Affordable hotel with comfortable room (Deluxe Studio Suite). However the kitchen does not come with basic cutleries like plates, bowls, fork, spoon, knife, etc. we had to borrow from the restaurant. The electric stove is useful but the conventional oven should be changed to a microwave oven.

The hotel is at a good convenient location. Many eatery shops around.
The room is big and clean.
The service rendered by the staff is excellent. The GM Mr Edi is very nice to arrange free ride for us to Grand Batam Mall (as we missed the scheduled tpt timing). Strongly recommended to stay at level 3.

Hotel is just a short walk (~5mins) from Batam harbourbay ferry terminal. Love the location. Wey Wey Seafood is just 3mins walk away.

Very big room for the price we paid for. We booked a deluxe room with 1 extra bed. Very comfortable beds.

Breakfast had far exceeded our expectations. 👍 On a weekend, we had buffet breakfast, while on a weekday was an ala carte breakfast with mains, pancakes, cereal, eggs (omelette / sunny side up etc. Your choice!)

Manager Edi was very compromising and even had free shuttle to bring us from the hotel to a nearby market at 9am. Shuttle services picked us up promptly and was very helpful.

We enjoyed our 3D2N short trip at this hotel.

Definitely will recommend this to everyone 👍

The hotel belong more to the $30 per night catergory.
- The apartment is big and spacious but look so empty.
- Floor is tiles and not carpet. Feel cold and poor noise isolation. You can hear walking sound and working sound from outside the room.
- Booked a double bedroom but the bed provided is a joined twin bed.
- Breakfast is normal. Not many selection.
Luckily the staffs are nice and friendly.
On a side note, you may want to avoid the seafood restaurant Wey Wey Seafood restaurant beside the hotel. the service is poor and the food served is not hot. Seems like they left it on the table for 15-20mins before the waiter bring them to you.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. But the hotel messed up my booking, they gave us a bigger room with a kitchenette though. But the room was reeking of drain smell. The toilet was clean but the smell of drain was so strong. The room service staff were always forgetting things and kept ringing the bell a couple of times to come back with something missing again.

Initially we were told the room i booked for 4 was already taken as the date was recorded as next month. Fortunately, they gave us 2 big rooms which we were pleased about. So no big problem. Another small issue was the shuttle bus didn't come to pick us at the arranged time. In the end we had extended time at the shopping mall and went back on our own in a taxi. Other than that, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but nice. Restaurant staff provided good service

In general it was ok. Rooms posted were located on the same floor as the reception. Never had that before. So felt a bit wierd. So asked for an upgrade and it costed another IDR 150,000 per night. No 24 room service. Not much choice for breakfast.

2 night stay at Batam Habour hotel

All service staff we approached are very polite and helpful. Service requested are responded fast. Breakfasts in local style, not much variety but decent enough to fill your stomach.
Room clean except shower tap handle need repair as it kept falling of. Room noise isolation not good, can hear people talking outside clearly.
Provide transport to both Nagoya Hill Mall and Batam center Mall.
Overall a reasonably price and good hotel to stay.

Very close to harbour bay ferry terminal and seafood restaurants, about 3 - 5 mins walk. Hotel provided complimentary 2-way transport to BCS mall and Nagoya mall daily. Alamanda spa offers 30% off all services, Mon - Fri between 11 am - 4 pm. Room was huge and bed has the right firmness. Breakfast has limited choices but the food tasted quite good. Wifi services was strong but not able to access carousell app.

A Comfortable Stay

On our first night, we were upgraded to Deluxe Room with a huge balcony. Thanks to the hotel!. On our 2nd night, we moved to a Grand Deluxe Room as per our booking which was good. Do remember to ask for a room away from the view of a office building with a link bridge as many people take this route. The hotel is near to Harbourfront ferry point. We made a mistake of booking with Majestic Ferry which brought us to Batam Centre based on their wrong information. It took us a further 30 min in a taxi and 100000 rupiah to get to this hotel. There's a stretch of seafood restaurants at Harbourfront and we ate at the Bay City restaurant which serve good black pepper crab. The rest of the food which we ordered were just average. It is within walking distance from this hotel. It was a breezy evening with full moonlight which make our dining experience wonderful.
Breakfast on a Sunday was buffet style but on a Monday morning, it was individually cooked to your choice of breakfast on their menu which was fine. Staff on the whole were well trained and deliver their service pleasantly.
The hotel is also within walking distance to a mall which has a Blitz Theatre and we watched 2 movies comfortably.

Good hotel but too quiet as there were not many people using this hotel. It is near the seafood centers and the ferry back to Singapore. Can improve the quality of the breakfast. Sometime it is too salty and the cofffee was not hot. It provides free shuttle service to Nagoya Hill and BCS. The frequency of the shuttle could be more.
