I absolutely loved this place. Highly recommend for couples, especially if your looking for a romantic relaxing night. Walkable to some restaurants and quiet at night. I was also extremely happy that this place allowed us to open all the windows. I hate staying somewhere I cant get fresh air in the room.
Vanessa
What a cute place! The whole property is adorable and homey feeling!
We spent our wedding night here! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property more, but will be back for sure!

Nice room, but there seems to be a lot of property rules (like when you can use your jetted tub).
Thomas
For the price..this is a very cozy and comfortable inn

Great staff and inn. Breakfast wasn’t anything exciting. Was hoping for some home made fresh pastries but they were all store bought. But great place.
William
Menu was very good . There was no a/c. We didn’t need it. Loved our stay!
Janet
The breakfasts were fabulous. The Inn was tastefully decorated, rooms were very nice, I thought the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet as well. We would stay there again if we were ever in the area. I thought LaConner was the cutest of all the small towns in the area. And this Inn was walkable to town.
Trudy
Beautifully maintained classy property with a to die for breakfast

Everything was spotless! Clear instructions, super comfy bed, hot water in the jetted tub, cozy fireplace, and a backdoor out to the porch where we sat and listened to the birds sing.

The young woman who greeted us at the front desk in the evening was very welcoming. The dining staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We especially the liked the twin leather wing-back chairs. We moved them in front of the fireplace while we enjoyed our hot drinks. The quality furniture and bedding were appreciated.

The room had just the right amount of charm and comfort. The staff was helpful, especially when it was revealed that there was an error in our reservation and they corrected the error without issue. The breakfast was pure delight with healthy choices. I hope to return again.

Very nice place to stay. The dining area could use a little soft instrumental music….like what was playing in my room when I checked in…very nice!
Karen

Laura
This is a charming Inn. Very sweet room quiet with fireplace private porch and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Kim
We were there in mid November and stayed for 4 nights. We received an upgrade to a larger room, which was nice. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning, somewhat elegant and fun. A pleasant, quiet stay.
Kimberly
Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast. Quiet and serene setting.
Reynolds
Lovely stay - clean & quiet.
Amy
It’s a favorite nearby getaway for adults only that we’ve been to several times, now. We always appreciate the welcoming staff, fresh cold water, tea and coffee and DVDs to borrow n the living room area - which looks cozy but not where we’ve spent our time given the well-appointed room with a fireplace, comfy bed and a relaxing 2 person jetted bathtub on the porch. Haven’t found a bad place to dine, yet!
Rena
Very quaint property. Sharon checked us in and gave us recommendations on local restaurants on the waterfront that we were able to walk to. The Inn was lovely and our room was clean and comfy. Loved having the window open at night for the cool breeze. Breakfast was fabulous as well. Wish we had have time to stay longer.
Tita
The breakfast is ok. We don't like the egg benedict breakfast today. We should have an option what to have for breakfast. A choice.
Not sure if we're coming back to the place.

My wife and I loved our stay at the Wild Iris! The staff were very friendly. The room and bed were comfortable. Great spot!
Linda
The breakfast was fresh and excellent. Parking was a little tight in places to park and a few more spots would have been nice
Andrew
The room was great and staff were great; the hotel is close to downtown LaConner where most of the restaurants etc are.
susan
First of all, the breakfast was amazing! They cook a basically gourmet meal for you every morning and lay out a lovely little spread as well, included with the price of the room. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had, hands down! The bed was so comfy, the tub was fantastic, they even give you some bath salts for it. I will absolutely book here next time we are in town.
Holly
Unique hotel stay
Very friendly and accommodating inn keeper. Comfortable room and bed followed by a delicious hot breakfast. Highly recommend this place while visiting La Conner!
Tracy
East, restful stay
The resident manager is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located and quiet. Lovely, homey breakfast is served.
Dennis
Suggest that owner stay focused on maintenance
We enjoyed our stay and would come back again but were someone disappointed that the hotel and grounds are aging and the owners may not be reinvesting back into the property. Would suggest that owners refresh back yard grounds, paint and maintain decks and the rear of the building which are very visible when you stay on first floor rear rooms. These rooms could be very desirable if they put effort into rejuvenating the garden areas....just my opinion.
Penny

Repeated Inaccurate & Confusing invoices
I really like The Wild Iris Inn. It has a convenient location. The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, The Wild Iris Inn has sent me repeated invoices that are inaccurate. This started weeks before I arrived when they sent an invoice that had the wrong res #, for the wrong amount & the wrong cancellation conditions as posted on hotels.com. I immediately followed up to try to resolve the inaccuracies prior to my arrival as I didn’t want to waste any of my time while on vacation. When I didn’t hear back after more than a week, I followed up yet again. I finally heard back from the Inn explaining that they have a different invoice numbering system than hotels.com; the amount on their invoice is what they get from hotels.com not the higher amount that I had already prepaid & that their cancellation policy is different than the policy on hotels.com. Fortunately, I didn’t have to cancel but I still didn’t appreciate having my time wasted with the confusing & contradictory info about my reservation & no response after I’d already taken my time to try to proactively resolve any issues. Then, after my stay, I found an email that was sent to me at 3:13 AM on my arrival date saying that my “MasterCard” ending in #— had been charged for a completely different amount than what I had already prepaid through hotels.com. Most importantly, I do not have a MasterCard! And I have no cards ending in those digits.
The confusing communication = poor business practices.

Great on outside..not so elsewhere.
Overall place is very nice looking but its not practical for staying. Room was tiny...no where even provided for placing suitcases. HUGE gap between curtains and window and curtains were see thru so let in tons of morning light. Bathroom had no where to put your toiletries and was dirty. Long hair left in tub. No body wash or soap for shower. No lotion in dispenser. However, breakfast was excellent.
Susan
The entire property was very cozy. The breakfast was different every day and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially liked talking with Whitney. It was a great location with good restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this Inn.
Janet
Wild Iris Inn is how things should be!! Sharon and the staff were gracious. The Inn was welcoming, well-maintained and had a common area with ice water, tea and coffee. They served a tasty breakfast this morning - the baked french toast was surprisingly yummy. My room was sparkling clean, spacious and everything worked! It had a great king bed and even room for a small table and velvet side chairs. This was more than I had hoped for, and reasonably priced. Perfect. 🌼
Karen
The breakfast was delicious:)
Donna
They offer everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing experience. They even accommodated my allergies with great muffins and hard boiled eggs.
