The property is beautiful. The accommodation was private and we made use of the room service often. Navigating around the property can be challenging as it’s spread out and very hilly. Can be rainy as well being in the rain forest.
The all inclusive was well worth while, fabulous food! The pool rarely gets used as there is no washroom or change area. Also no pool bar. Food & drinks can be ordered through an App but not easily navigated.

Ti Kaye is exactly the peaceful and relaxed vibe we hoped it would be. The accommodations are immaculate, the food is good (but perhaps lacking a bit of variety. After a week it started feeling a bit limited), the staff is terrific.

The beach is good, but there is a somewhat steady stream of party boats coming in and disgorging their tourist loads for swimming and snorkeling. It’s not the end of the world, and there’s a section of the beach reserved just for Ti Kaye, but the beach can go from extremely peaceful to definitely not (and then back again) in short order. Their pizzas at the beach restaurant are excellent.

We loved our week here and would highly recommend Ti Kaye to anyone looking for tranquility and relaxation.

The employees were always friendly and accommodating, the bungalow with the large porch was fabulous, the food everyday was fabulous and we loved the rotating menu, the app for making reservations and ordering food was super convenient, and it had more things included in the all-inclusive package then we found anywhere else. We will be going back for sure!!

Amazing honeymoon stay with beautiful views and great food

We had a wonderful honeymoon at Ti Kaye Resort and would happily return.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully prepared with wine and flowers on arrival. The outdoor shower was a highlight — large, private, great water pressure, and surrounded by nature. Ocean views, hammocks, and rocking chairs made it very relaxing.

Food and drinks were excellent with generous portions and rotating menus. Cocktails at the lounge were outstanding. The beach is beautiful, snorkeling is affordable, and kayaks/paddleboards are free. The spa is a must-try with stunning views, and excursions were easy to book through the hotel.

The resort feels intimate and safe, with only 33 cabins, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere.

Service was generally good, though somewhat inconsistent — most staff were friendly and professional, but occasional wait times for food and bills were long. Also, be careful not to leave food in the room, as ants can appear quickly.

Overall, a fantastic and memorable stay. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic, secluded getaway.

The resort is tranquil, beautiful and very laid back. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were exceptional. The snorkeling off the beach is incredible. I lost count of how many types of fish I saw.
This is not a party resort like some of the larger resorts - it is somewhere you go to relax and get away from it all. I would absolutely recommend it.

Ti Kaye is fabulous.
It’s hard to put into words how much I loved this resort. It is stunnimg.
The beautiful location, decour, gardens ambiance,attention to detail and fabulous vibe.
The food was stunning with a variety of drinks.
My house was so special, with a fabulous bed, outside shower, hammock, rocking chair.

The beach is close and access is by funicular and the bay beautiful
Calm and smorkling was a breeze.

very nice resort in general + nice food.

two minor issues:
- we went for Thanksgiving and it was a bit rainy + many flies/mosquitos as a result
- all house wines were included into the all-inclusive but waiters kept giving us attitude for not ordering bottles. and poured cheap house wines instead of what we've ordered on a few occasions.

that just left a bad taste in our mouth. i'd be happy to pay extra not to deal with passive aggressive bs like that.

I will forever be grateful with the great staff at Ti Ka Ye for making our engagement trip unforgettable. Since before our arrival, they assisted me with planning my proposal, coordinated everything perfectly and made our stay simply magical.

The food is great, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are well taken care of and has (in our opinion) one of the best views on the island.

We loved and enjoyed the hotel activities, and they are a must if you visit. We did the SPA and a bunch of outdoor activities. (Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Stand Up Paddle, and it was lots of fun!

If you’re visiting St Lucia, we highly recommend staying at Ti Ka Ye.

My girlfriend (now fiancé) and myself were incredibly happy and we are definitely coming back one day for an anniversary trip.

I truly enjoyed my time at Ti Kaye. From the airport pickup, onsite spa services, delicious food at the restaurants onsite, scuba diving/snorkeling instruction to the airport drop off - me and my husband was extremely impressed with the hospitality and offerings of the resort each day. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The only downside was the distance to other places outside the resort, but that was easily remedied when the resort offered transportation to local restaurants. Truly 10/10!

We had a great stay at tikaye. The villa was private, great views of the ocean. The beach was not crowded, no line for drinks, and several friendly locals, like Charlie. Staff was accommodating and friendly onsite + during travel to airport. Honeymoon package could have been more personalized but still a good deal. Food options, somewhat limited with only two restaurants, and active birds during breakfast, pooping.

We stayed for 6 nights. Incredible views, amazing views, and some of the best food I have ever eaten! The place is a perfect peaceful getaway! Yes, the roads are a little bumpy to get there but its not a big deal at all. This is a small resort with so many activities. Since it's a small resort you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. This also means your activities are unique. A few of our activities were just the 2 of us, which made it feel so much more special. I will absolutely be coming back!

My Wife and I absolutely loved our vacation. Ti Kaye was as beautiful and well maintained as the photos showed on Expedia. The Staff was amazing and the Food was unbelievable. Def. worth the All Inclusive package.

Some suggestions for those coming to the Ti Kaye Resort that would have been very helpful to know. First we rented a car. They are all right side drive vehicles and drive on the left side of the road. The roads are not well maintained getting to the resort from the airport. Decide before you book if you are up for the challenge. The drive that starts at the resorts sign off of the main road to get to the resort is actually the worst as far as quality. Very rough and full of potholes. I thought maybe I had come in the staff only entrance.

The beach was wonderful. One suggestion I can make is to bring river shoes. Not just flip-flops/sandals. While the sand is soft, at the waters edge to about 15 feet in there are rocks that we saw absolutely everyone struggle with. Past the 15 feet of rock it turns back into soft sand but I was very thankful I had shoes to wear in the water.

The rooms were awesome and clean. I love the outdoor shower the most. The AC was good and they had 1 standard American power outlet we could use. We had brought an adapter but did not need it which was nice. Very Romantic.

10/10 for us! We also decided that Adults Only is soooo nice! It was busy but never seemed crowded.

A couple of concerns: pay-in-advance for all-inclusive was far more expensive than just buying meals and drinks after arriving.
A 2nd concern was that the food was hit-and-miss. The continental breakfast was great, but the other meals were decent about 1/3 of the time. Not bad the other times, just not excellent.

I cannot recommend Ti Kaye enough! The staff was excellent, the views were to die for, the food and drinks were delicious, and there was so much to do! (Or not to do if wanting to just hang out at the villa, beach, or pool). There is amazing snorkeling right at the resorts beach. We did the Ti Adventure package and would highly recommend it for anyone going - we got to do a Land & Sea Tour Soufriere, a snorkeling trip down the coast where we got to snorkel in 3 different spots, hiked the Gros Piton, got a couples massage, and had an amazing wine tasting!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff are the best part of Ti Kaye, followed by the unique style and setting of the accommodation and main building. Very private, romantic and personal. Some foods could be more hygienically kept such as items at the breakfast buffet with birds walking on them, and we saw some condiments kept without lids at the beach bar. Ti Kaye is located in a remote part of the island, making day excursions challenging. But no worries, because the resort is stunning and has incredible snorkeling and kayaking options. There are weekly rum and wine tastings. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are just lovely. The gym was too hot for me to use (no consistent a/c). The beach is very rocky; bring water shoes.

But i would say the rest off the staff were excellent. Our one criticism, is no outside bar. There is waiter service to the pool area, but drinks do take a while to come. Would i recommend, yes.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and made a point of making your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. The food was good, but more options, especially seafood would have been nice. For being an island, having more than one fish variety offered for an entire week was a little disappointing. The amenities were great, private beach, chairs/loungers and cabanas were nice. The floating hammocks were also very enjoyable. The free snorkeling, kayaks, and paddle boards were also great. While I did not personally partake in the spa, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her facial and the various options offered. While we loved the resort, the island did not offer a whole lot else. The small hikes, waterfalls, and mud baths were fun, but the towns very poor - though most locals were quite friendly, probably due to their dependance on tourists. We rented a car and drove, which I actually thought was fine. However, the roads are narrow, mostly unmarked, and in poor condition. Still, cheaper than renting taxis and better than having to be on someone elses schedule and sharing with other groups. The rum & chocolate tasting and tour was awesome, highly recommended! Finally, no matter what you read, be sure to bring plenty of cash. Outside the resort, credit cards are rarely accepted and U.S. dollars is the preferred currency. That's because of the high exchange rate for the ECD. I think locals look at it as travelers see lower prices using the U.S. dollar and figure they are getting a

Otherwise, roads and entrance are hair pin turns, narrow and left side driving. It takes 30 minutes to go 9 miles. Beautiful beach. Tends to be busy with catamaran's and snorkeling groups. Amazing! A wonderful place to spend a vacation. It all started with the people. The staff were wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and eager to help make our stay the best. Reception knew our itinerary better than we did without even looking. A specific shout-out to Rose, Carsean and Dina for being amazing. The view was breathtaking. The food was divine. The rooms were immaculate. The beach and snorkeling in the Bay were also amazing. The excursions were fun and informative and the drivers were the best. ONLY downside was the road into the resort. Wish we could have stayed longer and wish I had more stars to give. It is a truly wonderful place.

Didn't live up to what we expected from other reviews.

We met a couple of truly wonderful staff and a bunch who didn't care or needed re-training. We had a waiter that delivered the appetizers and then disappeared. When someone else brought out our food (after flagging someone down), it was lukewarm and had sat waiting for a long time. Getting our water glasses refilled took up to 20 minutes at times. Two nights we waited over an hour for the main course and another night we had it in 10 minutes (same dish). The kitchen was very inconsistent on their delivery. There was a sweet theme to many of the evening meals and not a lot of changes from night to night, leaving us disappointed in the food. Requesting the sweet sauces be removed didn't work either and just delayed our food even longer (and still a sweet chutney was put on the meat)

It was a steep road (14 degree incline) and many stairs down to our room. You get a workout just walking from the room to the restaurant. Built on a hillside, there are many stairs as you would expect. However, not all of the stairs had railings or the railings started several stairs down the staircase. If you are not sure on your feet, this may not be the resort for you.

I will say the rooms were nice and quiet. The beach matched what everyone said, (rocks included). The snorkeling was good. But the service and food will keep us from coming back to this resort again.

Ti Kaye offers a beautiful view of the Caribbean together with excellent food, a lovely beach, and comfortable and attractive rooms. It's location is somewhat isolated from the rest of the island, making it ideal for relaxing at the resort or taking water taxis and other sea-side excursions but less ideal for ground transportation. Given the terrible condition of the roads in St. Lucia, I don't think that's anything to complain of. The staff was very friendly, and overall I feel Ti Kaye is excellent for the price. I wish they let us take or own luggage to our room instead of making us wait for someone to drive over there with us, but whatever. The room was nice when we got there.

This Resort & Spa was absolutely awesome. If there are any negative reviews given on this resort they are just difficult people who likes to be extra. Yes roads are rough yes it's secluded. It's an island. Me myself loved every minute from the time they picked us up at airport until the time they dropped us off at the airport. Pay for the all inclusive package especially if you drink and eat all day. If not, expect to pay for everything and don't complain about what everything cost like i read on reviews before I arrived. ALL THE STAFF cares for you and makes sure your stay is the BEST. TI Kaye Staff ya'll were professional, caring and lovely people. 😍 ❤️

From the moment we booked our week stay the staff have gone above and beyond answering any question we had ( via messaging thru Hotels.com) and assuring us that we should not worry , we were in good hands. This lil slice of heaven is truly a magical place. The beautiful people here make it a point to smile and say your name in any conversation. The food is delicious. The excursions are wonderful . We will ALWAYS come back to our home away from home in St Lucia .

The access road was borderline undrivable. 2km of essentially off-road driving.
Although in a very pretty location, the hotel itself is in a terrible location, with activities and places of interest on the island being a minimum 40 minute drive away. Breakfast was a scam, with the smallest selection of food I have ever experienced, necessitating ordering from the menu for extra money. There where also a lot of flies and birds during breakfast that would constantly try to get your food.
The beach is frequented by tour boats (meaning it is in fact NOT a private beach), unclean and infested with mosquitos. The rooms are quite dated and in need of an update. Nice but not far from luxurious.

Lunch and dinner were ok, but serving was slow. The restaurant by the beach was enjoyable.

However, the staff were nice and the outdoor shower was a fun experience. The view was also as priorly mentioned, very pretty.

Overall a very basic experience, skip this one.

I recently stayed at Ti Kaye resort and Spa and, unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had.

First off, the breakfast was a major letdown. Although breakfast was supposedly “included,” we waited over 30 minutes just to get bread served, and once we did, the experience got even worse. The included breakfast options were extremely limited, lacking in variety, and of poor quality. To make matters worse, you have to pay extra for any cooked options like eggs, bacon, or drinks, and even these were subpar at best. Tammy, the waitress, seemed visibly annoyed every time she came to our table, even rolling her eyes at me at one point. The service was so rushed that our plates were taken away while we were still eating.

Another downside is the location. The resort is very remote, with bumpy access roads that make getting there challenging. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking information, so we were quite unprepared. Once we finally arrived, we discovered that the amenities were equally disappointing: no TV in the room, and the Wi-Fi was incredibly poor. We had two full days where the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all, with no explanation or apology from the staff.

To top it off, at the end of our stay, we were presented with a bill that included hidden fees and unexpected charges. Despite having taxes and fees included in our reservation, the hotel tacked on over $100 for local taxes, as well as a $2 per night “education fee” to support workers

This trip was absolutely lovely. My wife and I stayed at Ti Kaye for the last 4 nights of our honeymoon and loved every second of it.

The staff are top notch and really go out of their way to provide 5 star service to the guests. The food was excellent across the board (we opted for the all inclusive package and never left hungry).

The resort provides tons of activities at a very reasonable rate so you can get out and explore without having to trouble yourself. My wife and I did a guided snorkel trip which was epic. Note: some activities only run on specific days, so it's worth checking in with the resort if you have specific items you'd like to check out to make sure you can line up your stay with those dates.

Otherwise, we would absolutely come back. I would encourage anyone thinking about booking an all inclusive to definitely stay here-it's worth it and you would not be disappointed.

I loved my stay here! The staff were all so nice and the location was beautiful! Having a private cove, the beach bar and a hammock on the front porch was nice! I highly recommend for honeymooners or anniversaries for it's romantic vibe! I stayed solo though and had a great time. I will definitely return! 🙏

The staff are so warm friendly and helpful. The beach is so rocky though it’s not the white sand smooth beaches you read about in Caribbean. The food is excellent lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Beautiful scenery and gardens lots of nature. Rooms are great outdoor shower is lovely. Warning there are bugs and lizards which might show up in your bathroom.

Our stay at Ti Kay was enjoyable, but it's essential to note that this resort may not suit everyone's preferences. The location, while scenic, is remote, with attractions and amenities over an hour's drive away. On-site entertainment options are scarce, and dining at the hotel comes with steep prices and small portions.

However, the mosquito issue was manageable with the spray we brought with us. To truly experience St. Lucia, we recommend renting a car, but only if you're comfortable driving on rugged roads and on the left side. This allowed us to explore the island extensively, taking advantage of more affordable, driveable excursions outside of the hotel's offerings. We rarely spent time at the resort, instead opting to venture out and discover the island's hidden gems.

Staff was extremely nice and kept the place very clean. My only complaint is the wait for food and the room service wait. Me and my wife waited an hour and 30 minutes on two occasions for food. I would have understood if it was very busy but being that it was only three other couples was unacceptable.

The stay was wonderful and we plan to come back. BUT we will not go back to the beach until the lift is fixed. At the beach, we were approached by a man in a kayak who said he would take us to the area for snorkeling. I assumed he worked for the hotel. He proceeded to drag us maybe half a mile from the beach. We were caught in an undercurrent and we needed to be saved by a Sandals Resort boat. My husband could’ve drowned. I had a horrible sunburn from being stranded, and my arms were so sore that I couldn’t sleep. The rest of the trip was ruined. Trying to get up the stairs back to my hotel from the beach, I nearly had a heart attack. I could see my heart beating out of my chest, and I could feel a tightness that I’ve never felt before. There are too many stairs, too steep, and too hot for a healthy 45-year-old woman to get back up. I really love everything else about this resort. But I think these issues need to be addressed before somebody dies.

Our stay at Ti Kaye was absolutely wonderful! Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The privacy was just what we were wanting for our honeymoon. The view was stunning. All the food we had was delicious. On days we left for excursions before breakfast, the staff packed an exquisite breakfast to go. All our interactions with the staff were friendly and professional. Dinah was an absolute riot during the rum tasting as well! The beach was incredible, and we loved being able to snorkle the gorgeous reef. We cannot wait to go back!

This is definitely a place to reconnect with your partner. I would recommend getting the soaking pool and adding the honeymoon upgrade. The bonuses are worth the price. The outdoor shower was great! The view are breath taking. The staff was friendly. Ro knew his wines during a class and I would encourage you to take it. If you are unsure what wine to have with your dinner just ask for him and he'll help. There was a rum tasting class too but we didn't get to experience it. As an educator my favorite was Chris the driver giving us all the history. He was awesome. It was also really cool being there while St. Lucia won their first gold medal.

They always tried to go above and beyond, The beauty of the resort was amazing and the rooms were so nice for being so rustic and tied in with nature, but that was one of our favorite parts about the resort. It was quite most of the time, besides when the snorkeling boats came in, but it was fun seeing all the tours & also snorkle the same spots without having to leave the resort, Which was a huge thing for me, because I get very carsick and going out a lot wasn't something I wanted to have to do. The resort had everything we needed there and more. The spa was amazing. The food and restaurants are amazing.The app was amazing and I couldn't have had a better stay!! I always love to try new places, but this one is a hard to do only do once. I'm definitely going to have to go back!!

Overall, our stay was quiet amazing. We can't say enough of the service staff -- they go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing enjoyable. Our check-in was a bit unprofessional -and not the best way to start our stay. Nonethless, the beach, pool, excursions and food were all excellent! My wife and I had a great experience at Ti Kaye for our second honeymoon. We stayed for 8 days and loved the easy access to the beach, the pool and the staff was always very friendly and gave great service. Especially Sandy, she was our fave. The food was good and Inwish I’d gotten the pizza earlier on our stay because it was really good.

My only complaint is that the description on the menu didn’t match what was served. The protein was always correct but the “jerk sauce” on the pork tenderloin didn’t taste like jerk sauce was exactly the same as the “chimichurri” I ordered the next night. They were both still really good though.

I want to say a big thank you to the entire staff!!! The experience here was absolutely amazing. This is a special place. 😍 From the time time your driver picks you up at the airport and tells you all the history of the island along the 90 minute drive to the resort, the concierge meets you explaining EVERYTHING about the resort, and the bell hop drops off your luggage. Then the excursions are wonderful both onsite and off site. So much thought and detail with personal touches. The wine tasting was perfect. Also while you are there they cater to your every need. The food is amazing at both venues. Poolside and beachside service was impeccable. On the last day while waiting for my driver, they even brought me a farewell mimosa. So lovely!!! A special thank you to Christian, Vincia, Rohan, Donavan, Sandy, Kimberly, Merissa, and Olivia. Job well done!!!

Beautiful beach, lovely views, comfortable rooms, great food and drink and an INCREDIBLE wine cave (and selection!)

Only negative: if you plan to stay here and rent a car, make sure you get some kind of small SUV, the entry road is one of the roughest I’ve seen and the roads leading up to it are winding as well but the journey is worth it!

Not the easiest of locations to get to or to experience local night life, however, the resort itself becomes it own amazing community! The staff make extra effort to learn your name and preferences, the fellow guests are quick to start up a conversation and get to know each other the atmosphere just screams secluded lil family by the sea.
