I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this special property.
My wife enjoyed spa treatments in the spa, and we had a great couples massage in the room.
Even without a/c, it always felt pleasant in our room.
Jade Mountain is really a gem and we would highly recommend it.

Jade Mountain was the crown jewel of our 10-day adventure in Saint Lucia.
We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday on the island, and as avid travelers who love immersing ourselves in local culture and cuisine, we explored every corner—from fishing villages to hidden beaches. But no matter how much we saw, nothing compared to returning to the serenity and splendor of Jade Mountain.

The resort is truly a sanctuary. Our major domos were attentive and thoughtful, making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The open-air design of our sanctuary, complete with a private infinity pool and a panoramic view of the Pitons, left us speechless. Watching the sun rise and set over those iconic peaks from the comfort of our room was pure magic.
The yogis were very experienced, the food was delicious and the sunsets were magical.

Jade Mountain isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best travel memories we’ve made together.

The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel.

Ideal spot for honey moon or celebrating special occasion with significant other. My wife and I came for our 10 year anniversary and scheduled a photo shoot on the premises. The rooms were surreal. I would highly recommend opting for the room with pool. Stunning views and more spacious room. All in all an Amazing experience from start to finish, highly recommend!

We didn’t leave the room during our stay. Why would we? With a room with a pool, a view to match anywhere on the planet and 24 hour butler service, we just took it all in! It’s excessively rare when a hotel taps into one’s imagination. Jade Mountain is the closest thing to paradise we ever experienced. A !

What was unique: This place has the most beautiful views. By far the best on the island. You also get a Major domo which is a Butler to act as your fairy godmother and plan everything for you. I did not even need to think.

What I liked: Their level of professionalism was over the top and they were superb in waiting on us. It was the best treatment ever and I didn't have to lift a finger, work up a sweat, they just did everything and were great all around. The food was moderately priced and had great quality and variety. Just outstanding all around and the experience was like no other. I came in hungry and they already had food there and just like they were mind readers. This place with the views, the service, the food was excellent.

Dislikes: I did not like the mosquitos. I got bit twice. The rooms have 3 walls, so where the fourth wall would be opened up to the elements. It is beautiful yes, but I would've preferred an option of having blinds because at night when we turned on the lights, moths plagued the place. The mosquitos loved the bathroom, and sometimes it got really hot even with all the fans present. The sun flooded into the room at 5:30 am and the birds sounded like something from the Jurassic period. Again, an option for shades and protection from the outside elements would've been a better option.

Overall, a place worth visiting and just a great experience. You are one with nature and everything on the resort was beautiful and something from a dream.

If I could rate quality, the staff, food, views, and overall experience at some special level well beyond happy smile face I would want to rate it even higher than that. The end-to-end experience at Jade Mountain is nothing short of elite and spectacular. Some examples - the butler crew is immediately attentive. A step beyond the typical concierge. We needed super glue. One of the butlers went to town to get us some. We needed the front door dead bolt un-jammed. Our butler escorted t maintenance and was there to make sure the job was done right. We saw a piece of art we wanted to purchase but ran out of time to get back to the gallery. No worry, the butler crew coordinated the pickup, the purchase, and the wrapping at the last minute of our stay. While there is so much to write about Jade Mountain, the staff really add that finishing touch.

Anything to not like? Just a couple. The resort is about a 35 min ride off a winding dirt and gravel road. There’s something nice about the seclusion but also something a bit unnerving at times. just be ready to feel like you’ve made it when in fact there’s still a good bit to go. LOL. The grounds are a bit of a labyrinth and can be confusing. We stayed on the lower level the first 2 nights, and wished there was an elevator to get back up to the top level.

All in all, we had a time to remember that we will never forget. Thank your Jade Mountain!

The service provided by our Major Domos was exceptional. A minor issue associated with the Spa was managed immediately and to great satisfaction.

The pictures on the website are fantastic, but cannot fully capture the beauty and serenity of Jade Mountain. The sanctuary was the most spectacular romantic place we have ever stayed. Hotel is absolutely breath taking. The service however we found very disappointing given the price point. We were told it would be no problem booking any of the excursions we wanted to do, then when we would request to book them were told they were all completely full. Just wish they would have been more honest from the beginning on availability so we would have booked our excursions sooner. Also were told the earliest dinner reservations we could do each night were 8:30PM, we walked in at 6:30PM every night and the restaurant was completely empty....

My wife and I went to this amazing hotel before our second son was due. It was the perfect choice.
The staff was great. They were very serviceable and professional. The Major Domos were very helpful with all the inquiries and demands we had.
The hotel has great cuisine. You will love it. Although as a guest you can access other restaurants at the sister hotel the food at the Jade is amazing.
The rooms are truly sanctuaries. The have all the amenities you need. The pool is climatized and the view of the pitons (mountains) is just out of this world.
The beach is small but perfect. You will never find it crowded. We found the recliners at the beach to be very comfortable.
We use the spa. Although the spa amenities and infrastructure do not live to the hotel standards, the specialists were very good -our massages were fantastic.
Finally, If you decide to visit this part of the caribbean, this hotel and island will be a good choice. We highly recommend it.

The service and rooms are exceptional. Most of the staff seem to truly care about the guests. Service at the Anse Chastenet beach will not be at the same consistent premium level like at Jade, but it is adequate and occasionally great and provides a fun beach experience. Aside from a price that will be a challenge for most, the only real weakness with Jade is the many flights of steps required to go either up to the Jade Mountain Club restaurant or down to the beach. It will be more daunting than you expect, although the exercise can be a good thing too. The all inclusive package was a breeze and there were no surprises. You are unlikely to see this quality of spirits on another all inclusive package. Food at breakfast and lunch is outstanding and the fancy dinners, while always good and interesting, were not as consistently pleasing as the daytime meals.

My wife and I had a fantastic time. The hotel was beautiful. We had a room with an infinite pool overlooking the mountains, couldn’t ask for anything better. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was superb. I’m a big foodie and I must say everything we ate was amazing. Highlight for me was breakfast in the room. You have to watch out for the very friendly birds but outside of that it was perfect. We didn’t explore the hotel much, with the view and a pool why would you want to. Check in and out was done in our room which was great. I would definitely return to Jada sooner than later. So far one of my favorite hotel stay.

Loved our stay here. Everything was very well taken care of by the staff who were extremely helpful during our stay. Any small or big request we had regarding food or resort services were handled professionally and in a timely manner by our designated butlers. Of course, you can't beat the view from the room. It's slightly on the expensive side but it's definitely worth the money.

The only thing I would change is the toilet did not have its own enclosed area, which was a little weird. Other than that it truly was a phenomenal place. I am very let down with my stay at Jade Mountain. First of all the rooms are outdated , and since there are no screens on the window of your room and your bed is outside there are thousands of bugs. The room was filled with so many bugs it looked like something out of a horror movie.

Stayed with my bride at Jade Mountain for four days and three nights. A gorgeous, luxurious and well thought out property, I'd highly recommend Jade Mountain to anyone that is considering. It's certainly not inexpensive, but we considered this an investment in ourselves and at the end of the day, an investment in ourselves that seemed well worth every penny.

I'd recommend the higher level rooms (we stayed in Sun), but the whole facility is luxurious. There are only 29 sanctuaries overall. If you've never had butler service, it does take some getting used to, but the service was genuine and all employees were receptive and hospitable.

This place is just absolutely amazing! A must for couples or if you want to get away from it all. No TV but it's amazing because it makes you disconnect. Cell service is bad too so another excuse to disconnect, but there is free wifi (I connected after a few days). The major domos are amazing! They never say no to whatever you'd like. Went for a birthday and it was the best 2 days ever!

We have traveled extensively, especially in the Caribbean and Jade Mountain has been our \"do\" list for a while. We were not disappointed - the architecture was incredible, the food fantastic and the staff not to be outdone by either. Although this was our first visit, it will not be our last.

Fantastic Stay in an Unique Open Air Room

Staying at Jade Mountain will be unlike any other tropical hotel stay that you may have had. The room is beautiful and the vista of the Pitons is even better. The entire hotel is a work of art. Visually stimulating and aesthetically pleasing. You will not want to leave the hotel room, but I would encourage guests to do the Gros Piton summit hike as well as a snorkel or scuba outing.

We did have some issues with the service at dinner one evening but it was quickly resolved by the Major Domo after an explanation of the events that occurred.

Great staff! Warm, courteous, friendly and engaging. From up the mountain, down to the beach, management, major domos, waiters, maids, drivers, activities staff there is a uniformly effortless ability to make guests feel welcome and attend to their needs. Full marks to the whole team!
Lovely large rooms, well accessorized. The soporific sound of water in the rooms with pools and the sounds of the forest in those rooms without pools can lull you to sleep at any time of the day. It took us no more than one night to adjust to the “open air” living. In-room Wi-Fi was fast and had a strong signal with our own booster/router.
The Jade Club Restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed magnificent views, relaxing ambiance, a diverse menu of first class cuisine and a good wine list, accompanied in the evening by the very best local musicians we have ever experienced anywhere in the world (+94 different countries!)
There are two beaches to enjoy, both well maintained and serviced by staff. They are both public beaches, but we were never hassled by peddlers at any time. Beach loungers are readily available and well shaded, if required. Wait-staff were attentive and quick to bring drinks/food. Both beaches have relaxing and casual bars/restaurants.

Amazing Stay at an Amazing Resort

Absolutely amazing experience. The place was \"other worldly\". We didn't want to leave our sanctuary. Beautifully maintained. Incredible staff. Clean, quiet, well-kept. I can't say enough good things about the place. Two \"bad\" things, and this are minor, the road in was crazy and the lack of road signs is off putting because your not sure if this is the correct way. I would suggest helicopter in. If you want to see things off site there are plenty of options from the resort for reasonable cost. Also, while the food was beautiful, well presented, colorful and healthy, my husband and I would have preferred some spicy options. These are very small complaints, overall this was the most beautiful and relaxing vacation experience we have ever had.

Great quiet couples sanctuary with amazing views

We were at Jade Mountain Jan 8,2018 for 5 nights. We had the hotel arrange a private car pick up at the airport, they were prompt, welcoming and gave us points of interest on the 2 hour trip. Yes the roads were winding but not the worst I have experienced.
Our sky sanctuary was JE2 which is on the highest room level which is most desirable because of the unobstructed view and only one flight of stairs to the dining area and bar.
The room had 4 ceiling fans that were very powerful and there was plenty of breeze and the temperature was never too warm.
The view from the room was amazing and impossible to appreciate without experiencing it as you wake up, as you float in your own pool, or just relaxing.
We did not see or experience any mosquitos which was a concern. Chris one of our major demos said that May or June could be bad but not normally this time of year. The resort does fog the grounds year round.
The pool was about 78 to 80 degrees, there is no heater.
The whirlpool for two also has a wonderful view and is very nice for a relaxing hot bath.
The food was great at times and at others a little too “creative” for our taste. We were there 5 nights and would have liked a little more variety but we chose to eat all our meals at Jade Mountain except for burgers at Anse Mamin beach which are great.
There were no surprises on our bill.
Service was perfect. This is a quiet resort best for loving couples of all ages who want privacy.

Incredible once in a lifetime experience!

The hotel was beautiful, the view amazing and the staff made us feel like celebrities. We used all the amenities and activities; spa, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, hiking and tours. It was just amazing. And the food was exceptional. The fact that it was all locally grown and sourced made us feel great about our 'contribution' to St Lucia's local character. We could have not had a better honeymoon experience. I can't wait until we return.

Amazing don't wait to decide... just go !

Chris our Butler and a female Butler (sorry cannot remember) were of the up most polished and well trained butlers I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Not to forget the Lady who led us through the Chocolate beans, coconut explanations and demonstrations. Huge Farm and plantation, she was a gem! Two gentle men who patiently demonstrated to us how to do our first Zip Line experience. They were with us all the way through it!
Every single employee at Jade Mountain were over the top with professionalism and sense of urgency to obtain our every need.
The food from any restaurant will be exquisite and wine pairings tasteful and expertly chosen.
But what about the Sanctuary? Saving the best for last... THIS MUST BE HEAVEN ON EARTH! Plenty of room, drop your inhibitions, swim when you want, eat when you want, anything you ask for will be done to make your stay in your Sanctuary exceed your every expectation! Yes, it is not within most of our pocketbooks, it is PRICEY but well worth it, the memories to last, the experience to fly in by helicopter , greeted and treated consistently with your enjoyment in mind. I challenge you if ever a trip to take....let it BE THIS ONE - NO REGRETS!! Thank you Team Jade Mountain.... we WILL return.... Anna B

Words cannot describe how amazing Jade Mountain experience is. But I will try anyway. From the moment you step into your sanctuary (room) you are immediately taken aback by its beauty and the awe inspiring views . Your personal infinity pool calls to you in both it’s comfort and it’s amazing beauty. The open air room concept is a winner. The staff from the cleaning people to the Butler to the concierge all fantastic and completely at the top of their game. They’re always extremely friendly and incredibly attentive. Jade Mountain is incorporated into the natural scenery of St. Lucia it is almost like it is part of the nature and beauty. You are surrounded by wonderful gorgeous tropical rain forest environment that is on a beautiful beach with black sand and emerald green clear water. The several restaurants are also gems each with their own mojo, type of food, and atmosphere. Top-notch quality fresh food is present at all of them as well as extremely attentive and pleasant servers. Ultimately one can just lay on the gorgeous beach all day and have a wonderful time at Jade, I highly recommend this resort.

The best memories come from the best resorts.

Sometimes in life, you just need to splurge on yourself and others. That's what I decided to do on our last 2 days in St. Lucia. It is a decision I'll never regret and memories I will always cherish.

Our drive in was a little bumpy, but that was to be expected. This resort, after all, is on a mountain. When we arrived, we had a shuttle waiting to take us to the front reception area. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a majordomo. Being from Oklahoma, this was new to me. :) Our majordomo(butler) took us to our room and gave us the full tour. He set up all dinner arrangements, and was just a phone call away in case we ever needed anything(drinks, breakfast, etc.) The food was great, the service was great, the room was great, and the overall experience was awesome.
