We absolutely loved our stay at Komaneka Rasa Sayang. The staff were kind, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. The service was exceptional. We loved the lush grounds. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool, afternoon tea, watching monkeys play, and reading poolside between stints sightseeing and shopping. Nearby dining was excellent. We stayed for a week with a large group of family and friends. Everyone was happy and would gratefully return.

We very much enjoyed our 10 days at Komaneka at Rasa Sayan where the standard of service, room and breakfast were excellent. Having stayed there before the standards were again very high and again most appreciated. The hotel is perfectly situated in Monkey Forest Road and within reasonable walking distance to many high quality shops, restaurants and bars, for example, Donna, Honey & Smoke, Watercress and Parsir. A great stay at a great hotel.

La forêt des singes, le palais royal ainsi que le marché sont accessibles à pieds. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Despite being in the centre of Ubud, the hotel is set back from the main road and is a haven of peace. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious with a private balcony. Staff were all friendly and charming. Food was good, without being extraordinary. The high point for us was the spa, with the best view from the hotel, and really professional masseuses, who were professional and very sweet.

It was not prepared for the customer. The information on the additional fee and breakfast amount for one child was different. They emailed the extra bed fee for 1 child as 500K/night, but at the front desk it was 750K/night. There was no extra bed prepared, and the assigned room was another guest's room. The staff was kind, but I was disappointed with the disingenuous surcharge and the room that was not prepared.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff. I, unfortunately, arrived unwell. From the moment the staff realized that, they could not have been more helpful and caring. Every few hours a hot cup of ginger and lemon tea with honey would arrive. Making sure I ate if I wanted to, and generally enquiring about my health and comfort. The Hotel itself was an oasis to me, Set back from the road only a little and yet I felt like in the jungle. Very large, well appointed rooms, wonderful bathrooms, but most importantly, a superbly comfortable bed. Their restaurant overlooks a lovely pool and across a lush gully. I really want to return here when I am well and can really enjoy the Hotel and area. 100% recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It exceeded any expectation we had. The location was awesome, walkable to everything in Ubud. But the best part was the friendly and exceptional service of the staff. The breakfast was something to look forward to every morning and the pool was amazing, being shaded and with a beautiful view. We were also able to order room service whenever we needed to and after 2 weeks the total was so reasonable! When we return we will be staying here again!

Lovely little hotel. Staff are friendly, put their hearts out to look after this place and their guests. We have a 3 years old toddler with us. Everybody has been extra attentive to us. The only downside is that the laundry service. One of my daughter’s top went missing -but it was my bad, I didn’t check it right after the package came back, but after we have moved to another hotel.

I stayed at the roof top garden villa.
The room was spacious and the ensuite was expansive and good.
The staff was always courteuos and smiling.
There is an opportunity to vary breakfast options as it gets a bit \"boring\" to have the same fare every day especially if one is staying for a longer period.
Another thing is that in the room, the three pin socket for power near the work desk was faulty as I could not plug in. I shared this with the electrician but he didnt quite repair as he needs to change the socket.

I saw that this Hotel had so many 5* reviews and now I know why! What a wonderful place. Right in the hustle and bustle of Monkey Forest Road, Yet when in the hotel, it was absolutely peaceful. The rooms are huge and have everything you need, plenty of different area to lounge around! The pool is wonderful and refreshingly cool!

There is free daily yoga. Free afternoon tea, the most varied and best I've ever had in Ubud. The staff are all so kind and genuinely friendly. This was my 5th trip to Ubud and I doubt it's my last. I will definitely stay here next time! Thank you to all the staff.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous with lush gardens and an infinity pool, and is in the perfect central location in Ubud. A few minutes away walking are the monkey forest and the best restaurants (Donna is top restaurant in Ubud and is 2 minutes away). The room is giant and the rain shower is the best way to end the day after adventures in Ubud. The buffet breakfast is diverse and exquisite. Every day is a complimentary happy hour and yoga class. The front desk staff (especially Yurita who was our assigned concierge) greets you by name every time you walk by and always asks if everything is perfect and if they can help in any way. As a perfect finishing touch, the hotel gave us samples of Bali chocolate and a jar of bite-size cookies that they even refilled without us asking and also unlimited water. A total gem!

We had an incredible experience from start to finish at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest smiles and positive energy from the staff. A special shoutout to Yan Nik, our first receptionist, who set the tone for our entire stay with her welcoming demeanor.

Throughout our time at the hotel, every staff member we encountered was fantastic. Whether it was the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff, or the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home.

The food was also an absolute highlight of our stay. We opted for a different starter and main course at every breakfast, and each dish was incredibly delicious. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings really impressed us.

The friendliness, positivity, and amazing service made our stay memorable. I can't recommend Komaneka at Rasa Sayang enough.

Our stay was memorable. The attention your staff paid to service and hospitality was outstanding. This is by far the best 4-5-star hotel we have ever stayed at, and we travel quite frequently. Our room was spacious, well laid out, well cleaned and maintained daily, and just beautiful with a balcony overlooking greens. I can't say enough about how I appreciate the friendliness and sincerity of the staff, who went beyond the call of duty to make us feel spoiled with very thoughtful gestures we have not experienced at other hotels. The location is ideal - just several meters away from many excellent restaurants and retail shops, but very quiet and serene when we are in our room. This is our second stay at Komaneka, and we will definitely choose Komaneka Rasa Sayang when we come to Bali next.

Where do I begin! The amount this hotel provides for the price is unbelievable! Staff were so great, everyone knew our names, remembered the food and coffee drinks we likes, were always willing and able to help. Free breakfast was DELICIOUS, with a buffet, full menu and lattes available for free! Free daily yoga and we did a free class where they showed us how to make the traditional Bali Canang sari offerings. It is right in the town too and a short walk to all the restaurants and the monkey forest! We even walked to the yoga barn in 15-20 minutes. I can't say enough great things about Komaneka! It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Oh yeah! They filled our bathtub with flowers in the shape of a heart!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; a nice touch is the fresh fruit and jar filled with delicious chocolate chip cookies provided. The breakfast buffet is small but well prepared and with enough variety to suit different tastes. The staff is also very nice and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms have only one outlet if you need to recharge your electronics, which means that if you are sharing your room, you'll have to share the outlet.

The hotel is conveniently located along a major road, right by many restaurants as well as a couple of convenience stores and several money changers within walking distance.

I'd happily stay here again if I'm in Ubud in thr future.

The staff were amazingly friendly, I felt very taken care of here as a solo traveler - authentic smiles all the time. Booked a rooftop suite and enjoyed the monkey visits in the morning - great videos to send back home! Pool was very cold, lounge area small but sufficient. Breakfast offerings were very good and no additional charge for specialty latte or cappuccino! Enjoyed a massage with a flower bath - wow! Never felt so luxurious, special memory I’ll have forever. Monkey forest is 10 min walk down the hill - worth a visit and it’s nicely shaded. This was my first but not my last to ubud - nice change change in scenery from uluwatu.

Komaneka is an oasis in the middle of bustling Ubud. Stepping into the entrance off the Main Street brought a sense of calm. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming but not interfering . They remember you as you walk by. One front staff member went out of his way to make sure our transportation was set-up correctly and we were not being double charged for. It just demonstrates the extra effort they go to.

Very good location that is convenient and has easy access to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Walkable distance to The Monkey Forest and the Ubud palace. Plenty of places you can explore around the area just by walking, which is a great thing because traffic in Ubud is pretty bad. Staff is overall very helpful and accommodating, though I’ve experienced a friendlier atmosphere elsewhere. Our rooms were very clean and fresh, but other areas in the hotel were undergoing some repairs/renovations.

The rooms are spacious, comfy and beautiful. The free cookies are a nice touch! The hotel is in a great location - central but also set back from the road, so also quiet.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room service is tasty and reasonably priced - a great option after a day of running around trying to see everything :)
The pool was nice too.
I honestly can’t think of a bad thing to say… it was exactly what we wanted to be able to relax after a long trip. And we could see the monkeys from our balcony too!
I definitely hope to be back next time we are in that part of the world :)

My stay at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang was truly incredible. The property is surrounded by the rainforest and is a tropical paradise set slightly back from a main road. You get the best of both worlds - absolute peace and tranquility inside the resort and yet a stones throw from all of the best restaurants and shops in Ubud. The staff were incredible and the room was truly stunning. I stayed here for a week and it was not long enough. Well located for exploring central Ubud

As traffic is generally heavy in central Ubud, its central location helps. Rooms were huge and clean and the bathroom is excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.
