The floors were filthy, the towels were dirty. And there was a huge water stain behind the door. Also there was no microwave, and u needed that because any food brought back was stone cold because of traffic in Lisbon. Bed were comfortable though. And no bugs

This place was a great find as long as you have a car. Staff super friendly, place is clean, and safe. Breakfast in the morning was good. The pool was nice and clean. If you stay here just know you are at least 15 minutes from the action by car. I highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time at Hilltop Oasis, the place was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and provided an excellent service. Room was cleaned daily, plenty of towels provided.
Room had a good sized bathroom and the air conditioning was spot on.
Reception staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make our trip comfortable. We didn't have a European phone charger, asked at the reception desk and they provided one.
Breakfast was good enough of for our dietary requirements. Kids loved the swimming pool
Overall a five star stay

clean rooms and friendly staff. breakfast included is great. proper felt safe with gated entry and quiet as its slightly secluded. But still just a 5 minute drive to cafe's and small grocery. Quick access to highway. nice central location within Lisbon to drive to all main areas of greater Lisbon in 20-30 min or less.

Noisy hotel youn hear everything, 2 sinks 1 with a tap that wasn't fixed, shower that soaked the floor had to use a towel to soak the water, toilet roll holder that was more pissed than me and hanging. Smelly bathroom after you flushed.. breakfast was nice though and friendly staff..

This property is a bit off from central Lisbon but the property, morning breakfast (variety but Same everyday), staff were happy and very cordial and nice!
We went to Sintra and Alfama/Rosario/and Sintra. So it was a good location

DO NOT stay here, parents had a late arrival into Portugal and unfortunately had to stay 1 night out of the 4 night stay I booked for them and immediately had them check out the morning after. It took them over 1hour and 1/2 to locate this place. They are an elderly couple and the pictures online are nothing like where they arrived. This is advertised as a beautiful place and this place is a hostel. I should have gone with my gut instinct when I was contacted by the property that they would not be able to accommodate them because of maintenance issues . I was able to get in contact with them and when I finally spoke with someone they said no worries we can accommodate them with not problem. This place was inconvenient no where close to the city or tourist area. It was 4 walls with a bed a chair and thats all .The taxi from the airport to the HOSTEL was over 50 euros even the taxi driver couldn't find this place. There was no signage . There was a piece of paper stuck on the wall stating that name of this place. For the price that was paid was not worth it . I do not recommend this place at all .

A nice, quiet area away from the city. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful when we had questions, and they made sure that our stay was comfortable. If you have a rental car, this is a good place to stay. Otherwise you will need to call a taxi.

This hotel is really hard to find, no signage at all.
A lot of the fixtures are of poor quality and fitting and while the staff are nice, the hotel is NOT 4 star and is even called a hostel and not hotel when you arrive.
Very limited in terms or dining as there is no in house food options.
The place is very clean and the beds comfy wire decent shower but that is all the good points.
All in all grand, but very overpriced

This is just a peaceful tranquil place up in the hills and the staff could not possibly be more helpful if they tried. It's in-between Lisbon and Sintra and there are nearby small town to go out and eat authentic Portuguese meals at. There are also the Nirvana Studios just next door.

We felt safe at the Oasis and our stay was comply, did not see a good lounge area to have cocktails, the staff brought them to our room. We did leave to catch our flight and the gate was opened for us. Would stay there again, but it is nothing unique to Portugal.

Hostel far away - not a hotel at all :(

I would like to report to Hotels.com that I could not check in to this property, as they did not open the gate (it supposed to have a car parking) - and did not answer the ring bell (even for me to enter without the car). I found this property advertising to be extremely misleading, as when I arrived at the property door - about 9pm I saw the small sign “hostel” next to the bell… and after I rang a few times, nobody came to open - and the door did not open at all. This was not my expectative, as I stay always in hotels and preferably 4 stars when possible. This was totally not the case. This property is also very far away from everything, which made me fell unsafe to go back at that time of the night in a very dark place - to find another accomodation, which I did in Sintra. Please rectify your advertising about this property to avoid the same unpleasant experience to others.

Generally nice place to stay for several nights. We had one room with 5 single beds (2 of which can be combined into large double) and s very large balcony on side of the swimming pool. But you can only enjoy that if you find the place... There is little indication from outside road that this place is here.

The other thing to remember (but not a complaint!) is that there is only breakfast and no lunch/dinner so you need to have your own car when staying here.

Once you realise this property is in the outer suburbs, you will be impressed when the security gates open and you get to see it. Great property and staff its best feature. A quick taxi ride 6 euro to the train station, half hour journey to Lisbon city. Leave your car at secured hotel carpark. This is a great contemporary property with lovely pool area. What a beautiful, quiet place! It was the perfect ending to a busy travel day. The bed was so comfy, and the view from our room the next morning was even better! Breakfast was delicious, and included espresso coffee. We would love to stay here again!

Personal muy amable, lugar tranquilo pero bufet desayuno poco variado, estuvimos de domingo a jueves y solo había jamón York y queso, los cinco días lo mismo. También comentar que faltaría algún rótulo para identificar el hotel, solo hay una pequeña placa que pone AL (alojamiento local) que pasaba totalmente desapercibida y complica su localización.

Sem identificação exterior, incompreensivelmente!!! Hotel isolado, sem nada que o identifique, exceto número num portão que parece o de acesso a uma moradia normal, se tivesse que efetuar o check-in à noite, certamente ficaria assustado! De resto, tudo dentro do normal, sem luxos, mas adequado para uma estadia curta.

Im Grunde auch nicht weit weg. Mit dem Auto ist man überall super schnell

Correu tudo bem, quarto amplo e casa banho grande, confortáveis as camas e limpeza do quarto excelente.

Sitio muito calmo e com estacionamento privado.

Boas vistas para campo/montanha e piscina apetecível apesar de não a termos usado.

Bom pequeno almoço.

apenas a apontar no chuveiro não ter onde pousar o champô/gel/sabonete.

Un peu décevant quant au ménage …

Bel établissement avec piscine avec accès sécurisé (badge accès et interphone) mais tres isolé en banlieue et à 20/30 min de Lisbonne centre, accueil tres agréable et personnel serviable, chambre spacieuse (mais pas de vue piscine comme convenu lors de la réservation : vue parking !) même si accès direct, petit déjeuner satisfaisant complet salé/sucré mais salle petite même si face à la piscine. Le seul point faible reste le ménage de la chambre ; chaussette sous le lit ne nous appartenant pas, gros mini poussière dans l’armoire, masque usagé entre 2 meuble, toile araignée et traces sur le mur … dommage et ne correspond pas au standing et au terme luxe de l’établissement !
