All the staff are very friendly and great with kids. Nothing is too much trouble. Around the pool area is sun loungers are limited the staff will go and get more and lay them out for you. My daughter loved the kids club and animation team work tirelessly. We loved it so much that we are going to rebook for next year.

Fantastic Hotel and Staff

We moved to Coral Sea Water World after a nightmare few days at Jaz Sharks Bay which was a shambles. Coral Sea experience was amazing and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

I forgot to book the Italian Restaurant on the eve of my wife’s birthday. When I popped in during the evening they told me not to worry they would make a table available which they quickly organised. My wife and I had a fantastic evening and when I went to pay for the meal they said it was on the house. The next day the hotel knew we were checking out but still sent an amazing birthday cake which we shared with the pool staff and entertainment team.

Thus was our goth trip to the Coral Sea but first time back since around 2013. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.

Nice hotel, good food choices, but not so much if you're vegetarian.

Issue was that the large pool wasn't heated and the water in the weather park was also cold. Presumably they were saving money because it's their winter. But that meant we didn't use the park as much and I couldn't swim as the small pool wasn't a swimming pool and got very busy during the day.

My family and I stayed for 1 week in two rooms overlooking the pool/beach. There is a lot to like about this hotel - the rooms were excellent and newly renovated; the water park was the stuff of dreams for my 10/12 year olds; there is plenty to do inside (tennis, pool table, table tennis, plus the obvious water stuff) and outside the hotel (we enjoyed desert sand buggies and coral reef snorkelling); spa, which once you get past the sales desk was great / cheap; and controversially the food, which I know a lot of people were unhappy with but if you avoid the ropey looking European stuff and stick to falafel, tagine, tahini, kofta, pita, chicken, baklava etc then you can eat pretty well. These positives were partly offset by many of the staff, particularly the waiting staff in the main restaurant who were difficult to attract and the looked thoroughly miserable, adding to the depressing atmosphere in this space. The beach was also disappointing - not the hotel’s fault but you have to walk for around 1 km to find sea deep enough to swim in, which was a shame as the beach itself was lovely. So all in all if you are looking for a value oriented family holiday, have water obsessed kids and are willing to compromise on a few things then go for it.

When we arrived, this hotel was under maintenance;so I booked in Coral Sea Holiday and Resort. The desk guy- Hussein - was very helpful and the barman was very hospital at the entrance. The superior room was satisfying. It had a pool view and a partial sea view. The hotel is clean in general;The gardens, the pools and the restaurants. I like food but the food in this hotel was special. It is served by professionals. I think everyone in the diners loved it. The staff was very amiable and they ask you if you need something from a time to time. It was sunny and hot during the five days but it was very pleasant that we didn't feel it. We enjoyed dancing, volleyball, meditation and snorkeling. One could see different types of coloured fish(s) and corals. The WHO regulations of Covid19 was applied. The waters were supervised all the time. I will be back next summer ISA

great for kids and families

nice pool, fun water park with place for toddlers and children, plus a lazy river and water slides for the big kids. The food was good, decent variety, always available with no lines or long waits for anything. We had a small issue with ants in the first room and the manager immediately upgraded us to a new room with a jacuzzi tub outside facing the beach. The kids loved the hotel staff and the tub. plus they had ice cream at the water park every day for the morning snack.

We booked this hotel for our anniversary based on the reviews we read which were so good. So we arrived and checked in and the person who checked us in didn’t bother briefing us about the resort. We walked to our room and to our surprise the bed sheets were not clean. They had made the bed from the previous customers without changing the bedsheets. There was hair all over the bed and pillows. We ask to have them changed and we head outside to relax by the pool. The music is loud and pumping which was fine but then we get approached by at least 7 hotel staff working for the spa, gym, outdoor activities and animation trying to up sell their services. By the third person approaching I was really annoyed as I just wanted to be left alone to sunbathe. They just wouldn’t stop.

The following night we wanted to go to soho square for a meal so we asked the taxi desk to arrange a cab for us which he agreed to. 15 min later we walk outside the reception area looking to ask him where the cab is and he tells us he was unable to get a taxi. When we questioned whether he can call another taxi company he says no that’s the only car he uses but we can walk out to the main road and get a cab off the street.

Worst of all, although their ads say they have WiFi there was no WiFi in the rooms. Only in the reception area. Not even around the pool or bars. Also WiFi was so weak we couldn’t access many applications and the resort was very large it wasn’t exactly easy to walk over to the reception j

Brilliant for Coral Viewing!

The hotel is huge with a big waterpark, which is always a hit with the kids! The beach is nice with no waves. very safe for the kids and has amazing corals with plenty of fish to see; don't even have to go too deep to admire the fish. Strongly advise to bring your snorkelling mask as you can spend hours viewing the life under the sea. Also, would strongly recommend beach shoes as you can hurt your feet on the coral.

Room was a very good size with a big terrace overlooking the swimming pools and beach. Very nice view to have every day!

I was let down by the lobby area and dining area. When you first get to the entrance after the main gate you feel as though there is no reception. the entrance is not great. The dining area feels a bit closed due to low ceilings although there is plenty of seating area.

In the room it quickly heats up. The AC is far too strong. Was a battle.

The food was ok but not amazing. unfortunately, my kids ended up with the gastro bug during the last few days of the stay. So really need to watch what you're eating. The food is repetitive but you won't go without. Desserts were good with plenty to choose from.

Staff on site were all very helpful and great with kids.

They are currently expanding the hotel as works were taking place on the beach, which was done swiftly. At the front there is a huge piece of land waiting to be developed which will no doubt improve the front of the hotel. It will be super huge and grand when finished.

My family loved it

We spent 6 nights at this hotel with my wife and 2 children. It is first time we have been to Sharm.
We were looking for a hotel with Aqua park. Therefore we chose this one.
The water park was great with many different slides that we enjoyed.
The hotel was very nice, lots of trees and lawn and 2 swimming pools.
The room was great with one small extra room for kids. One bathroom and slide door to the pool area.
The hotel is direct on the beach.
The food was good and we have no complain about it.
Mini-disco was good at 8:30pm for kids followed by various activities at 9:30 such as belly dancing, acrobatics, etc...

Where the hotel can improve:
They should arrange shuttle bus to Nama bay, sharm, and Soho square with schedule times and book in advance rather than we have to pay for taxi.
The Aqua park is great but they can make medium size slides for children who are 120 cm or less. Somewhere between the big one and the small ones
The other issue with the hotel there is very slow WiFi in the lobby and non in the room. I would expect from a five star hotel to have good free wifi in the whole hotel

Great service for an all inclusive

The hotel is a bit old, so shower isn’t great and décor could be updated. But the service is amazing. In restaurants and bars and also around the pool and even at the beach. Food is good but they could improve on afternoon snacks. Room was always very clean. I would return without hesitation

Hotellets personale var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Maden var fin kvalitet men ikke så varieret. Badelandet var over alt forventning. Vi var dog skuffede over at vi ikke kunne snorkle fra stranden, da det var det vi var kommet for.

الخدمه و التعامل فى الفندق اكثر من رائع من جميع العاملين
الاكوابارك رائعه. الغرف جيده جدا.
الطعام دون المستوى و لا يوجد تنوع.
فى يوم على العشاء كان النوع الوحيد من الفراخ الموجود هو فراخ بانيه.
المشروبات سيئه لأن الفندق يستخدم مسحوق المشروبات سريعه التحضير (مثل التانج) لتقديم العصائر.

Appena arrivati il frigo non funzionava e ce l'hanno cambiato. Inoltre la camera era sporca ho dato la mancia per farla pulire bene. La carta che serve per aprire la porta della Camera si smagnetizza continuamente. Personale scortese e infastidito per tutto il periodo della vacanza forse a causa del Ramadan. Il ristorante non era di grande qualità e con poco assortimento soprattutto la domenica perché è il giorno di partenza dei gruppi. Raccomando di non lasciare soldi nella cassaforte della Camera , a noi è sparita una cifra importante. Il lungo pontile è quasi inutile perche rimane sulle mangrovie. Non capisco come possa avere 4 stelle.

Pour moi un 3 étoiles sans plus.

Personnel très disponible et poli, c est le point fort de l hôtel.
Le Park aquatique est bien également.

Pour le reste nous avons été déçus.

-l'état de l hôtel est limite, il faudrait un bon rafraîchissement malgré le fait que ce soit propre.
-les restaurants supplémentaires n'ouvrent pas tout les jours et il faut payer un surplus pour y manger ainsi que les boissons. 2 des restaurants sont même fermé( bizarre en pleine saison).
-il n y a pas de carte de cocktail dans les bars. Tout est conçu à base de poudre diluées dans l'eau. Seul les softs sont de marque. Tous les bars ferment à 1730, il n y a donc pas possibilité de boire un verre en maillot avant sa douche du soir.
-la nourriture est correcte mais très répétitive( tous les 3 jours la même chose). De plus il y avait beaucoup de saoudiens et de jordaniens en même temps que nous(80/100), ils touchaient tout avec les doigts, goûtaient les plats à même le buffet et se servaient généreusement. Du coup, si vous n êtes pas dans les premiers, tout n'est plus disponible.
-les spectacles du soir se donnent juste à côté du restaurant principal(la scène prévue n est plus utilisée car trop vieille et dangereuse). 3 jours semaine il n y en a pas.

En résumé, vu le prix demandé, on se sent volé. L année passé nous étions allé à Hurgada pour 70/100 moins cher dans un hôtel irréprochable.
