The first room (No. 20) that we were placed in was disgusting. There was black mould in one corner of the room, the bathroom door did not close as it was swollen with water, there were burn marks on the sink and half of the shower control was broken. This room should not be used in its present condition.
However, after a quick chat with Expedia, we went down to reception and were given another room (no 55) this room was good although there were still burn marks on the sink and floor.
Neither of the rooms were soundproofed, the hotel description said they were.
It is a very basic hotel probably only suited to an overnight stay.

This will be the last time I stay at a Premiere Class or similar hotel in France. It was very difficult to take a shower and not get the whole place wet and you can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. They may be cheap, but after numerous times, the quality is very low and I've decided to trade up a bit.

Great staff, good location

Typical Premiere Classe. Is showing it’s age, especially the bathroom. Service is great, very helpful staff. They pay attention to requests made at time of booking and do not disturb signs if you don’t want/need cleaning. Located in a hotel cluster near a commercial center with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Difficult for me to comment on a nights stay, as we had to change our travel plans to the UK due to the road blockades in France the next day. We checked in and the lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was very basic, ok for one night and no longer. Position was good, just off the motorway, and near a shopping centre and eateries, so from that perspective it was fine. Could do with a bit of an update inside and out. Also does allow dogs.

The rooms were shabby and need some minor upkeep and repairs. They had not been cleaned particularly well and do not have any amenities in such as hairdriers or kettles.
If you just want a bed for the night on the way through to somewhere else then not so bad.
Breakfast had very poor choice and definitely not worth the extra money so we headed out without to find somewhere else.

Tired hotel, but what you expect for price

This hotel is really showing its age. Fine for a short stay. What you would expect from a PC. It's small, but functional. Getting rusty and worn in many places. Wifi could be better. Staff is great though.

This was a very good place. just off the autoroute and within walking distance of a Commercial Centre with an inexpensive \"Flunch\" restaurant attached. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and on the ground floor. Breakfast was adequate for E5 but was just bread and jam with fruit juice and Yogurt. Staff were very helpful, I must say, This was the 2nd time I stayed here this year and would recommend it as everything worked.

Nice staff, very helpful. They really made my stay. Room was clean, straightforward, modern, simple, tv, lights, comfortable firm bed, clean. Not the sort of place I would bring a family to enjoy, but the sort of place I readily use if I'm on my own and basically need to refresh after a long day out, and have a long day ahead.

I had read the other poor reviews and was a little apprehensive however the room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was small and could do with a little work but it was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The location was ideal for what we wanted and was right next to a shopping/commercial area so had a few restaurants only a minutes walk from our room. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and the hotel provided free wifi. For a cheap (£21 per night) and cheerful hotel room we couldn't have asked for more.

Bearable for a short stay only.

Never stayed in a 1 star before - will try not to again if this one was typical of them.
This was a last minute emergency booking so hadn't had the chance to do our homework!
Room was exceptionally basic, toilet/shower cubicle very small and dated.We only had 2 small bath towels. No toiletries except a soap dispenser on the wall.
Big problem was that the stairs to the first floor were outside - thankfully it didn't rain while we were there as they would have frozen during the very cold night and been very dangerous!
However it wasn't all negative. The bed was large, had clean linen and was comfortable.There were only 2 small pillows, but the night porter was happy to give us 2 more.
The heating was good and easily adjusted to suit our needs.
There was free wi fi.
Breakfast was about 5 euros and was typically french- breads, sweet bread, jams, honey etc, yogurts,but no cheese or meats. there was a toaster, and as much orange and hot drinks as you wanted.
We were here for 3 nights, but as we only showered and slept in our room it was ok and bearable.
It was very cheap to stay here so basically we got what we paid for!

This was a very bare bones hotel. The staff was rather indifferent when we arrived. Then things went downhill as the sewer backed up in the lobby. A repair truck spent the better part of the day suctioning out the contents of the pipes just outside the rooms. The remaining fragrance in the lobby will long be remembered. Convenient - yes. Will we return - never.

Hôtel première classe bien , commence à être vieillissant mais propre . Proche autoroute donc un peu de bruit . Tout le nécessaire autour , restaurant fast food , station , magasin , Auchan … Pour ce qui es question de l’accueil , peu souriante et aimable aucune explication. Pas de bonjour pas de en revoir à l’arrivé comme au départ . A 8:15 quelqu’un du services de nettoyage est entrée dans notre chambre pendant que étions en train de dormir ! Aucune d’excuse au moment de rendre les clefs !
Personne ne vous demander comment votre séjours c’est passé

Nous avions bien conscience de ce à quoi nous nous engagions en réservant dans cette chaîne, mais force est de constater que certains manquements sont tout simplement inacceptables. Pour un séjour de cinq nuits, l’expérience s’est avérée être une suite de déconvenues.

Dès le départ, la première déception est survenue avec la carte d’accès : elle a fonctionné une seule fois, puis, semble-t-il en raison d’un problème de batterie, elle s’est révélée défaillante. On m’a alors annoncé qu’on changerait de chambre, promesse qui n’a jamais été tenue. Conséquence : j’ai dû solliciter chaque soir l’aide du personnel pour me faire ouvrir la porte, avec en prime un commentaire désinvolte du type « heureusement que vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée ». Ce désagrément a perduré jusqu’à 21h30, au-delà duquel il fallait se rabattre sur le service du Campanil.

Mon emploi du temps imprévisible m’a amené à revenir tard, à deux reprises au cours de la même soirée. La première fois, l’agent du Campanil a simplement réagi par un « Je vous ouvre, et basta », un comportement qui, bien que sec, était acceptable compte tenu des circonstances. La deuxième fois, la situation a été encore plus frustrante : la porte était fermée, j’ai sonné et attendu cinq minutes sans résultat. En décidant de faire le tour, je suis tombé sur trois individus sur la terrasse. En leur demandant s’ils appartenaient au personnel de l’hôtel, j’ai eu droit à un bref « Ben ou

Il y avait tout un groupe de lycéennes qui ont fait du bruit jusqu’à 23h. Claquant les portes,aller-retour constants en courant dans les escaliers et devant les portes. Le matin idem très tôt. J’ai vraiment passé une sale nuit alors que j’avais de la route à faire. Je ne comprends pas que le service de l’hôtel autorise cela. Les encadrants de ces adolescents idem. Aucune tenue ni respect pour les gens qui dormaient

Muito baixo nível. Mesmo p uma estrela. Já me hospedei em um hotel premiere classe próximo a Geneva e foi excelente. Esse não tem o mesmo nível mas ambos são 1 estrela. Me pergunto por quê?
Agora já não me sinto confortável em dormi em um hotel primeira classe de novo. Que pena. Perdi a confiança.

Pas de serviettes... vu une fois sorti de la douche... dommage... donc vous étonné pas de retrouvé le drap mouillé par terre je m'en suis servi pour m'essuyer.

La porte qui avais du mal à se fermé au verrou, on aurais dit qu'elle avait déjà été forcé...

Voisins très... mais alors vraiment très très bruyant jusqu'à 1h du matin...

Mon séjour à été parfait ! Que demande de plus vu le prix Le seul reproche est que dans cet hôtel bcp de travailleurs étrangers très respectueux mais le soir ils se réunissaient pour fumer ils discutaient forts au point que j étais obligé de monter au plus fort le son de la tv et en plus pas de chance le cendrier se trouvait près de ma fenêtre donc je ne pouvais pas ouvrir celle ci sinon j avais l odeur de cigarettes dans ma chambre. Sinon personnel très gentil

A fuir...!! Odeur de tabac dans la chambre très désagréable. Trous de cigarette dans la couette. Porte ouverte salle petit déjeûner durant toute la nuit. Beaucoup d'allées et venues.Très bruyant. Impossible de dormir. Veilleur de nuit insolent et imbu de sa personne. Nous avons dû partir très tôt le matin tellement c'était insupportable. Très déçus de cet hôtel.
