We recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome felt unenthusiastic and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, most of the staff I encountered seemed unfriendly or indifferent, which made even simple requests feel awkward.

The food was passable but nothing memorable, average quality at best.

As for the rooms, they were outdated. The furniture and decor looked tired, and the overall condition made the stay far less comfortable than I had hoped. With a bit of updating and maintenance, this could be improved significantly.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but the combination of unfriendly service, mediocre food, and old rooms made for a disappointing visit. I hope management invests in improvements soon.

The resort was lovely, had everything you needed from small shops to hair dressers and lovely staff. Plenty for kids to do and also for adults. Most staff were lovely especially the staff in the restaurant - a special thanks to youssef. Some front desk staff can be a little more friendlier and smile often. We had issues with very loud noise from the hotel next door with their loud rave music every night, to which management tried their level best to get them to lower the volume. Offered us complimentary Al la carte dinner for our understanding. Wish we stayed a little longer.

The resort is beautiful with a lovely gardens, a beach and big swimming pools. There were plenty of sun beds when we visited in November 2025. The sea is shallow for a long way, with access to deeper swimming areas and the coral reef from the end of the pontoon. The food is of good quality and there’s a great terrace bar with singers in the evening. On the slightly less positive side, the evening beach party and DJ techno music choices were better suited to a different crowd. Overall the quality of the evening entertainment was moderate. The JAZ resort is a collection of hotels, this was not initially clear. We stayed in the JAZ Beach Hotel but originally booked for the JAZ Park Hotel and then changed the booking after receiving an email advising us on the restrictions associated with the slightly less expensive hotel. From what we saw the JAZ Park Hotel had more children’s entertainment and the JAZ Beach Hotel was more geared towards adults although at the Beach Hotel there was a family restaurant we ate in the adults only restaurant. The bed was very hard but our room was a good size. Overall we enjoyed a great holiday.

Pool and grounds were nice but there was a clear difference between the areas of the resort. The beach side was significantly more updated and the front side needs to match. Also, we ended up having three rooms because the first two were either still dirty and smelled, or didn’t even have a large bed for a couple.

The room was clean, resort was really huge with multiple activities and useful facilities (e.g. a free shower room to freshen up after checkout). All the staff members were really courteous and always willing to help (e.g. the kitchen staff patiently explained all the food options available in the buffet to us, as we’re a vegetarian family).

I booked this resort to celebrate my birthday and to refresh my scubadiving certification. I have been to Egypt 3 times and stayed in various hotels/resorts. I can say confidently that this is by far the best resort I have stayed in.

Not only is this resort beautiful, it includes lots of swimming pools and the sea is easily accessible and shallow in the daytime, unlike in other resorts where the sea cannot be accessed due to the presence of corals and restriction from entering the sea to protect the marine life.

The biggest highlight of this resort is its top class hotel staff. If this resort is 5 star it is due to the efficient, highly respectful and tolerant staff. The cleaners, chefs, waiters, reception staff, bar staff went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of and would promptly resolve any issues.

The hotel also included a professional photographer which took amazing shots of me and my sister in the resort and on my birthday. The hotel also was gracious enough to make my birthday etra special by treating me in a really nice restaurant with a complimentary birthday cake!

Another perk of this hotel is that it contains one of the best Diving schools I have been to. I had my Open Water certificate but had not dived for 10yrs. I took a refresher course an went on to complete the Advanced Diver certification and the instructors were one of the best and most tolerant teachers.

My only suggestion would be to upgrade the plug sockets and lamps.

Great for families with young kids or couples!

Wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone, families or couples as they had options for both. Hosny who works in Blue Bar was amazing and made the best drinks in the entire place. Unfortunately our checkout experience was not ideal, as we were told twice we’d have a golf cart pick us up to help move all our luggage up to the shuttle and no one showed, then the front desk kept telling us to wait for checkout, even though we were running late to the airport.
I’d still recommend this location, but don’t trust assistance in the early morning.

We stayed in Jaz Mirabel Beach part,which is the best in my opinion as more going on.
Loads of activities during day time- yoga ,zumba, pool activities etc.During our stay there was 1 pool party and 2 beach parties.
At 9 pm were different shows in amphitheatre.
On the terrace every night was life most of it if arabic style - we didn’t rate it.
Spa - good spa service with a good massage selection and hammam.Massage cost 50 eur per session - billed to the room.Thai girls are the best!

Service in restaurants- there is a butlers at the door in both main restaurant ,but when you walk in you have to walk around to find clean table and most of the times we even weren't offered a drink.Self service drinks only for tea/coffee and fruity water , everything else have to be ordered from the waiter.Very slow table cleaning service.A few times we sat in between 5-6 tables full of food leftovers and non of them were cleaned while we had our dinner -45 minutes - I have timed it!
Service in pool cafe - weird ,as one day we sat there about 20 min waiting for a waiter and were told just to go and get food from the bar.Another day when we wanted to take a food from the bar and were rudely told by chef to go and place an order at the table.20 min wait to place an order, waiter told someone else will take a drinks order - and again we left without drinks.
Food -needs improvement. If there wouldn't be a BBQ ,I would live just on salads.

I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to go to Egypt. The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. My wife has OCD so cleanliness is very important they cleaned the room 2/3 times a day folded our clothes and serviced us with any questions we had. Me as a guy food is the only thing that really matters! And the food options was great. They created a birthday cake for my wife which was amazing.

Jaz Mirabel is a perfectly adequate Red Sea resort. Considering the extremely good value, I would find it harsh to criticise much. However, the food is average & seems to cater to the majority Eastern European guests.

The grounds and beach were nice and you are able to use facilities at all of the Mirabel sister resorts. The staff were all very friendly and hard-working but felt like (as with most of Sharm) that everyone is on the grift for a tip. They were pleasantly surprised that I could use please and thank you in Arabic.

The entertainments team did their best and what I saw of the Cuban dance show seemed good but I do not really come to a place like this for huge west end quality shows.

Overall it seemed clean, friendly and I would come back for a long weekend at most.

I didn't like alcohol. The bridge was painted on the beach, there was not a pleasant smell and the paint was in the water.

Just came back from and amazing holiday here. I have been her many many times before and can never fault the hotel, bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing couldn’t do enough for you working extremely long hours and always have a smile on their faces, house keeping are very good room was always spotless and made me towel art on the bed with a swan and stuff, even though I was alone. :)
entertainment team very good Kirsten and Emma the 2 English girls were so nice and loved to get everyone involved I came here on my own and they always made sure I was ok and Involving me in the activities, you could see when they wasn’t in, jetlee so funny, again, always smiling and happy, bouncing around with so much energy. Evening entertainment like beach party was a fun night and good party, day time they had darts, aqua gym and foam and colours party which I loved and had such a good time dancing and laughing loads.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to sharm el sheikh. can’t wait to come back already. Already looking at dates and prices 😃

The hotel is fine. It’s good. The staff work so hard and are non stop sweating. I do understand the staff at reception are working hard - and mainly dealing with queries and complaints. But honestly- if they had the ability not to lie or just feed us false information. It would be so much easier.
On checkout day - cleaner wakes me up at 8.30 and I have no idea why. Then I come to reception to check out at 10, as I was awake by the cleaner. And then they’re asking me why you checkout early. You’re too early … what am I supposed to do with that?

I have been treated like a stupid idiot this holiday.
I ask please can we have the football. He send me across the hotel to the screen and it’s not on. I wait 30 minutes for his staff to come. Nobody comes.
I go back to reception he tells me yes. It’s working. So I go back. Like an idiot.
And the television is not on!

Picked the hotel based on amazing online reviews and tell you what, it did not disappoint me.

Went there for a family trip…was great. The hotel and facilities were excellent. Food was very good, specially breakfast and dinner…lunch was ok but with all inclusive you have the snack bars serving pizza, burgers, hotdogs and were great.

Service was outstanding and the service team was exceptional on all fronts, specifically:
- Abdallah Khaled in the reception/front office
- Mohamed in room service, and
- All the restraint staff.

Wonderful resort with lots to do! The staff were incredible, including Muhamed Saeid at the front desk who helped me a lot and the restaurant crew, who were very kind! Food was good and room was comfortable. The room wifi was pretty bad, but not a big deal for me. I used the laundry service and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel management was very helpful and very proactive, especially the front desk manager Asya and the hotel managers M.Wael and M.Shawky. We had a free upgrade to a family room which was great with a child. My daughter loved the animal figures prepared by room service and i appreciated the fruit baskets. The food was amazing with lots of variety. The heated pools were a blessing when the weather was on the cold side. The slides were amazing but the jetty was under repair. There was an alternative though which was to use Steigenberger's jetty a bit further down the beach walkway. Would definitely recommend!

There were a few issues that detracted from my experience. The food at the restaurant was just average, and the service was slow. Additionally, the resort was a bit far from the main attractions and there wasn't much to do in the immediate area.

Overall, I would say that this resort was satisfactory, but not worth the price. There are probably better options available for the same price or even less.

Room flooded with faulty valve at the bathroom, my Ipad defected , my items soaked, but thanks to my work as they agreed to replace my work IPad, the hotel didn’t compensate the damage , but agreed to dry and wash my destroyed cloth for free, and otherwise the service at cantering was great, clean rooms, awesome beaches, lot of fun, food was okay , choices were average, only thing i am not happy bout it my work iPad, cost 980 euro , hotel didn't even offer an compensation.
I recommend to visit it but don't expect to find any EU standard on liability if faults or mistakes happened .

There were 5 of us on a ladies holiday from the UK and Nigeria. Our stay was very comfortable and truly lovely.
Beautiful resort.
The staff, practically all of them were amazing.
We had a few glitches with the heating in a couple of our rooms and a jammed door, all attended to speedily.
The 5 of us were upgraded with our rooms on check in.
The food options for all the meals were very very good. We all ate too much!!
The main selling point for me is how every member of staff go out of their way to ensure that one is comfortable.
we had a fantastic time!
We will definitely return.

Welcoming very nice and friendly, once you paid the rate and checks out , they will make you walk 1.4 km until front gate. Cuz they Not allowing taxi or private car to collect you from front of the hotel , they want to force you to use thier own expensive

I have to walk me and small child 2 years old at 43 c. with my wife and mother to main road cuz they stops the taxi entering the resort.
I accuse only the management. NOT THE STAFF

Luxurious Hotel but poor managment

Resort is luxurious, nice long beach, wide variety of food, however, you feel that managment of this hotel is not selected very well and they are not professional enough i believe and don't know how to deal with guests.

Our stary at Maribel Beach was amazing. The staff were so helpful, we originally had a room at the back of the hotel, when we approached reception to change they (shakuk and Peter) organised this the same day. The staff at the buffet hall (Mina and Amr) were great. They brought us drinks immediately after we sat down and ensured that our daughter has a teaspoon as our toddler cutlery had been taken at the airport. The resort is exactly like the photos, the beach exceeded our expectations. Mohanad at the beach bar was excellent, bringing drinks to our sun loungers and ensuring our daughter's drink had a melon. Overall an excellent stay, thank you Jaz.

Magnificent hotel

Fantastic all inclusive hotel. Service was impeccable, grounds immaculate and excellent hotel amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Red Sea.

We stayed for 5 days. Overall nice hotel and the lobby staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and the pools are great. The only criticism I have is that the waiters in the restaurants don't serve drinks. Over the 5 days I saw many guests wave at waiters to bring them drinks and in most case got fed by the wait and went to get drinks themselves. I am not sure the issue is due to restaurants being under staffed or staff training. The drink station was a chaos with people trying to cry multiples drinks in their hands for their family and young kids.

Beautiful Hotel, Professional Staff

We stayed at Jaz Maribel for 3 days at the end of our Egypt trip. It was perfect! After all the travels and sight seeing, we just wanted to relax and this was the place to do it. The resort is beautiful and is located in one of the most beautiful spots and we had a very nice suite with balcony near the beach. We did not leave the hotel at all. They have everything that you need right on the property, spa, gym, several pools, games, diving/snorkeling, live entertainment, several restaurants & bars shopping, etc., Staff was very professional, courteous and ready to assist with anything that we needed. The buffet food was delicious, good quality and of great variety which changed every day. On and all, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Jaz Maribel
