Spotless room, recently re done and very tasteful and contemporary. Beds were awesome, ceramic mugs and large glasses. There were no nightstands or table lamps, only a shared wall lamp between beds, so that was a downer for me. I used our cooler as a night stand.

The room was very cold. The heater worked but was very noisy. Only one very thin blanket on the bed. We paid extra for premium room not realizing the premium rooms overlook the road and it was very busy and noisy all night long. The in room coffee was terrible.

The outside grounds could’ve been cleaner and the leaves cleaned up. There was a fireplace outside but wasn’t on.

When we told the hotel that our reservation was fraudulent they were very understanding and accommodating. However, after many attempts and long sessions on hold, hotels.com was impossible. We will NEVER USE them, ever again.

The room was nice, clean, and easily accessible, but the walls are very thin. I could hear everything everyone was doing inside their rooms or outside on the walkway. Someone in the room next to me turned on the TV around 4am, and I could hear the entire show. I did appreciate that there was no extra charge for parking.

Heat/cool unit woke me when cycled on. Kitchenette sink serves as bathroom sink. Has sink, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker, but no place to sit and eat. Bed squeaks. Tub looks like it was refinished, and the coating is coming off. Other than that, it was perfect.

The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the ac was great. The not great was that the WiFi didn’t work, tv didn’t have the basic channels so you have to use your own apps or suffer with Pluto tv. And finally, some of the other guests were a bit sketchy, not a good feeling. But it was very quiet and I slept well.

A/C heating unit was extremely loud so had to be turned off in order to sleep. Fortunately the weather was mild. There are no closets just some hooks on the walls so a stay of 5 days meant having to haul out the suitcases every day. No housekeeping until day three is the norm as this motel. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Location is convenient on main drag. Very nice park for kids adjacent to motel with big playground. Downstairs room was noisy when guests were in room above because structure is old and creaks loudly when people walk around upstairs. Internet is very slow. We did not use tv so don’t know about that. Coffee maker broken on arrival, but I took it to the office and was given a brand new one. I like their online pre-registration—made check-in a snap.

This was our second stay and the rooms have always been very clean and the staff very friendly. It’s conveniently located off the main road into town and there are several grocery stores and lots of restaurants a short drive away. The accommodations are very basic but it has everything you need. We had a few burned out light bulbs which we asked to be replaced but never were. This made shaving very challenging. One other weird thing is that the sink is a kitchen sink so it’s deep and boxy making it difficult to get close to the mirror.

The whole place has a cool, hipster vibe. Great snacks available to buy, and the price was awesome. Overall, highly recommend!

The staff members who were assisting us check in early, including finishing cleaning our room ahead of schedule were amazing. So warm and welcoming, sincerely friendly folks. The design of the rooms is great too, the only downside is the vinyl flooring is starting to deconstruct already (it's the product quality that is poor, not the installation.)

We enjoyed the convenient location and friendly staff. The rooms were small, but modern and clean. The outdoor gathering area was the perfect spot to enjoy our pizza dinner. If we were to return, I would request a room further away from the ice machine-it was very noisy!

Anacortes Inn was a beautiful hotel and so clean/modern. Unfortunately we were placed right next to the stairwell and behind the wall by the fireplace so it was a bit dark and inconvenient for unloading/loading the car with 2 kids.
That being said, if you have little kids, the playground at the back of the hotel was key! We had so much fun wearing them out before the end of the day and first thing of the day.
Lots of places to eat within walking distance and a short drive for more options.

This property was a pleasant surprise. At arrival, I was disappointed from the appearance on the outside. Once I went inside, I could not have been more pleased. It is recently redone in a modern Scandinavian vibe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front staff is friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again!

It would have been nice to have a bed side table on either side of the king bed. What was available was very small and difficult to reach while lying down. Bedside light was a bit awkward to turn on and off from in bed. I also found a pair of contact lenses in the wood ledge above the bed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. My overall stay was good.

Flight delays meant we were arriving at 3 am and we were able to access our room via a keypad. Staff communicated quickly and with a good amount of heart when we asked for an extra hour to checkout because of our arrival time. Great property overall. We had a one night stay here in July 2025 as we had a late ferry over from Orcas. The room was absolutely fine , comfy beds , newly decorated , spotlessly clean. As others mentioned in the reviews, the decor is a little unusual. They went for a Scandinavian design with bare wood finishes and a kitchen sink instead of a traditional wash basin in the bathroom, but it somehow works ! Area is not as nice as others in the city, it's quite commercial, but still felt safe.

The Rosario Resort is in a lovely setting. It is quiet and peaceful on the water. We were on the 2nd floor so were able to leave the sliding glass door open. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were several stains on the carpet, but otherwise, it was very clean. The downside is that there is no one to check in with on the property. I had problems with the online check-in process. I did call and was able to get the info without sending a photo of my ID. But it was frustrating. It is also not clear where to go when you first drive onto the property. We eventually figured out which building our room was in but there are not clear signs to make it easy. Just a reminder that there is no elevator. All of the amenities were closed because of renovation. While it was pretty, because things were closed, we didn't feel that it was worth the amount that we payed for our room.

Efficient check in. No keys needed it’s combination lock. Staff is only avail 2300. Back at 0700 but I didn’t have any problems. The room is clean modern with a retro vibe even the fridge was retro. The AC was a little noisy. I can also hear my neighbors. Overall it’s a nice hotel for the price and I would stay here again. It’s convenient to San Juan islands. About 4-5 miles.
