Upon arrival, I attempted to access my assigned room, but conditions made it unsafe and impossible to do so due to a lack of snow removal. Neither the stairs nor the landing had been shoveled. As a result, my reservation (originally for a King room) was changed to a double queen room, without first checking with me to confirm that this change was acceptable.
The grounds and walkways were also not properly treated for the weather conditions. Ice was present throughout the walkways, and I nearly fell several times. The room itself was comfortable and fairly standard; however, the lack of attention to snow and ice removal on the property raised safety concerns.

I absolutely loved this stay. The staff was nice, the property was spotless outside and inside. The room was clean and so comfortable. Plenty of amenities and also more provided upon request. They have breakfast restaurant, a store, a bar area, gym, laundry, pool table and game room. Shuttle into town and back to the resort. I rate this 5/5 and I will stay there anytime.

We were stuck on the Island due to the storm for 2 1/2 days. This was an easy booking.I must say this place was beautiful. The staff was very nice and professional. The rooms are good in size, the amenities were nice. They even provided toothbrush and toothpaste packets. The breakfast is not free but they have a breakfast and coffee shop /restaurant where the food is cooked when you order it. The avocado toast with an egg on top was absolutely amazing and the seasoning was good. They have an inside pool with a hot tub. The gym, bar for drinks open until 10 pm, store to buy snacks and game room. I know they have tennis courts but of course due to the storm we were bunkered in. I would stay here again anytime. They have a shuttle that runs on the hour to take you inland to do your shopping or go to the restaurants. The shuttle also takes you to the Ferry Port. I rate this stay 5/5

The Inn was beautiful, although our room was less than desirable. It was smaller than we thought we booked and the bathroom ceiling king had mold. The beds were softer than we anticipated and the room was smaller for what we paid. Very expensive for apps and drinks at the bar as well.

In general it was an excellent experience. The staff were helpful and professional, the property was well maintained, the rooms were clean and spacious. The only recommendations we would make would be to have two transports into town rather than just one each hour. The air conditioning worked well but was very noisy.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was mostly friendly. The best attraction about this hotel was the indoor pool. It was well maintained and very nice/clean. Parking was very easy and the rooms were clean. I am just disappointed I was not offered a VIP perk as an Expedia Gold member, especially since the hotel was not busy when we went.

Conveniently located across the street from the airport. I did walk to the beach. It took me about an hour, a beautiful walk and doable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach and to downtown. Dining options are very limited in the area. The hotel offers breakfast and lunch(a bit pricey) and there’s a restaurant that offers breakfast lunch and dinner at the airport(the food is really good)
The free shuttle around the island called the wave has a bus stop a couple of blocks from the hotel. It’s nice to be outside of downtown, but you do miss being able to walk most places.

Though our stay was a bit short, the Nantucket Inn has everything! We loved the outdoor pool and jacuzzi (perfect for after all the walking downtown). Rooms are a little small, but very clean and modern. The Inn is right across the street from the airport, which makes it very easy to get in and out of the island.

We just stayed last week and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful and everyone was very nice! The entrance was inviting and very clean our room was exceptional bright and spacious. We used both indoor and outdoor pool and found them and the area was super relaxing. Loved the option of the transportation shuttles which we used offer to town and Surfside Beach. Conveniently located to walkable and quick drive to other area places we wanted to check out. Will definitely be back again to stay!!!

First Summer Weekend in Nantucket
From information ahead of arrival to check in to hotel shuttle service and the too quick end to our weekend, the staff and accommodations were perfect. Friendly check in, helpful concierge information and great shuttle service met or exceeded everything we could've asked for. Even took advantage of the outdoor pool for some down time relaxation. Staying on Nantucket for the first time in a hotel and the Nantucket Inn met our expectations. The amenities are great and well maintained (clean et al). The staff is professional and friendly. The only drawback is the room itself - it’s just incredibly tight for a family like mine. There’s really just two beds, a chair and a small console for clothes. My wife, myself and our sons 7 & 6 were literally on top of each other while in the room. It didn’t matter much because we were fortunate to have good weather so we spent the days outdoors!

We stayed at Nantucket Inn for two days. The property is newly remodeled and beautiful. Check in was quick. Service good. Only issue was thin walls. A group of young women were in the room next two us. They were very noisy (partying after the bars closed). It was loud. Good news is that when I complained to the front desk, the staff intervened right away & addressed the problem. We would definitely stay again.

My favorite place to stay on Nantucket. Reasonable prices for the island, and access to everything. Beautifully renovated lobby / bar / pool area. Regular shuttles to the beach and town if you want, or a great starting point for exploring the bike trails. Great casual local eats either across the street at Crosswinds at the airport, Casa Real for Latin/Mexican, or quick sandwiches/ ice cream if you want to walk/bike 1 mile.

I complained about live bugs crawling on my bed, in my bed, on the wall. Manager came over and confirmed. I was heading out for a dinner reservation and manager offered a move, which I could not do at that moment as I had to head out. I took pictures of bugs, coffee spills on the counter, sand all over the floor, nail clippings from previous customers, dirty floors in the bathrooms and was told management would call me to compensate. Never heard a word from the hotel. Called them back, told that as this was a third-party vendor, Expedia, they could offer me a discount for any future stay. Unacceptable.
