Only complaints that I have was that at the reception they mentioned that we were allowed 20% discount if we order from the restaurant and we place a room service order and even though you have to go down to pick up yourself the order at the restaurant they didn't honor the 20% discount because we didn't eat at the restaurant. Which doesn’t make any sense for the price we pay of the hotel and the food. Either airside or landside are relatively close only convenience will be if you required to request a Visa or not for staying on the lamdside.

We walked and walked and walked to reach the hotel. There is no signs for the hotel in the airport. We had to ask many people with limited English to tell us about the hotel location. The letter that we received from YOTEL crew was incorrect saying we should not go through passport control but in real we have to.

This 4-star hotel has a fantastic location right inside the airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The price is not too bad, though it may feel a little high for some. The main downside for me was the check-in and check-out times—check-in at 6 pm and check-out at 9 am feels too short, especially for the rate charged. I actually had to pay extra just to check in during the afternoon and check out the next day at 11 am, which added to the cost. On the positive side, the hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the location really is hard to beat. Overall, I might consider coming back for the convenience, but I do hope they improve the check-in and check-out policy.

It was extremely confusing about the story of \"Landside\" and \"Airside\", I hadn't realized we booked \"Landside\" rather than \"airside\" for the connection to our international flight. And I needed wheelchair assistance and the Turkish airlines staff didn't know how to handle it. But after a long wait for the Turkish airline staff, and a huge walk through the gigantic airport, we finallyi found it. Once we were there it was great. Much welcome choice (although the confusion really did not help)

This is a superb facility in Istanbul Ataturk Airport. It is sparkling clean amd a wonderful respote if you have a long layover. It's only flaw is that it is on the edgy side of hotel technology, so you need to know how to operate the shower before you get a blast of cold water. I have used the hotel twice and surely will again.

We elected to stay at the airport on our last night in Istanbul because of an early flight. This is the only convenient airport hotel, as the others around are a 10-15 minute drive. We elected to get the King room, which was roomy. It was clean and functional. We had the ability to repack last minute. And the walk to our check-in the next morning to drop off bags was 2 minutes. The hotel room is costly for what it is. However, it is probably the most convenient airport stay I've ever had.

I stayed one night at Hotel Landside on June 21, booked through Expedia. The room was fine for a short stay, but I was quite disappointed by the front desk staff’s response when I asked about in-room coffee equipment—which was missing. Instead of a helpful answer, I was met with a defensive and somewhat argumentative reply suggesting I come downstairs for coffee. I prefer having a cup in-room before heading out, and nearly every hotel I've stayed at provides that. This lack of hospitality left a negative impression on an otherwise convenient airport hotel.
