Hotel is a bit outdated. Pictures of this property on web page are much better then in reality. Cleanless - during a week only toilet paper was added. Breakfast- every day the same food, coffee from machine not drinkable. I arrived after heavy wind and surrounding stays for the whole week, like on rekostruction place. Location is perfect

This one is a bittersweet review. The staff as amazing, helpful and professional. Their breakfast was really outstanding with variety of options and all fresh. Dining views are great as they face the water. Now, the bitter....place is outdated. Need landscaper and grounds need serios TLC. PLACE HAS POTENTIAL. Overall, place was good but its also much further from lisbon than it looks. As of today's date and if you'replanning on visiting Lisbon, do note, it is not close. To get to the Arch(main Plaza), its about 15-20 euros each way. Accessible by train but you'll have to walk at least 10 mins to take it. Again, place has it's strengths, but needs updating.

No wifi in the room and absolutely no empathy from the desk personnel to mitigate it. When I told her, she just said \"Yea, we know there is no wifi, you must come to the reception to have wifi\". Really annoying response.

Due to the old condition, the toilet drains smelled bad and the shower walls were covered in moss. The bathroom does not have enough shelves to hang clothes or place items.
The sliding door of the wardrobe is broken and cannot be opened. In addition, there are many ants entering the house along the wardrobe by the window. After our family went swimming, there were no hangers or places to dry wet swimsuits. As a seaside resort hotel, this is very inconvenient for tourists.

Not all receptionists are friendly and patient. Since bottled water was only provided on the first day of our stay and there were only two bottles for the three of us, I assumed it would be replenished every day, but of course not the next day. When I went to inquire on the third day, the staff refused to give my child another bottle. The attitude is very bad, I feel very bad. The only good thing is that our room faced the beautiful sea view without any obstruction. The hotel restaurant's dinner options were limited and not very tasty.

Didn’t like finding a live cockroach in the bedroom or the mouldy shower. The whole “hotel” is very dated and run down. It hasn’t kept up with the times. Children play area is defunct. It’s very basic. But it’s by the sea, vary nice footpath along the coast.

Very rude house keeper and security staff. Had to make a formal complaint as I had two bookings that were not discussed nor merged on the day of check in despite having had informed the over the counter staff. They Wanted me to change the room, plus no WiF in the rooms!! Horrible experience!

The hotel has old furniture and even electric kettle was not provided on the room. The check in staff were rude and the breakfast had nothing. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Big plus is that this place is by the ocean. Second plus was the price for one night. Third plus was the breakfast, considering the current pandemic. Food was good and excellent preventative measures in place.
The overall infra structure of this complex is very dated and needs some renovations and someone to take care of the adjacent areas. Being part of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity, and Social Security does not help at all.
The reception staff were ok, but those who were staffing the breakfast room need some PR crash course urgently. One of them was very rude while policing the coffee machine.

Location is awesome. Missed breakfast everyday, because we were able to sleep in! Walking distance to the marina and restaurants. Shower tended to overflow, but we got the hang of it. Nice clean basic room. Perfect for what we needed.

Perfect experience. Wouldn't change anything!

This has to be the best kept secret for tourists. The price was incredible, the location was perfect - right on the ocean. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It couldn't have been better. The next time I go to Portugal, I will be staying here for sure!!! Great for families as well with lots of fun things to do nearby.

Simple, clean and comfortable accommodation in a practical location (especially if you have a car), and an adequate breakfast. Our only issue was noise from the next room, as the walls are not well-soundproofed, and the place was partly being used for school groups. However, good value for money over all

Good hotel with big pool and very close to beach

Very nice hotel. Our room looked out to the ocean and the pool was very big, although the day we planned to stick around and enjoy the pool and beach, the pool was closed for cleaning (apparently every Monday). Pool also had short hours 9-6:30pm so if you wanted to go for a swim after a long day out and about, you were not able to. Very close to a grocery store if you wanted snacks during the day. Nice continental breakfast, clean rooms. Walls were quite thin and there were lots of children who were quite loud around us but you can't have it all! Our room was very far away from the lobby and so hauling our suitcases to our room was not fun, and it was also inconvenient for any time we needed to check something on the Internet because it was only available in the lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, great hotel!

Værelset havde havudsigt. Midt igennem rummet gik en bjælke som jeg knaldede hovet i 2 gange. Døren var ved at falde af hængslerne.
Morgenmaden var god, men de var ikke gode til at fylde op med de ting der manglede.
Poolen er fyldt med alger så jeg kom ikke ud at bade.

Propreté à revoir

Le complexe est dans un état de laisser aller. La piscine ne donne vraiment pas envie de s’y baigner.
Notre chambre n’était pas très propre, la salle de bains remplie de moisissures.
La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée, nous avions pourtant demandé à une dame qui s’occupe de l’inspection après le passage des femmes de ménage si il était possible de nettoyer notre chambre comme nous allions partie, elle a confirmé que oui.
Nous avons signalé le manquement à deux réceptionnistes qui n’en avaient que faire. L’une d’elle devait nous mettre des serviettes propres dans la chambre, nous avons dû y retourner pour les récupérer.
Il y a tout de même des points positifs : le petit déjeuner est excellent et la localisation est parfaite.

In meinem eigentlichen Zimmer hatte ich Schimmel, doch ohne Probleme wurde mir ein neues zugeteilt. Ich hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Leider grenzt eine sehr laute Straße an der Hotelanlage.

l hotel a du potentiel !!, bien situé ,pratique mais malheureusement le NETTOYAGE des chambres laisse à désirer ,( ne passe pas l aspirateur ,quand on rentre dans la chambre il y a pleins de cheveux au sol et les tables avec des poiles , j ai acheté des lingettes pour fignoler. Pour les exterieurs c est un peu la méme chose , (il y a des cochonneries sur l allée qui reste toute une semaine). Derniere chose le petit déjeuné est pas mal mais n est pas chaud dés le début du service .

Las instalaciones del hotel normalitas nada de otro mundo, la ducha mal instalada y se inunda el baño, restaurante normal opción de buffet básico o menú de un plato.
Además el baño con un olor a fosa séptica que inunda toda la habitación por lo que tienes que estar todo el día con la ventana abierta
Sofá cama horrible imposible dormir en el.
El servicio de limpieza normal, solamente una papelera en el baño y nada más.
Lo único bueno del hotel que aparcas en la puerta de tu habitación y las vistas al mar
He dormido en hoteles mucho mejores y más atentos por menos precio.

En la reserva ponía que había que ponerse en contacto con el hotel, antes de llegar. Estuvimos un día entero intentándolo y no lo conseguimos.
Después del disgusto, resultó que no hacía falta, pero ni Expedia ni el hotel nos lo supo decir.
