5 star Boutique Hotel with All Inclusive option. The food and service are the stars here. The two onsite restaurants are amazing. The Naked Fishermen restaurant and Beach Bar is exceptional because of the food and its trendy chill vibe. It’s a great location on the north side of the island near Rodney Bay which has shopping, beach bars, and great restaurants.

All the concierge staff (Sassy, Kevin and others) were extremely accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of the entire stay. The rooms were clean and all the staff we were in contact with were so pleasant and friendly, even the general manager (he's very hands on). It was a small beachfront but it lend to an intimate atmosphere. My massage with Julian was very good and relaxing. Overall, an amazing stay! Highly recommended!

Whilst the resort itself was nice, the mosquito infestation and lack of nets ruined our stay. Our room was not sealed so there was a constant stream in our room which both kept us up and resulted in over 50 bites across my partner and I on our face, neck and hands. My partner was unfortunate enough to get one on her eyelid, which swelled up. When we alerted the front desk they told us they couldn't get nets and provided a lamp, which maybe caught 2 per night of the 20+ that were staying with us rent free per night (I know because I was kept awake until 3am on two of our nights and squished 10+ per night). It wasn't just our room that was under attack - the restaurant was also unbearable. We were looking forward to a romantic dinner which was cut short because my partner was being eaten alive. Spraying the rooms did nothing. The lack of nets was astounding and meant they do not deserve their 5 star rating.

Our stay here was amazing. From the minute we walked in and were offered champagne to when we left. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is stunning and there’s lots to do. Loved the beach and the two different pools. Would come back here every year if we could!

Only comment is our back door to our room, and side door didn’t lock which was strange, and the ceiling fan/air con needed a service so it didn’t squeak all night.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in and this includes several other five star hotels. Spacious rooms (wide and tall), with perfect and quiet AC, amazing bedding, spacious bathroom and veranda. Super clean with zero mustiness that is so typical of some Caribbean resorts. I can't believe the resort is able to pull off such luxury accommodations in a hot, tropical climate. Very private property with lots of available seating in the common pool areas. I've never enjoyed the room experience in a beach resort as much as at Cap Maison and don't think I can replicate this experience in future beach vacations. Wish every hotel offered such exceptional accommodations.

As a couple without kids, our stay at Cap Maison was wonderful. Beautiful grounds, great option of 2 pools - 1 adults only - and 2 delicious on site food options for the all inclusive. The steps to the beach + second restaurant are VERY intense, so a warning for folks with mobility issues, it’s a real hike on steep steps. Top-notch service, highly recommend.

For Experienced young travelers, if you want to take a leisure trip, this location is not for you. The staff all around are slow, none attentive, and love providing false information. The best thing about the trip was the beach location. Other than that, we went thinking there were 3 dinner location options and was stuck with 2 for being on the all Inclusive plan as they told us they just discontinued the wine cellar part of the all inclusive. I never received my status perk for booking this location. The front desk almost had us miss our flight due to providing the wrong pick up time to the driver. Overall, 1 experience here is enough for us. The pace of the environment is more for senior citizens than young couples. All inclusive is useless, you pretty much pay for every experience anyway.

St Lucia is gorgeous and Cap Maison matches it! A stunning boutique hotel with character and class! We had the most perfect room, more like an apartment, with incredible views and a pool on the rooftop terrace! Two delicious restaurants, beach access with fun water activities, a spa and great service! We did one excursion and decided not to do others just because we were so happy to stay at the hotel and enjoy it! We didn't do the all inclusive package, but we should have - menu changes daily for the main restaurant and it was great! Having breakfast on our balcony with the view was the best!

Our stay at Cap Maison was fantastic! After this unique year, we were ready to unwind and rest. We were given an upgrade to a villa with a rooftop pool. It was our private sanctuary, where we spent most of the day lounging on the rooftop and cooling off in the pool. It was perfect in every way. While families with young children were present, the resort is laid out in many ways to allow all kinds of guests to find their own slice of heaven. We opted for the Cap It All Inclusive option, which is definitely worth it. Cap Maison is a foodie's paradise, and we enjoyed the wide selection of food and drink available with the all-inclusive package. All of this is great, but the level of excellence is only achieved by the staff that work there. Every single person (and I really mean it) made us feel like home at Cap Maison. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They really go out of their way to make sure that your stay is nothing but spectacular (a special shoutout to Kesha at the Cap at Cliff for everything!). I see why it is one of the main reasons so many people come back.

We thought we had arrived in paradise, greeted by cold towels an champagne after a long flight from the UK and taxi to the hotel! The hotel and grounds are very beautiful with stunning views of the sea and sunsets. The hotel staff are genuinely very happy, polite, helpful, considerate and always went the extra mile if asked, most had worked there for years. My daughter feel ill and was in hospital for three days. The hotel sent food to the hospital including a new toothbrush and toothpaste! Called to check on her condition, organized taxis for me to and from. Made sure there was food for me when I arrived back late at night. That is the extra mile! They all helped and I will always be forever thankful to everyone for their support and our time with them. We have traveled the world- There is only one Cap Maison Resort and Spa. Thank you

The resort was idyllic in location and layout; a collection of pretty, separated buildings of rooms and apartments nestled in the most wonderfully maintained gardens. Their private situation was special - it was always easy to find a private spot with a gorgeous view of the ocean or gardens to sit quietly and read. The small beach was picturesque and the many water activities (happily quiet ones, no motor boats allowed) were impressive. My husband and son found the snorkelling splendid - they saw barracuda, urchins, tiny, multi-coloured squid and a host of exotic fish just a few metres off shore. I liked the tree shade on beach in the afternoon and though sometimes busy, the beach always seemed fairly tranquil. Better to find a spot at the end of the beach away from the Naked Fisherman restaurant if you don't want music disturbing the peace - although it was mostly at an acceptable level. The food was good and plentiful - both at breakfast and in the resort restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable - we had a Junior Suite with balcony for us three. We would have liked a more generous supply of shampoo and body soap; it was awkward to always ask for more (though always brought with friendly grace). The staff were mostly very nice - a lovely man explained the habits of the small tree frogs that sounded at night and the manager was very helpful. Some staff seemed irritated at an extra request and not always flexible - but getting to know them better helped with that.

No crowding , we could always get a best view table at the Cap R estaurant. Love the locally sourced food. Great for a family that is tired of the congested resort vacation with all of the pool lawn chaises reserved and best seaside dining tables always taken. At cap maison you can walk up to the Cap restaurant and get the best view of the sea you can imagine. Truly spectacular spring break family get away.

It was my first time on St Lucia, it is so scenic!. In general, on this island one needs all-included arrangement. Good restaurants are a few and very expensive from NY price level view. Reaching them is not easy task because of sharp mountain roads and left-side driving. This resort is in nice secluded area, small crowded with buildings property, charming small beach is 4 stories below, one needs to climb long stairs, both restaurants (in resort and on the beach) have limited daily changing menu and very expensive.

The gardens were interesting and well cared for. Free WiFi and magnificent breakfast included in the price. For a couple wanting a really restful holiday-perfect. Probably not enough to keep young children occupied. We would certainly go again.

We just got back from an 8 night stay at Cap Masion. Very relaxing, everyone was very helpful and extremely polite, food was delicious. Went into Rodney Bay a few times for dinner at Spinakers and Buzz also went shopping at the supermarket. The taxi driver Charlie was great!
The only issue we had was food in the restaurants can take a ridiculous amount of time to be served or it comes out immediately and you haven't even gotten your drink yet.
Also, they call themselves a beach resort, not quite sure why? The beach barely exists after walking down 94 steps it's disappointing, No where to sit and get sun.
Loved St. Lucia ! I'm sure we will be back!

I recently visited Cap Maison with my wife and we had an amazing time. Our room was upgraded and we had a room with a roof top pool and ocean views. The room overall was excellent and very well appointed. The hotel breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had.

The staff was very helpful and we had a great time.

I also highly recommend the driver that the hotel uses, I believe his name is Charles. He picked us up at the airport and drove us to dinner each night. He was excellent.

When we arrived and checked in I did not realize the room we received was not the room we booked-however, the team went above and beyond and moved us to the right room the next afternoon. We visited the spa twice during our visit-excellent. Getting to/from beach via the stairway was fine, however, once we got on to the beach there did not seem to be enough space to spread out- we spent very little time on the beach because of this and opted to visit the pools and our rooftop pool instead. Breakfast with the fresh juices and fresh fruit was outstanding. Other meals within the 2 restaurants where average at best which was the biggest disappointment-we had read reviews and everyone said this was a foodie destination and we did not experience that- price tag for the portions received was also disappointing. We opted to take a cab to other nearby resorts ( called before to be sure we could dine at their locations) for 3 of our meals. At the end of the day its the staff that made the trip for us. Everyone was so incredibly kind.

The staff at the hotel is second to none, everyone had a great attitude that could've been reflected in the high quality of service rendered. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, where the views were serene and the food was brilliant, for those who would like to taste gourmet caribbean food I suggest trying the hotel restaurant.

Wonderful ocean view villa with pool.

Beautiful suite with our own pool and beautiful ocean view. The food was okay, but portions were small. Not a big selection at dinner in either of the two restaurants. Wireless internet was horrible. Had tech there a couple times, but ultimately did no good. Staff was cordial and helpful. The drive was long from the airport, because the resort is located at the most northern part of the island.

Amazing place, gorgeous views of the ocean

Beautiful villas right on the ocean with spectacular views. We had a private pool and unbelievable views from our terrace. There is a secluded, private beach, no crowds, excellent service. I highly recommend lunch at the Naked Fisherman, right on the water, food is amazing!! Everything at the resort is a little pricy but worth every penny!

Nice beach on the premises with kayaks and hobie cats to use while there, staff very friendly, free \"full breakfast\" included in your stay nice wine cellar .... nice selection . A bit far of a drive to the Pitons and Sulfur Springs but makes a good day trip by car but maybe a better view if you take a catamaran excursion to see the Pitons from the water, can get closer view.

A most comfortable experience

We have enjoyed a wonderful seven days at Cap Maison. With most satisfactory comfort and a very polite and helpful staff we were very satisfied. The comfort also included a free breakfast and haute cuisine for dinner. 15 years
ago we sent our son and his bride to St. Lucia for their honeymoon. This beautiful resort makes the climate truly
enjoyable.

A Beautiful Place

Too bad we were assigned to a room directly facing the parking lot, where we heard the noise of the trucks coming and going all day and all night for the construction project of the new hotel being built nearby. We requested garden view, with a sea view if possible. We were moved the next day but had to endure the trucks and loud talking workers for the first night. We should not have accepted that room. We should have been upgraded from the start. Instead we were promised an upgrade on Wednesday of our weeklong stay. However, the offer was rescinded and we never did get an upgrade. We did get a quieter room on the second floor and away from the construction noise. The balcony was small and one of the closets was locked out so we could not use it. Felt the hotel should have done more for us. We were tired travelers that first night. We are flexible. We would have accepted another room either on the first or the second floor. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The food was very good. The service was a tad slow.

Stunning location, Five * Food and Service

Wonderful 10 day stay at this beautiful resort, idyllic location. Exceptional food and service throughout hotel and at the Beach.
The staff are lovely throughout the hotel, very friendly and always willing. They make you feel special.
The highlight of our stay was our trip to the market with Chef Nico followed by a cooking lesson with him - and we enjoyed what we cooked! It was fascinating being taken round the market and introduced to very different foods and the sellers, who were delighted to tell us about their wares. A wonderful insight into St Lucia and great fun.

Cap Maison is beautiful! and the service is great- the folks working there are really nice. Our only complaint: it took us over 3 hours to get from the airport to the resort. We landed Friday around 3 PM and didn't arrive until 6 PM. We were never warned of this. We heard it was going to take 60-90 minutes but the 3 hours really threw us off-- we were tired, hungry, and stuck in the back of the car for way too long. They said it was because of Friday traffic on the island. That was our only frustration because if we had known about the additional commute once we landed, we may not have picked this resort because of the distance.
Once we finally got there, everything was great though-- the beach area, the views, the pool, etc.. If you're going there for a shorter stay, don't expect to see anything past the resort, as the Pitons/mud baths, etc are all 1.5 hours minimum.

Spent a great week in mid-September at Cap Maison for our anniversary. It was quiet season, which was good and bad. The 50 room hotel was probably 20% occuppied, which meant the pool, beach, and restaurants were practically deserted most of the time. So, it was private and easy to do what we wanted. At the same time, there was a lot of maintenance going on during the day, so spending time in our room was perioidically noisy, with hammering, drilling, sanding, and the upstairs pool being drained onto our patio and in the gardens around our room. When the rooms come with lots of windows and seem designed to be open to the nature around you, it was unexpected to see maintenance workers around us every day. We complained once and the workers were cleared out briefly.

The property is beautiful, including the pool and restaurant overlooking the ocean and the beach tucked in a cove. We dined one evening on the Rock, which juts out into the ocean below the main restaurant. We were skeptical of paying an extra $120 to dine there, but ended up very happy. The private server was excellent, and and we felt surrounded by the ocean while eating.

Other notable observations:
- You can expect a couple vendors on the beach to try to sell you stuff, but they weren't bothersome.
- The drive to and from the airport is 90-120 minutes on winding mountain roads.
- A few mosquitoes in our room most days seemed unavoidsble.
- In our villa, only the bedroom and main bath were air conditioned.
