My room was lovely with an incredible view. Waking up every morning and opening the curtains to lush, green trees was a delight. I saw many animals, birds and beautiful rainfalls each breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable and location was convenient.

Nice little hidden gem. Good service very nice and friendly staff. Watched the monkeys playing on the roof across the way and heard them on our roof one night. Nice huge king bed. Keep you’re eyes open for the sign on the road easy to miss.

I would definitely recommend this hotel that is the perfect combination of the comfort of a good big hotel and the friendliness of a family guest house! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hotel is run by a family and they make you feel like guests in their home! I would definitely come back and stay in this hotel if I return to Ubud.

Love the hotel !
Located at the end of an alley, away from the noise.
Friendly staff, nice large room with fridge and coffee machine, bathtub, good internet, TV has some English movies
Relaxing Pool.
You pick the day before from several breakfast options.
Staff can arrange driver to tour the island, bring you to the airport, etc.
Definitely would come back.

You could have been in the middle of the country in the hotel, you couldn't hear a thing but was only about about 40m from the main road. The hotel is family ran who couldn't do enough for you.
I definitely will stop in the hotel when in the area.

Just wow! Amazing stay in this lovely hidden gem in Ubud. Easy walk to a lot of tourist sites including the Monkey Forest. Wonderful hosts. Really nice pool. Right next to the jungle. Good breakfast too!

Lived this small little Inn I had a huge suite on ground floor with a forest view on one side and pool on the other
It only has 3 rooms on ground floor maybe 8 rooms all together
The breakfast was good lovely staff
Great little vibe about it
Would stay here in heart beat again

Central location and nice small property with pool. Staff very friendly and fairly helpful. Beds are firm yet comfortable. Only down fall is a nearby bar that has loud music from around 10-after midnight and all the roosters who do their job of telling you about the sunrise so bring your earplugs

Bugs all over in the room, which you can almost expect anywhere in ubud. But the bathroom was especially gross. I didn’t feel clean after I showered and it smelled like sewage. Just feels run down and dirty. Also there are roosters on the property that go off non stop around 5am. Even ear plugs couldn’t drown them out.

You have you pick your breakfast and time the night before, which isn’t convenient for most travelers.

Pay $5 more and you’ll get a better hotel near by, I guarantee it. I will not stay here again even though the staff was very sweet, as they are everywhere in Bali.

Good value for money, but has some problems

Stayed for 4 nights and had an OK time. The place is a quick walk from center of Ubud. It has a pretty nice pool area which is overlooked by the rooms.

Wifi/internet did basically not work at all during our entire stay. We asked them to fix it, they tried, did not work. Breakfast is ordered the day before, which actually was a bit of a hassle cause you have to remember to do it. You set a specific time for your breakfast, but they were often 20 minutes late with delivering it.

The staff was very friendly, but generally seemed young and inexperienced.

Rooms and everything else was I good condition. The hotel is situated against the forest so it's very calm, expect for a small drum party on other side of the forest.

The backyard of the hotel gives to the jungle and the scenery is quite amazing.
I think they should improve on service as their internet is inconsistent, the Netflix site is blocked, water bottles not provided everyday...breakfast ok, not that great

Amoya Inn was comfortable and clean. The pool was nice, and our room overlooked lush greenery. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the room didn’t get as cool as I would like, but otherwise it was a fine place to stay.

Hidden gem in awesome location.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms (only 8) are nice and big and the finishings are fairly new. Lovely pool. Perhaps breakfast could be buffet style. Real value for money and we will definitely return.

Lovely homely place. Hidden away from the road right next to a field. Loved the singing of the roosters and cicades. Sure beats scooter noise. Nice place to be and relax. Good choices for breakfast and staff were super friendly. Would stay here again.

This villa is in Ubud center, very close to Main Street and the Palace. Simple breakfast, friendly staff but ants in the room.. and the water of shower was very little ( not strong enough).

Our experience in Amoya Inn was great! It is a lovely place with a great location! Everything is within walking distance, the market, the monkey forest, shops, etc. In addition to that, the people were very nice and helpful! :)

The only downside I can think of is that the bathroom seems to have a plumbing issue because it had a weird smell all the time, other than that, everything was good!

Perfect central Ubud base, quiet and relaxing.

This inn is accessed via a lane off Hanoman street. It's a perfect, quiet hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Ubud streets. The room and bathroom are big, with great air cond. The pool is divine with sunbeds and towels. The balcony is perfect. Staff are helpful and the breakfast is great. Perfect central location to recharge batteries between shopping/sightseeing. The big Coco supermarket is a 10 minute walk, Monkey Forest 15.

the room is very comfortable. only downside is we can hear upstairs guests moving around. Dont understand why they have to stomp their feet while walking in the room.
i love the breakfast. the best breakfast i had in bali. the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Although they advertise airport transfers, nobody replied to my emails so we made our own arrangements.
You can't get very close to this property by car and there are several steps so it's not good for heavy or bulky luggage.
Dressing gowns in the room were a nice touch and the pool was fine.

This is a quite place which is definitely worth the money, if you're not looking for anything too pretentions.
Staff are polite and friendly and they offer airport pickup service and bike rentals on site, which is quite handy, since you can just return the bike key at the reception.

Outstanding value and highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was beautiful, large windows on two sides of the room, and we could see the thick jungle and many birds. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and breakfasts were freshly prepared. They lent us sarongs for temple trips. The inn has three floors and no elevator.

The entrance way was a little strange, long and narrow and with little shrines before reaching the check-in desk.

Peaceful, Quiet, Great location

My 10 year old daughter and I booked for 5 days and ended staying 7.
This 6 room hotel is located on a family compound. It was very private peaceful and ideal place to relax.
Our room was 3 steps to the pool, and even though the rooms were occupied we felt like it was our own private pool.
The room was spacious and very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable.
We walked everywhere so location was great.
The staff and family were awesome.
The night before checking out I lost my credit car, The staff went out of there way to help me sort the issue and with out that support it would have been a very stressful situation.
This beautiful little paradise would be great for a group of family or friends, I would stay again.

I had a great stay at the Amoya Inn. Right in the middle of town, the hotel is at the back of a family compound, which makes it both interesting and quiet. There are only six rooms in the complex. The staff are lovely and very helpful, the rooms spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was generally good, though avoid the pancakes. A little more attention to detail and this would be a great place. Another thing to think about when booking this hotel is that there are a lot of steep and uneven steps around the place - this is not somewhere for people with mobility issues. It's location is a stones throw away from great restaurants, the market and the Yoga Barn. It felt very safe.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist fabelhaft, die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmer sind riesig und sehr sauber. Die frühstücksauswahl ist riesig und alles wird erst zubereitet wenn man am Tisch sitzt. Super ruhig, ich würde sagen eines der ruhigsten Hotels, trotz perfekter Lage
