Just so you’re fully aware this is a HOSTEL not a hotel. Honestly it’s not bad. We got a suite. So our own bathroom. It’s pretty quiet and no one bothered us. It is pretty dated but all we did was shower and sleep there. No AC just a small fan they provide.

Also it’s located about 20-30 mins from city center but uber is easy to get to and from the city center anywhere from $10-30 depending on the time of day and if there is a cruise in port. Not terrible overall.

Outside Property the was some construction or refurbishing going on. Playground was closed, which was a big inconvenience(as we had our three children with us )None of this was hotel’s fold but just a bad timing for us

Mixed feelings.

The staff were lovely and helpful.

The hotel is quite old and run down though. It felt pretty grotty and is in need of some upgrades and a lick of paint.

HORRIBLE PLACE

This place is absolutely horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised. There was metal over the windows, no lightbulbs in the light fixtures AND blood on the pillow case.

My friend and I called a cab and swallowed the loss of the hotel to stay somewhere else. Hotels.com should not even be advertising this atrocity and this is coming from someone who has backpacked through mexico and central america, sleeping in hostels.

It is located in the crime capital of portugal. So much so that postmen havent delivered mail there in over 2 years.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Bad experience

My mistake, there was no bathroom in the room and the sharing one was very basic. The hotel smell like javel and cleaning product. I had a bad reaction and my nose was stuffy. This is an hotel for workers that just stop by. I will not recommend it for other purposes.

I felt that the price was a bit high for the quality of service they offer it was very poor. The place needs renovation, Portugal it’s a country that they have a variety of good food and the breakfast was very poor and every single day it was the same kind of food. I believe they need to improve their quality of service and sharing bathrooms were not really hygienic, and I had to pay an extra 160 euro to have a private bathroom room. When I opened the tap the water was coming yellow/dirty water. However, in general I did not enjoyed much my stay.

Good hotel considering the price. The staff of the hotel are quite responsive and friendly. Lima was especially helpful when I arrived in Lisbon. It is also very close to the train station which makes the commute to and from Lisbon easier.
The hotel needs to improve on the quality of the breakfast though.

For me this is not a good choice . yes it is cheap but it is not comfortable. the neighborhood is not welcoming. the hotel itself is not promising. yes the staff are helpful. I was supposed to stay there for 3 days but after 24 hours I decided to check out. I didn't care about the the money I paid all I want to do that time was to get out from that place. Sorry I don't like it there is nothing great about the hotel and the area. Portugal is beautiful excluding that place.

When we arrived inspite of assurances given by yourselves, no meals were provided. It was rather late and being tired we had to do without a night meal. Reception staff not customer friendly and helpful except for one employee. Very curt and obnoxious. Toilet not clean and very unhygenic. Grotty and had a foul and nasty smell. Had to continuously bring it to the notice of the reception staff. Though towels were changed we kept getting hand towels rather than bath towels. Brought to notice of reception personnel. On a positive note the waiting staff however were very pleasant.

Front desk people at night were rude and have no idea about how to treat people. They need to step up on this. The area is good although local. I liked it. Very neighborhoodish I like to hang out with normal people and locals. I had to pay for a safe key which I should not. That should be part of the hotel offers actually. The shared bathroom had no safe lock only a little chain. The shower curtains were falling down all the time. They need to upgrade this hotel or leave it as a hostel quickly.

This hotel was not centrally located and also wasn't in the best part of town. Although it was a short 5-minute walk to the train station which made getting around easy to all parts of Lisbon and Sintra. The front staff was all very rude, except for an older gentleman who was very nice. The shared bathrooms always seemed either dirty, had constant wet floors, no toilet paper, or the doors didn't lock.The wifi never worked, even though it showed as a high signal, it would say no internet connection for all devices we tried. The double room was large and we were provided a pack and play for our baby to sleep in for free. They also provide free bottled water daily, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was average for Lisbon. The park across the street was very nice and clean. Overall the stay was worth the price, although they can make some improvements to the facility and staff training.

got what i paid for, cozy beds, clean, ok breakfast, helpful stuff. Only thing, the surrounding area of Amadora feels a bit \"uncomfortable\" at night but nobody harassed anybody during my stay.

O hotel bem localizado, quartos limpos e confortáveis, mesmo com janelas e porta antigas e sistema de chave antigo. Prédio antigo também, mas isso não prejudicou a qualidade da limpeza do lugar.

Établissement horrible, à fuir ! Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel mais un foyer. Chambre très bruyante : bruits de la cage d'escalier, des autres étages ou de la rue. NOUS NE SOMMES PAS RESTÉS. Pas de parking, juste possibilité de se garer dans la rue sans trop savoir si notre véhicule sera toujours présent ou dans quel état, situé dans une cité dortoire
A ÉVITER, NOUS SOMMES PARTIS EFFARÉS DU PEU QUE NOUS AVONS VU. À l'annonce de notre départ, l'établissement n'a pas cherché à savoir pourquoi, juste un froncement de sourcils...

Par obligation oui sinon non.....

Si vous devez y sejourner, ne le faite que par obligation.
Chambre spartiate avec toilettes et douche sur le palier ( pour 4 chambres). La propreté reste à désirer ( trace sur oreillers.....)
Quand au repas proposé, l'accueil est sympatique, les plats sont bons les desserts reste limités en choix et le tarif un peu élevé pour ce type de restauration.

purtroppo l'hotel era molto rumoroso, poco manutenuto e sporco. nella sala bar l'odore era talmente sgradevole che non siamo riusciti neanche ad utilizzare le colazioni pagate. l'offerta colazione era molto scarsa. nel bagno non c'era sapone neanche per lavare le mani.

Séjour décevant par le rapport qualité prix. Nous avons eu une petite chambre avec des meubles en mauvais état. Beaucoup de bruit. Par contre très propre. Nous avons voyagé dans tout le Portugal et c'est le seul endroit aussi peu confortable que nous ayons eu pour 64 euros.

En la pagina reserve habitacion doble con baño privado, pero no se en que momento o se cambio a baño compartido o el hotel me dio mal la habitacion. El baño que era compartido era muy pequeño y ademas se veia deteriorado y poco limpio. Pedi cambiar la habitacion pero no tenian con baño privado. El desayuno que iba incluido era malisimo, cafe de maquina horrible y el zumo mas horrible aun. No lo recomiendo en absoluto porque para lo que ofrecen y la calidad es carisimo. Buscamos lugar en otro hotel y en cuanto dijimos que nos queriamos ir porque estabamos mal skn decirle nada nos dijo el nombre de esta residencia, diciendo que mucha gente se quejaba.

Bra service från personalen och bra städning, sängarna var ok, lite hårda. Inne på toaletten var det kallt, spolknappen på toan var lös, tallrik gick inte att låna upp till rummet och utbudet på frulosten var futtig, inte mycket att välja mellan, ingen yoghurt, fil ellee liknande, inget hårdbröd eller mörkt bröd, lite frukt, inga grönsaker.

Muchas carencias como por ejemplo no tener ni una mesita de noche, una manta para dos camas, ruido excesivo puesto que las ventanas no eran aislante, lo que conlleva a falta de descanso.
Tema de comida horrible porque era más bien afro, los postres salvo algún día que pillaras melón o naranja, no salían cada día de cremas y gelatinas, vamos como en los hospitales a la gente mayor. Además no se nos avisó de que el ascensor estaba en el primero piso

Bonjour,desolé en arrivont à hotel la chambre que j'ai reservé c'etait pas la meme chambre vous pouvez pas m'enbête parceque mon mari il travail sur la reception dans une etablissement hotellerie il faut payé enplus 20euro par nuit c'etait pas on a payé ce qu'il mas demandé en fin mais le personel etait simpa (lima) et aprés 7nuit j'ai un rdv imprevu c'etait tres important il faut que rentre a paris j'avais pas choix je contacté le reception il ment dit il faut apéllé hotel.com il ment c bon il a envoyé un mail pour le renboursement en fin hotel il mas dit il y a pas de remboursement meme pas le 20 euro que j'ai payé pour le 3 nuit qui reste et la jai mail il vont pas remboursé pour moi le rdv c'etait important.franchement ce la dernier fois j'ai reserve avec hotel.com
