This place was absolutely magical! From the incredible room amenities to the delicious food, everything about our stay was five-star. The pools were breathtaking, the views were spectacular, and the entire property felt first class. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This was quite the experience. We stayed for 9 days at the start of a longer Caribbean trip. The service at the hotel is outstanding, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The luxe room was open to the rainforest experience, which was a great thing, but with some mosquito drawbacks. Despite the mosquito net over the bed, we had many bites.
Eating at the hotel was very good, the food quality was excellent.
The chocolate making tour and Soufriere experience (hot springs, waterfall, botanical gardens) were very good too.
A 3-5 night stay here is an excellent, different experience.

The hotel environment was peaceful and relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. And the views were simply amazing. Everything was clean, the food was great along with the service. I loved the open air concept that allows you to connect with nature. Plus the location is near all the things I wanted to do. Overall it was such a wonderful experience. I even purchased a velvetiser when I came back home because I enjoyed the hot chocolate so much.

They shared fun facts about the hotel and their culture, along with some local fruits and snacks while we sat by the pool. The resort is immaculately maintained with beautiful gardens everywhere. We would definitely come back!

Very enjoyable 5-day stay at Rabot Hotel. The front desk team were very welcoming on arrival (it helped that they serve up a strong house rum upon check-in!). The team prepared a personalised itinerary for my stay, involving the Gros Piton climb, chocolate making tour, coco nib afternoon tea and a local rum tasting - all highly recommended! Mind the piton climb though, it is not for the faint hearted :) Special shout out to my man Romario a the bar, and to Donovan in the kitchen - be sure to ask Donovan for an 'Infinity' breakfast sandwich, beats everything else on the breakfast menu!

I'd suggest bringing extra pair of ear plugs though if you’re a light sleeper as the wildlife is vibrant at night. The hotel did provide ear plugs. Thankfully i'm not too affected by noise, so I got by just fine in the comfortable and very clean bed.
The food was very good but would be nice to have a few more options for the dinner menu. The breakfast menu was the best of them all.

This certainly isn't a \"luxury\" property as advertised. This is glamping at best, which should be made clearer in the description. If I had known that the cabins were open air we would not have booked this hotel. There is no air conditioning and the cabins are very hot for most of the day. The temperature cools down slightly at night but I barely slept and heard stray dogs fighting and barking most of the night. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes and in the morning one of my eyes was swollen shut from what I presume is a bug bite. We had a 2-night stay booked and only stayed for one night.
If you know what to expect and enjoy glamping, then the property and grounds are very nice and the staff are helpful. They offer lots of activities, the only one of which we experienced was the free yoga class. The pool is nice but a bit small. The food at the restaurant is fine, nothing special. Easy to find, free customer parking, great restaurant, and room service, infinity pool, with the main draw being one of the best views of the Pitons in the area. Definitely one of the most beautiful spots to have dinner at on the planet.

The property provides magnificent view of the Petit Piton. The property incorporates the surrounding wildlife extremely well. Project chocolat is adjacent to the hotel where one can enjoy a unique experience with making chocolate. Breakfast was really good, especially with its fruit servings. I do think the staff can be slightly friendlier and prices can be slightly more moderate with food. Overall, had a wonderful time there.

We had a wonderful time here! It was lovely. Dinner service was a little slow our first night. We tried to order room service one night and give that a lot of time. The restaurant didn’t answer. We eventually had to place the order off the lunch menu because we weren’t given a dinner menu and it took at least an hour to receive it. The villas are gorgeous though and we really enjoyed our experience here.

Be aware that all the food has some form of chocolate in it. Most of it is excellent, but some is odd. Also, be aware that even though the climate is temperate, there is no air conditioning and the rooms are open to the atmosphere on the West wall and above the showers. We had an excellent time and would return.

Loved our stay at hotel Chocolat. Tranquil setting and unique location on a cocoa plantation, there are lovely walks around the grounds especially to the viewpoint over the Pitons from the 'big nature trail'. We enjoyed the view from the restaurant and pool areas while having breakfast and sunset drinks. A couple of the staff were less friendly but generally service was good. Our meal in the restaurant was a bit cold but they were busy and did try and resolve it. We used the free beach shuttle one day (not the best beach but good snorkeling), did a morning yoga class and the chocolate making tour.Overall I would definitely recommend.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful and the included breakfasts were exceptional. The service was very spotty, with little attention to detail and very long wait times for drinks and dining. This was unexpected given the intimate nature of the resort with fewer guest rooms. The excursions booked through the hotel were pricey and there was no explanation regarding what to expect, resulting in unnecessary costs at the venue such as backpack rental and other expenses that could have been avoided. Transportation to/from the hotel also exorbitant. This is not unique to the property, but all dining throughout the island was quite expensive and typically underwhelming. The costs also did not translate into a working wage for the employees/island residents. This led to a very uncomfortable relationship between tourists and locals.

This hotel is truly fabulous! It’s one of the prettiest complexes I’ve ever seen. The views are stunning, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The open-air design is interesting, with a refreshing breeze, beautiful views, and a nature vibe. However, we had a problem with mosquitoes for the first two nights. We figured out how to manage them, but it would be great if there was an option to close the windows more to reduce the mosquito population.
The food options are decent, but the prices are a bit high for the quality. There are better lunch and dinner options nearby, like the Mango Tree restaurant.

The piton hike is NOT moderate so bring good hiking shoes and maybe train up a bit before you come. We loved this hotel. We divided our stay between Hotel Chocolat and Stonefield and Chocolat was the star and exceeded my expectations. The rum punch at welcome was the best we had. The birthday message on the bed was perfect. The details the hotel includes in the room from ear plugs, to chocolates, to a sleeping mask all make a difference. The tour was amazing and every staff member on property was knowledgable. The grounds are beautiful with so many trees from cacao, to starfruit, banana mango etc. The breakfast was better then Stonefield by a landslide. We did the floating breakfast with 8 am reservations and felt like royalty, it was so delicious. Also dined in the evening and staff was so accomodating and did great job. You can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in their work. The bartenders are amazing and made best drinks on the island. Only downside is no AC which was not a big deal at all to us

Endless mosquitoes in our net covered bedding, in the lounge area and through the room was unbearable. The substandard cooling system (a ceiling fan and oscillating fan) was quite laughable. We barely slept on any of the 8 nights that we spent there. And to top it off, I absolutely did not appreciate being pointed out at the airport by a hotel staff, as a person of interest that needed a secondary screening before boarding the aircraft.

The hotel is beautiful. The view of the pitons from my room and pool are breathtaking. Looks like a fairytale. The chocolate factory activity and touring the farm is very interesting. Made my own chocolate bar. There is a shuttle to a nearby beach. I really like the the breakfast at the main restaurant and the food at the chocolate factory. Would be good if those options were available at the main restaurant and near the pool. I loved the salad there. Plaintain chips and sweet potatoes . The roti is excellent. The salad is good.Try it with the mango dressing. Taste very fresh. Natural juices are good too.

Our stay was 10/10. The hospitality, the food, the property, and the pool were amazing. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The fan in the room kept us cool on the hottest days. My only complaint would be the mosquitoes; they can be quite irritating. If you are planning to stay in the open-concept room, bring something long and light to sleep in and to walk around the room in, and you should be fine.

I believe they have become resistant to repellent. I even brought extra supplies of repellent and it just wasn’t enough of protection. The 24 hour bird noises took some time to get use to.

We came here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The service is truly great and the meals were outstanding- probably the best breakfasts I’ve ever had - the chocolate tour was wonderful, dinners weren’t cheap but were fantastic. Rooms don’t have A/C and are open but we liked the sounds of frogs and bugs at night and the fan kept us cool- they also have a mosquito net around the bed- shower was amazing, room service was fantastic- So many fun things to do nearby (rainforest walk, mud baths, beautiful beaches and a snorkeling, volcano hikes, botanical gardens and waterfalls, great restaurants-we absolutely loved our stay here!

Disappointed to say the least I’m also still waiting on a refund from this property due to the property not being up to our standards. This property does not have air conditioner anywhere on the property which was very difficult considering it was around 98°F outside and cost around $700 nightly.

I loved it. Besides the fact its no partylife or anything to do around there. The Estate is nice. Need more food options though, its only one restaurant on site. I was also bit up there. Not sure what type of Mosquitoes thwy have or what type of bugs but I had like 20 on me. I HATE THAT. Overall the property is beautiful though.. Taxis or transportation there is safe vut too expensive.

This property is pure bliss. St Lucia is such a hidden gem and this is at the heart of it. The views are immaculate I felt like I was dreaming with just how stunning the views were from this property are. The staff is so accommodating and sweet they made this a 5 star experience. The property was serene and calming. We stayed in one of their luxe lodges with a view of the Piton mountains. Upon check-in we were greeted with the option of water, natural fruit juice, or rum punch. We were visiting for our honeymoon and the staff decorated the bed along with providing us with an assortment of chocolate and Prosecco. Breakfast is included and the breakfast was awesome! Along with made to order items such us omelets and their local breakfast, we were given an assortment of fruit and smoothie shot, along with options for coffee, tea, and drinking chocolate. We experienced the Soufriere experience through the hotel and that was the best decision. They drove us to each excursion in a private van and provided water and soda throughout the 3 hour excursion. Our driver even stopped at Soufriere docks in order for us to walk around for 30 minutes before bringing us back to the hotel. We could not have asked for a better start to our honeymoon.

My husband and I loved the location of the Rabot Hotel, set in the lush nature of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The things we did not like were tha lack of hot water in the shower, mosquitos in the room, as well as lack of air conditioning which is a must in a tropical climate.

The rooms have zero soundproofing as completely open to nature and the busy, noisy road close by. Difficult to sleep at night with all the traffic and animals noises. Recommend it for a few nights, but no more than 2-3 max

Lovely staff, beautiful and green estate with amazing trails surrounded by nature. The quality of the food at the restaurant was high, however we would have liked more options. The pool, the serenity of the hotel and the views will be missed! Lastly, the activities offered were really interesting and worth the money - we did the volcano experience, the Gros Piton hike, the sunset cruise, bean to bar, sunrise yoga and a massage at the spa. We will be back 😄
