I recently stayed at Rehana Resort, and my experience was anything but pleasant. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and request a full refund.

The bars were often out of drinks, with hardly any options available. Cleanliness was a major issue, with filthy dining halls and a shortage of clean dishes and glasses. The food was boring, repetitive, and often had a funky taste. Despite the all-inclusive promise, our mini-bar was never refilled. The loud, annoying music playing 24/7 made it impossible to relax. The so-called \"entertainment\" was a joke; the animation team was talentless, and some animators appeared to be under the influence, creating an unsafe environment.

Service was non-existent, with rude and toxic waiters who treated us with disdain. The constant bargaining and scams among hotel services made us feel cheated at every turn. Adding to the stress, there was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

This vacation turned into a nightmare. I am incredibly disappointed and request a full refund for this disastrous experience. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Rehana Royal Beach Resort to think twice before booking. This place is not worth the money, time, or stress.

Really disappointing

We booked this hotel as a short mini-moon after our wedding. We were looking for somewhere close enough to get some guaranteed autumn sun but didn't have time to go long-haul. The weather was great but the hotel was really disappointing and not even close to the 4 star rating on trip advisor. The hotel is old and in need of updating. The food was terrible. The main restaurant buffet was abysmal, we were told because we were English we didn't eat in the same restaurant as the (mainly) Russian guests but when we got shown to the other restaurant the food was almost identical (just as bad) and there was no-one else in the restaurant. The more informal eating for lunchtime and snacks was fish and chips, pizza and other more 'western' food but it was really poor. The A la carte restaurants were slightly better but as part of the all inclusive you could only use each one once per stay. The drink options were really poor, beer, whiskey gin and vodka (local spirits) a lot of the mixers were out of bottles and flat most of the time. The nicer wines etc. needed to be purchased. We had a nice seafood meal at the Moonlight restaurant on the beach but again that had to be paid for on top of the all inclusive however it was so dark you couldn't really see what you were eating. The spa facilities were also very dated but the massage treatments were really good (additional cost). The pools were nice but again we were 'escorted' to our own area away from the rest of the guests - strange

Well maintained resort with plenty of space to relax

Extremely well maintained and run resort. Plenty of pool side space to relax. Food courts had plenty of variety and were always kept clean. There was always a queue for the bar but it was never more than a 10 minute wait. Access to the sea was easy and the beach was well maintained with a nice promenade that led to a swimming platform..

It has its Pros and Cons

The staff wasnt good, some were over friendly and some were very rude. The food was good, but could be much improved, more variety in desserts section. Also food should be labeled, its very important. The view and swimming pool was excellent. Rooms were comfortable but very little light in the bathrooms and not cleaned properly, also plumbing problems. Towels werent washed properly. Many fun and interesting extra activities, also night shows were very good. On the whole, it was fun and relaxing. Hoping to visit again and see some improvments. A good place to enjoy a couple of days of fun and sun!

Die Unterkunft liest schon einmal die an sie gerichteten Anfragen nicht. So habe ich das gewünschte Zimmer nicht bekommen und noch nicht einmal eine Absage zu meinem Wunsch.
Es wird mit WLAN >25 MBit/s geworben, das WLAN ist instabil und erreicht noch nicht einmal 1 MBit/s.
Das Essen ist unterdurchschnittlich, der Pulverkaffee ist durchsichtig wie Kräutertee. Auf meine Frage, ob das Kaffee sein soll, schüttete der Kellner etwas Kaffeepulver in meine Kaffeetasse und meinte grinsend: „Jetzt ist er perfekt“. Die Abendunterhaltung kann man nur als dekadent bezeichnen. Ein paar jugendliche Animateure hüpfen zur „Show-Time“ uninspiriert auf einer Bühne herum. Die schrille Musik dazu versucht die Peinlichkeit zu übertönen. Ich habe das Ressort nach 6 Tagen kopfschüttelnd verlassen.

estancia en hotel

La comida súper variada y muy deliciosa el problema está que las bebidas son patéticamente malas y con el peor licor que puedes encontrar . Además casi nunca contaban con hielo en la barra y te servían el cóctel sin hielo , paso durante toda los días de mi estadía . Los empleados son muy serviciales pero también hay algunos que no saben dirigirse ni respetar a los huéspedes en mi condición de homosexual me faltaron varias veces el respeto , el animador del hotel súper aburrido y creo que deberían tomar en consideración la lengua inglesa y Espana lo ya que solamente todo lo traducían en ruso las instalaciones del hotel son confortables pero el uso de toalla para la playa y piscina son totalmente viejas y desteñidas deberían cambiarlas por nuevas. Además de que el wifi dl hotel solamente en la recepción no había wifi en la playa no wifi en la piscina y no wifi en el restaurante la cual es patetico definitivamente no volvería a este hotel

Bon ho tel très grand très beau complexe beaucoup de piscines bonne nourriture pour moi il manque du chocolat pour le déjeuner surtout pour les enfants et du bon café mettre une machine à café ou plusieurs les chambres meubles à restaurer et à rafraîchir les salles de bain sinon rien de négatif

В целом отель неплохой. Из плюсов-номера, аквапарк, территория, персонал, пляж для детей .Из минусов- сложно плавать с пантона (течение/волны/глубина ), ужасная \"столовая \" (спасали закуски на фудкорте).

Forfærdentlig oplevelse

Ved ankomst skulle der diskuteres om vi havde booket all inklusive eller all inklusive light, værelset var så møg bedskidt det var sundhedsskadeligt efter 2 dage havde vi alle dårlig mave maden var elendig hygiejnen det samme musikken ved poolsene øredøvende højt og af meget dårlig kvalitet vi valgte at tjekke ud dag 3 og finde et andet hotel
