We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Coconut Bay. Gillie worked so hard as part of the entertainment crew and connected daily with both of our daughters to make sure they were having a good time. Chef Wendy went out of her way to make special gluten free pancakes for our daughter each morning and even put the toppings on just the way my daughter likes. Chard, Jomiah, and Denver were all part of the restaurant staff we visited during our stay. They were very friendly and thoughtful, making our time that much more enjoyable. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the week. We will definitely spread the word about visiting this resort!

The experience of this all-inclusive resort was a 9/10! This past May 2026 we decided to take a trip to St.Lucia for our 20th anniversary & we brought along our 14 year old daughter and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail warmth, and world-class hospitality, making our stay truly unforgettable.

The entertainment that was provided every other night was top tier & brought families together.

* The Silk restaurant stood out with its refined flavors and impeccable quality.
* The Marketplace restaurant buffet was indulgent and thoughtfully curated.
* The cocktails, and mocktails were crafted to perfection—refreshing and sophisticated.
* Don't want to forget the Jerk treehouse was my go to everyday during lunch. So much vibrant, bold, and flavor!

This resort delivered a flawless blend of family fun, serenity, and personalized service. It was the perfect setting to celebrate a milestone as special as our 20th anniversary.

We leave with beautiful memories and immense gratitude. Highly recommended for those seeking for relaxing all-inclusive family environment.

Check in: we arrived earlier than check in time, we were told room wasn’t ready but you can enjoy the facilities but come back at “3pm or perhaps just before” - perfect. Went back at 3.05, rudely told that “room wasn’t yet ready, check in is any time after 3pm and we can’t guarantee room will be ready. Come back at 3.30”. A real contrast in approaches from different staff, and not the response wanted after a day of travel.

Room: really clean, generally well modernised and maintained and really clean / functional bathroom. One issue in the room was fixed within one hour of being reported, really impressed. Only minor issue with the room was the locking mechanism on the balcony door was stiff to open (not close).

Food: excellent selection of food at every meal in the main Coconut Walk Marketplace. We have a fussy eater child, which was very manageable in this venue. Flip flops was a great alternative for light bites and I couldn’t recommend the Jerk Treehouse enough - delicious!

Pools: fantastic for the kids. The lazy river was very gentle, the entertainments in the main pool were varied (we particularly enjoyed the daytime foam party!) and lots of activities pool sides for kids.

Other: Activities / Excursions team not very responsive via email or helpful when they do respond. We attempted to book excursions prior to our stay, we were told you could only book when you arrived at property. Not super helpful.

This hotel is very nice and the food is good. I like that they didn't have music blasting, If you want to stay on an ocean front and want to swim in the ocean this place is not for you. I was very disappointed I couldn't swim in blue water and that was one of my main reasons of going there. The seaweed is so bad that you would have to swim threw a lot muddy black water to get to blue water and the smell from the seaweed is bad they are working on getting it clean up.

Property and food were very good. Good amount of entertainment for children. Close to the airport which was convenient. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only downside was the beach had a lot of seaweed. They worked hard keeping it clean with tractors and staff but still was disappointing. The food at every restaurant was excellent. We have been to two resorts in Mexico, two in DR and this one. This is by far the all-around best food at an all-inclusive resort that we have ever had. You must have the French-toasted croissant at the Veranda for breakfast. Make your reservations for the a-la-cart restaurants when you arrive - they are all excellent. The pools are located near the ocean, so there is a constant breeze blowing. If you are under a shade, you will not get too hot. The bartenders will make you whatever drink you want, and it will be delicious. The view from the room balcony is awesome. The staff are always friendly and ready to help you with any need.
Opportunities: Beach, electrical power
There is a LOT of seaweed on the beach (not just at this particular resort). They do their best keep it clean, but it is a never-ending job as it reappears overnight. The Paradise Beach area has much less than the beach areas near the pools. There were several short power interruptions that were not even an inconvenience, but on our last morning there was no power to most of the resort for about two hours. There are a few 110V outlets in the room as well as a multi-port USB/USB-C charger. If you need to plug in several items at the same time, you will need to bring an adapter. There is no place in the bathroom to plug a hair iron of any voltage.

As my first solo trip, it was the best decision to visit St Lucia Coconut Bay Beach Spa with its charm, beauty, hospitality/welcoming and helpful staff, organized programs and all. The staff were very friendly . Everyone was very helpful and they were accommodating to my 4 year old son . It was just the two of us and when dining everyone was very helpful grabbing stuff so I didn’t have to wait in lines when my son wanted something else . The room was clean and the property was well maintained someone was always cleaning . The beach did have a lot of seaweed but they offered transportation to another beach . The water slide and water park were down but there was still a lot to do . Overall it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to coming back

The sargassum was intolerable. They cleaned it up everyday, but the smell was off-putting. Not the fault of the hotel so no dings for that.

Most of the staff were very friendly, but not all. Maybe they don’t care for tourists. Definitely a chill in the air on an otherwise balmy island.

If we visit St. Lucia again, we’ll be looking for accommodations a little more upscale. Nice for families in a budget, however.

Coconut Bay Resort is a beautiful resort with stunning views, just a 5-7 minute drive from the airport. They offer complimentary shuttle services for pick-up and drop-off.

Upon arrival, the staff greets us with refreshing drinks and a cool towel, a welcome gesture given the hot weather.

Our room was located in the family-friendly section of the resort, and Jev and Angel, our room attendants, ensured that it was spotless throughout our stay.

The staff at the buffet and restaurants is truly exceptional. Shekina, Iesha, and Glenda are incredibly friendly and made our breakfast experience delightful every morning. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Jessica from the trattoria is an absolute gem. If you’re planning to dine there, I highly recommend her. Thomas, the bartender at the adult area, is also fantastic. He expertly crafted our drinks and maintained a friendly demeanor.

The resort boasts four pools: one for activities, one for the family-friendly section, and two for the adult area. The beach is small but not overcrowded, and they offer a complimentary ride to Paradise Beach, which is conveniently located near the resort.

In conclusion, Coconut Bay Resort is an excellent choice for families or couples seeking a memorable vacation in St. Lucia.

We loved our stay at coconut bay! The ride to the airport was less than 5 minutes.. such a perk! The pools were very nice, the food was great! We had one of the newly remodeled concierge rooms and it was perfect. My son loved playing pickleball after the sun went down. We heard the beach wasn't very nice so we didn't have high expectations, but we took the short walk down to the resorts paradise beach and it was honestly gorgeous! They had free boogie boards, snorkels, paddle boards and kayaks! There were tons of beach chairs and a few hammocks in the shade. There was also a bar down at the beach but the \"burger shack\" was very lackluster. It would've been easier just to walk back to the resort for food... minimal menu and took like 45 mins waiting in the scorching sun! We loved visiting the pet sanctuary, my son also loved some of the activities they had going on. The waterslides and lazy river were a bit hit also. The common areas were overall really clean. I wasn't aware most common areas and the main dining was all open air, but it was nice and not freezing due to air conditioning. We loved this resort and would definitely consider coming back if we ever come back to St Lucia!

It is no wonder this is such a popular resort. The staff were outstanding…too many to mention, but here are a few: Lovina buffet restaurant), Rose (housekeeping), Kershana (activities) and yoga master Vernon!
Food was great, esp on the Verandah and Trattoria. Only negative was Hermina at the reservations desk…her blunt negative attitude stood out amongst everyone else’s easy, friendly demeanour.
The resort did a commendable job clearing out the sargassum each morning. And it was a pleasant surprise to play on four dedicated pickleball courts.
Overall, while our Adults Only section gave us the quiet relaxing vibe we wanted, it was fun to see all the kids and parents enjoying themselves in the waterpark, at the pool and around the Cove.

Overall I'd give Coconut a solid 4-4.5 out of 5 stars. The people / staff are awesome, the place is kept very clean & the food is good! We stayed on the harmony / adults only side & liked the fact that there were never any children on that side. Two pools, a fun bar & always adequate chaise lounges, Palapas & their unique & very comfortable rotating padded recliners. We've travelled extensively & never saw these type of chairs before! Considering the week we were there was allegedly sold out, we never had a problem finding a seat (none of that having to get up at 6am to put your towels & a book down to stake out a chair before they were gone!) Numerous restraunts to choose from & different theme nites at the buffet each evening. The Italian & Calabash / Veranda were our favorites. The lobby bar carries all top shelf liquor & had very talented musicians playing almost every nite! We also loved the Jerk Shack & their delicious chicken, pork, sausage, rice & beans, plantains, etc every day if you wanted to grab a quick bite in your barhing suit. Place also had several convenient coffe stations throughout. The only cons I could give this place is that the water pressure is poor in the rooms (we were on 3rd floor, Oceanfront junior suite Harmony side). Also, a couples massage at one of the beach cabanas was like $550 which I thought was a lil' pricey given the fact that overall, the place wasn't that fancy (marble & granite everywhere, etc). Beautiful resort. I love how they have the resort divided. An adult side (Harmony, no kids allowed) and a family side. When we had too much noise and action, we headed back over to Harmony and relaxed by the pools there. Rooms were nice. Great accomodations and services. The spa was fantastic. Wonderful family gem. We were there as a multigenerational family on spring break. We stayed in newly updated rooms on the Splash side. Very nice!!! A/C worked great. Nice pool, lots of family/kids activities during the day. They do make every effort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Food is very good for all inclusive. Lots of variety and a new theme menu every night in Coconut Walk buffet. Several restaurants are also available for dining. The staff is the heart of this resort. Very professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff was excellent. They now offer beach cabana rentals and offer golf cart rides to them or maybe a 10 minute walk. Truly a great place for your family.

Just got back from our 2nd trip to this amazing resort. We love the convenience of the location. This resort has everything that you could want in a family resort. Ideally there are various pool locations and you are not spoiled for choice in getting a spot for sun or shade at any of the pools. It is a large resort but easy walking between pool locations. We especially loved the lazy river. We didn't venture to the slides but I'm sure they would be a blast. They have so much to do for the kids, i.e. Cocoland, Paint Ball, Tennis, Tours etc. just to name a few.

The staff are amazing in all areas of the resort. The rooms are nicely appointed. We stayed in the Harmony area (adult only) this trip, but we were in the Splash area the last time, which is more kid friendly with King Bed an Trundle Bed for the kids. Rooms are immaculate.

The food is outstanding. We made reservations at the resort restaurants' the first time out but this time decided to only do a couple nights and enjoy the Country/Western and Caribbean Nights on the pool deck, and the Buffet Restaurant which has more choices than you can eat. Greet Food and Great entertainment.

I can't say enough about this resort and would recommend it to anyone that wants a great worry free vacation, with tour choices, quiet areas and entertainment, whatever you are in the mood for.

I’ve traveled around the world in many Caribbean islands. I absolutely loved this place! The people were genuine and kind they had everything you can absolutely think of that you needed. The food was great the quality of restaurants and service the three large pools. I know there are issues with the seaweed so you don’t get to enjoy the beach as much as you’d like, but there are areas that are absolutely beautiful. The beachfront and this place is huge so if you walk further down to the rum bar, it is truly wonderful. I had such a great time. I am booking within the next four months! By the way, there were eight of us and we all agree. It was definitely one of the best we’ve been to.

There was music all day, every day. Avoid if you are noise sensitive. There was the Harmony side that did not have blaring music but it was hard to find loungers here. Buffet was outside two nights out of six and very, very windy. By the time you got your seat, the food was cold. People, especially the front desk ladies, were generally not friendly (the tall skinny guy at the front desk was great though). The island is arid and not particularly pretty.

-Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, a well stocked fridge and nice balcony.
-Overall the food was good, especially the specialty restaurants.

This was our first stay in St Lucia and it was amazing. The staff were all extremely friendly, the rooms were visited by cleaning staff 2-3 times per day, and the overall amenities and options for fun available to guests is incredible. Flip Flops and the buffet provided maybe even better food than the reservation only dinners. Great stay for families as well, and the kids were able to get mocktails from the bars alongside the adults. Would recommend 10/10 tines to anyone looking for a great all inclusive

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Bay resort. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very good with many choices on the buffet. The reservation dinners were all good but our favorite was the Italian restaurant. We didn’t have any trouble finding places to sit around the pool or the ocean.
A couple of suggestions would be to add corn hole boards or some other games on the harmony side of the resort and the only swim up bar is on the family side of the resort.

This resort is a diamond in the rough!! It was amazing! Our new favorite resort. The service was amazing! The food was amazing as well! There was always chairs by the many pools that were available. We stayed on the adults only side and most times sat at the adventure pool. We went for a walk on the property can came across the farm. They have a petting zoo with horses, goats, cows, sheep and puppies.

We met Tom at the zoo and met the puppes. He mentioned they rescue the puppies from the streets in St. Lucia, spay and neuter them and adopt them out. We went to visit them daily. If you are interested in adopting one his email address is [email protected].

We stayed on the 2nd floor of adult only side, Harmony and had a full beautiful ocean view! The property was fantastic and the staff was nothing short of amazing in every way! Over-accomodating. They really don't want you to lift a finger. The staff is always smiling and genuinely seem to love serving others!

Had a ocean view from our room. Room was always clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Employees always making sure everything was good. Our second visit, definitely going to go again. Resort really close to airport, huge plus after a long day of travel.

Nicely appointed room in the Harmony section of the resort. Several pools and the ocean front were easily accessible. Common areas were kept pristine at all times. Many meal choices, all well prepared and presented.
Most importantly, all staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Obviously taking great pride in their respective positions.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The room was very clean, amenities were well maintained, the staff went above and beyond for all we requested and they were always professional, courteous, and had a smile on their face. The food at the main dining area and all the unique restaurants was also delicious. All in all, a great experience!

This a gorgeous property that never felt crowded. The staff was kind and helpful. We loved the beach area. Renting a cabana for the day was a great treat. The food was delicious. Fitness Classes with Vernon are top level. I highly recommend.

Mix up with room initially but the stay was what I needed

10/10 - a very friendly resort, great staff without exception, room cleaned immaculately every day (with some wonderful “towel art” provided by our attendant Sepharine), lots of options for food which was invariably of good quality and plentiful, a varied programme of events and entertainment, lots of sunbeds available so no need to “lay down” your towels - and literally 5 minutes free shuttle from the airport (which was not intrusive at all noise wise). Small improvements perhaps - 4 nights out of ten were outside bbqs without alternative unless you had booked one of the à la carte restaurants but small beer compared to all of the positives. Would definitely recommend and return

Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa was awesome! From time to arrival to leaving was fantastic. Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient; food was very good and rooms clean. Loved all the pools and amenities. Have already made plans to return next year!
