Okay for a short trip.

Parking a bit tight, its underground. Lifts are confusing at first with no proper labeling. Huge and clean room, basic amenities. Small window.

short stay ok; new rooms for family- but toilet and bathroom facilities require further refurbishment; staff friendly. comfortable for family.

One good thing- if you have family of more than 3 kinds, all could stay on one room-though not that spacious, for medium budget, it is recommended.

nice hotel close to city,within walking distance to many eateries and convenience store,room is spacious,clean and comfortable,the price is considered reasonable

Call for Late Check in. Clean room and clean bathroom. comfortable bed for sleeping. Disadvantage are no wardrobe to hang close. only hook behind main room door. only 4 pillow for 2 queen bed. at least have 1 or 2 extra pillow. Morning at around 8 the cleaners talk too loud when they clean other rooms.

Hotels staff are nice. However, hotel looks gloomy and dull. Huge space for every one. Comfortable but old interior. Would be much better after renovation works.

3 days 2 night stay

The hotel was still under renovation during our stay thus the exterior was a little messy and with fresh paint smell, but the rooms and toilets are super clean and comfortable, they look very new.We took the family suite and it was just as the pictures displayed. Prices are really worth it. Overall we are satisfied and happy with our stay here.

The hotel is under renovation. Noise of construction quite frustrating at day time. Lift service needs to be improved. The water after boiled via heater is smelly. best part is the air conditioning working well.

There was no tea coffee making facilities, not enough toilet rolls. We had to buy them from the nearest supermarket.

3D2N stay

Poor service. You have to ask for hair dryer, sleepers, there were no any wardrobe. Some lights were not on. The blaster for the light were so noisy. Can see ants on the dinning tables. You can't event borrow a phone to make a local call (event at the reception desk)!

Toilet small and broken

Over all is ok . Can sleep move then a family.
Except the toilet small and broken.

Nice hotel, affordable stay

Our room was clean and comfortable. The elevator was a bit scary and glum looking. No telephone in the room to call the receptionist. Wifi is not reachable in the room.

Scary Hotel

Entrance to the lift at the back, quite scary. By the way it is clean, and comfortable. Funny it looks like a hospital. LOL. My old mom even ask the staff were this a hospital previously. If you don't care much about nice view, beautiful place, this will be a fair place to stay. But it is a bit pricey for a shop building that is converted to a hotel

For the price, the room was good and location was quite near to amenities. Although there were renovation works going on but the room was comfortable for my whole family.
