Overall we had a really nice stay at Zoëtry! The facilities are really nice, especially the pool and our room. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was very charming and relaxing. Cons were that the food wasn’t very good, except at the steakhouse where you had to pay extra outside of the all-inclusive, and the beach they use is open to the public, so it’s just not quite as peaceful compared to a private beach. If you are looking for a resort vacation that is very relaxing without breaking the bank, and you don’t mind missing some of the full luxury experiences, then Zoëtry would be a great place for you and/or your family!

Our first room had a very musty smell, so bad we woke up ver stuffy and not feeling well. They moved us to another room. That room was better. the food at the resort was good. There wasn't enough activity for an all inclusive. There wasn't enough chairs at either pool. And never enough towels.

Our flight home got cancelled and we asked if they could accommodate us longer and we never received an answer.

The resort also needs some repairs on the walkways, many bricks were loose.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at Zoetry, the staff cared to make the experience memorable.

Food was good, we enjoyed the daily specials at 1461.

Room is beautiful, bed is comfy and we enjoyed the Le Labo products.

We did not get to use our resort credit as hoped (you can only use on certain limited add-ons that will still be out of pocket), which would have been nice.

I don't recommend zoetry marigot bay. Very disorganised. Didn't receive basic services and amenities advertised.

Some staff were incredible and food was excellent but overall, not worth the luxury price tag.

Our room was poorly put together, some of the plug sockets were dangerous. The toilet flush didn't work properly.

Our key cards expired twice. One occasion was shortly before checkout, we returned to our room after breakfast to get our bags and check out, but the card had expired. My partner had to run down the two flights of stairs, down the steep slope, and the long path down to reception. Wait in the long queue at front desk to be seen, then run back along the long path and up the steep slope and stairs to get our bags, and then run all the way back to the front desk to check out in time. This was very physically and mentally stressful.

When we arrived our room wasn't properly prepared, we didn't receive the advertised complementary bottle of rum, our drinks fridge was not restocked at all during our stay despite seeing staff visiting other rooms nearby with drinks and water bottles.

We asked, via the app, and via the concierge, for drinks and water to be delivered to the room but found we had to ask several times each day to receive them.

Events schedule was inaccurate and underwhelming: wrist artistry is bracelet making, golden hour ceremony is champagne by the harbour.

The complimenty laundry service returned our clothes unwashed, we had to send them back.

We spent our first wedding anniversary here, and it was a truly relaxing and welcoming stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and offered complimentary fruit punch, which set the tone for the entire experience.
Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone.

This was a beautiful property with excellent service. Everyone was exceptionally kind, offering not only service but history of the island, excursion ideas, dinner options etc. Ernie was so wonderful to just stop and chat with on a daily basis. We loved the Rum cave experience with Carla! It was excellent and Rashida, Tammy and a host of others made dining a pleasure- so accommodating. Lastly Ella was so fun to talk to and helped with booking our transportation and excursions.
My only drawback was the bathroom in the room needed an upgrade. But other than that it was an awesome way to start the new year! Would definitely recommend

We were stranded on the island after the Venezuela incident occurred and the manager and concierge assisted us with reduce room rates and keeping us posted about flight information and alternate travel information. We could not leave the island due all airports shut down. Rooms were dated but acceptable. Had fun on all of excursion ( the sea and land tour, New Year's eve festivities, Sunset cruise and Downtown street party). This trip was to celebrate my 55 th Birthday. Even with the traveling incident , we had a BLAST!!!!!

I stayed at this hotel last week while on vacation. The staff were truly amazing very friendly, helpful, and professional. They are the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. However, the hotel itself was very boring. There were no activities by the pool to do during the day, so it felt quiet and lifeless. My biggest issue was the food. Every single day it was the same menu. I was literally eating the same meals over and over. The food was not very good, especially for a vacation resort. Room service was also a problem it took nearly two hours for food to arrive, which is unacceptable. The buffet was extremely disappointing. At most resorts, you can walk up, choose from many options, and serve yourself. Here, there was very little variety. Compared to other hotels, this buffet felt very limited and low quality.

Easily the worst “luxury” resort experience I’ve ever had. Zoëtry Marigot Bay should be embarrassed to operate under that label. From start to finish, the stay was defined by frustration, incompetence, and apathy.

Customer service was forgetful, disengaged, and visibly miserable. Requests were “noted” and then ignored, follow-ups went unanswered, and promises were routinely broken. Communication between departments was horrendous, creating constant confusion. For a resort charging premium prices, this level of dysfunction is unacceptable.

At times it genuinely felt like staff hated their jobs and made that everyone else’s problem. There was no warmth or hospitality—just indifference and robotic responses. Based on operational standards alone, this place should not be running as-is.

Room service was particularly alarming. Staff entered the room without knocking, a shocking violation of privacy and basic hotel etiquette, paired with a careless, nonchalant attitude.

The only saving grace was the Food & Beverage team. The chefs and F&B managers were professional, attentive, and competent, and the food was excellent. They were the only people who seemed to understand what hospitality actually means.

Zoëtry Marigot Bay is a textbook case of overpromising and catastrophically underdelivering. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The rooms were serviced 3x daily and with every turn down service there was a little treat left on our beds. The personal butler staff that came with the residence homes were amazing and responded quickly every time! We loved Neil & Sean! Also our favorite bartender was at the pool bar - Ms Alison! The sweetest lady ever and she introduced me to the best drink ever! (BBC -Banana, Bailey’s & Caramel/Chocolate). Overall an amazing experience for my party of 6 members that were celebrating our birthdays!

Zoetry St. Lucia is exactly what we expected. We traveled to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we wanted an all-inclusive, quiet, peaceful resort. Zoetry was very quiet and our room upgrade was very nice. We enjoyed the plunge pool. The staff was great! Very helpful and smiled everyday. Our two butlers Rochel and Gimel were fantastic. They always fulfilled our request with a great big smile. Ms. Allison at the swim up pool was great with our drinks and food orders. We did take advantage of our 40% off discount at the spa and it was very nice and relaxing. We only have a few recommendations. The AC system in our penthouse was not very good at all. We would be warm at night and while we got dressed after a shower. Overall, service was great, but the staff can do a better job of assisting guests using the infinity pool. On many occasions, I would have to leave the pool area and go upstairs to the swim up bar to place a food or drink order. Lastly, the food options were great overall, but could step up just a notch. We would recommend Zoetry to anyone trying to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax.

This is an amazing resort for rest and relaxation. If you want to spend time with that special person this is the place to go. The staff is attentive and go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The food is delicious and you have the option of several restaurants.
This resort is over an hour from the airport. However, the resort offers transportation at a cost. I would recommend the tour the resort offers its a great way to see the island,

Staying at Zoetry was an overall great experience. It’s about an hour ride from the international airport and we were greeted with a drink and a cold towel on arrival. Check in was quick and we were driven to our first room, which was lovely and stocked with ample drinks and a sample of cakes to celebrate our honeymoon! Unfortunately while settling in we quickly discovered a leak under the bathroom sink. The staff were quick to upgrade our room complimentary and made no fuss about it which we really appreciated. The food was tasty and service was kind and respectful; however, service was slow. They absolutely run on ‘island time’ as they’ve said. My husband was also not happy with the lack of poolside space available, considering we went during the rainy season. I’d be curious to see how they fair during their busy season. We highly recommend the excursions, we did the land and sea/tout jour tour through Expedia which was an unforgettable experience with the mud baths and waterfall. We also did the sunset cruise through Zoetry which was so fun! The beach was ok, but the locals flock to you the second you arrive, so stand firm if you don't want anything. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a resort that focuses on R & R and shuts down at midnight, Zoetry is for you, but if you want a more food options and entertainment, then this isn’t the resort for you. We had a great time overall and would definitely recommend if you’re looking to simply relax.

The customer service here sucks. The butlers don't respond on whatsapp for request. I requested a slick of cake and card for my wife almost 2 days before we checked out and never received it. Im particular, Gimel is extremely rude and arrogant. When I asked a question that he didnt answer clearly and I went to concierge to clarify he approached me showing me my picture on WhatsApp to intimidate me and then tried to belittle me as to why I came to ask for clarification. The food sucks. The pictures don't match the full ambiance in person. We experienced massive power outtage for almost 1 hour the day before we left. Hurricane hole smells like sewage. We also ate at 1461 and saw a cat walk through the restaurant and into the kitchen. The premises also requires extensive walking up and down which isn't friendly to people with disabilities. However, the good thing is the ferry to the beach (super rocky), the sunset cruise, and the yoga class. In addition, Ella and Rochel were both the best staff on the resort. Super professional and provided good hospitality when applicable.

Experience was shockingly disappointing completely because of service and staff. The property has wonderful potential but the people working in the restaurants and bars made everything excruciating. We waited at least 45 minutes each time we ordered anything. At the swim up pool, I ordered a basic drink all bartenders know, and was told they only have what’s on their drink menu. So, the bartenders don’t know how to make any drinks on a resort where people come to enjoy drinks. It’s sad. And once you order a basic drink, expect to get it up to an hour later. We witnessed bartenders taking shots together instead of serving us. We ended up asking where our order was and found it lying on the counter while they prioritized other things. Completely disordered and unmanaged.
Also, hours after requesting rooms service, no one came to clean our room until it was night time and we were getting ready for bed. Disaster service.

If hospitality is important to you, this isn’t the place for you.

This was hands down the worst vacation we’ve ever taken. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip. I had been in contact with the hotel for over a month. They confirmed everything we asked for and acted like they cared, but clearly, they didn’t. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were greasy handprints on the walls and stains on the floor. We left dirt and wrappers on purpose just to see if housekeeping would clean it. Guess what? They didn’t. All they did was fix the bed. That’s not cleaning that’s laziness. My wife is pregnant and we have dietary restrictions, which I communicated clearly in advance. The hotel told me not to worry and that they’d accommodate anything we needed. Another lie. They made us feel like we were asking for too much when we were just trying to eat safely. We were so fed up we cut our trip short. You don’t plan a vacation for months just to leave early out of frustration. The staff was cold and careless. One of the worst people we dealt with was Claire incredibly rude and unprofessional. We asked for something simple, and she made it a huge problem. We waited hours for food, only to get bland, cold plates that weren’t worth a dime. Their restaurant is a joke with barely any options. The photos online are complete lies this place is nothing like what they advertise. It’s a scam. I feel like a fool for booking here and wasting our money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the regret.

I did not like this property at all. the restaurant was very limited in terms of options-only 3 places to eat and only 1 was good. the restaurant call \"Hurricane Hole\" stunk and I mean literally stinks (the air is awful-smells like sewer). The room of the hotel is old and not updated-bathroom is not clean-you hear the birds all night from the bathroom window and it cannot be close as they are wooden louvers. not good.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my time at the property. Many staff members were unapproachable and did not exhibit the level of professionalism I expected. While I did appreciate the efforts of a few courteous team members, their positive impact was overshadowed by the behaviors of others.

Additionally, I found the beach area to be below expectations; it did not meet the typical standard of a beach destination, leading to many guests, including myself, not utilizing this amenity.

Moreover, my room was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. I noticed stains on the sheets, and it was apparent that my private pool had not been maintained for some time.

I loved the eco-lodge concept for this resort. I also loved getting an upgrade to a penthouse suite with a plunge pool upon arrival! Staff were friendly and food was good. My only complaint is that staff had no adapters for us to charge our devices, and we were also not aware that we would need adapters for our chargers so this was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

They didn't have the right room that I paid for originally and I had to go thru my emails to show proof. The steps that ai read about wasn't as bad as I thought. I was one level under the top floor (55) steps. Be careful and watch you step on the brick steps. The food was okay but they are not giving you alot but it might be all you need. The Hurricane Hole was nice to sit and eat and look at the water area. Coco Cafe was cute and a nice cool place to have a drink and sweets (cakes, pies n ice cream) I enjoyed by time here at this resort. It's more laid back.

Overall the stay was great. The wine tasting is great on Sunday. The rum tea sting is also good. Along with the spa staff and massages. However the biggest issue came down to the concierge service. They have poor communication between them selfs. I went to book a few different trips outside the resort and only one got booked due to poor communication on their part. I ordered a special dinner for my wife’s and my anniversary confirmed it the morning over and that night it did not happen. They acted as if they had booked it and the other couple took to long. However the menu I ordered for us they did not have any of it. They take forever to respond to emails and tell you can book thing once you arrive. However every time we went to the concierge it was some different or no one was there to help you. We meet other couples there who had a great time but had experienced similar issues.

To be fair, we went during the off season (September and hurricanes) and it seemed like they were low staffed with low occupancy, but overall the resort is fantastic, with lots of daily activities and we highly recommend Joy’s adventure to the volcano mud baths and waterfall! Definitely worth the trip!!

Still reeling over our beautiful time at the Zoetry St. Lucia! My husband and I came for our honeymoon and were amazed at the level of service and friendliness across the entire staff. This is the perfect destination if you want a mix of a relaxing vacation with some fun activities. We wanted to shout out a few people for making our stay extra special! Caleb was the ULTIMATE bartender providing us with delicious drinks and great conversation every time we frequented the swim up pool bar! He greeted us every time we walked by the pool area! Nigel was an excellent bartender who was the life of the party dancing on the sunset cruise! Jay was a fantastic Yoga teacher who is extremely knowledgeable about fitness! At the gym, he helped my husband and I work on our strength training forms! He also hosted a super fun mixology class that helped us hone in on our bartending skills! Darceyl was very knowledgeable about the art of body scrub making and was full of good conversation and a few laughs! Tracey served us a special private dinner in a tree house on the resort. Each course was delicious and fresh! She went above and beyond when she escorted us back to our room with an umbrella after our meal.
We wanted to shout out the entire concierge team at the library and specifically Johann for checking in with us and helping us to book memorable activities! We wish we could have remembered every single person’s name because truly we were in awe by the service. Thank you!

1. There was no hot water in either sink or shower, water pressure was very low which made bathing difficult and unpleasant. Also, the toilet didn't flush fully. I notified the desk starting at 9:00 pm as we only got to our room at around 7 pm due to it not being ready at our 4:45pm arrival.

2. So, we went walking around and then we went to dinner and then hoped to shower and go to bed, yet there was no robes in the room, only one set of slippers

3. Our room had no electrical converter as given to other guests and although we asked, were never given one.

4. Upon arrival at 4:45pm our room was not ready yet stated check in is at 4pm. We did not have access to our room until 7pm.

5. The staff committed to put our suitcases in our room when it was ready so they would be there for us. Yet when we retuned from dinner only one suitcase was in the room and my daughters suitcase was not there as promised and we had to call for it.
6. At around 10:15 we received notice that the manager wanted us to move rooms. This after three hours of giving notice of issues and by that time, I relayed it was too late as we had to leave early at 8:30.

7. At 10:45 pm a man came to our room offering to move us. My daughter was already in bed trying to sleep and I relayed this was not an acceptable or comfortable solution.

8. This morning we woke tired and the morning desk told me the night staff didn't relay any details regarding any of the above. So they were completel
