I booked a room which had a bathtub and realized I needed a shower only due to my back problems. The next morning they found another room with a shower and had help moving us before my 10:00 appoint ment. Excellent room now for 15 euros more

I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion. They gave us only one pair of small.bottles shampoo, hairbody and lotion and nothing more, so for only one day. Next thing cloth for wiping the plates is only one, and there was not even a microfibre cloth to clean your table after eating. No cleaning products for the toilet, only dish soap. It's kind of frustrating for the price,they reply to my message that I can come down get a new towels for the plates.they should place it when we check in, n our room. there is a supermarket across the street to get what you need. There are always men smoking pots. It doesn't look nice and clean. Under the bed you will see spider's web and dust( alot of it) The bathroom smells like paint. Then some kind of spice that stinks big time from 10pm the bed is hard especially the sofa bed, you will feel the division. you can't double lock the door inside, I place something at the door, morning it was in the floor, like someone attempted to enter.My son get rashes after our stay. This is not a quality aparthotel far to compare in Germany . Hope they improve.

Check in was efficient. Room was spacious and decently clean. No air conditioning in July was extremely hot and uncomfortable. People on the street were yelling and talking until 2am so had to keep the windows closed and it was stifling and no one slept.
Not much besides a grocery store close by. 10-15 min walk to restaurants etc.
Breakfast was quite good and fresh.
Front desk called us a “taxi” that did not have a meter and she would not quote before we left for the airport. Our fault for getting in because we were charged way more than the regular rates and we felt ripped off.

The hotel is a no frills very clean, modern and fresh chain type of accommodation with the advantage of having a well stocked kitchenette in your room. The staff were very helpful and there is the added advantage of secure underground parking. No real choice of bars or restaurants locally albeit walking into the town centre only takes about 20 minutes. Would stay here again if in Valenciennes.

A great surprise
Knowing little about the place before booking, I was happily surprised to see the sorts of amenities it had. It was very clean, stylish looking, and comfortable. The provision of dishes, glassware, and other items to cook in, as well as a small kitchen was a wonderful bonus, which I didn't fully realize on booking. I also found the staff very friendly. On the down side, it was quite warm during my visit and there was no air-conditioning. Normally this wouldn't be a problem. But opening the window and curtains was less than pleasant as there was a light right outside my window. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as I was hoping for either. Who knows? It could be different in other rooms. All in all, though, a great stay.

Ci sono stato per lavoro, è un buon aparthotel, cucina e camera ben accessoriate, pulito e in una zona con ampio parcheggio (a pagamento dalle 9am). Unica raccomandazione, informatevi se la reception è aperta al momento del vostro arrivo. Io l'ho trovata chiusa e non è stato banale accedere alla stanza, due numeri da chiamare e poi con l'aiuto di una persona al telefono sbloccate una keybox, è andato tutto bene anche grazie alla gentilezza dell'helpdesk però ci sono state un pò di difficoltà iniziali

Bon hôtel malheureusement beaucoup de poussière sous les lits ainsi qu'au dessus des fenêtres, étant allergique je l'ai bien senti . Problème aussi avec la tv, beaucoup de blocage en essayant de changer de chaine. Mis a part ces soucis, nous reviendrons en espérant que la poussière sera faites.

Très bon séjour sur Valenciennes.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette résidence, personnel d'accueil très sympathique et serviable. Appartement très propre, spacieux, coin cuisine bien équipée (cafetière, bouilloire, vaisselle en quantité correcte) au calme (donnant sur une cour). Pas trop loin de la gare. En plus ce qui est appréciable, il y a une supérette en face de cette résidence, afin de pouvoir y faire ces courses. Si je devais y revenir, j'y reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

Heureusement que nous avons eu l'offre sur le site, jamais de la vie je paierais le prix fort!!! Premièrement studio très étroit! Évier salle de bain bouché, le cache de la lampe au dessus du lit défait en attente de changement d'ampoule, portes qui ferment mal, odeur de cigarette. A l'avenir soyez prévenus que le parking devant l’hôtel est payant!! Pas d'information de la part de la réception (bien que le personnel est très agréable ça faut le dire!), ni de marquage au sol, nous avons eu une amande de 20 euros! Séjour très décevant. Pourtant il y a deux ans nous nous y étions rendus et avions adoré l’hôtel. Dommage. Concernant le petit déjeuner, mieux vaut aller au Carrefour Market d'en face.

Hotel très bien situé avec un parking souterrain (payant) pour laisser sa voiture. Un supermarché juste en face pour les courses et proche de la place d'armes. La visite de la ville est faisable à pied.

Excellent accueil, très belle chambre, propreté bien présente... mais chaleur horrible dans les chambres, pas de climatisation ni même un ventilateur ! Ma nuit fut ponctuée de réveils intempestifs à cause de cette chaleur insupportable ! Dommage pour ce couac :/
