We stayed here for 7 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel. The room is pretty clean and is walking distance to a lot of iconic places and points of interest. This place is truly a 5 star Boutique Hotel. Every single staff is very polite, courteous, helpful and accommodating. Their response to your needs is impressive and attention to details is impeccable from the door man, front desk to housekeeping.
A big shout out to Quin (Guests Relations Officer) who made sure we are comfortable every single day of our stay here.

Room was clean and large for the location being so central, and even though we were only on the 3rd floor, the room was quiet at night for a restful sleep, which honestly was a surprise to me since the location is so central.

I am from Hanoi, living in the US, and had never stayed at a hotel during my visits, but this time I was travelling with my partner from the US so we decided to get a room for a few days to travel central Hanoi as tourists.

The staff here are amazing, extremely attentive, and were just great. TRUST the reviews! I honest was skeptical at first by seeing so many reviews abotu them being so great... but it's all true.. they are beyond! I have never had service and attentiveness anywhere else from any of my travels what remotely matches my experience here. 100% would recommend and would stay here again next time we visit Hanoi.

Anatole Hotel Hanoi is absolutely superb. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They arranged airport transfers for us and given how chaotic Hanoi airport is we were so grateful to have this meet and greet service.
Our room was exceptionally good, we are near the end of a five week tour across Asia and this room, suite and bathroom was the best. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious and just delightful.
Breakfast was excellent and so was dinner. We enjoyed the roof top bar and Happy Hour.
I can’t praise the staff enough in how welcoming they are from checkin, restaurant and lobby staff, they were all exceptional.
I can highly recommend Anatole Hotel Hanoi.

The hotel is gorgeous & our room was fantastic! The hotel is within walking distance to the lake, the night market, great restaurants & bars, and shopping. But what truly made the stay great was the staff. Everyone was warm & friendly, and eager to help. Prem & Jerry were both amazing, Prem from the moment I booked the hotel until we left, and Jerry from the moment we walked in the door until we left the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Ms. Phan Anh (Phem) provided AMAZING customer service! She was professional, courteous and very pleasant to interact with. She went above & beyond her call of duties to make sure we are comfortable and addressed our little booking issue that we encountered, which was not her fault at all. When booked on Expedia, we reserved a suite room with a king bed, sleep 3 but when we checked in at the hotel they said it was only for 2 people and therefore charged for the 3rd person. There’s definitely inconsistency between 2 system which we thought was unfair for us to be charged extra $. Besides that the hotel is clean, safe and has very nice staff from bellman, front desk to cooks. Would stay at Anatole Hotel again. Highly recommended this hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, walkable and the staff were fantastic. The only drawback is that it is across from a school that has a very loud PA system and often starts gym classes in the morning. The staff moved us to a higher floor and that helped immensely. The sound was not everyday and we needed to get up most mornings early anyway.

You must stay here!!! The Anatole is an incredible hotel in Hanoi just south of the Old Quarter meaning you can leave the hustle and bustle behind whilst still being very close to local attractions. We had a lovely room in the Anatole and wished we were staying there longer and breakfast was great - the staff could not do more for you, particularly Jerry their events manager who organised all of our transportation including sleeper buses and private transfers! Despite having stayed there only one night the hotel even let us store our luggage and use their washroom facilities on our final day ahead of our flight home for no additional charge.

It is close to the Hoan Kiem lake which is lots lively activities around. Although it is close to the tourist area, the room is very quiet. Breakfast is very good. I will stay here next time.

Wonderful staff at Viroth Villa. It feels like a resort with a spotless pool near check in. Because it is on a side street, the rooms are quiet. Air conditioning works great. Location is at Wat Bo Village that has diverse culinary choices for any budget. On the morning my friend needed to leave at 4:30 am, front desk arranged a takeaway basket breakfast. Over the four breakfasts, I tried everything on the menu and loved every single choice. Thank you Viroth Villa for helping me enjoy my time in Siem Reap.

Room was clean and comfortable. We had a welcome drink and snacks, as well as a complimentary drink at the roof top bar. Ms Clara was helpful and provided thorough information about the hotel, she even offered to pack breakfast for us when she found out that we were leaving for the airport early the next morning. Mr Kenny and Mr Escardo were especially meticulous in serving the guests on the roof top bar. It was chilly at night then and they provided us with blankets. Excellent service from the staff. Will come back again. Convenient location right beside St Joseph Cathedral, a walking distance to restaurants and the lake.

I'm a guest from Hong Kong and stayed here for 4 days. I highly recommend this hotel. it's very clean. There's no dirty I can spot. Especially the bathroom is well maintained and has no mold. The room has no windows, but the air is still very fresh.

The location is very convenient, as you can walk to the cathedral and nearby souvenir shops. There's also an OK convenience store nearby. You can also walk to the night market and the lake.

The staff are also very friendly and will proactively ask for your needs, such as helping you book a car or telling you where to buy souvenirs. They also offer bargaining tips.

The most surprising thing was that I booked an airport transfer service. The hotel knew I had to leave early and prepared a breakfast box for me. This was a very thoughtful service.

This hotel must be booked early as it can easily be fully booked.😆😆

We only stayed here for one night but wish we had stayed longer!! The staff here are so incredibly welcoming and helpful, I’ve never felt like such a VIP. We received a little honeymoon welcome gift to our room which was very special. Our room was clean and the AC was on and strong before we even stepped into the room. The breakfast is fantastic, great options and diversity in foods. Great location, near most things in the old quarter but away from the crazy Beer street noise. The rooftop infinity pool was spectacular! Our bed was definitely firm but still quite comfortable and cozy. We loved our short and sweet stay here!

The stay at the Anatole Hotel in Hanoi was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff was overly formal, from the people who greeted us at the door, those who checked us in (Torres), Kenny, Hieu, and Escanor at the pool/the restaurant, the chef, the cleaning staff, in short, everyone. They truly made us feel at home, assisting us at all times with their recommendations for restaurants, tours, and shows. On the other hand, the room was a good size, very clean! This was the third time I stayed at the Anatole and I can say it was consistently excellent - no just a one time occurrence. The predictive nature of the staff - looking ahead of what you may need rather than asking was really appreciated. The welcoming team were exceptionally professional and attentive.

The rooms are beautifully appointed. I felt like I was at a Ritz Carlton or equivalent hotel. The bed was deliciously comfortable and of the two separate nights I stayed, I think there was an aroma therapy infused into the pillows. Nice mini bar, Juliet balconies, great workspace, reliable internet.

Rooftop pool is small and simply, but totally adequate for this kind of property - with a fantastic view of the Hanoi.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the French Quarter with most-everything within walking distance.

PS: The staff are the shining stars at this property. Compliments to them all.

We enjoyed our stay here based in both facilities and staff support. We booked rooms with balcony and terrace, our family all adults enjoined the space and the open air. The staff took care of us from picking us up at the airport till the day of departure, also helped with booking trip to Haling bay and tour of Ninh Binh. The breakfast was excellent, Pho and other Noidle soups are of Northern style and flavorful, we really like all of them. The service of staff at breakfast were attentive and helpful. There are other cuisines options available and fruits and desserts. The hotel is located in the old quarter so the surrounding comes alive during the day, also there is a school nearby and we did not mind at all. It is quiet at night so we sleep well and enjoy quiet evening. There is also a bar at the rooftop if you enjoy having a drink with your companion.. it is a great option to stay and explore Hanoi and nearby tour options like we did.

My husband and I stayed for the first night of our honeymoon at Anatole. Our flight to Hanoi was delayed into the early hours of the morning and the Anatole staff took care of us with an airport pickup and helpful attention when we arrived.

The breakfast is AMAZING! All of the staff are very attentive and kind. The room is very clean (we got a basic room and it was tiny but it worked) and the shower had great water pressure and got very hot.

The location is top notch. Literally around the corner from the church, lots of shops and spas and about a 10 minute walk from the lake.

Stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect, the staff arranged a seamless pick up and drop off at the airport for us and they were always so friendly and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet which after the chaos of the streets of Hanoi is a nice relief. Breakfast was included and lots of varied options and very attentive staff again. Hoang has been fabulous as he greets ua at breakfast every morning and made wonderful recommendation of attractions. The entire team at breakfast venue has good teamwork. The reviews you read only begin to describe the Anatole. From arrival to departure teh staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming and attentive. nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel highly for eth above reasons. Its location is also great with a short walk to old town/ cathedral etc

We loved our stay at Anatole! The service was outstanding. We immediately felt cared for with all the attentive and polite staff. They were flexible with allowing us to check in early and leaving our luggages at the hotel before our flight. We told them it was our honeymoon and they surprised us with a slice of cake and a lovely heart towel decoration. The breakfast buffet was one of our favorite parts. The food was really good. Thank you Frankie and his staff at Anatole! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Great location, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and there are restaurants and shops all around. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a variety of dishes and fruits. The staff are extraordinarily attentive and friendly. we needed to ship a box and they provided tape and what we needed.

The most amazing staff, never stayed somewhere so good. The breakfast also was fabulous, exceeded our expectations and more. Do hope we can return to this fantastic place one day. The staff were so great. The terrace suite a beautiful comfortable and fine room. When we come back to Hanoi we will definitely stay here again.
