Our stay at the Caille Blanc was absolutely surreal! The staff is so accommodating and kind and make you feel so welcome!
We stayed in the Grotto, the photos do not do it justice! Each villa was absolutely immaculate but the Grotto especially did not disappoint! We took full use of the infinity pool and loved each of the meal services.
Only downside was the mosquitos during our stay but the rooms do have mosquito nets and spray for the room. The drive up to the villa is a bit bumpy for the last 15m, but expected while going up unpaved mountainside.
Overall cannot recommend staying at the Caille Blanc more!

The hotel is located cliffside over the sea with breath taking views of the Pitons. Due to the limited amount of rooms available onsite, the atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very attentive to your needs and are accommodating to requests. The dinning experience is intimate and is like having your personal chef. The hotel offers a full arrangement of concierge options with car services. I fully recommend booking airport pick up/drop off service.

The staff and food was great. Everything was great except I’m not a big outdoor type of person so the screen top in the bathroom was the only thing I didn’t like, because it let the heat in from the outside in to it. Which a few bugs would get in. Other than that I had a great time and everything was fantastic

Caille Blanc is a truly beautiful resort. Small, secluded and complimented by the natural landscape of lush tropical gardens and unobstructed views of the Pitons - it is second to none in so many ways.

The food and drinks are delicious, the atmosphere is relaxing and unpretentious but also fun and luxurious. The property is safe and very clean.

The best part of Caille Blanc is its staff. They are what make this beautiful collection of villas unique and elevated.

Everyone is so friendly and eager to make your stay an amazing experience. They will help you plan each day, give great input and then take care of every detail! You'll leave feeling as if you've made new friends.

I can't wait to return to St Lucia and Caille Blanc. So relaxing and beautiful.

The staff are all incredibly friendly - they go above and beyond to ask about your tours and make sure you are prepared for your day. The access road to the hotel is an adventure in itself-free beach shuttle at 10am and 3 pm return

We stayed in the beautiful upper temple suite which had 3 separate ac units which worked great and a nice balcony

We did all of the local excursions and had dinner at chocolat-well worth the ride

Me and my wife visited for our honeymoon in late
June. We had an AMAZING time. We booked almost
every excursion and activity through the resort's app.
All of them were amazing. But by far the best part of
the resort (right up there with the views) was the
people. Everyone there made us feel like family and
we will truly miss them.
We stayed in the Grotto Suite which was amazing. The
view and privacy were spectacular. It also had a nice
little kitchen area, private pool, Japanese soaking
sub, private loungers, etc.
We had a meal plan and ate there every day. The
food was DELICIOUS!

This property wasn’t a good hotel- it was spectacular. From the moment we got to Caille Blanc, we were welcomed to “paradise”, by Ernie. He was the best host, and attentive to detail. All of the staff were more than accommodating, and made sure we were taken care of. My partner has a shellfish allergy, and had a small scare (thinking he was going to have a reaction), and staff checked on him many times that night, and days after. I cannot say enough good things about this location and their staff. This was definitely an unforgettable trip to St Lucia, but more so because of the staff and their quality service.

Be careful!!

Things to be careful about: After taking the PCR 72 hours by a hotel “doctor”, the hotel manager informed me that I was positive, I received no official confirmation by email as promised and when requested the hotel mentioned it was not available (which is impossible as all tests are administered a letter vie email to show insurance companies, government etc) and told I needed to stay isolated at the hotel for 10 days at 75% charge of the daily rate. I had no symptoms. I undertook another test same day and it came negative next day. I also came back to the UK and tested negative again. There are stories of fake tests/ results to make guests stay longer so please stay vigilant! and careful!

On the last night I was there, although there are beautiful interiors, there are a lot of insects and animals. A bat was able to crawl under my door at night and I was unable to contact anyone for help.

Good things: The Villa itself is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the Gros Pitons and a great infinity pool. The staff are efficient with the use of their app Edgar, you can order food, drinks and services efficiently with prompt responses. Overall slightly pricey but great if you want to stay central in Soufriere which is more touristy and able to get to prime locations easily.

Had there been better service and no scams. This would have been a perfect stay.

What I didn't like about it is the rough road getting to this dream destination - not sure why it can't be paved as it's the same road leading to anse chastanet and jade.

We had a wonderful stay at Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel. The staff is all wonderful and very helpful. The only downside is the transportation fee which is expensive. The shuttle to the beach is $50.00 and you will be charged an additional $25.00 if you want to leave the resort earlier to get to the beach or come back to the hotel sooner. I think that the shuttle to the beach should be included in the package. The food was great. We did not get the meal plan and I think we saved more that way. We tried different restaurants in the area and also tried the local food which was really good. We highly recommend a stay at Caille Blanc and we will be back :)

Caille blanc has the best view on the island at a reasonable price and it still has a special boutique feel where you are not just a number. The manager addresses you by your name and pitches in to make you your passion fruit mojito during happy hour. The staff always says hello and gives the place a special touch. They chat with you and make you feel welcome. The food is good and plentiful too. I highly recommend caille blanc and its pool suite. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed all across the world.

We cannot say enough positives things about Caille Blanc! We stayed during February of 2021 and despite traveling during these Covid times, we absolutely loved our trip.

We stayed in the Grotto Suite, which I would definitely recommend as it not only has its own patio and mini pool, but the views are absolutely unreal. It is incredibly private and definitely worth booking if you visit this villa!

Ernie and the entire staff could not be better. They are incredibly accommodating and welcoming! All of their food is really, really good as well. Also, thankfully the hotel provided on site Covid testing so that we were able to get our negative results in time to fly back to the US!

Everyone has to visit St Lucia and stay at this resort. Trust me, the views are unreal. My boyfriend and I travel a ton but we both agreed this is the most beautiful place we have ever been!

I recently got back from my stay in St Lucia at Caille Blanc for a 5 day/4 night trip in the Bougainville suite. The staff onsite were truly very attentive and nice. Marilyn, Ira, Albert, and James to name a few stood out to me and gave excellent customer service. Ira was the driver that met me at the airport and he was a very careful driver which I appreciated. The view of the Pitons is definitely the highlight of the resort. I ate dinner the first night which was fresh and delicious. A few things about the rooms. They do look dated, the bed was firm, the outdoor shower was better in theory but was crawling with little tree frogs and other bugs at night and the toilet is basically outside. Things were going fine until my third night which also happened to be special because it was my birthday night. Up until this point I had been noticing little tree frogs coming up under the brown doors especially at night that led to the patio areas but this particular night the amount of bugs in general was excessive. I seen and had to kill a number of frogs, roaches and other flying insects which in my opinion is unacceptable! There was a sheer mosquito net around the bed which was my only protection from the bugs getting in the bed. There was also bug spray left in the room which I used daily and almost emptied the bottle this night. After staying up majority of the night killing bugs, I text messaged the owner Alisa who said she would send someone to see what else would be done.

I have mixed feelings about Caille Blanc. Overall I had a really great trip and enjoyed myself, but I can’t help feeling a little underwhelmed.

Pros:
- The view is definitely one of the best in Soufriere.
- The pool, obviously. It’s gorgeous, and with such a sml number of rooms it was never crowded. We never had trouble getting a chair.
The grounds were decorated with pretty lights for Christmas, and the table floral arrangements were beautiful. There was definitely a nice ambiance at night. It’s also well landscaped and taken care of.
- Solid breakfast spread, one of the best I’ve had a hotel. They offer different options every day so you’re not eating the same thing every morning for a week.
- The staff. They were very friendly, and although we would have appreciated one point person, we were able to get what we needed relatively easily.

Cons
- The price of the food is absolutely insane. The meal plan is $250 USD per day per couple (without alcohol) or you can order separately for about $50/entree $20 for bread/salad/etc. Lunch is $25 for a sandwich. Pasta with tomato sauce and a few veggies is $30. The property is very secluded, and I think their prices were set with the knowledge that there aren’t very many alternatives. We stopped by a grocery store on the way in and grabbed a few things to make our own lunch and drinks.
- Transportation is also incredibly expensive, probably due to the cost of gas and car maintenance because of the roads. I think this is on par

We don't even know where to begin. For one, the views are just breathtaking, the photos on the internet do not do it justice. There is no such thing as a bad view from this Villa. If you're looking for an all-inclusive that has food sitting out all the time, then this place is not for you. This Villa is better than that, you order FRESH cooked meals for lunch and dinner from their APP. We chose the food plan, which was great, breakfast, lunch and dinner was included along with wine/rum punch. You can order additional beer/ cocktails from the staff as well, but you many want to pick up your favorite liquor at the local store for more options. Loved the outdoor, airy shower, the grounds are spotless at all times. Every member of the staff is personable and all about your needs. Very quiet, romantic little piece of heaven hidden away on the waters edge. You can sit in the pool and watch boats go by all day. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves as other guests were out on excursions. There are several areas to escape in to sit outside and read a book without anyone being around. This place is perfect for the quiet, peaceful getaway with breathtaking views at all times. A non-air conditioned bathroom and taking a shower outside may not be for everyone, but for us it was part of the experience of the most beautiful serene view that never ended. We are already planning our next trip. Who wouldn't like being spoiled by their staff again? Awesome!

The best SERVICE, POOL, and MEALS ever

Our stay at Caille Blanc Villa was nothing short of amazing. The service by the staff at this resort is by far the best we have ever had. We have never met a staff so kind, friendly, and willing to do anything for us. Secondly, the chef was amazing. The food was prepared fresh and they served some of the best meals we have ever eaten.

To top it all off, the views from the infinity pool were to die for. Hands down one of the best views of our lives. Aside from getting bit my mosquitoes every night, this place is perfect.

For you stay here, I recommend bringing bug spray, sun screen, and a empty stomach because you will feast like kings.
