The views at Windjammer Landing are outstanding, the staff friendly and the amenities great.

The gym has Peleton bikes which we loved so pack your clip ons. There are treadmills, an elliptical, stationary bike and a rowing machine. You have a few weight machines, lots of free weights and an enclosed studio with mats etc. The staff don't seem to be able to keep up with towel supplies, fresh fruit or wet towels for wipe down so bring your own.

We switched rooms half way through and they are not created equal. Our first week we had a beautiful room and view but we needed to change for 3 extra nights. Same price but oh my goodness! The second room had no shower caddy, mirror falling off the wall, kitchen cabinets with doors that were not secure, filthy window coverings. Actually the room floors were filthy too. Room 46...stay away!!! Quite old and dilapidated. Shocking!

Watch your invoice at the end and check it carefully. We had 2 charges that were not ours (the people beside us checking out had the same issue). Our credit kept getting charged during our stay for various items. I check my credit card daily online and would have to call the front desk for an explanation. Their accounting system needs some help and they seem to be lax with their allocation of charges. Just check your invoices carefully.

In all Windjammer Landing is quite beautiful and very welcoming for families. We loved our stay but they do have a few issues to address.

Amazing staff, resort is immaculate. Pool is nice. Beach is lovely. If you’re not a big eater/drinker, do the Bed & Breakfast option- huge breakfast buffet - and then we paid for dinner ( usual Caribbean island prices- $20 burger, $10 fries…. Better onsite restaurants $38-$75.

This is a wonderful resort. The staff are always polite, helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a villa and it was just excellent. The room was clean, daily room cleaning and turn down service was what you would want. The view from our villa was ocean and mountains and resort. Food was very good. You should be prepared, this resort is built into the side of a mountain, everything is steps up and down. It was very easy to obtain a shuttle from the villa to the lobby area, they were very quick and we had minimal waits.

Beach is beautiful and clear, one side with clear sand for swimming and another side is more rocky around three feet in good for snorkeling

There are three bars on the beach so its super quick to grab drinks, and the beach team brings water, snacks through the day. Two beachfront restos but I took advantage of the beach service more (from 12-5)

I stayed in a newer guesthouse which was a 5min walk up, very spacious and clean, only improvement would be soundproofing. For properties further up there are constant shuttles that will take guests to their villas

Was here for my birthday and absolutely loved my stay, highly recommend!

The only negative I'd mention is that although you can opt for the All Inclusive, you still get a bill for every meal and drink with a line item for tips. You dont pay for the meal or drink, but it seems tips are expected.
We've been to many All Inclusives and none have done this.

Having to sign for every service from ice cream to single coke was very annoying. No tablet in room and no internet until last night even though we were promised a fix for the next day after checking in. Lots of kids in adult pool including naked boy during water aerobics and wet diapers by chairs. (2 kiddie pools). Service around pool was usually poor as 3 people were usually in gazebo doing nothing. Breakfast was great, some meals were great, a couple mediocre.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The resort is beautifully located and well-maintained, offering wonderful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

However, we experienced several issues that impacted our stay. The roof in our villa was leaking, and despite reporting it twice, it took two days before anyone came to wipe the kitchen floor. The refrigerator was also leaking inside. In addition, the Wi-Fi was down for two days, and although it was eventually repaired, the air conditioning in the living room remained non-functional until the day we left, despite two service requests.

The manager initially offered us another villa with a noticeably worse view. When we declined, we were offered a $200 credit, which was later increased to $350. Unfortunately, this still felt insufficient considering that a single dinner for four at the resort costs around $400.

Overall, while we appreciated the beauty and atmosphere of the property, issues of this scale should not occur in a resort of such prestige. A higher level of care and responsiveness from management would have made a significant difference in ensuring guest comfort.

Didn't appear that the floors of the room are ever cleaned. It is tile, but saw no signs of them ever being mopped. 98% of staff was amazing, a few restaurant server's seemed miserable everyday. Bar selection was ok, but this was probably due to being all inclusive property. Balcony was very spacious, I had a suite, but I was on first level, so my view was obstructed! Trees could be trimmed.

My husband and I stayed at Windjammer for our honeymoon in October 2025 and the experience was beyond our expectations! Firstly, the resort upgraded our room to a one bedroom villa! This was an exquisite surprise. Secondly, the entire staff complement we encountered was extremely accommodating and very friendly yet professional. There was no need they did not try to accommodate. There was an aura of happiness.

The food is great and if you have to wait for a table, you receive complimentary drinks and snacks. Room service was top notch, we almost did not leave the room 😅

We loved our experience at Windjammer and could easily write a book but we will simply say, you got to experience it yourself!

Me and my wife chose to stay at Windjammer to celebrate our 10th anniversary and it is one of the best decisions we have made! We were surprised how spacious our villa was and the view outside our window was breathtaking!

The food was absolutely excellent and we appreciate all the restaurants accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions.

The staff is probably the best out of all the resorts we have been to. Everybody was very friendly, caring and treated us like family for the week we were there.

Special shout outs to Travis and Solange from Jammers Restaurant. Michelle, Chevere and Shervon, our servers during breakfast. Kassandra, the hostess at Dragonfly during breakfast. Peter and Lawrence who work at the omelet station. Justin, one of our shuttle drivers. Kelly, our server at the pool. Nick from the Excursions office. Windjammer was an excellent hotel experience from start to finish. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the property feels private and peaceful, which makes it perfect for both couples and families. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the huge breakfast spread, which was not only delicious but truly immaculate—such a great way to start each day. The hotel also offers plenty of water sports and activities, which kept things fun and exciting throughout my stay.

The primary advantage is the views from the property. We stayed in family suite I think and the views of the ocean and the mountain were great from there. All of the stays are in the mountain side so I believe views will be great. You need to use their shuttle to go up and down from your room to the lobby from where you have access to the beach and restaurants. The cars if you take a rental will also need to be parked near the lobby. Though everything is good the restaurants inside are expensive. If you are taking all
Inclusive then no bother but otherwise if you have a rental car you will have flexibility to go nearby restaurants and pick food up. The pool and the beach is really good.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Stayed on an all-inclusive basis (highly recommended) in a private pool villa (highly recommended). Choice of dining - exceptional! The lunch and dinner options are amazing! Just make sure you book ahead for dinner timings. I would say that the breakfast options weren’t on the same level as lunch and dinner - quite a small offering for such a large resort. It was all fine though. The steak house was particularly fantastic. Kids club was awesome - the staff were so lovely and my daughter had a wonderful time whenever she visited. The water sports are also included and were brilliant too. Most of the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful - there was the odd ‘moody’ member of staff, but to be honest I kind of expect this in a large hotel. A shame but not a big deal. The cafe was a great option too - amazing coffees! The spa was fantastic, the gym was really well kitted out too. Overall it was well worth the money and I hope I can return! The hotel was due to close for a month not long after our visit for a large refurbishment, so I’m sure it will be even better come the high season.

Most of our stay was ok. The beach was the best part. The villas are a little dated. The food was good. The staff was a mixed bag. Some wait staff were terrible at customer service. Front desk, housekeepers, and most drivers were great. One driver was a speed demon and scared me. One driver Jimmy was outstanding and I hope that they gave him the tip I left for him. If you have any knee or leg issues make sure you get an appropriate villa without too many stairs. This resort is not handicapped friendly. If you stay at this resort please stop at the upper deck. Joshua was our server and he was top notch. If you have cat allergies do not say here. Many cats hang out in the places where food is served. The spa did a great job but the prices are not alway as advertised. Screenshot what you order. You may have to prove it. There are no atms at the resort. A service charge is on every meal. Tips should be given if desired. Get the all inclusive to make it easier. Overall this was a great vacation. Some renovations were underway. If you choose windjammer resort keep your expectations reasonable. This is not a brand new resort. It is not a bad place to stay. You will enjoy yourself. The views are awesome.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Windjammer Landing, this resort completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with cold towels, welcome drinks, and warm hospitality. Our luggage was taken care of right away, and we didn’t lift a finger all week.

Yes, St. Lucia has steep roads, bugs, and tropical rain, which is all part of the charm. The shuttles were always quick and safe, and the drivers couldn’t have been more helpful. The beach was beautiful (a little seagrass is totally normal), and our beach server, made every day feel special. We also loved the free water sports — snorkeling, kayaking, tubing, you name it.

The 80-minute massage at the spa was incredible, and they even surprised me with a birthday treat afterward. On our day sail excursion, the crew celebrated with a bottle of champagne — it was such a fun day of mud baths, waterfalls, and sailing.

Food across the resort was consistently great, and we loved the live music each night. The Caribbean night with fire dancers and stilt walkers was especially fun. If you’re after island charm, amazing views, and kind people, this is your place.

Special shoutout to Adien, our amazing bellman. Renovations were happening during our stay but didn’t affect us at all. They are actually closing the whole month of August for even more renovations. We’re already dreaming about coming back. Windjammer was pure magic, highly recommend!!!!

The staff was amazing ( thank you Krystel, Tadius, Adrian,Lisa and Sharmah) from management, the ambassadors, front desk- waiters and waitresses, beach attendants, and ALL the shuttle service operators. They all had a smile on their faces and always speaking in such a positive tone which made us feel very special, especially for my mom.. This was my mother‘s 80th birthday celebration, and it couldn’t have been any better! The staff at every restaurant sang happy birthday including the shuttle operators, which was absolutely amazing which put a smile on our faces! The only complaint that I have is that I feltl that the prices for dining options were way overpriced. I also felt that the restaurants didn’t have an extensive menu to choose from and the “Upper Deck“ restaurant was disappointing in regarding to portions. I thought it was for a child..thats how small the portions were and the prices like I said were outrageous. Other restaurants on the property…the portions were somewhat reasonable, but not as much as you would like it to be. So that’s the main complaint was the dining , the smaller than usual portions and of course the extremely high prices if you were not on the all inclusive plan. However, I will recommend this property for couples, groups, families or solo travelers. This is my go to resort when I come back to visit St. Lucia!

We stayed in 2 different properties while in St Lucia... Windjammer Landing & another (supposed to be ultra luxury) resort. Wow — Windjammer spoiled us with such great service, outstanding food, a beautiful villa and incomparable views! Now we can’t help but compare everything to Windjammer Landing -(Windjammer is everything the current resort is not; Windjammer is personal & tasteful, clean, service oriented) Frankly we wish we were still there now. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Windjammer Landings … we will be back.

Windjammer is amazing. Everything here is fantastic from the moment we arrived at the airport, where Windjammer has transportation waiting for us. The service has been outstanding in every way. I don't say that lightly. Every staff member anticipates your every need and happy to help truly with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. The food is delicious with plenty of options. The pool is so clean and inviting- chairs impeccably set up with towels awaiting. Once you sit down, the attendants happily bring over a glass if ice water which they constantly refill throughout the day. No searching for service at the pool or beach. Again, the staff is clearly eager to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We stayed in a hotel type room the first nightvwhich was immaculate but small- Quite lovely though with older architecture and comfortably furnished. We moved to our two bedroom villa the next day for a week which like almost new. Again immaculate with comfortable, clean, inviting decor. I highly recommend Windjammer.
