayed for a few days in Parkinn Sharm and during our stay we love the hotel and its service, The staffs where giving their best to make your stay experience as great as should be, The room were cleaned, Quality of service 10 out of 10. Variety of food selection and i advice you to take all inclusive so you will have access to all hotels bars, Restaurant and facilities FOC, in regards to swimming pool it have Only one problem that you can use it till 17.00 hrs only, Some of aqua slides also open for couple of hours, in some points we couldn't use those slide as we have engaged on other activities while it work. pointing on the gym there was two treadmill and one cycle and none of them in working condition, but in general we love to stay there and i would do it again at the same hotel

Worst service ever

My trip to Park Inn was in April 2012, the hotel itself is not bad the rooms are large but need some maintenance. The BIG problem with this hotel is the staff, they are inexperienced, lazy and impolite. You only get prompt service if you're a pretty girl in a skimpy bikini but if you're not or you don't want that kind of attention expect to be ignored most of the time. Their response to any comments or complains are always rude and aggressive. I will never go there again and advise everyone to avoid it even if the rate is tempting. It's not worth it.

The hotel is good for families with small kids. Every room has either 1dbl bed or 2sgl beds. xtras r squeaky bunk beds. better go all inclusive.
V Good variety buffet. And tea coffe and drinks all day free with delicious desserts.
Poolside pizza and chips everyday, with extras everyday and salads.
Excellent kids entertainment evenings. then for adults. take jackets as cold in eve.
Pools very cold in Dec/Jan. Beautiful sea scenery.
Staff very helpful and so is the taxi service from hotel. You can book excusions from the taxi in hotel ,will be cheaper and fair AND SAFER. Remember to hagle in hotel or taxi service and outside. Has a shopping centre nx door ,though you get ripped off. buy things from old market sharm, naama bay or soho sq.
Mc Donalds within 25 minute walk or (20 le) by taxi.
the only difference in superior rms and std is that no tea st, or bath robes in std, all other exactly same

Don't be fooled by all of other positive reviews! You pay for what you get!

We had a disappointing experience. You may get a good price, but don't be deceived by the nice pictures. The rooms are old, the bed sheets are warn, most of the pools are not heated, the breakfast is lackluster, the hot water in the showers don't really work etc...

It was an incredible hassle staying at this hotel. We got a good price, but we didn't have a good experience.

On the plus side, the some of the staff and people working at the hotel are very nice. I just wish the hotel was better managed and had more focus on creating a great customer experience.

Great Holiday

Travelled as a party of 4 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Having read some review i was concerned about going. The Hotel appears to be one of the older hotels and does look a little tired and in need of some TLC.....however this did not distract from the holiday. We found our room and the rest of the hotel including pools clean. The food was good always hot and well cooked although did become a little repetitive into the 2nd week as with all all-inclusive's. We booked a superior room which had tea and coffee making facilities and two bottles of water provided each day. We did see a number of guests fall down the steps on the bridges over the lazy river, they were steep and quite slippery although nothing that beach shoes wont fix. nearly all staff were very friendly although you do initially get hassled for spa/massage. The beach is only a short walk away or a 2 minute bus ride. If travelling with small children visit it after 3.30pm, the tide is then in and you miss the full heat of the day. It provides an area to paddle or snorkel which is great. Star staff members are Khalid - beach bar...he was fantastic. He worked really hard and did us some great cocktails his service was second to none and Mohammed - Beach recreation who worked hard cleaning and tending to the beach and always met us with a smile and joke. Our sun beds were always ready for us. Thank you Khalid and Mohammed...we will return if only to see you both again, you made our holiday, Sharon and Simon xxx

THINGS TO DO:
Go swimming in the Red Sea, Don't go to Saint Katherine's - it is a 3 hour trip and unless you are very religious not worth the drive.

It was a great stay, the food, location and service was excellent. Please go with all inclusive package it is really great and you do not have to worry about planning your meals. The hotel location is absolutely fantastic. close to a big Bazaar and market. I would recommend this hotel to any family. The aqua park is great and huge for family and kids. wave pool is great. they have show, even for kids at the Beduin tent. Gym , Jacuzzi center is great and you can even organize a relaxing massage or even beauty session. You can book all sightseeing tours and attractions from the hotel reception.

A good family hotel

Good hotel in Nabq bay with lots of facilities for families, adjoins on water park with plenty rides although water was cold. Buffet was OK - was hit and miss on certain days and we stayed for a week. Staff are very friendly and make children feel welcome. Room was OK - bathroom could do with an upgrade and sometimes had a smell (probably from water sewerage) but was nevertheless comfortable. We had a chail and infant and our room had two twin beds, a smaller child bed and a cot - more than enough! Not a lot to do in the surroundings - beach is across the street via the Radisson hotel and Naama Bay is only 20 mins away by taxi. Overall, a good trip

OUR STAY IN PARK IN HOTEL

The location of the hotel is quit far from the city. The welcome services from the reception need to be improved. The rest of the staff are very kind. The maintenance and the comfort of rooms need also a very important improvement.. The foods and beverages are okay. I cannot say this hotel could ranked as 4 stars hotel.

I will go back to Sharm El Sheikh but NOT to this hotel

Fint aqua park men ret slidt

Vi overnattede kun på hotellet og så derfor ikke hele hotellet. Vi boede på Aqua park siden og der var ret langt til stranden. Vandlandet var ret flot, hvis man er til rutsjebane og mange børn. Det vi så af hotellet samt værelset var ret slidt og morgenmaden begrænset. Hotellet var også meget billigt, så man får hvad man har betalt for. Servicen der var helt fin og alle var venlige.

الفندق به العاب مائية رائعة واكثر من حوض سباحة
بالنسبة من ناحية السباحة والالعاب المائية هو اكثر من رائع
ولكن الفندق فوضى جدا ولا يوجد نظام وموظفوا الاستقبال اكثر من فوضى وقعدت 3 ساعات لما استلمت غرفتى بسبب جهل موظف الاستقبال

la struttura del resort è carina nell'assieme parlo del park inn radisson, camera deludente igienicamente lascaia a desiderare non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola in 7 giorni, appena arrivato la stanza era piena di zanzare e insetti
chiamai in primo momento per cambiare camera, il giorno dopo mi proposero un'altra al 2 piano uguale peggio di quella ssegnatami! senza poi parlare della colazione e cena sempre le stesse cose, (delusione massima). se non fosse stato per l'acqua park sarebbe stato un mortorio! sufficiente!

!!! DA STARNE ALLA LARGA !!!!

Il giorno 25 Dicembre arrivo con la mia famiglia ( preciso 2 bambini piccoli) arriviamo al Park Inn by Radisson Sharm El Sheikh Resort e abbiamo trovato una camera completamente sporca ed un ristorante con le condizioni di cibo igienicamente non sopportabili, niente da mangiare per i bambini.
Ma sul sito la presentazione era tutt'altro, con immagini accattivanti che ci avevano convinto nella scelta. Da qui parte un problema avevamo già effettuato il pagamento con carta di credito prima di arrivare alla struttura, visto che è obbligatorio.
Volevamo andarcene immediatamente e ci hanno fatto aspettare una notte per fare il check-out.
Ma cosa peggiore non hanno nemmeno voluto fare il rimborso dei giorni di hotel non usufruiti.
