The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. We stayed in room 11C a Deluxe Beachside. Hands down one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The entire staff goes makes you feel at home and will go out of their way to make your stay at the resort more pleasurable.

The rooms were beautiful with stunning views of the pitons and the ocean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the view, enjoying the pleasant breeze. Dinners were wonderful, tasty, with evening entertainment every night. Enjoyed the musicians and was a treat to hear Steel Pan music! The beach was quiet and mesmerizing. The property is located in a very secluded cove facing west. The rooms drip down the face of the hills to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean or mountains. The staff were so warm and friendly you would think you had stayed there a thousand times and they knew you personally. From the shuttle drivers to the maid service, everyone on the property would help you whatever your needs may be with a smile. All amenities were convenient and in great shape.

Amazing stay! The staff is incredible. They make you feel like family. They were very accommodating for every facet of the trip. Fromm the beach to the restaurants everything was first class.
The all inclusive package was totally worth it.
The restaurants had plenty of variety and all food is prepared with care. You can really tell the chef is passionate about food. Going in I was worried we might not like the food but the food was amazing every day every meal. Breakfast was made to order and great.
Lunches on the beach were top notch and probably the best dinners we’ve ever had on vacation. The snorkeling is great right off the property in the marine reserve. Great fish and even caught a glimpse of a sea turtle there. Overall great experience.

There is nothing I didn’t like! I celebrated my 40th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, memorable absolutely perfect! The mud bath tour was definitely worth it, book it privately if you can (with Simon) the spa was amazing as well, the treatments are wonderful! Theres nothing bad I can say about this resort. From the adventure getting there to leaving was awesome! If you don’t like heat heat make sure you book a room with air, they provided us with extra fans and we were fine! Book this place you won’t regret it! I will be back!

We have been here more than 5 times. So, of course, we love it. The personal attention from staff is amazing whether you’re on your first stay or your sixth or seventh. Everyone recognizes you and knows your name. All the rooms have views of the Pitons if you are on the hillside. The beach bungalows are bigger but lack the full on view; but, you are steps from the beach.
Be prepared to walk steps up to your beautiful room, or call a shuttle (no problem).
Plenty of beach cabanas, and the snorkeling is great.
Oh! Take the sunset sail. Very relaxing and peaceful.
Love it. We will return.

Such a unique and stunningly beautiful property and resort. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are treated like royalty. The staff are all super friendly and you can feel their dedication into ensuring your stay is the best it can be. We loved our complimentary room upgrade, it was so peaceful sleeping with the open air feeling and getting to hear the birds and jungle sounds. The beaches are gorgeous and the snorkeling and water sports options are extensive. Our favorite activity was snorkeling, which we did every day and we saw wide variety of fish on the reefs. We loved every single meal during our stay, the attention to detail really stood out when it came to food presentation. All inclusive is the way to go for sure. Loved the local beer options. We can’t wait to return in the future!

This was exactly what we were looking for! This place was indicative to St. Lucia and valued its culture. I was nervous not to have TV's but truly did not miss it. The internet access was great throughout the resort.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Transportation off the hotel is a little expensive. Using a water taxi made it an adventure within itself.

The only thing I missed was a pool. I love the ocean but sometimes I just want the pool too.

I would 100% recommend this resort & would love to stay again

Fanastic vacation to Anse Chastanet. The customer service was a clear standout! They even managed to book us Custom's Line Bypass a couple hours before we landed! they also booked two dinners for us at Jade Mountain and the incredible tasting menu at the resort itself. Would highly recommend. Absolutely need to do the All Inclusive Plan if you intend on having a couple drinks. For arriving and departing, I recommend taking the water taxi from the town, rather than a bus / SUV up the resort road as the road is really rough and the boat is actually faster!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Anse Chastanet. All of the staff were amazing and went out of their way to really make you feel special.

There are two beautiful beaches which are extremely private. More than ample seating on the beaches with your own palapa. Anse Mamin is well worth the walk or water taxi to get to. You absolutely have to have a jungle Burger for lunch!

Dinner at the Tree house was sensational, with delightful vegan options as well.

The beer! The Local Beer Company, St. Lucia's own microbrewery, is served here. You must try the Citrus IPA, and the Passionfruit lager.

Some special people made our stay even better: Rajesh, you made us feel welcome from the get go and we so sincerely appreciated your hospitality.

Melvin, your cocktails, charm, and warm banter were great. Thank you.

Vanessa, you were such a delightful server and even laughed at my dad jokes about how the food was \"horrible\" (despite it being obvious I licked my plate clean). Your infectious smile was a treat. Thank you!

We can't recommend Anse Chastanet highly enough. We will absolutely be back.

The resort was beyond our expectations. Amazing views, beach and water were fantastic. Beach was kept very clean and the water was crystal clear, great for snorkelling right form the beach. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, always making you feel welcome. This resort was fantastic. Scuba diving was great with Scuba St.Lucia, that team is amazing and right on site. I was the only diver all week and we still sent out every day with no concerns about cancelling my dives. (it was quiet season when we were there, 1st week of Sept)

First thing to mention, be careful booking excursions through the resort. I broke my wrist on their horseback riding excursion and needed surgery. The resort must not do much research on who they trust their patrons to. I should've known when I showed up at the riding facility to just get back in the car and turn around. The place looked run down and the man that eventually greeted us but barely even said hello. He just put us on our horses with no intro or instructions. The man taking us out didn't do much other than swipe through on his phone while riding ahead of us. The trails were not maintained, the horses not trained well, probably not fed much either because ours kept stopping to eat everything they could on the route. Later during the excursion my horse bucked and I fell off the back. Instead of calling it in and sending an ATV/UTV to come pick me up, I had no other choice than to get back on this horse to get back to the ranch. After getting to the ranch there was no attempt at first aid or assistance, just basically wait for the driver and good luck, get back to the resort. I don't mean to rant about my experience but I think it's valuable to 1st timers to know that even though you're reserving a luxury resort, anything you do outside of your room isn't going to be of the same quality or standard. The Anse Chatenet is a decent place but for how overpriced it is, I expected more. Please if you read this, do a better job of vetting the vendors/guides.

I was initially unsure about a property that did not have air conditioning and required guest to climb several stairs to access either the beach or their unit. Fortunately, my husband and I are in good physical condition and we're able to manage the climb and decent of the stairs multiple times a day. A shuttle is also available for guests who are unable to do so. As for lack of air conditioning in the majority of the units, we surprisingly adapted fairly quickly. The nights are cooler, and fans are provided in the units for added comfort in addition to the ceiling fans already installed. The views are to die for in the dining options. Our superb. I will definitely visit again.

Restaurant Staff was hit or miss, they tended to be rude and inattentive, we had an all inclusive plan so maybe they were disappointed with tips, not sure, but as soon as I started giving tips things got a little better, which shouldn't be the case because I paid a lot for the all-inclusive plan. Access to sister resort, Jade Mountain is limited which is not what we were told at time of booking. Dinner needs more options, especially for vegetarians, it was same menu all 4 nights and food quality could be better. For the amount of money we paid hospitality and meals could be better.

Anse Chastenet is a slice of paradise. We stayed in a beachside room for convenient access to the beach, which we enjoyed for hours a day on comfortable lounge chairs under the protection of huts. The housekeeping staff was excellent in cleaning up the constant presence of sand and wet towels, and they're very professional and friendly, too. All of the dining options were fabulous, from the large spread of fresh and delicious food at breakfast to the beachside lunch service to various evening options, including vegan, Indian, and Creole. We also enjoyed the special meals which featured a buffet of exquisite, local food with many items to choose from. The property is small enough that you get to know staff members and others whom you see frequently but large enough to feel private. Be sure to do the Anse Mamin plantation walking tour, snorkel near the dive center, and take advantage of the best scuba diving the Caribbean has to offer. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The welcome drinks and the concierge taking your bags to the room is a nice touch.
As this was a VIP hotel we had a bottle of wine chilling in the room fridge.
We were also able to get an upgrade from the superior room ocean view to a garden view room which is down on the beach. The upgrade was lovely to have a larger room with outdoor socializing area.
Food was very tasty and enjoyed dinner each evening at the beach restaurant.
The gourmet burger at the beach bar on Anse Mamin is very tasty and highly recommended.
The stairs to the treetops restaurant for breakfast is a good morning workout but you can call for the shuttle bus at any time to take you up and down to the beach.
We did some snorkelling which was enjoyable.
Would highly recommend this hotel.
The only downfall is it is a little remote but they do offer a water taxi into soufriere daily which we utilitied

They Remember You!

Amazing how much of the staff remember you from year to year, and the service and perks grow with each visit.
Love the view of the Pitons. If you like to snorkel or dive this is the place. Also the sunset sail was perfect. We recommend it, especially on an evening when no one else has booked. The sailboat only takes 6 guests, but you can book private, of course.
The menus in the 3-4 restaurants are varied and have the Treehouse has a special menu each night.

If you're looking for more than just a typical vacation this fits the bill. The property and beaches are gorgeous, the food is outstanding and the staff is fantastic. We honeymooned here 12 years ago and had such a nice time coming back. It takes a few hours to get over no AC, but we are coming from SC where it is much hotter and was not an issue. Book a premium room here and get meals included. Take the helicopter upon arrival; it will save you time and the ride is gorgeous. We'll be back sometime again and hopefully sooner than 12 more years.

We absolutely loved our stay. St. Lucia is so beautiful. The resort staff is so nice and accommodating. The view from our room was beautiful! There were quite a few stairs (about 200) to get from our room to the beach, but we even loved the walk through the mountain every day. There was no air condition in the rooms and I usually can't sleep when its warm, but I didn't have an issue falling asleep. We stayed busy during the day, so I was pretty tired each night. We definitely recommend Anse Chastanet and we hope we get to visit again!

I had a great room with a beautiful view both in front and back. 2 thing I did not like: 1) No air conditioning in the room, so it was very difficult to cool off until after dark or when in the water. 2) In order to dive we had to do their shore dive, which included taking off mask and regulator. I only wish it had not been a shore dive, it was not worth it. I've was told everyone had to do it no matter what or how many dives they had.

We celebrated our 30th Anniversary & everything was perfect! All the staff are so wonderful, but Rajesh & Peter were so thoughtful & upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view of the Pitons & beach. Kerwin was a wonderful captain on our 2 sailing adventures with lots of fun & laughter, even allowed us to help sailing. Tyson gave us a wonderful guided hike & mountain biking excursion in the jungle & history tour of the sugar/Chocolate plantation. Nelson was a wonderful yoga instructor which we enjoyed 4 mornings. He had a perfect balance of breath, movement and meditation! We can’t wait to return to Anse Chastanet next year!

The good:
-excellent beaches for snorkeling. you can see amazing things just wading in from the beach and swimming a minute or two in any direction. all other nearby resorts come to this resorts beach for diving and snorkeling
-great atmosphere and food at the beachside restaurant
-neat resort atmosphere in the jungle
-spectacular sunsets
-good job setting up nice excursions at reasonable prices

The bad:
-no air conditioning (very hard to stop sweating after a shower to put on clothes for dinner)
-mosquitos galore
-birds fly in from the forest and ravage the food on the plates at breakfast
- billing was unclear. were billed for water at every meal even though we paid for a meal plan up front. consistently had charges put on our account by mistake that we had to catch and get removed. in one case we had to get a single charge corrected on three different occasions. it kept reverting back to the incorrect high number.

Know before you go — stairs!

The views of both Pitons and the water from nearly every room, makes the work-out stairs worth it. There is no AC anywhere but lots of ceiling fans. And, the lush tropical setting makes you feel like you’re sleeping with the birds.

The property sits in a remote area and is completely private. The beach area is beautiful. The staff is fantastic. We elected to pay for the All-Inclusive package, which was very nice. The food and restaurant staff were very accommodating too. The rooms are open-air. in early evening you may need the ceiling fans, and the hotel will provide floor fans too. The temperature is very pleasant at night, and there is usually a breeze. There are jungle sounds at night, but our fans usually drowned out most of it. Most will find it will lull you to sleep. The sounds won't bother most people after the first night, but the staff provides comfortable little ear plugs for sensitive sleepers. There are two bars and two restaurants, and live music. There is a spa on-site and plenty of water sports to enjoy in the crystal clear water. Enjoy!

Amazing vacation! Simple treehouse style accommodations but the views and service were 5 star! Food was out of this world!!! All inclusive is so worth it! SO MUCH GOOD FOOD!!! 2 beaches, look sooo beautiful. Soft pillowy sand and clear waters, not too crowded, lots of beach cabanas free to use, beachside service. Booking excursions through the hotel was so easy!! They always answered. Each room was given a phone and tablet to use. The massages at Kai Belte were worth it too. I recommend!

The staff at Anse Chastanet is amazing! They made us feel incredibly welcomed and were accommodating to all our needs throughout our stay, especially Josette and Obed. The two beaches are lovely, the food is delicious, and the resort is beautiful.

If you're going to St. Lucia, stay here

Highly recommend. Amazing service, the staff was friendly and always willing to help. The food was delicious, always something new to try and great quality. Amenities and activities were also a huge plus. The rooms have amazing views, and if you like nature, this is the place for you.

The only downfall: lost of stairs. Not so family friendly due to this, I can't imagine going with children or older people with mobility issues. However, I thought it was a plus to be able to enjoy all the amazing food and get some exercise to balance it out :)

Such wonderful staff, amazing views, and the snorkeling was absolutely terrific right off the beach! We saw 1000s of fish, curious squid, eels, and spent an afternoon following a sweet sea turtle. The restaurants were delicious. Especially loved the Indian menu!

The customer service was through the roof 5 star!!! It was the perfect place to start off my honeymoon. It's very secluded and relaxing, and the food was absolutely amazing.

The property is amazing however, during COVID 19, there are several restrictions which do not permit you to leave the resort. Therefore, I would have liked to see better menu options, more free activities, better management of the insects and better quality of WIFI in the rooms. Staff are friendly, always willing to help and are very respectful to your needs and wants. It goes without saying, St Lucia overall is not cheap, so be prepared to spend some cash.
