The ocean was not visible from my room but I did have a have the view of the lazy river and a beautiful palm tree with coconut and every morning their were beautiful hummingbirds that flew around the tree.

Very family friendly, had a 7 year and 3 month old with us and both had fun and were well taken care of. Staff overall was welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious, mainly ate at the buffet but à la cartes were great too! Only a few minutes from the airport which was wonderful to not have to have a long transfer.

This resort is a diamond in the rough!! It was amazing! Our new favorite resort. The service was amazing! The food was amazing as well! There was always chairs by the many pools that were available. We stayed on the adults only side and most times sat at the adventure pool. We went for a walk on the property can came across the farm. They have a petting zoo with horses, goats, cows, sheep and puppies.

We met Tom at the zoo and met the puppes. He mentioned they rescue the puppies from the streets in St. Lucia, spay and neuter them and adopt them out. We went to visit them daily. If you are interested in adopting one his email address is [email protected].

This will now be our favorite resort and we are looking forward to returning again!

We stayed on the 2nd floor of adult only side, Harmony and had a full beautiful ocean view! The property was fantastic and the staff was nothing short of amazing in every way! Over-accomodating. They really don't want you to lift a finger. The staff is always smiling and genuinely seem to love serving others!

Nicely appointed room in the Harmony section of the resort. Several pools and the ocean front were easily accessible. Common areas were kept pristine at all times. Many meal choices, all well prepared and presented.

10/10 - a very friendly resort, great staff without exception, room cleaned immaculately every day (with some wonderful “towel art” provided by our attendant Sepharine), lots of options for food which was invariably of good quality and plentiful, a varied programme of events and entertainment, lots of sunbeds available so no need to “lay down” your towels - and literally 5 minutes free shuttle from the airport (which was not intrusive at all noise wise). Small improvements perhaps - 4 nights out of ten were outside bbqs without alternative unless you had booked one of the à la carte restaurants but small beer compared to all of the positives. Would definitely recommend and return

The staff was amazing. Akai, Bshem, Rashad, Kimani- they made our stay so much fun! The bar tenders at all of the bars were so lively and friendly, they had fun themed nights and activities to do. Cannot forget to mention the food at the buffet and restaurants were delicious, especially the Asian themed restaurant \"Silk\", the sushi was amazing! We will definitely be back.

Honestly, an amazing vacay from start to finish. I have to say that the Staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Best part of the vacation and that says a lot because the resort, food, amenities and rooms were first class. But the staff....you will not find friendlier more helpful and genuine ANYWHERE. I have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean and world and the St. Lucian people are by far the most hospitable. A HUGE shout out to the following staff members (keeping in mind ALL of THEM were exceptional) Mirkii (my personal Barista and now friend), Debbie from the Buffet restaurant, Starz from Flipflops, Thomas from the Harmony Section pool bar, as well as Octavia from the front desk! We miss you all and can actually say WE WILL BE BACK!

Me and my family had the best time at Coconut bay! Every employee was so nice and accommodating, the food was very good and lots of fun things to do on the resort for kids. The only downside is the main beach is the Atlantic Ocean which we found the waves were too rough to go in and enjoy the water, but that’s not the resorts fault. The resort itself was beautiful, highly recommend staying here :)

Coconut Bay Beach Resort did not disappoint! Food/restaurants are all great, rooms are clean and large. Being on the Atlantic side there is at times Sargassum on the beach and it is very windy. A tractor is constantly clearing the beach so there are stretches where there is no seaweed and getting in and out of the water is just fine. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Don't miss the petting zoo. We saw baby goats that still had the umbilical cord hanging and were still getting their legs solidly under them. Try the Cocoa tea, it's only available in the morning at the buffet/pastry station. The chocolate on the island is amazing! Way tastier than what I'm used to.Don't forget to try The Jerk Treehouse and Flip Flops for snacks. Excellent offerings.Lot's to do or just relax by the pools and hot tubs. Absolutely a great vacation spot for couples or families.

The staff at Coconut Bay are excellent. All of them were very friendly but a couple stood out. Thomas at the Harmony pool bar was always smiling and very friendly. He would go above and beyond. Shekina in coconut walk restaurant was super. She greets everyone with a smile and a kind word. She also went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. All the staff was so great. We really enjoyed the lazy river and did it everyday. We enjoyed all the food. The food was better than expected. We especially enjoyed the jerk treehouse. One tip is if you want an early reservation at Silk or Calabash you need to be at the reservation desk at 2:30. Otherwise the only reservations will be at 8:00 or 8:30. That was the only disappointing thing about the resort was trying to get reservations for Silk and Calabash. We loved the resort overall and will definitely go back.

Bed is very comfortable. We had to pay for drinks in bar fridge which they forgot to deliver 1 out of 3 nights but when we called desk they sent the drinks. The staff is extremely friendly. The food was okay. We did not love Silk the Asian restaurant. Portions were small and it was just like regular Chinese food. Calabash was pretty tasty. Italian brought wrong pizza but it was still tasty. We couldn’t sit on our beautiful balcony because of all the smokers puffing away and it drove us into our room each night. That may not be resorts fault but they should put smokers somewhere away from non smokers. Had a decent anniversary trip and was able to relax.

The staff was the best group of people I’ve ever met. They were so kind caring and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The food was great. Some people from our group of 13 did the hike to the top of the hill. Not all made it just FYI it’s very steep at the top. The pictures were amazing from the top though. Our group‘s new favorite beer is Piton. The local beer that’s named after the mountains there. Just an FYI, the alcohol served there gave me heartburn so I just stuck with beer. The Pacific Ocean is right at your feet, but due to the current there tends to be a lot of seaweed which they do clean up daily. For the true beach experience walk a short way down the beach to Coconut Bay paradise Beach. There’s a great bar, chairs and hammocks. You can even get a ride in a golf cart if you don’t wanna walk. We also were shuttled to a dock for a sunset cruise.
The shows in the buffets were amazing. We were lucky enough to be there over New Year’s Eve and they did an amazing job and the best fireworks I’ve ever seen. If you do plan to go for the holidays book a year ahead. For reasons out of our control, we were stuck there for a few more days. The resort was able to accommodate our group for one night and they were gracious enough to only charge us half price. We ended up changing resorts to the far north end of the island, which is the Caribbean Sea. We stayed at a chain Resort with a cove. It was huge & beauThe staff was not nearly as polite, caring and helpful.

Our Harmony room (ground floor, adults only) was clean, modern and very comfortable. For an all-inclusive hotel catering for many people, the food was excellent. The Jerk Treehouse was a firm favourite for lunch and we very much enjoyed sushi at Silk and steak at Calabash. The breakfast buffet was fab too - really enjoyed the french toast. The New Year Eve Gala Dinner was incredible - such a variety of great food including scallops, lobster, shrimp, roast beef and fresh pasta.

The reception team arranged to relocate us when we were unhappy with the first room we were allocated (opposite reception and very noisy) - this seems to be where the 2 x queen bed rooms are located. Our second room had 1 x king bed, was peaceful and had plenty of space to unpack, relax and dry swimwear outside.

The beach bar is fab but the beach itself (on the atlantic side of the island) is windy and the sea can be quite choppy. Snorkelling and swimming was more pleasant on the Caribbean side of the island which we visited during the second week of our holiday.

Highly recommend arranging excursions through 'Captain Jack Sparrow' on the beach - our tour guide (Jimmy) was brilliant and took us on a private tour in an air conditioned mini-van with drinks at a lower price than the excursion desk in the hotel lobby.

It's best to get your restaurant reservations in early as many were fully booked in early January. The pool tables are pretty worn and need levelling and re-surfacing.

We had an amazing week at this resort. Every staff member we encountered were lovely and so kind. We booked the concierge style room which gave us an easy check in and check out. Everything we needed during our week we were able to call our concierge. Lanel and Shirlanda were amazing and so helpful. They scheduled our dinner reservations and booked our excursion without us having to lift a finger. True white glove service from these women. The room was comfortable and very clean. The beach, pool, restaurants, all the grounds of the resort were immaculate and so welcoming. The food was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Our room booking was also Harmony adults only so we were able to relax in peace on the beach sun loungers. We booked a cabana for the day on the other side of the resort which has walkable entry into the ocean. The main side of the resort has only a small beach and more rough water, but the cabana side of the resort had calm water. We want to give a huge shoutout to Bertha, Shass, Sham, Evelyn, Merlessa, Philma, Erksing, and Jedi… thank you for the hospitality and being so kind and helpful. Coconut Bay knows how to hire their staff and we were blown away by how welcoming every one was.

Our only complaint for our entire week…. Not enough local Creole/Caribbean live music. Way too much American music (country and oldies). We were told management won’t allow local music.. that needs to change!!!!!!!

Airport shuttle was convenient, check in was a breeze and the property was well maintained. The only thing that needed more work were the bathrooms. It needed to be updated (shower was a bit cramped). The buffet was really good...lots of variety and the food tasted fresh. Service was a bit slow in the mornings but that's understandable given the high volume of guests. The activities were fun and we loved taking walks after dinner to enjoy the expansive resort. I would definitely recommend Coconut Bay to anyone looking for a resort in Saint Lucia.

We have just got back from a fantastic 8 nights at Coconut Bay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you need. The food was also good with some amazing desserts. The gym was well equipped for a decent workout and the pool areas were nice and again kept clean. The best thing about the Coconut Bay was the staff, so helpful and friendly - special shout outs to Thomas at the pool bar and Kemale in the lobby bar who were amazing!
The only thing that was slightly irritating was that the WiFi wasn’t fantastic unless we were in the room but we could have paid to upgrade if we were that bothered. We would definitely return as had an amazing time.

This resort is so close to the airport and has free shuttle to and from. Upon arrival we were given a drink and a cool towel, check in was easy and fast. Our room was clean and has all the basic amenities, soaps hairdryer mini fridge stocked daily with bottled water. Balcony was nice and has a rack to hang wet bathing suits. The resort itself is older but very small and easy to get to everything. You can always find a pool chair and the pool staff are very attentive and kind. Ask Sandy for her signature coconut mojito at the swim up bar, you won’t be disappointed. It’s not difficult to make a reservation at any of the restaurants either, and I believe that’s because the buffet has amazing food as well so you can always find something to eat from fresh made stir fry and pasta for dinner and omelettes and waffles in the morning there is an abundance of delicious foods and so much fresh veg and fruits. Calabash is my favourite reso restaurant serving Caribbean fare and delicious steaks. And there were 3 outdoor dinners by the pool in the week we were here, country night, American Thanksgiving dinner and a Carnival night. The staff that work here put their heart and soul into this resort. Some are here from the early morning until way into the night serving entertaining and making sure everyone is having the best time. If you’re looking for a fun family friendly place with amazing food, a slower pace and some of the kindest people in the Caribbean you need to come to Coconut Bay!

Returned to Coconut Bay after 10 years and brought our 8 and 5 year old. The experience was fabulous. The staff, some of which were still there from our last trip, are personable, joyful, and helpful. They're either great at faking it across the board, or everyone seems to enjoy working at Coconut Bay.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated.

Our kids particularly enjoyed the water slides, swim up bar for non-alcoholic drinks, and the rescued pups at the 'zoo'.

I also appreciated how multicultural the guests are - from all over the world. Even some local St. Lucian families were enjoying a stay at Coconut Bay.

Superb staff and nice facilities. The food and drinks were excellent as well! Shekina in the main dining room and Bertha at Silk really shined. Mary’s omelettes were very tasty. Tyron at the lobby bar made drinks as delightful as his personality. Our only major concern was that the resort was not as handicapped-accessible as we had hoped— especially the lazy river. Other than that, we had a super week!

We loved our stay! The à la carte restaurants, Silk, Trattoria, and Calabesh were outstanding. On our 9 day vacation we visited each twice. They require reservations so book when you arrive. We felt no need to book the extra expense restaurants. The whole resort runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. A shout out to Regina in housekeeping with her lovely notes left in the room, Jan at the coffee bar, Vernon for yoga and aquacize, Maxwell at the excursion desk, and everyone else who make the resort as awesome as it is.

The staff were very friendly and sweet. Two of the ladies in the reception area saw me having to do a work call and found a quiet place for me to complete that. Just an example of them going above and beyond the call of duty. The food was very good as well and the variety of pools, beach, spa, and activities on site was great. Only 1.5 miles from the airport and shuttles are atta bed for you which makes this an easy choice!

The staff is what makes this place worth staying at. Every single person that worked here made me and my family feel special. The resort was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, the food was always fresh if it wasn't made to order. The room was perfect, recently renovated and spacious in every aspect not to mention the blessing of air conditioning. (We had the authentic island experience in Soufriere 5 nights prior to arrival with no comfort like this so to walk in our room and be instantly hit with a cool breeze was amazing).

My only issue with this place is the number of entitled tourists that take advantage of the kindness and proffesionalism of the workers, manners don't cost nothing. I commend the mature, resilient attitudes of all the staff members that I saw being disrespected so overtly by these privileged tourists.

I have met so many people that provided excellent service or just random acts of kindness that I cannot remember all their names. To all the staff at Coconut bay just know that room 332 appreciated your efforts, warmth and kindness.

In our experience of a world that has been cold and cruel, the people of St Lucia reminded me and my family that this is not a universal scenario.

I would definitely return if I am able to at some point in my life. The owners/investors must reward and retain all of the current staff members, they are fantastic.

Complimentary airport shuttle is 5min drive away. Kids waterpark and lazy river are fantastic. Sandy and Thomas at the swim up bar are fantastic. You can find quiet pools or being at the main pool with entertainment. They have a petting zoo, great kids club and don’t miss country night! We will be back.

The food was very good with many choices and big portions. The resort itself was so nice and extremely clean! I loved how large the property is for daily walks. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. They were always smiling and asking you how you’re doing. Super friendly and always accommodating. Bartenders were awesome, activities people were so much fun to hang out with. The entertainment they had every night was a standout. Some of the best voices I’ve ever heard at any resort I’ve stayed at. Truly talented people. The ladies who cleaned our rooms impressed us every day with fun towel animals and sweet notes! This resort has so much to offer for single people, families, kids, people looking to upgrade and relax. It was a 10/10 experience.

The staff was all extremely friendly. Resort never felt crowded even been at capacity. I was a little hesistant booking since it was kid friendly but they have adult only options a well i.e. pools and no kids after 930 in most common areas. The concierge service members were great at scheduling dinner reservations and they made it easy to book excursions.
