The pool is clean and enjoyable for swimming laps. I often had the pool to myself
The room was kept clean. It had a small but effective refrigerator and microwave. Glasses, plates and silverware were useful and cleaned for me after use.
The staff was very friendly and responsive.
The breakfast was bountiful, consisting of fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, cereal, pastries and delicious coffee
I haven’t tried the bar yet
The neighborhood is convenient with a mall with supermarket and small, friendly bars and restaurants.
I enjoyed the Bay Gardens so much,
I decided to stay another week!

Clean room and very friendly staff, however, there seems to be a shortage of towels, one needs to request either a face towel, wash rags and bath mats. Shampoo/hair conditioner dispenser does not work.
The customer service representative was just amazing. She is an asset to Bay Gardens.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very good, however, the room was very tired and worn. Although the room was clean and tidy, the furniture was old, the safe was broken and the bathroom door would not close properly due to a broken hinge. It took forever to get hot water for a shower. With some renovations, the inn would be very nice due to its location and the amicable staff.

Bay Gardens Inn is a beautiful inn! Tropical and the staff is so polite and helpful . The breakfast is too notch . I think the front door can be properly secured, the bathroom sink in our room be unclogged , and the shower itself needs a little more sprucing up. The bed and pillows comfy , air condition worked great! I think the hotel should allow guest to log in and out using their own user account for Netflix- if that is possible then I was not able too. It asks for a code that I couldn’t receive at front desk. Aside from this - wonderful tropical place , convenient and safe.

The property was completely unacceptable. There were roaches all over the floor, and there was no microwave provided. Additionally, there was no soap or shampoo for my shower. I reported these issues to the staff multiple times, but they ignored me. When I spoke to the manager, she was unhelpful and refused to offer any compensation or assistance to improve my experience during my seven-day stay in St. Lucia.

I strongly urge anyone considering this place to avoid it; it’s terrible, and the staff is equally disappointing. They show no respect for guests and seem more interested in receiving tips than providing help. The air conditioning was not functioning, and what frustrated me the most was the presence of large cockroaches everywhere. The property was not clean, and I did not receive any support.

I asked for coffee, but they refused to show me where to find it. When I requested a bottle of water on a sweltering 90° day, I was told I would have to walk to another hotel to get it. This was, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed, and I am seeking a full refund. Nothing was working as promised; the manager kept saying they would try to resolve the issues, but they never followed through. I felt lied to and neglected, as they clearly cared only about themselves. I have videos to prove my argument.

The only staff that were pleasant were Petula (receptionist) and Kerwin (excursions staff). The people in the dining area (restaurant) were highly rude and disrespectful. There were no pleasantries even when guests said “good morning”. They don’t provide wash cloths and they don’t give a tour or explain amenities to the guests. There are no elevators so please be mindful of your luggage (staff will help with this but it may take a couple minutes especially if on the second floor.

The ice machine was not easily located. There are no wash cloths and the towels often came spotty or dirty after room service changed them out. Do not use the water kettle even to heat up any bottles water as they were not clean. The way this facility is set up is not considerate.
Staff seemed perturbed when you asked them ABOUT ANYTHING. I have never had this experience in any of the Caribbean islands that I’ve visited and I’ve been to Many islands. The bulletin board is not visible if you don’t come and look for it.
Furniture is dated (bed creaked and made noises with changing the slightest positions).

The transportation is NOT included so be prepared to pay round trip 240 to and from the lodging.
I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the stay.

Lots to like about Bay Gardens Inn. Good position for bars, restaurants, shops and Reduit Beach. However we were put in Room 146, ground floor, which looks out over the car park and road to the delivery entrance of the hotel. Woken up early in the morning (4.45am to 6.30am) by deliveries and staff making noise. Lack of privacy as doors or curtains had to be closed all the time. Asked to be moved and just told (quite rudely in fact) it was our fault for not requesting a garden view room. Would definitely stay again but would definitely refuse rooms 145, 146, 245 or 246

Unfortunately, this was not the hotel for me. Decent for a 1-night stay but not more than that. The hotel staff were nice, pleasant, and helpful. Front desk representative Patunia (forgive me if I’ve misspelled her name) was wonderful, as was security guard Marcel who was always greeted us well. However, the property is very dated and needs a good renovation.

On arrival, we received a room that had an old school lock and key safe but the lock was missing - you read that right, the lock was missing. When I called the front desk to have this addressed they said there aren’t enough locks/keys for every room and I’d have to wait until someone checks out to get one. After carrying our valuables around with us for almost 2 days (as we explored the island) and multiple checkins with the front desk on the status of the lock, I had enough. I requested a new room or a partial refund because I booked a room with a functioning safe. Magically, a lock/key became available after that request. The water pressure and shower temperature the first day was room temperature and just cold the second day, but they managed to fix the issue. The microwave (appeared to be new) did not work and had to be rewired. Other issues were stains on walls and floors, cracks/chips in tiles, worn out grout. That said, the rooms were clean and I found the overall cleanliness to be good.

Do NOT use the hotel taxi service (Bay Garden Resorts Taxi service). The Manager named Telvin John was extremely rude!

First of all I pay doble the amount of money for my stay than my college
Eventough we had same room
Rooms of the hotels are very old, bed with mattress old and bad smell
Food was not of good quality
Hotel does not have a restaurant we had to walk to another hotel to take our meals
The have a shuttle to the beach but also have to go to the other hotel to get the ride
Bathroom old shower difficult because had problems with the faucet it took me at least 5 minutes to get it as desirable temperature
In conclusion to not stay there unless do not have the money to get a better hotel

We stayed at Garden Bay Inn and I would rate it 2-3 stars. Although everything else was clean, the floors were dirty. The inn needs major renovations especially when you compare the Garden Bay Resort which was beautiful and we had access to. At the resort, you have access to the gym and the beach which were really nice. The breakfast was served at the Garden Bay Hotel which was ok (probably better than the inn). The shuttles to the resort were every 1 hour or a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of shopping and food options around so that was a bonus. We tried not to think too much about the condition of the Inn otherwise it would have ruined our vacation and thankfully the resort and the beach made up for what the inn was lacking.

The property needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. At times the water was cold or scorching hot. There were ants all around the bathroom sink and the wall that had the towels hanging. A call was made to request spray, that occurred. Once we returned the spray smell was still in the room hours later. We kept the balcony door open to air out. Overall the staff was very pleasant.

Nice property for the money, strongly suggest you pay the extra and stay at the Bay Garden hotel across the lot.....the Bay Garden Inn has NO restaurant, NO bar and you have to go next door to even get a pool towel. Otherwise, it was ok.

The Inn is nothing more than a side of the road motel. My room faced the parking lot which was horrific, cats and cars where the view. Seems like it was a spare room. There were no outlets for my asthma machine, the bathroom tub and sink was stained and dirty. I asked to moved to the hotel which was a little better the next day. My initial night was very disappointing due to the condition of the room.

I loved the authentic island field of the property and the friendly staff. They were very hard working and accommodating. My only gripe is that they weren’t always organized. My dad was assigned and incorrect room and had to wait over an hour to get a new one. My phone didn’t work in my room, but these were minor hiccups. I still enjoyed my stay

Most things are dated and you can feel an upgrading is needed. But everything is definitely functional and ok for a night or two, on a business trip. I arrived at 1 pm and room was made available at 3 pm, official policy is check-in at 4 pm. Room was spacious and looked over gardens.
