Property is great as really close to the beach. Note that its a residential area, which was completely fine for us and our preference however in the immediate area of the hotel there isnt a great deal of dining options but more like cafes and take out places. On the beach however there are enough options for a range of dining preferences at reasonable prices between 10 to 15 euros per adult

We were surprise to find no airconditionning b/c a local problem that was not urgent enougj to fix during the weekend. Also, no running water in the shower and sink of one of the rooms. No alternatives were provided unfortunatly and the suggestions were unacceptable (to leave the window open on a busy noisy street). I suggest causion with booking this hotel and suggest Expedia to check their refrences.

Convenient location and clean, comfortable hotel. A bit noisy at night. All the rules were a little over the top (asking guests to not be in their rooms from 10-3, no food or drinks in rooms, etc.)

I would not return

Long wait at check in to provide code to access my room. No cup in room to drink from& when I asked you would have thought I was asking for a full dinner service. Breakfast very basic. Staff unfriendly. Room not particularly clean. Shower not great. Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. And they didnt even ask me how my stay was when I checked out.

They were extremely friendly and helpful stuff even let me borrow a Sun umbrella for the beach. Nice area if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle and relax for a little while theres bars on the beach very nice place and location.

Worst hotel I stayed at for the price

The elevator wasn't working when we got there. My wife does not do well with stairs. No shower matt, no cups in the bathroom, no phone in the room, sliding door did not lock. It too high priced for a 2 star hotel. I didn't check how many stars before booking. Thought it would have been ranked higher for the price I paid. Would not stay there again, would not recommend.

The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating. This location is perfect if you want to be close to the water for surfing or walks on the beach. At this location you are close enough to city to commute or drive in, but far enough to enjoy the quiet of suburbia. I was there during slow season but I'm sure during peak season the hotel’s events and happy hours would have more attendance.

I enjoyed my first stay here so much that I came back 2 weeks later. This is a sweet little beach hotel walking distance to the beach. My only frustration was some street noise in the room through the windows but after 10pm there is very little traffic.

Breakfast was great and fresh with the fun added bonus of a crepe machine.

The only frustration is that in order to get from the hotel to major events in Lisbon is 2 hours of public transportation or the use of Uber Bolt or other ride service. These rides depending on the traffic level can be much longer than the app says. Don't let it discourage you from coming here as the rides to WOT from Lisbon were still only about 12E plus tip. Its just something to plan ahead for if you have tickets to see shows in the city.

I loved the laid back vibe of the community and the sweet little shops with souvenirs as well as restaurants to enjoy traditional Portuguese food or even some Indian food.

The staff were friendly, helpful and amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The only downfall is the bathroom shower is very tiny. The breakfast was good and plentiful with lots of seating. Love the many restaurants around the town square and boardwalk. Also loved that it is about a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach where you could watch the surfers.

Great hotel!

Had a wonderful week with the family at this hotel. A short walking distance from the beach, very friendly staff, decent continental buffet breakfast and the kids loved the bunk beds. Overall excellent value. Absolute highlight was the Halloween Party with the staff! Highly recommended.

Worn down room

Cheaply made old hotel conversion, with visible signs of wear and tear. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast for the hotel category. Room was worn down with a shower rail dismantled to pieces as soon as you try to adjust it. All hangers were probably stolen rendering the wardrobe useless. Toilet paper piled up as a tower as holder not there. Mould and hair in the shower tray. Sand in the bedroom floor. Paper thin doors, which don’t go well with noisy folks on the corridors. I could keep going. I mentioned some positives at the beginning and would like to add as well that the decorations were done with good taste, like the room furniture and the lobby area. Convenient location close to the town centre and beaches. I won’t stay again as it’s too expensive for what it offers.

A great spot to stay

What an incredible hotel! Only downside they don't allow you to have your own drinks in your room.
But otherwise fabulous! Incredibly spacious! Super friendly staff, and very clean hotel.
The breakfast spread is basic but Still appreciated that it was included.
Beach is in walking distance and free parking out front.

Rooms very clean and staff more than happy to clean rooms on request , our bed very spacious and comfortable. Our room had a shower , being a big lad it was a squeeze but happy with it overall.
Hotel is close to beach and there are plenty of dining options in the local area all within easy walking distance.
Costa da caprica very affordable on a samll budget.
Ubers also very affordable for trips into Lisbon, and reception staff more than happy to help with where to visit.
Overall experience of hotel very good and would happily stay there again

I chose this hotel due to the high rating on Expedia. However, for me it didn’t meet my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel itself is looking a bit tired and in need of a revamp. My room had an unpleasant odour that smelt a bit like nicotine as if someone had previously smoked in the room - I hate smoking! The air con did not work. There was dust build up on some of the skirting boards and the room needed a deep clean. There were signs of black mould in the bathroom - get the bleach out! The safe in my room did not work. I asked for a room in a quiet location and was put opposite the cleaners cupboard and on the main road side of the hotel. There was a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was very basic - not hot items. My room did not look as nice as in the photos. Overall I don’t feel it was worth what I paid. I have stayed in hotels in the USA for half the price I paid for this and they were much nicer. Sorry not to be more positive but this is an honest assessment.

It was well located spacious room. Bus coming from airport dropped you off on the stop right out there 10 steps from front door. Food around the area good. Continental breakfast small variety but good and fresh bread love it!. Beach walking distance. Staff nice but extremely nice and helpful were Tiago provided to us with accurate transportation info back and forth from Lisbon and locally he gave us options to use from cheap to high. Ali was great as well with directions, kind and proffesional helping us he was kind enough helping us with our breakfast to go since he had to be early at the train station before breakfast was served. Last but not least a kind Lady at front desk day shift patient and kind to us.

PS. I would think may having local channels on TV would be great since I like to watch local news

WOT Costa da Caparica.

The hotel is in very good condition, and the price is really reasonable especially as it includes breakfast. It is an ordinary European breakfast with enough options.

The rooms were nice, you can see it is an older place that the owners renovated to look modern and be comfortable.

As it is a bit far from Lisbon Central, bus 3710 easily gets you to surroundings for only €2,60. The beach is very close to this hotel with an amazing sunset to end the day or just a nice morning walk/jog next to the ocean.

A must to stay hotel that is great in any sense cost and services. About 20 km from the Lisbon central, but it is near a beautiful beach. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful.

I had to ask the receptionist if the cleaners could clean the room and bathroom floor because it was not cleaned. On my 2nd night my child vomited by the morning I asked if the cleaners could give the floor a wash due to the incident but I had to end up doing it myself. I spoke to the receptionist Edvaldo on my 4th night and he had to pass my complaint to their supervisor and finally my room was cleaned on my last morning in that hotel. Unfortunately very disappointed with the service.

The hotel was very run down, the elevator didn’t work, the towels were thin, the front desk people had difficulty multitasking and took a very long time checking people in. The hotel emailed and asked us to do an online checkin and put in my passport and credit card numbers but I still had to do it when I got there so I wasn’t sure the point. The AC was sketchy but there was also a small fan in the room which helped keep us cool at night.

We had the balcony room that looked out at the Main Street. Decent size, tidy. The shower is so small that you need to leave the door open to be able to wash your hair. Dated but functional. The staff is lovely and the receptionist are helpful and have great English skills. The breakfast is average, but what you would expect at a low cost hotel. The location is close to shops, the beach and buses. It would have been nice to have had a kettle, etc in the room. Unfortunately, the lift didn’t work on the last day, so my husband had to lug cases down 4 flights of stairs. The property is crying out for maintenance, with sticking doors, a major water malfunction and generally tired decor. However, it’s value for money accommodation.

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es el trato cercano del personal , me gustó mi estancia que es la razón por que la dejo una buena reseña. Siempre con una sonrisa!
Lo que no te cuentan de la costa es que las olas son picadas y dificulta el baño, todos los días hubo bandera roja .

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Handtücher würden jeden Tag gewechselt, sowie das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wurde.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausreichend vorhanden.
Würde jedes mal dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Hôtel sympa, pas trop loin de la plage.
La chambre est propre, design.
Par contre, c’est un peu bruyant car la route passe juste en dessous et la salle de bain est un peu vétuste.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Et le lobby est calme.
Le stationnement est proposé par l’hôtel et gratuit, c’est super !
Le personnel est sympa
