The room was clean and cozy. The staff was courteous. We enjoyed the small bites and drinks from the bar as well as our room service meals. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool during our stay but the area was well maintained. The hotel is in close proximity to Lisboa, many beaches and Almada forum. We would stay here again for sure!

I was woke up 4:30 by a party goers noise in the room next to mine. After having all this problem
a girl at the reception promised me for this inconvenient a discount in my next stay. I called to book 2 weeks after and the guy at the reception said “she does not work here anymore, and I can’t do nothing”. So be aware if you want to have a good night sleep and avoid there.

Great hotel. Rooms were good size and very comfortable and spotless. Hotel itself in fantastic condition. Swimming pool and area was excellent - children enjoyed. Managed early check-in - very kind as was only 11:00am! Had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and food was very very good. Overall, excellent option.

Perfect stay

Found by chance and really glad I did. Exactly what you want in a Hotel if this type. Rooms comfortable and quiet, lounge and bar relaxed and welcoming. Restaurant provides excellent food and very reasonable prices. Did make use of spa or golf but was very popular so must be good. Breakfast was good, one small point was coffee at breakfast. It’s like rocket fuel, so if you like this you will be ok! Strange as coffee in room and at bar is far better.

AVOID. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Every time you ask anyone for anything they act like you’re annoying them. This is also true of the manager of the hotel.
If you own this property, I would recommend you replace the staff in its entirety.

Our stay here was ok. Nice property. Comfortable bed. I felt like it wasn't staffed properly – at the hotel bar, I was often waiting a long time (15 min) to have a drink order taken – if there was someone up working at the bar in general.

The property itself was remarkably good, however, it was in the middle of a residential neighborhood, in the middle of nowhere. There was very limited dining, shopping and transportation. This property should be marked as a retreat for corporate conferences. Absolutely, nothing is close, and you will pay a massive amount in tolls to get anywhere.

Elegant stay near the beach

My partner and I stayed here for two days at the tail end of a long vacation so we could check out the nearby beaches. The hotel is very clean and appealing; it's in a relatively quiet area and provides free shuttle service to the nearby beach. There's a great in-house restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; we had breakfast and lunch there and were impressed with the food and service. The pool area is also very well kept and relaxing.

We had a minor room issue; after only a few hours of being at the hotel and unpacking, we noticed our hotel room door was not locking (such that anyone could open the door without the key card). The staff kindly moved us to another room. The next morning, though, we were told we had to move again because the hotel needed our new room -- which was a connecting room -- for a family that was scheduled to come in later that day. We were moved to a third room (all within a 48-hour period). This was clearly an inconvenience and delayed some of our plans for that morning while we re-packed and moved to the new room. However, the staff were apologetic, acknowledged the inconvenience, and sent a care package (a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter) to the room.

Despite the minor blip in our stay, the stay was overall a good one.

Lovely hotel but service levels are sub-standard

We stayed 15 nights so a good amount of time to make a fair assessment.

Pros: beautifully designed hotel / great pool / good breakfast (although some mornings it was complete chaos and many items missing as insufficient staff)

Cons: insufficient staff numbers and some staff look very unhappy. We had one staff member ask us to feedback to management that more staff are needed. Definitely a staffing management issue. I have stayed before and it was sad to see the service levels drop in such a manner. Management having gone missing at the hotel.

Insufficient sun bed numbers on some days

Bus to beach only runs to 6pm which when the sun doesn’t set til 8.30pm is a bit of a missed opportunity (especially as there is a connected beach bar). It’s too far to walk to beach reasonably.

I would say the hotel is not appropriate for young children and would be best as adult only / 12+.

Staff could had more communication between them, staff should explain and show the hotel to guests, my booking was for 3 people 2 adults one child, when I got in the hotel I had one bed only they end up putting another one but without mentioned that was an extra cost! Overall it was good!! I definitely will go back

Wonderful stay at this excellent hotel. Customer service from the food and beverage staff was of the highest order, let down by the reception staff not being of the same standard. The management (who are invisible) need to address this as a training issue. A luxurious and relaxing addition to a Lisbon visit.

The place is amazing. The hotel is a marvel of contemporary design. Staff is excellent and well trained. The area around the hotel is a rich fenced beautiful community. A small supermarket is steps away. The ocean beach with its many restaurants is a ~30 minute picturesque walk or a 6 minute drive away.

Wonderful stay, can't wait to go back

Such a beautiful place a short Uber ride from Lisbon airport. Modern hotel within Beverly hills type estate. Breakfast was a bit busy, perhaps they could increase staff or reduce offering. Pool got busy/noisy at times. Gorgeous rooms, great bus service. Lovely closeby restaurants.

Check in took about 15 minutes. Too long when all is paid for already. Rooms were very noisy. The room had a door inside to the room next door. This resulted in hearing the neighbors very clearly enjoying their romantic night. also upstairs neighbor’s movements were heard. In case of a relaxed and quiet night I would not recommend

L’emplacement. Très calme. Le jardin bien entretenu avec bcp de pins. La piscine ( mais pas chauffée..) la plage et le golf pas loin. Bon petit déjeuner ( buffet) et bcp de choix. Le dîner ( en demi pension) moyen. L’hôtel est très propre: chambres et literie très confortable.
L’hôtel organise des événements (mariage pendant notre séjour) ce qu’il est dérangeant pour les clients…

Vackert och väldigt rent hotel, trevlig personal, bekväm transport till stranden. Bra AC .
Frukost var väldigt bra, man kunde beställa omelett och stekta ägg, men jag var lite besviken på middag, som var på menyn och inte alltid stämde med mina önskemål.

Das Hotel ist fest in englischer Hand. Den ganzen Tag laute Musik. Alles sehr hellhörig, Erholung kaum möglich.
Hunde sind sehr willkommen, man kann es auch als Doghotel bezeichnen. Der Garten wird als Hundtoilette genutzt. Bleibt alles liegen. Ekelhaft.

Gute Ausganslage zum Golfspielen oder Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Lissabon ist schnell erreichbar.
Lärmpegel vom Poolbereich durch gröllende Gäste am Abend und in der Nacht bis 4h auch bei geschlossenem Fenster unerträglich. Hinweis an der Lobby hatte keinen Einfluss. Zudem den ganzen Tag ab 7h Musik aus der Konserve bis spät in die Nacht. Fazit: Trotz der Lage an den Golfplätzen Aroeira 1+2 ist eine Folgebuchung unwahrscheinlich.

Wer ein Leihauto hat ist hier perfekt aufgehoben, 2 km zum Strand. Neuwertiges Hotel, modernes Design, hochwertige Materialien, noble Gegend mit bewachter Zufahrt. Golfplatz nebenan, der schönste Pool ever (10x6m), viele Liegen, großzügiger Frühstücksbereich (Buffet, keine Extras). Dazu kostenlos Yoga und Pilates mehrmals täglich. Morgens auf der Hotelterrasse (kein Teilnehmer), abends in einem Studio 100 m entfernt (4-10 Teilnehmer). Beide Gruppen anspruchsvoll, nichts für Einsteiger.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, keine nervigen Kinder. Das ganze zum Schnäppchenpreis von 128€ für das DZ. Hier würden wir sofort wieder herfahren. Gute Lage zum Flughafen 35-50 min, gute Infrastruktur nach Sesimbra (herrlich ruhige Strände ohne Wellen, tolle Fischrestaurants) und Setubal. Ende September ist zum Glück nicht mehr viel los. Der online-Leihwagen nahe des Flughafens hat auch nur 10€ pro Tag gekostet, Rückgabe und Transfer in 30 min erledigt - was will man mehr? Klar, bald wiederkommen…

Fantastische Unterkunft in sehr schöner Lage. Lissabon ist nicht weit entfernt, zugleich ist man mitten in der Natur und sehr nah an einem schönen Strand. Die Qualität des Essens und die Freundlichkeit des Services hat uns sehr positiv überrascht.

Un bel hôtel dans un grand jardin bien entretenu. Une grande piscine et des chaises longues. Un endroit au calme. Les chambres très agréable surtout côté jardin.
Shuttle bus de l’hôtel pour aller à la plage.
Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Je recommande prendre demi pension a l’hôtel car peu de restaurants autour, quand on a pas de voiture.
On a été très satisfait de notre séjour et on y retournera certainement.

Hoher Qualitatsstandard des Zimmers, toller Swimmingpool, Frühstück und Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Transfer zum Strand inklusive.
Technische Probleme bei der Regulierung der Wassertemperatur in der Dusche. Ein Alarmlicht über der Tür flackert öfter, was beim Schlafen störend ist. Wäscherei sehr teuer, aber gut.
Viele Familien mit Kindern, für Individualtouristen eventuell etwas laut. Nachts aber sehr leise!
Insgesamt ein sehr guter Eindruck und empfehlenswert!

Es un hotel moderno. Muy cuidado. Tranquilo. No hay animación. Muy limpio. Los camareros son muy amables y solícitos a tus peticiones. Cierto que en la recepción son un poquito más serios. La comida es muy buena. Desayuno buffet y cena servida en mesa. Muy rica la comida.

Quiet and calm during our stay.
We booked a room with balcony and view towards the pool and garden.

Good breakfast, nice sun deck and pool bar.
Beautiful room with a modern clean look.

Shuttle to the beach and the possibility to rent bikes.
We had a car and that is the best option I think, so you can visit other beaches along the costa da Caparica.
Nice restaurant all over the area.
Near Lisbon which is nice.

There were a few guests with dogs.
