We really enjoyed our stay--room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and the location on Venice Beach was great It's always nice having a kitchenette and the included kitchenware was sufficient, though no wine glasses were provided. The front desk staff was always courteous and helpful--special shoutout to Danielle who was always welcoming and happy to help. The roof desk was modestly sized but a great place to watch a sunset, and the view from our \"partial view' room was quite nice. It did get noisy on Saturday night but it didn't go late into the evening and is (in our opinion) to be expected in such a prime location. We would definitely stay here again if we were heading back to Venice.

If you want to Stay at Venice beach this is the place to go. Everything was walking distance. I stayed here for a night it was very comfortable. Hired a bike and roamed the entire boulevard. It was just fab.

Lovely suites on Venice Boardwalk

Enjoyed our 3-day stay here! Very close to the beach and loved having access to equipment in the hotel basement, which guests could borrow (boogey boards, chairs, buckets and spades.. ).
Although the property is right on the boardwalk, our suite faced the back and we had no issues with noise. Air con in the suite meant we didnt have to open windows, which helped with the noise too.
Yes, there are issues with homelessness in the area but never felt unsafe or antagonistic.
Another fantastic perk if the property was the rooftop - we could bring food and drinks up there and chill with great views of the beach, ocean and boardwalk, at no additional cost!
Would stay here again!

I stayed here for 7 nights last month with my husband and my teenage son and we loved it. Most of the few “negative” reviews seemed to be written by people who just didn’t like Venice, which isn’t the fault of this lovely hotel. The rooftop is a fantastic feature and you are right in the middle of the fabulous chaos of Venice. Danielle, like many have pointed out, is an angel of a hostess.

She googled Hop on Hop off bus and printed out the address of the stop closest to the hotel as well as the phone number for the company. Delightful! Rooftop deck was wonderful with panoramic views of the beach and coast.

I have never stayed in a hotel as noisy and unruly as this was. No breakfast, no parking? Really? No parking? The area was very unsafe, a lot of violence and at no point during the night did screaming and yelling come to an end.

It was a great place! Right on the beach and things CONSTANTLY going on outside to enjoy. It’s in a busy area so not the quietest but completely manageable (we brought a noise machine & worked great for the noise)
I had my 11 yr old daughter w/us and while it’s not exactly a child friendly area, we still had lots of fun.
The staff are completely lovely and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend

Although not a traditional type of hotel with a lobby, Venice Breezes was a very welcoming place to stay for a week. Great location right on the beach, and amazing views from the rooftop terrace where one can grill a meal and dine overlooking the scene below. Clean room with fridge and freezer, stove and oven to prepare breakfast or lunch, saving money having to go out for every meal. Nice and friendly desk staff that allow you to leave your luggage at the desk after check out for a few hours. Recommended!

If you must stay in Venice.

If you need to stay in Venice, Venice Breeze Suites are convenient and well located. Sadly, Venice is such a sad and pathetic parade of the lost and homeless, it radically tarnishes the situation.
The hotel is worn and old but clean, well cared for and the people are friendly and helpful. There is no food of any kind, but a Starbucks 30 feet away and plenty of restaurants in all directions. The rooftop is a great spot to hang and relax.
It is sad to see the continued decline of Venice Beach. I used to live there and it was not as awful as it is now. But again, if you absolutely have stay in Venice then this hotel is a good choice.

Great location. Busy on weekends but that’s the vibe! Awesome rooftop with BBQ. Get your own beer and meat and enjoy the view. Learn to get the bus to Santa Monica and then use the train system around Los Angeles and you can pretty much get anywhere! Staff are great.

We had a great stay. This hotel is right in the middle of everything! We loved the location on the beach and the easy walk to Venice or Santa Monica. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. They even offer the guests towels and beach chairs if you would like to go the beach. The rooftop patio was a great place to sit and watch everything from the skatepark to the surfers to the busy walkways.

My recent stay at Venice Breeze Suites was nothing short of spectacular! If you're looking for an authentic Venice Beach experience, this is the place to be. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the hotel's prime location, right on the iconic boardwalk.
Here's what made my stay so amazing:
* Unbeatable Location:
* Stepping out of the hotel and onto the bustling boardwalk was an absolute thrill. The proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants was incredible.
* Being able to walk to everything was a huge plus.
* Charming Suites:
* The suites themselves were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, especially the kitchens. It was very convenient to have those ammenities.
* I felt like I was staying in a very charming location.
* Rooftop Oasis:
* The rooftop terrace is a true gem! The panoramic ocean views were breathtaking, particularly at sunset. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the Venice Beach vibe.

We liked the kitchen in the unit which was very well equipped, even having a dishwasher. The large windows which let in lots of sunlight was a big bonus. The hotel also has a beautiful roof top patio which has a fabulous view of the Venice Beach board walk and ocean. You can also use the BBQ up there. Venice Breeze is an older building, but modernized/updated. It was right in the center of everything Venice Beach and a couple mile walk from Santa Monica. If you like the \"hippie\" or Bohemian culture, you will love this area!

We did have to park about 8 blocks away to find free parking, or you can pay to park closer.

Waking up with a view of the ocean and hearing the artistic energy coming from the boardwalk is a dream. Do yourself a favor and check out the skate park around sunset. Staff was personable, friendly and extremely welcoming. Roof top was nice and quiet with a great view of the sunset as well. Close to all kinds of shops and awesome restaurants. Definitely recommend if you want to be right in the midst of all the eclectic energy that is Venice Beach ✨
