Lovely, luxurious resort. Multiple swimming pools so never crowded as only a handful of rooms would use each pool. Beautiful view of rice fields from the breakfast area. Staff are very helpful. 12pm checkout is very handy also. Rooms are large and elegantly decorated.

Kori Ubud Resort was quiet with simple but spacious rooms. Depending on how many people are staying, depended on whether they had water features on and breakfast location and options which was a little disappointing. We had a room overlooking pool and also had lovely view of rice paddies at breakfast. Breakfast was extremely basic and ended up eating out as food at cafe across the road towards the end of stay. Tried to use day spa facilities but reception told they were on break and asked to call me when they were back but never did. Little out of the way from Ubud centre and used Grab to get around as shuttle times were very limited.

This is a wonderful hotel, and this was our second visit. The rooms are spacious and well appointed (we booked a suite). The price is excellent. The location, just outside the busy-ness of Ubud, is perfect; and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. The taxi app will get you right into town. The breakfast buffet is nothing special, and is always cold no matter how early you show up. Housekeeping is lethargic, but the beds are great and there are always clean sheets and towels. We will stay here again whe we return to Bali.

They place is stunning! The only bad thing (if it’s even that bad) to say is that we had a gecko living in the roof and it pooped on the bed. And it would of been good if there was a door on the entrance to the whole two bedroom villa not just the doors

Lovely hotel in a quite location. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. The villa was large with 2 bathrooms and the largest king size bed I have ever slept in . It has it’s own pool , however we used the main pool as it was warmer and larger. The breakfast was ample and ok . We walked a few times into Ubud however it’s a long walk (about 2km) . There are some great restaurants near by so you don’t have to go far in the evening for dinner . I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a great size and clean the bed was awesome with the netting around to keep mosquitoes away.
The bathroom was was big and had provided toiletries tge shower was dirty and doesn't look like it get cleans it needs a gd scrub and bleach to get rid of mould..
There is 3 pools but were pretty cold and the 3rd pool had alot of tiles missing on the bottom and around the pool should be emptied and fixed incase someone cuts themselves.
Overall the property does need some fixups but still a nice hotel to stay at..

The views are absolutely stunning, very beautiful. Some of the buildings are also beautiful as is the pool, but not well looked after. Not really walking distance for town due to heat / very dark at night but the hotel will provide a charged taxi service outside their shuttle times which is good. Room was large, bed extremely comfortable - rest of it very tired. Breakfast and other restaurant food - would recommend avoiding. Staff ok, not particularly proactive. Wasn’t expensive in comparison, so fairly good value for money.

Value for money. The place is quite and mostly clean. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful, service with a smile. Great location to base in Ubud for your stay in Bali. However, some things can be improved. Breakfast could have more variety from day to day as I stayed for 6 nights, and most items are the same. The room could come with shower gel on top of shampoo and conditioner. There might be some insects in the room.

Perfect tranquil location, close to fabulous restaurants (Room4desserts was an amazing experience with an organic garden) only 5km from downtown Ubud.

We stayed in a superior suite over looking the infinity pool. The gardens were incredible and very well cared for. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will return again.

A great hotel! Perfect location just about a 20-25 minute walk from central Ubud, yet peaceful and quiet. The pool and restaurant overlooks rice fields and is very pleasant after a day in the busy town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and very spacious. Good breakfast, restaurant very quiet for other meals though as most people go into Ubud. The staff are friendly and helpful, and will help you book taxis and tours etc (although tours are cheaper booked away from the hotel).

Wonderful hotel beautiful scenery fantastic pool and everything was great. Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent .many great restaurants with delicious food really near the hotel. Shuttle service toand from the main area of Ubud. If we wanted to be driven at an extra time the hotel driver took us in for $5 great service. We hired a driver through the hotel for a 6 hour tour of a water temple , waterfall, rice terraces and a coffee plantation , a great day costing $70. Overall we would definitely stay here again a lovely hotel to enjoy and relax in, but close to busy Ubud . A 30-40 minute walk into town or a quick 5 minute drive.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Kori Ubud and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It’s an older style, quiet hotel with wonderful stone carvings and stone paths. There are two swimming pools. The rooms are huge, beds very comfortable, large bathroom with walk in shower. The hotel is well priced and just 2.5km walk to the main restaurant area of Ubud, or a $A5 taxi ride. Breakfast is included and although the choice is limited the staff try hard to accommodate requests. The staff are exceptional.

Wonderful hideaway near to Ubud Palace but easily accessible. Our one bedroom villa was huge and comfortable (word of caution though; the sound of geckos would keep you awake) The only discomfort we faced was the aircon breakdown but we were given a standing fan replacement for the night. Breakfast was truly excellent with many choices and very satisfying. Would come back again !

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa - very private and quiet with own pool, overlooking the river & fields. HUGE rooms & two bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. The property is beautifully kept & the gardens and pool areas are picture perfect. Great restaurant and lovely staff. Great massage at the spa too ! Minimart over the road, 10 minute walk to a large supermarket and about 25 minute walk to markets (with kids) Plenty of great restaurants nearby too.

A value for money villa located near Ubud Central

Really love my stay at Kori Ubud. The accommodation is located about 5 mins (by car) from the bustling Ubud central. One thing I really love about our villa is that it is really clean, comfortable and spacious. The area of the room is huge with a balcony. The toilet is very biggest i’ve had in any hotels/resorts so far. There are barely any insects like mosquitos/flies disrupting our stay at Kori Ubud. The staffs working there are very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

The staff were amazingly accommodating, assisting with a room change due to construction, as well as booking a tour for us!

We absolutely loved staying at this unique place, and we would absolutely do it again!

Our only issue was that there are zero vegan options on your menu so we mostly ate fruit for breakfast and sought lunch and dinner at other locations. We were unable to order room service.

Enjoyed our 3 nights at Kori. There was some renovations happening during our stay that we weren’t notified about. Only thing that was impacted was the quality of breakfast/dining in the main area. Towels need replacing, old style small towels. Big, fluffy upgrade would be good!

Lots of plants everywhere, 2 lovely pools with views from just about every room.Huge rooms with huge bathrooms with bath and lovely canopy queen beds. Lovely 3 course order breakfast in lovely casual restaurant, about 20-min to half hour walk from main centre but there is a shuttle bus a few times a day.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable our room was pretty cool with a secluded balcony the only thing that let it down was the shower the deseign was great but the water pressure was low and temperature was variable from cool to warm shame as the room was otherwise great.
The breakfast started out great but choices tailed of later in the week but eggs as you like them always available to order and the staff ever so friendly and helpful.
The waterfall pool is awsome and the long pool is good too.
The reception staff were great too organising a personal tour of the sites we wanted to visit with a Hotel driver and vehicle at a very good price.
Definately would return:)

We had a very pleasant stay. The grounds and the pools are lovely - however, there was renovation around one pool and the other had a terrible chemical imbalance which meant that the water caused the eyes to sting and the taste was very unpleasant. It was nice to sit by the room and take a few steps to the pool. The rooms are spacious, although the decor is uninspired. Service was good and breakfasts plentiful. The staff were courteous and professional - although reception staff needs to recognize how crucial their role is and offer a more welcoming service. You pay for what you get, so overall this was good value.

Perfect place for our romantic holiday.

We were so happy with our lovely room which overlooked the pool and beautiful garden. Our spacious balcony faced the lush forest and through to a rice field. The staff were friendly,helpful and cheerful which made our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Staff in the restaurant were really pleasant and efficient. Such a serene peaceful environment to spend time in. The resort shuttle to town was easy and convenient. There are also a few great restaurants within a short walking distance.

Stayed in the villa with the private pool. Loved the view of the jungle from our room and the pool. We wind up going during rain season so the pool was too cold to go into. The room was BEAUTIFUL, made all my friends jealous from the photos BUT the insects were everywhere. We think there were aunts that dropped from the ceiling onto the beds at night, but at least the master bed had a mosquito net to help with that. Also we could hear squirrels or bats on the roof all night, made me a little uneasy about sleeping, but this may only be a problem for the villa, not the regular rooms since it looked like they had normal roofs. Food was just okay at the restaurant.

There are cheaper places...

My friend and I decided to splurge a little in Ubud, but I really wish we hadn't. Our first room was nice, but didn't have the luxurious bathtub from the pictures. On our second day, the air conditioner broke, so we were relocated. The new room had the tub we thought we were getting, but our door locked with a padlock, and we had a bit of an ant infestation. The staff were really nice, but I've found that nearly everywhere in Bali. They did make an effort to learn your name. Special thanks to Nyoman, for making the room transition as smooth as possible. The restaurant was pretty good, but the spa was disappointing (from what we could see if it). We tried twice to go as walk-ins, but never found anyone. We ended up going to a couple different spas nearby. Wifi signal was best by the pool, but died completely inside the rooms. I'd advise to spend less and stay elsewhere.

Serenity in Ubud

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our toddler, and they did everythingto make our stay pleasant and smooth.
The swimming pools were very tranquil and access was just outside our room (if travelling with littlies, keep a close eye on them!)
The breakfast offerings were excellent. We especially enjoyed the Indonesian option.
Highly recommended.
