I paid almost €200 for what should have been 4 hours sleep. But check in took one hour leaving me with 3 hours sleep.

The room was dirty. The shared showers were dirty and no towels. The aircon did not work properly in room without window.

€200 wasted. Would have been better to sleep in a lounge chair for free.

Ever temp changing and low pressure shower, no outside light with no windows for the room making it feel a jail like feeling. Amenities are very limited for a hotel that charges you over 4 times the hotels outside of the terminal. Absolutely the greatest hotel just in the location sake.

It's a great little room for exactly what you need it for - to rest, sleep, shower, watch TV, & do whatever else you want in a clean, private space away from the crowds & noise on your long layover at IST airport. It's extremely convenient to not have to leave the airport and not have to go back through the security checkpoint when it's time to leave for your flight, but as with anything, you're going to pay a lot more for that convenience.

The arrival instructions were wrong, had to wait in 2 long lines. Booked a hotel got a pod, descripción and welcome email are wrong. Pods are small and function, but work for a few hours of rest, shower might or might not be included and is limited, overall description is bad, that’s the main issue bc expectations are not managed properly.

apparently check in starts at 8 pm. I arrived at 4 pm after an 11 hour flight with a 1 year old and I was told I can't get into my room till 8 pm so I was charged 80 Euros extra for an extra 4 hours. I desperately needed a place to go and rest with my daughter and I was exhausted do I reluctantly had to pay it. will never stay here again

It is an expensive place to stay with an undesirable checkout time of 9 AM. On both accounts, you are paying for the convenient location within security. The spartan room was clean and comfortable so we slept overnight between flights. Turkish Air has a tight policy on using their sleeping rooms but check if you are eligible or if money is tight, consider saving with the Yotel tiny cabins.

I stay here every time I have a long layover in Istanbul. It's extremely convenient especially if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the lounges. They have many different options in terms of accommodation and it's right across from the food court.

We were so glad we stayed at Yotelair Airside the night before we flew out! We did not want to get up in the early morning and be stressed trying to get to the airport and make it through security in time. Instead, we took our time getting to the airport (it is a large airport) and going through security. We were able to wake up 30 minutes before boarding and just walk to our gate! The rooms were quite modern, not our decor preference, but they had everything that mattered… a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, the best blackout shades, and a hot shower. The only negative is that, unbeknownst to us, the check-in time was 8pm. However, we arrived at 6:30pm and they were able to get us into the room without waiting. It was not cheap for such a short stay but the peace of mind was totally worth it to us!

We were overnighting in the Istanbul airport and for the amount of money expected more than a partially used roll of toilet paper. But more importantly, having coffee in the room for that price was expected. Instead we were told that we had to buy the entire breakfast at 45 Euros to get any coffee.

I booked my stay through Expedia and stayed in a Premium King Room for a 10-hour layover. The experience was excellent.
The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for getting a solid rest between flights. The bed was good and I was able to get great, uninterrupted sleep.
The best part is the location inside the airport, which makes it extremely convenient. No need to leave the terminal or go through security again—everything is right there, just steps from your gate.
Staff were professional and efficient, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and quick, which is exactly what you need during a short stay.
I highly recommend YOTEL Istanbul if you have a layover and need a comfortable, stress-free place to stay inside the airport. Booking through Expedia made it easy and hassle-free.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. My family and I paid over $1000 for two rooms, only to be met with a truly horrible experience. The check-in and check-out times were bizarre—8 p.m. to 9 a.m.—and made no sense. The staff was incredibly rude and argumentative, with the manager being the worst of all.

To top it all off, the noise was unbearable. Every time our neighbors used their shower or opened their door, the sound was so loud it was impossible to rest. I would honestly rather sleep on an airport chair than ever stay here again. I will never be back.

There is a huge inconvenience when it comes to check in time and check out. I am an international frequent traveler that have been to mulyltiple hotels all over the world. I have never bern to a hotel where the check in is at 8pm and check out at 9am with option to pay 20 euro per hour for earlier check in or check out. All hotels in the world standardized check in is 3 or 4pm and check out varies between 10am and 12pm. The stay is not cheap either for the night, but this messed up corrupt check in and check out system reflects corruption at its highest levels and financial abuse of the fact that this is an airport hotel. This policy needs to be replaced with standardized check in and check out times that matches international standardized check in and check out times in most international hotels over the world. The hotel itself is clean and nice. The receprionist was argumentative when the above was brought to her attention. She should be better trained to deal with international travelers complaints.

We had a long layover in Istanbul and it was fabulous to be able to stay in a little room with a bed, bathroom and shower rather than sitting at the gate. And we didn’t have to go through security again, which was even better. Very sweet lady showed us to our room and gave us slippers. Highly recommend.

It was a cabin within the transfer area of Istabul airport. It was smal, which I knew. But what i didn't know, it was not en-suite. Also my cabin and 5 others were right by reception. You could here the gug checking in people all night. Being an airport, people were checking in at all times. Also you had to pay for a shower if you wanted one The room was very clean and modern though.

We had a connection flight from Istanbul to Los Angeles with a 15 hour layover, so i booked this property in Advanced. Our flight the next day was at 8:00am, so staying outside the airport would not be convenient. Our flight arrived at 530pm and check in was not available until 8:00pm, but the hotel accommodated us when i arrived at 6Pm.
There were many signs to the Yotel Airside inside the airport, but it is a long walk (15 min) to the hotel.
The man who helped us was very nice and our room (Premium King) was very clean and also smelled so good.
I opted to pay the 45 € (About $50) each for their lounge access as it was 24 hours, but there are better options outside the terminal. The food is okay, but when you are tired and want to sleep, this is an option. The room was spacious and very clean. I really liked the mood lighting and the TV screen also shows the depature flights. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.
Just to point out, it is a bit pricey, but worth it for me for the convenience. The total i paid was about $400 USD which included taxes, but there are transient hotels outside the airport terminal as low as $62 USD. The check in time was 8pm and check out is 12am, so that is 12 hours for $400.
For this convenience, you dont have to deal with transportation to the airport, checking it, going through security or immigration again, just walk to the terminal (15 min).
I will continue to use Yotel the next time i have a long layover.

My only complaint is the ac can not be controlled from inside of the cabin so I was freezing in the middle of the night and I had to go to reception to ask to turn it down.
